Abstract

Model Sugesti-Imajinasi pada pembelajaran menulis puisi berkonteks multikultural dan pendidikan karakter dikembangkan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran bahasa dan sastra Indonesia, khususnya pembelajaran menulis puisi di SMA. Pemusatan konsentrasi belajar peserta didik dan pengembangan daya imajinasinya ketika mengekspresikan ide/gagasannya ke dalam bentuk puisi menjadi isu penting dalam makalah ini. Model ini dikembangkan dengan Research and Development model Borg dan Gall. Subjek penelitian adalah peserta didik kelas X SMA Negeri Cicalengka Kabupaten Bandung. Analisis kebutuhan dilakukan melalui pengamatan kelas, angket guru, dan wawancara kepada guru dan peserta didik. Model Sugesti-Imajinatif direkomendasikan kepada guru dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran menulis teks puisi dimensi multikutural dan pendidikan karakter. Tahapan model Sugesti-Imajinatif, meliputi relaksasi, memotivasi pikiran, membangun emosi, pemrograman diri, mengekspresikan pikiran, dan merefleksikan hasil belajar. Hasil uji coba model menunjukkan persentase capaian ketuntasan keterampilan menulis puisi sebesar 75,7% atau cukup memuaskan.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the suitability of the lesson plans for the text of the observation report at SMP PGRI 4 Bagorejo with the K-13 standard, describe the suitability of the lesson plans that have been made with the learning process, and also describe the suitability of the assessment sheet with the K-13 standard. This research belongs to the type of qualitative research with a descriptive approach, the data source used is the Indonesian language teacher at SMP PGRI 4 Bagorejo. Data collection techniques through observation, documentation and interviews, and data analysis was carried out with reference to the K-13 standard. The results of the study show (1) that the lesson plans for the text material from the observations of class VII made by the Indonesian language teacher at SMP PGRI Bagorejo are in accordance with the 2013 curriculum process standards, (2) the implementation of learning the text material from the observations of class VII is in accordance with the lesson plans that refer to the standard the K-13 process, and (3) the assessment sheet that has been made by the teacher in accordance with the K-13 standard contains an assessment of 3 domains, namely cognitive, psychomotor, and attitude.

Abstract

Digital literacy is increasingly recognized as a fundamental component of early childhood education, equipping young learners with essential skills to navigate digital environments. This study investigates the implementation of digital literacy in the independent curriculum at Tarbiyatul Athfal Bulumanis Kidul Kindergarten, focusing on organizational strategies, challenges, and pedagogical impacts. Employing a qualitative case study approach, data were gathered through observations, semi-structured interviews, and document analysis involving key stakeholders such as teachers, curriculum coordinators, and administrators. The findings indicate that while educators possess foundational digital competencies, continuous professional development is required for effective technology integration. Infrastructure limitations, financial constraints, and technical difficulties remain significant barriers to optimal digital literacy adoption. However, structured pedagogical strategies that incorporate information and communication technology (ICT) have been shown to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes. The study underscores the necessity of robust teacher training programs, improved digital infrastructure, and multi-stakeholder collaboration to ensure the sustainable integration of digital literacy in early childhood education. A key finding reveals that despite existing challenges, schools that implement digital literacy with structured teacher support and adaptive learning strategies demonstrate significant improvements in students' digital competencies and cognitive engagement. Future research should explore the long-term effects of early digital literacy exposure on cognitive and social development across diverse educational settings.

Abstract

Masih banyak guru yang belum menerapkan bahan ajar inovatif yang dapat merangsang siswa dalam belajar. Hal ini menyebabkan rendahnya keterampilan menulis, khususnya menulis pantun. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas media kartu bergambar berbasis ARCS dengan metode blended learning bagi peserta didik. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Jenis penelitian ini tergolong dalam jenis penelitian kualitatif yang memperoleh data berdasarkan penelitian sebelumnya dan dengan kepustakaan studi dokumen teks. Metode yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan kuesioner. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data yaitu kuesioner. Angket kebutuhan dalam pengembangan produk yang akan dianalisis menggunakan data deskriptif kualitatif dengan cara penyajian data melalui beberapa pertanyaan sesuai dengan keadaan dan kebutuhan yang ada pada saat penelitian. Untuk memperoleh hasil penelitian ini menggunakan angket. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data ditemukan bahwa aplikasi media kartu bergambar berbasis ARCS dalam pembelajaran teks pantun dengan metode blended learning lebih efektif diterapkan dalam pembelajaran di masa pandemi.

Abstract

Technology is an important part in the context of BIPA learning. The demands of industry 5.0 provide positive opportunities for the quizizz application to be utilized in BIPA assessment. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to describe the characteristics of the needs of quizizz-based reading skill assessment devices in BIPA 1 learning. The data in this study are interview conversions and the percentage of learner and teacher needs for the product. The data sources in this study are learners and teachers from the BIPA Wisma Bahasa Yogyakarta program, BIPA Walisongo State Islamic University Semarang, and BIPA Sultan Agung Islamic University Semarang. Data analysis for this study was carried out using the needs data analysis technique. This study uses a mixed method as a methodological approach, and the theory of assessment devices is used as a theoretical approach. The findings of the researcher, namely the characteristics of the needs of quizizz-based reading skill assessment devices in BIPA 1 learning, include material aspects, construction aspects, language aspects, and quizizz application aspects. Characteristics of the material aspect, namely a) the principle of completeness, b) the principle of suitability, c) the principle of validity, d) the principle of integration, and e) the principle of sufficiency. Characteristics of the construction aspect include a) the principle of completeness, and b) the principle of systematicity. The characteristics of the language aspect include a) the principle of ease, and b) the principle of communication. The characteristics of the quizizz application consist of a) the principle of practicality, b) the principle of economy, and c) the principle of novelty.

