Abstract

Community Health Center (Puskesmas) is a health institution engaged in providing health services to the surrounding community through the provision of several services in accordance with SOP standards and spread across several regions in Indonesia. Puskesmas can be called the front guard engaged in health institutions because they provide efficient, effective services, and can improve the welfare of the local community. Optimal service to the community is one of the obligations that must be carried out by the Puskesmas. However, the challenges faced by the Puskesmas can occur due to several factors. In addition, in providing quality services to the scope of the community can be influenced by several factors, one of which is organizational behavior. results of analysis related to organizational behavior in improving health services at Puskesmas. The writing method used in writing this journal is to use a qualitative type. The results obtained There are various main components of organizational behavior in exploring health services including communication patterns, decision-making processes, organizational culture and structure, leadership and management styles, group dynamics and team interactions, and individual behavior and attitudes. The conclusion is that organizational behavior in an agency is influenced by organizational culture. In the context of health centers, there are several organizational behaviors that can contribute to improving health services through organizational behavior, including effective communication, pro-patient organizational culture, effective leadership, performance evaluation and improvement, solid teamwork, and HR development.

Abstract

Nurses are medical personnel who take many important roles in patient care. Not only how to monitor the patient's condition as a whole, ensuring that patients receive services according to standards, nurses also coordinate with other medical personnel, even non-medical units to ensure that patients also carry out their obligations as patients. Seeing that the role of nurses is very large, an adequate number of nursing staff is one of the basics of quality service. Nurses are the spearhead of hospital health services, so the availability of nurses in quantity and quality is an important part in planning the Human Resources unit. RS. Restu Ibu is in the process of transitioning the nursing staff from the Outpatient Installation, most of which are part-time to full time, so it requires an analysis and calculation of the number of nursing staff needed according to the conditions of this unit. This study aims to analyze the availability of nurses in outpatient installations by measuring workload. Workload measurement is carried out through subjective and objective approaches. Subjective measurements use workload questionnaires, while objective measurements use the WISN method. The sample size consisted of 20 people. Data collection methods involve interviews, observation, and document study. Descriptive analysis was applied to interpret the results of both measurement methods. The results of subjective workload measurements show that the nurses' workload is in the medium category, while objective workload measurements require the addition of 3 nursing staff. With the results of this analysis, it is hoped that it can increase the productivity of nurses' performance which will support the quality of hospital services.

Abstract

National Health Insurance Standard Inpatient Class (KRIS JKN) is a new policy implemented by the Government to improve the quality of health services. There are 12 criteria that are determined in stages, at least 9 of which must be met at the hospital. This research aims to analyze the implementation or application of KRIS JKN at Wava Husada Hospital Malang in 2024. The method used is quasi-qualitative by collecting data through in-depth interviews, documentation and survey instruments. Then the data will be analyzed inductively to build a theory. After carrying out the implementation analysis, it was found that Wava Husada Hospital had met the minimum criteria of 9 criteria, however there were 3 criteria that were still obstacles, including the criteria for bathrooms with accessibility standards and maximum inpatient room density of 4 beds with a distance between the edges of the bed of at least 1, 5 meters at Wava Husada Hospital Malang in 2024.

Abstract

Transformasi digital menjadi kunci penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas layanan kesehatan di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menganalisis implementasi strategi transformasi digital dan tantangan yang dihadapi dalam meningkatkan pelayanan rumah sakit berdasarkan kajian literatur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa transformasi digital, seperti penggunaan teknologi AI, IoT, dan telemedicine, mampu meningkatkan efisiensi, aksesibilitas, serta kepuasan pasien. Namun, tantangan utama meliputi keterbatasan infrastruktur, keamanan data, kurangnya literasi teknologi, dan resistensi terhadap perubahan. Strategi yang diusulkan mencakup peningkatan infrastruktur, pelatihan tenaga kerja, regulasi yang adaptif, dan kolaborasi lintas sektoral untuk mengatasi kendala tersebut. Transformasi digital yang terintegrasi dan berkelanjutan diharapkan dapat mendorong pencapaian target SDG 3.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pengorganisasian terhadap efisiensi pelayanan pasien di rumah sakit melalui pendekatan kualitatif berbasis studi literatur. Proses pengorganisasian yang efektif memainkan peran penting dalam meningkatkan efisiensi pelayanan melalui struktur organisasi yang mendukung, koordinasi antar unit, dan alokasi sumber daya yang optimal. Studi ini mengintegrasikan temuan dari berbagai penelitian terdahulu, yang menyoroti elemen-elemen kunci seperti pembagian tugas yang jelas, penerapan standar operasional prosedur (SOP), manajemen terintegrasi, dan adaptabilitas terhadap kondisi dinamis seperti pandemi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengorganisasian yang optimal tidak hanya meningkatkan efisiensi operasional tetapi juga kualitas pelayanan. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi teoretis dengan mengidentifikasi aspek-aspek dalam pengorganisasian yang dapat diterapkan untuk meningkatkan kinerja pelayanan di rumah sakit dalam memberikan pelayanan kepada pasien mereka.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh perilaku caring dan komunikasi interpersonal perawat terhadap kepatuhan pasien dalam menjalani pengobatan Tuberkulosis Paru di Rumah Sakit Bunda Mulia Cikarang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei dan analisis regresi linear berganda. Sampel penelitian melibatkan pasien TB Paru yang menjalani pengobatan di rumah sakit tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa baik perilaku caring maupun komunikasi interpersonal memiliki kontribusi yang sama terhadap kepatuhan pasien, dengan nilai koefisien beta sebesar 0,059 pada kedua variabel. Berdasarkan hasil analisis statistik, perilaku caring dan komunikasi interpersonal memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kepatuhan pasien, dengan nilai signifikansi masing-masing 0,026 dan 0,031. Implikasi dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa rumah sakit perlu memperkuat pelatihan perilaku caring dan keterampilan komunikasi interpersonal bagi perawat untuk meningkatkan kepatuhan pasien terhadap pengobatan. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi dasar pengembangan intervensi yang fokus pada aspek psikososial dalam pelayanan kesehatan, khususnya dalam menangani pasien TB Paru

