Abstract

Indonesia is a developing country that is still trying to improve the quality of education. The quality of education is a focus that needs to be considered by the government and the elements society in advancing the Indonesia nation. Education is something that is related to human development. The process cannot be separated from the psychological, human, and environmental. This study aims to determine of how the implementation of state defense education in Universitas Pertahanan curriculum is applied. The research method used is library research. The technique of this method is to collecting some reading references that are relevant to the studied problems. The literature study method was also involved in this study to support the results. The results of this study prove the needs for state defense education for students as the nation’s next generation should receive an attention from the policy makers such as the government and education environment. The various threats that will be faced are not only from military, yet it become more complex. It can be worried as it can erode the student’s senses of nationalism. The role of the government and educators is important to provide broad opportunities for the students to develop their knowledge in innovation and creativity. The students that can develop their knowledge hopefully can make proud of their country and the nation. Packaging in providing state defense education for students is need to be more innovative, in addition the students are able to understand deeply about defending their state and the importance of a sense of the nationalism to strengthen their state sovereignty. ABSTRAK Indonesia merupakan negara berkembang yang masih berusaha dalam meningkatkan kualitas Pendidikan. Kualitas Pendidikan merupakan fokus yang perlu diperhatikan oleh pemerintah serta elemen masyarakat dalam memajukan Bangsa Indonesia. Pendidikan adalah suatu hal yang terkait dengan perkembangan manusia. Prosesnya tidak terlepas dari psikologis, manusia, dan lingkungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan sejauh mana implementasi Pendidikan bela negara di dalam kurikulum Universitas Pertahanan diterapkan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah library research, yaitu teknik pengumpulan referensi bacaan yang relevan dengan permasalahan yang diteliti. Metode studi literatur juga dilibatkan dalam penelitian ini untuk mendukung hasil penelitian. Hasil dari penelitian ini membuktikan kebutuhan Pendidikan bela negara untuk kalangan pelajar sebagai generasi penerus bangsa seharusnya mendapat perhatian dari pemangku kebijakan dari lingkungan pemerintah dan pendidikan. Berbagai ancaman yang dihadapi tidak hanya militer namun semakin kompleks sehingga dikhawatirkan dapat mengikis rasa nasionalisme pelajar. Peran pemerintah dan pendidik penting untuk memberikan kesempatan luas pada pelajar dalam mengembangkan ilmunya secara inovasi dan kretivitas, sehingga pelajar yang dapat mengembangkan ilmunya akan membanggakan negara dan mengharumkan nama bangsa dengan hal positif. Pengemasan dalam pemberian Pendidikan bela negara pada pelajar perlu lebih inovatif supaya pelajar mampu memahami lebih mendalam mengenai bela negara dan pentingnya rasa nasionalisme untuk memperkuat kedaulatan negara.

Abstract

Perubahan dalam kurikulum menjadi suatu keharusan. Pertumbuhan IPTEKS yang sangat cepat mengharuskan pendidikan untuk tidak terpaku pada kurikulum yang sudah ada dan nyaman. Tujuan dari penelitian ini ingin mengetahui perencanaan manajemen kurrikulum dan sisitem penilaian perguruan tinggi dalam mengaplikasikan kurikulum MBKM Kurikulum Institut Agama Islam Al-Zaytun Indonesia ini dirancang guna pelatihan bagi mahasiswa untuk mewujudkan dunia pendidikan tinggi tidak terpisah dan berjarak dengan dunia kerja yang riil yang ada di masyarakat. Penelitian ini mengadopsi pendekatan kualitatif, dengan mengkaji fenomena melalui pengumpulan data non-numerik untuk memahami makna, pengalaman dan perspektif. Teknik pengumplan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik Observasi, Wawancara Mendalam (Indepth Interview) dan dokumentasi. Sementara dalam menganalisa data, penelitian ini menggunakan teknis analisa data Milles dan Huberman dimana analisis data meliputi tiga tahapan kegiatan yang dilakukan secara simultan. Manajemen Kurikulum MBKM (MerdekaBelajar Kampus Merdeka) di Institut Agama Islam Al-Zaytun Indonesia dengan paradigma integrasi nilai-nilai Ulul Albab, pendekatan pembelajaran Ulul Albab menggabungkan prinsip-prinsip Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka dengan konsep Ulul Albab. Sistem penilaian dalam perencanaan kurikulum MKBM di Institut Agama Islam Al-Zaytun Indonesia yaitu berbasis learning outcome berdasar pada Capaian Pembelajaran Lulusan (CPL) pada setiap program studi. Abstract

