Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini guna mengetahui implementasi modul seni pertunjukan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan komunikatif di Abad 21 dalam pembelajaran seni budaya di SMA. Peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan teknik penelitian studi literatur. Data yang diperoleh berdasarkan 12 artikel jurnal yang dianalisis, penggunaan modul dapat disimpulkan; dengan penggunaan modul dalam pembelajaran dapat meningkatkan keterampilan komunikatif peserta didik. Teknik analisis data yang dilalui dengan mengumpulkan data, menyederhanakan data, menyajikan data, serta menarik kesimpulan. Dalam implementasi modul memiliki kelebihan sehingga peserta didik dan guru dapat terbantu di mana pembelajaran menjadi efektif dan efisien serta materi pembelajaran mudah dipahami. Selain itu, terdapat kekurangan dalam penggunaan modul yang tidak tepat saat proses pembelajaran. Oleh karenanya, guru harus mampu memilah serta mengimplementasikan modul dan materi yang tepat dengan cara yang sesuai dengan jenjang pendidikan agar mudah tersampaikan kepada peserta didik.

Abstract

Transactional analysis is behavioral behavior - cognitive supporting activities to optimize individual ego - each individual ego moves our life according to the mind, and we are limited to the five senses, mind and intellect (reason), and also identify ourselves with terms to some degree. So it needs to be overcome in order to help students to understand themselves, the status of ego status that can be reduced in carrying out their  roles.  The  purpose  of  this  study  was  to  obtain  general  information  from information on the Ego Status of Class IX Students of SMP Negeri 1 Bonjol. The method used is a descriptive method in the form of survey research. The sample of this research is 40 students. The results of the analysis showed that grade IX students of SMP Negeri 1 Bonjol achieved the results of 58% child ego in the "Low" category, 96% adult ego in the "High" category and parental ego 91% in the "High" category.

Abstract

Tourism is the fastest growing and emerging sector after the Covid-19 pandemic ended. However, there has been no maritime tourism port specifically built in Indonesia, even though Indonesia is known as an archipelagic country and the world's maritime axis. The development of coastal areas (especially the Sunrise Maritime Tourism Port in Sanur, Bali) is very important as a tourist attraction and as a model for other areas that have coastal areas. The concept of integrating maritime education, business centers, tourism with cultural performances and the use of environmentally friendly technology but still in the corridor of maintaining environmental, social and economic sustainability so as to create a superior port. This research uses qualitative research methods, PRISMA and PICOS data analysis techniques. Develop and integrate two theories; sustainable development goals with Systematization of the development to produce the concept of Sustainable Valorization Novelty.

Abstract

Active consumers play a dual role in one marketing chain, their existence as consumers and as passive marketers outside the company. Dependence on the latest products released by the company arouses consumers' great curiosity so that they automatically look for information about the latest products that will be released and form a community. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method with an inductive approach , using a conceptual theory model, and a constant comparison method. The research results of the concept of novelty integrate theory and explain the concept of novelty in detail as well as the formation of an active consumer process.

Abstract

Diabetes Mellitus (DM) as a non-communicable disease (NCD) continues to increase every year. Continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) is essential for effective DM management. However, existing disposable glucose monitoring methods still rely on invasive techniques, cause pain, and lack continuous monitoring capabilities. On the other hand, non-invasive techniques are not feasible for CGM due to the biometric data's complexity and the classification system's inadequate performance. This study aims to develop a non-invasive technology to improve the performance of a non-invasive blood glucose classification system using Artificial Intelligence (AI), specifically Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) and an oversampling technique. The oversampling technique could improve data quantity by balancing the amount of data for each class. This study recruited twenty-three participants in the age range of 20 to 22 years comprising seven females and fifteen males. During data recording sessions, blood glucose levels were simultaneously assessed using a gold-standard glucometer and a non-invasive CGM prototype. The proposed CNN model successfully improved the classification accuracy of non-invasive blood glucose monitoring significantly. With the implementation of oversampling for augmenting the data, the accuracy of the proposed model increased to more than 88%. This study concludes that non-invasive approaches combined with AI technology have the potential to provide a convenient and pain-free alternative to traditional monitoring methods, significantly improving diabetes management and enhancing the overall quality of life for those affected by this condition. These findings could revolutionize the field of diabetes management, offering a more comfortable and accurate monitoring solution that could potentially transform the lives of millions of diabetes patients.