Abstract

Dalam era digitalisasi, integrasi Artificial Intelligence (AI) menjadi bagian penting dalam manajemen strategi untuk meningkatkan efisiensi operasional di sektor kesehatan. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi AI dalam manajemen strategis rumah sakit dan dampaknya terhadap peningkatan efisiensi layanan kesehatan. Metode Kajian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi kasus pada beberapa rumah sakit di Indonesia yang telah menerapkan AI dalam operasionalnya. Hasil Kajian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi AI membantu meningkatkan efisiensi dalam manajemen data pasien, pengelolaan sumber daya, dan pengambilan keputusan klinis. Selain itu, implementasi AI memungkinkan pemantauan real-time dan analisis prediktif yang berdampak pada peningkatan kualitas pelayanan dan pengurangan biaya operasional. Kajian ini memberikan rekomendasi strategi bagi rumah sakit untuk memaksimalkan potensi AI dalam meningkatkan efisiensi operasional secara berkelanjutan. Dengan demikian, manajemen strategi berbasis AI dapat menjadi solusi inovatif dalam menghadapi tantangan operasional di sektor kesehatan.

Abstract

Bidadari Binjai Hospital carries out investment in the form of the development of the Medical Rehabilitation Service Unit which has been running for 1 year, an assessment is carried out using ratios based on information from Cash Flow analysis, Payback Period analysis, Net Present Value analysis and Internal Rate of Return analysis. By conducting a financial analysis, hospitals know the investment risks, so hospitals need to implement a risk management process with solid managerial functions in Planning, Organizing, Actuating and Controlling to be able to achieve effective and efficient services so that the risk of loss can be anticipated. The type of research used in this study is qualitative research with a case study approach and data used quantitatively in the form of documentation and financial data of the hospital. The results of the calculation using the PP (Payback Period) Method show that the return on investment costs is achieved within a period of 1 year and 3 months. Analysis with the NPV (Net Present Value) method obtained a positive value of Rp. 3,556,095,947 analysis of the IRR (Internal Rate of Return) method obtained an interest rate of 9.8%. so that this investment can be said to be "feasible" to continue, then the Medical Rehabilitation Unit of Bidadari Binjai General Hospital runs effectively and efficiently by implementing lean management with a thrifty, adaptive, and innovative concept to increase sales and reduce hospital costs

Abstract

Leaders can influence individuals or groups to achieve goals. If most of the employees' needs are not met, managers must be able to adjust their leadership style and know how to identify and adapt to changes in employees' needs. Otherwise, employees will not have good prospects in the organizational world. Millennial leaders, who are mostly members of an organization or team, are driven by the millennial generation and face more complex challenges. Because they value freedom, flexibility, open communication, supervisors and colleagues, and the use of technology, millennials are more difficult to retain within a company. The aim of this research is to determine whether adaptive leadership styles are effective in managing the current millennial generation. This study is qualitative and uses data analysis methods in a literature review. The goal is to discover and examine effective leadership styles and techniques for millennials. The results indicate that adaptive leadership approaches are beneficial as they help individuals overcome difficulties and adapt to changes. However, adaptive management theory also has its weaknesses. For instance, it is unclear how the key components of the adaptation process work and how these relationships support the adaptation process. According to Rainer Turangan (2015), a good leader should be able to adapt to uncertain future conditions, work across countries and cultures, and create a creative environment.

Abstract

Masalah penelitian yang menjadi fokus dalam studi ini adalah pentingnya pernyataan misi rumah sakit dalam mendukung peningkatan kinerja organisasi dan keterlibatan pemangku kepentingan. Pernyataan misi sering kali dianggap abstrak dan kurang efektif jika tidak diintegrasikan dengan budaya organisasi dan praktik manajemen.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi peran pernyataan misi rumah sakit dalam meningkatkan kinerja dan menjajarkan strategi organisasi melalui pendekatan tinjauan literatur.Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi tinjauan literatur dengan kriteria penelitian mencakup artikel akademik peer-review yang relevan. Hasil penelitian tinjauan literatur didapatkan pernyataan misi rumah sakit memainkan peranan sentral dalam mendefinisikan dan mengkomunikasikan nilai utama dan arah strategis institusi kesehatan. Efektivitas pernyataan misi bergantung pada keseriusan manajemen dalam mengembangan pernyataan misi, proses yang inklusif dan kesejajaran terhadap tujuan organisasi. Walaupun pernyataan misi rumah sakit bervariasi, namun tidak dapat dipungkiri perananan pernyataan misi terhadap peningkatan kinerja rumah sakit dan keterlibatan para pemangku kepentingan.