his study analyzes the management of teaching factory programs in the hospitality sector to improve the quality of vocational high school graduates, which has not been optimal across planning, organizing, implementation, and supervision. Using George R. Terry’s management theory and a qualitative case study approach, data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings reveal: (1) Planning has been well-executed, focusing on goal setting, competency strategies, teaching module preparation, and facility analysis; (2) Organizing involves systematic determination of personnel, infrastructure, and student roles, aligned with industrial needs and school regulations; (3) Implementation follows established standard operating procedures to ensure competency-based training; and (4) Supervision includes ongoing monitoring and evaluation to ensure alignment with plans and promote continuous improvement. Overall, teaching factory management has contributed to graduate competency development aligned with the Indonesian National Work Competency Standards (SKKNI) and industry demands. Key supporting factors include professional human resources, adequate facilities, student involvement, and support from the government and industry sectors.

Abstract

Discipline in this day and age is still a difficult thing to apply in life, especially the problem of time discipline, many young people do not care about time. Discipline character is a condition that is created and formed through the process of a series of behaviors that show the values ​​of obedience, obedience, loyalty, order and order. Education is a human civilizing process, and schools are formal institutions to civilize humans. The formation of school culture begins with a process of habituation that is carried out in a planned, integrated, systematic and organized manner. One of the habituation programs carried out at SMP Plus Al-Ittihad Cianjur is the habit of praying fardhu and sunnah prayers in congregation. The purpose of the research in this thesis is to describe the planning, implementation, evaluation, and the things that support and hinder the habituation program for congregational prayers. To discuss these problems, data was collected in the field by applying the instruments of interview, observation and documentation. The data obtained were then analyzed through a qualitative approach with a descriptive study method. The results of the study at SMP Plus Al-Ittihad Cianjur explained that the planning of the congregational prayer habituation program had been formulated in the form of a work program that was in line with the Vision and Mission of SMP Plus Al-Ittihad Cianjur. Plus Al-Ittihad Cianjur through habituation of congregational Fardhu and Sunnah prayers. Evaluation of the congregational prayer habituation program focused on timeliness in carrying out congregational prayers between groups of students who prayed in congregation at the beginning of time and groups of students who prayed in congregation who came late. -Ittihad Cianjur, as well as adequate facilities and infrastructure. The inhibiting factors for the congregational prayer habituation program come from students such as a sense of laziness and low student motivation. Thus, the implications of the congregational prayer habituation program have a positive impact on students, namely increasing faith and piety, praying five times a day without feeling forced. Students who carry out the habit of praying in congregation early in time have a high discipline and responsibility attitude, for example entering class on time, always doing schoolwork well and other obligations, so that they have achievements in both academic and non-academic fields. In addition, students who always carry out the habit of praying together at the beginning of time, they have good morals towards teachers (ustadz-ustadz) and friends and the people around them, in terms of speech as well as their attitudes and behavior.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the importance of the principal's academic supervision management in improving the personality competence of kindergarten teachers. This research was compiled on the basis of the word of Allah SWT in the Qur'an Surah Al-Baqarah verses 31-32, philosophical idealism and Terry's theory of management. The purpose of this study was to determine the management of the principal's academic supervision in improving the personality competence of kindergarten teachers. The principal's academic supervision management includes planning, implementation, supervision and evaluation. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The data collection method used is the method of interview, observation and documentation with the principal and teachers as informants. Data collection is intended to answer research problems. Based on the research, it was found: (a) The planning of the principal's academic supervision includes the preparation of a supervision program and the manufacture of supervision instruments, (b) The implementation of supervision uses a directive approach, traditional models, individual and group techniques. (c) Supervision and evaluation of supervision includes monitoring, preparation of follow-up plans and reporting, (d) Supporting factors for supervision are the presence of adequate resources, while the inhibiting factors for supervision include limited understanding of the importance of the management of academic supervision of principals. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that: (a) The planning function has not been fully implemented, (b) The implementation of supervision is in accordance with the theory of implementation of supervision, (c) Supervision supervision does not carry out evaluations, and (d) Supporting factors for academic supervision are the presence of high resources. academic supervision is a limited understanding of the importance of academic supervision management. While the implications of this research are: (a) Planning for comprehensive academic supervision will have an impact on weak implementation and supervision, waste of resources and weak institutional accountability, (b) Implementation of supervision using appropriate approaches, models and techniques will affect the success of supervision implementation, (c) Supervision and evaluation have not been fully implemented, so that the success of the program can be measured accurately, d) Supporting and inhibiting factors of academic supervision if analyzed properly, can facilitate the principal in making decisions.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the situation of teachers who are still constrained to improve their professional competence in making scientific papers, teachers are still focused on the mission of education and teaching in the classroom, while the vision and mission of scientific writing and scientific publications are often ignored, the implication is that the professional competence of teachers in writing and worrisome publication. The purpose of this study is to analyze the planning, implementation, evaluation, and to find out the constraints and solutions, MGMP management for improving the professional competence of Al Qur'an Hadith teachers in making scientific papers at State MTs in Majalengka Regency. The theological basis of this research is the concept of management which states that the essence of management is al-tadbir (regulation) which is a derivation of the word dabbara (manage), as contained in the Qur'an letter As-Sajdah verse 5, the philosophical basis taken is the flow of utilitarianism, which holds the view that the principle of benefit or utility is the most basic moral principle. This research relies on a management theory which explains that management is the accomplishing of a predetermined objectives through the efforts of other people. The approach used in this study is a qualitative naturalistic approach and the method deemed relevant in this study is a qualitative descriptive analysis method, while the data collection technique is triangulation, which uses various combined/simultaneous data collection techniques. The data sources for this study were the head of the MGMP, the head of the madrasa, the teacher of the Qur'an Hadith, and the madrasa supervisor. The conclusion of the study states that MGMP management for improving the professional competence of Al Qur'an Hadith teachers in making scientific papers at State MTs in Majalengka Regency includes planning, organizing, implementing and supervising. MGMP management to improve the professional competence of Al Qur'an Hadith teachers in making scientific writings, is absolutely necessary to be carried out in a focused and focused and sustainable manner so that the competence of Al Qur'an Hadith teachers is more qualified. The recommendation from this study is that the Al-Qur'an Hadith teacher should not feel enough with the abilities he already has, and always develop his competence through various activities and opportunities, innovate and be responsive to various changes.