Abstract

In order to improve the quality and quality of a learning process contained in the process standards, there must be an assessment. The aim of this research is to: 1) describe the evaluation of learning planning at SMP Negeri 3 Semarang using procedural text material; 2) describe the evaluation of learning implementation at SMP Negeri 3 Semarang using procedural text material; 3) describe the evaluation results as a quality assurance system. The method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive method, the data source from this research is the teaching module for writing procedural texts written by Mohamad Agus Setiono Class VII Phase D SMP Negeri 3 Semarang and learning videos that have been made using the help of assessment instruments. The steps in data analysis are as follows: 1) read the entire teaching module and watch the video of the learning implementation until completion; 2) analyze using APKG the assessment instrument for planning and implementing learning; 3) assign a score and provide additional evaluation. The results of this research. The evaluation results on learning planning taken from various aspects of assessment can be found to be 77.5%. Next, calculating the results of the learning implementation assessment score was found to be 70%, so it fell into the sufficient scale category. To ensure the quality and quality of learning to write procedural texts, there are several evaluation inputs that can be considered to be implemented in the learning process. The method used should use the Citizen Procedure method.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to explain the implementation of differentiated strategies in learning Indonesian biographical text material for class X SMA. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods to obtain research data in the form of information regarding the application of differentiated strategies in learning biographical text material. This research involved Indonesian language subject teachers as research respondents. Research data was obtained through observation and interviews with respondents. This research uses interview guides and observation guides as research instruments. The research results show that the implementation of differentiated strategies in learning biographical text material at Ta'allumul Huda Bumiayu Islamic High School has been implemented well. The application of differentiated learning that is carried out includes three components, including differentiation of content, process and product components. The implementation of differentiated learning has been proven to be able to increase students' motivation in participating in learning activities.

Abstract

Throughout 2021-2024, cases of sexual violence against women have increased. The impact of violence on victims tends to be traumatic. Trauma can hinder selfdevelopment, so it needs to be overcome either by the individual's own efforts or professional assistance to have the ability to recover (resilience). Efforts to prevent sexual violence and handle post-violence victims can use literary education alternatives. Literary works can affect the inner psychology of humans. This will encourage humans as connoisseurs of literary works to be motivated to imitate something contained in them. The novel The Crying Woman To Bulan Hitam is one of the literary works that tells the true story of a woman victim of sexual violence who can find resilience. The study of this novel uses the hermeneutic method to analyze the data. This research is expected to provide a discourse on the resilience of victims of sexual violence. The results obtained from this study are that the novel Perempuan who Cried on the Black Moon neatly describes the process towards resilience, which is represented by the character Magi Diela, which includes two factors, namely I have and I am.

Abstract

Academic literacy encompasses all literacy practices, including the scientific writing skills. This sort of writing requires critical, analytical, and evaluative thinking skills, which are closely linked to the construction of arguments within academic texts. This study aims to analyze students’ academic literacy skills as a pilot study for the development of an instructional module on scientific writing based on argumentation. The type of argumentation used in this study is the witness argument model proposed by Douglas Walton. A qualitative approach was employed through document study. The data sources for this research included the course syllabus and students’ journal article manuscripts. Content analysis was used for data analysis, involving procedures of data collection, reduction, and verification. The research findings are described as follows. First, the Academic Literacy course syllabus was designed to incorporate three competencies at the lower taxonomy levels (C1 and C2), four competencies at the medium levels (C3 and C4), and seven competencies at the higher levels (C5 and C6). Second, the representation of the witness argument type in students’ journal articles included expert opinion arguments, analogy arguments, practical reasoning arguments, fact-hypothesis arguments, exception arguments, and precedent arguments. The results of this pilot study may serve as a foundation for further research, particularly in the development of an instructional module for scientific writing based on the witness argument model.

Abstract

The role of teachers in shaping students’ character and ideology in Vocational High Schools (SMK) is essential, particularly in internalizing the values of heroism courage, sacrifice, integrity, and dedication. This study explores how gender differences among teachers influence classroom policy implementation as a medium for instilling the ideology of heroism. Using a qualitative descriptive approach and Moser’s research design (1989), the study analyzes how 50 SMK teachers (25 male and 25 female) in Tegal Regency respond to heroic values after reading Eko Prasetyo’s novel "Poor People Are Forbidden from Going to School." Data were collected through instruments reflecting teachers' classroom policies and analyzed based on gender differences. Results show that female teachers generally implement classroom policies with greater tolerance, such as permitting students to leave class for competitions or excusing those who accompany peers in the school clinic. In contrast, male teachers are more likely to adhere to strict rule enforcement, such as reprimanding students who fall asleep despite working for their families. However, both male and female teachers avoided imposing severe punishments, demonstrating a shared understanding of the educational context. This study confirms that while the core values of heroism are shared, gender influences the methods of ideological internalization. These findings contribute to understanding pedagogical gender dynamics and emphasize the need for a standardized and consistent approach to character education to avoid value confusion among students.