Abstract

Industrial districts face challenges after the advent of information technology (on line), which considersthat places are not important but for some industry players and consumers to determine. Research aims to offer practical and implementable solutions for industry players so that their performance is at a minimum before or after moving to an industrial district. Journal research methods are used in this study with journal sources originating from reputable international journals and scopus indexed. The concept of the model of knowledge of communication adaptation is our finding. The concept model is derived from the industrial district theorem and organizational knowledge typology. Knowledge of communication adaptation is a mediating alternative between government perceptions and industry players. Concept definitions are explained in this study.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui kendala, materi yang diperlukan, dan solusi bagi para pengasuh dan pendidik di Tempat Penitipan Anak (TPA) se-Kapanewon Depok Sleman Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif yang menggunakan kuesioner sebagai instrumen utama dan wawancara sebagai pelengkap. Data selanjutnya dianalisis secara kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Kendala yang dihadapi meliputi 41.7 % terkait strategi pelibatan orang tua; 16.7 % terkait pengembangan kurikulum TPA; 16.7 % terkait penilaian dan pelaporan perkembangan anak; dan 8.3 % terkait stimulasi perkembangan anak berbagai usia, 2) Materi yang diperlukan yaitu 50 % pendidik dan pengasuh TPA memerlukan materi tentang deteksi dini tumbuh kembang; 25 % tentang pengembangan kurikulum TPA; dan 25 % tentang pengembangan ragam stimulasi perkembangan anak berbagai usia, termasuk pada anak berkebutuhan khusus, 3) Solusi yang diharapkan yaitu psikoedukasi, workshop dan pendampingan berkala sesuai kebutuhan. Pengasuh TPA memiliki tanggung jawab yang besar, serta perlu dipikirkan dan direalisasikan terkait peningkatan kompetensi, kesejahteraan, dan kerjasama dengan berbagai pihak terkait, khususnya orang tua.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the character building in overcoming student delinquency at SMK Ma’arif 1 Sendang Agung. The issues faced by the school include the widespread occurrence of adolescent delinquency influenced by peer pressure, free association, and the low understanding of students regarding moral and religious values. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach, involving observation, interviews, and documentation as data collection instruments. The results show that character building at SMK Ma’arif 1 Sendang Agung is carried out through various approaches, such as Islamic religious education, extracurricular activities, regular study groups, and the habituation of positive behaviors. The active role of teachers, parents, and the community is essential to support this process. However, the negative influence of peers presents the greatest challenge in character development. The study concludes that closer collaboration between schools, parents, and the community is necessary to create an environment that supports students’ character development. Holistic character building is expected to reduce delinquency and produce a generation that is not only academically skilled but also has noble character. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pembinaan akhlak dalam mengatasi kenakalan siswa di SMK Ma’arif 1 Sendang Agung. Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh sekolah ini adalah maraknya perilaku kenakalan remaja yang dipengaruhi oleh lingkungan teman sebaya, pergaulan bebas, serta rendahnya pemahaman siswa tentang nilai-nilai moral dan agama. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, yang melibatkan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi sebagai instrumen pengumpulan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembinaan akhlak di SMK Ma’arif 1 Sendang Agung dilakukan melalui berbagai pendekatan, seperti pelajaran agama Islam, kegiatan ekstrakurikuler, pengajian rutin, serta pembiasaan sikap positif. Peran aktif guru, orang tua, dan masyarakat sangat penting dalam mendukung proses ini. Namun, pengaruh teman sebaya yang negatif menjadi tantangan terbesar dalam pembinaan akhlak. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa kolaborasi yang lebih erat antara sekolah, orang tua, dan masyarakat sangat diperlukan untuk menciptakan lingkungan yang mendukung pengembangan karakter siswa. Pembinaan akhlak yang holistik diharapkan dapat mengurangi kenakalan siswa dan menghasilkan generasi muda yang tidak hanya cerdas secara akademik, tetapi juga berakhlak mulia.

Abstract

Proses pertumbuhan dan perkembangan kecambah diperlukan kondisi lingkungan yang optimum untuk dapat berkembang secara normal. Pertumbuhan dan perkembangan kecambah benih melalui 2 fase perubahan yaitu fase fisiologis dan fase morfologis. Tujuan penelitian untuk mendapatkan /membangun alat germinator yang sederhana bersifat mobile/portabel yang dapat memberikan lingkungan optimum yang terkontrol secara otomatis, selain itu dapat mengamati atau merekam secara visual fase pertumbuhan dan perkembangan kecambah benih. Proses penelitian dengan memasang perangkat pengatur suhu dan kelembaban secara otomatis, pemasangan timer untuk pengatur sumber cahaya (gelap dan terang), serta pemasangan kamera pengamat dalam germinator. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pemasangan termohygrostat memberikan hasil yang baik karena suhu dan kelembaban terkontrol sesuai jenis benih yang berpedoman pada ISTA. Penggunaan timer memudahkan mengatur kondisi kecambah pada posisi terang atau gelap yang dapat dilakukan secara semi otomatis. Pemasangan kamera memberikan gambar secara visual perkembangan dan pertumbuhan kecambah dengan fase perubahan secara fiologis dan morfologis.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the implementation of the Occupational Health Safety program at the Tidar Regional General Hospital, Magelang City, to analyze the constraints that caused the implementation of the Occupational Health Safety program at the Tidar Regional General Hospital, Magelang City to be not optimal, to formulate efforts to overcome the obstacles. Obstacles that arise in the implementation of the Occupational Health safety program at the Tidar Regional General Hospital, Magelang City. As a result, the implementation of SMK3 (K3 Management System) at the Tidar Hospital in Magelang City has been implemented according to applicable regulatory standards and especially Permenkes No. 66 of 2016 regarding SMK3 in Hospitals which consists of K3RS Policy Determination, K3RS Planning, K3RS Plan Implementation, K3RS Performance Monitoring and Evaluation, and K3RS Performance Review and Improvement, but it is still not optimal marked by several activities that have not been implemented properly and are still happening K3 incident. Efforts to overcome the obstacles that arise in the implementation of the Occupational Health safety program at the Tidar Regional General Hospital, Magelang City, include conducting socialization and training on OHS, socializing regularly to all employees/staff about the importance of reporting any work accident incidents at Tidar Hospital, the availability of appropriate funds for the implementation of SMK3 at Tidar Hospital, the management needs to determine sufficient human resources in the OHS Committee so that the implementation can run smoothly, provide increased competition in the OHS field for Tidar Hospital employees, Magelang City, hold a Meeting/safety toolbox induction at the start of work.