Abstract

This paper examines the application of the lesson study method to improve the pedagogic competence of teachers at SMA BPI Bandung. This study uses a qualitative approach by applying descriptive methods. Data collection techniques in this study were conducted by means of interviews, observation, and documentation. While the data analysis technique is carried out using three stages, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. This study found that lesson study planning in improving the pedagogic competence of BPI SMA Bandung city teachers through collaborative and sustainable learning assessments based on the principles of collegiality and mutuality, the implementation of lesson study learning was carried out using methods and media or learning aids, while in the reflection stage or evaluation of BPI SMA lesson study using the method of gathering all teachers and discussing the learning methods applied by each teacher. The purpose of this research is to know the method of applying lesson study at SMA BPI Bandung in improving the pedagogic competence of teachers.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis manajemen layanan konseling teman sebaya dalam upaya meningkatkan kedisiplinan siswa di lingkungan SMAN 18 Bandung dan SMAN 6 Bandung. Layanan konseling teman sebaya merupakan pendekatan partisipatif di mana siswa dilatih untuk menjadi konselor sebaya dan membantu teman-temannya dalam menghadapi permasalahan yang berkaitan dengan perilaku disiplin. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Subjek penelitian terdiri atas guru bimbingan dan konseling, siswa sebagai konselor sebaya, dan siswa yang menerima layanan. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen layanan konseling teman sebaya yang dilakukan melalui perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengorganisasian dan evaluasi yang sistematis mampu meningkatkan kesadaran dan tanggung jawab siswa terhadap aturan sekolah. Layanan ini juga menciptakan lingkungan sosial yang lebih suportif dan komunikatif antar siswa. Dengan demikian, manajemen konseling teman sebaya terbukti efektif dalam mendukung pembentukan kedisiplinan siswa secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Traditional games represent untapped educational resources with significant potential for enhancing student learning quality, yet systematic management approaches for their integration remain underexplored in contemporary educational research. This study investigates the management of traditional games as educational media to improve learning quality in primary school settings. A qualitative multiple case study was conducted at two primary schools in West Java, Indonesia: SDN Cipanas, Citamiang Sub-district, Sukabumi City, and SDN Cimalati, Karangtengah Sub-district, Cianjur Regency. Data collection employed structured observations, in-depth interviews with principals, teachers, and students, and document analysis of curriculum materials and assessment records. Analysis followed Miles and Huberman's interactive model, applying Terry's management framework comprising planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling functions. Results demonstrated significant improvements in student learning outcomes, including 15.3% enhancement in mathematics performance through Congklak implementation and 12.7% improvement in physical coordination via Engklek activities. Student engagement scores ranged from 4.1 to 4.5 on a five-point scale across all traditional games. Qualitative findings revealed enhanced social skills, increased cooperation, and improved cultural awareness among participants. However, implementation challenges included curriculum time constraints reported by 65% of teachers and weather-dependent outdoor activity limitations. The study validates traditional games as effective educational media when systematically managed, providing a practical framework for culturally-responsive pedagogy. These findings contribute to game-based learning literature by demonstrating non-digital alternatives that simultaneously preserve cultural heritage while achieving measurable educational outcomes.

Abstract

Free association among teenagers has recently become a complex problem. When viewed from certain aspects, promiscuity has a negative influence on the development and growth of personality, especially in building the young generation who are moral and pious and as the backbone of the nation. Adolescents as the young generation who inherit what has been achieved if not saved from the dangers of promiscuity will destroy the future of the youth itself, which also means that the future of the state and nation will be threatened. This study aims to obtain an overview and analyze the implementation of faith and piety in preventing promiscuity among MA Al-Husna students in Bandung. The basis for this research is 1) Theological basis: There are several verses of the Qur'an that explain the prohibition of free association with goer mukhrim, including the Qur'an of An-Nur verses 30 and 31, the Qur'an of Surah Al- Isro verse 32. 2) The philosophical foundation has written by H. Nasruddin Rajak. 3) Theoretical foundation: Abdul Mujib's theory. This research is qualitative research. Data collection in this study was carried out by means of observation, interviews, and document review. In analyzing the data, the researcher used qualitative analysis techniques with steps of data exposure, data reduction, and drawing conclusions. Based on the research that has been done, it was found that MA Al-Husna has carried out the process of implementing faith and piety in preventing promiscuity among students by planning, organizing, implementing, assessing, and trying to make solutions to the obstacles found by good. Departing from the discussion and conclusions that have been put forward, there are several implications of this research as follows: 1) The implementation of the values of faith and piety must first be instilled in the values of faith and piety in students, therefore we need relevant teaching materials as sources values of faith and piety. 2) For the successful implementation of the values of faith and taqwa in preventing promiscuity among teenagers, it is not enough just for teachers to teach the class about science about the values of faith and piety but need field workers who process the actualization of the values of faith and piety so that can prevent promiscuity, therefore an organization must be formed that occupies functions that process the implementation of the values of faith and piety that are integrated into one command. In this study, there are organizations that meet these elements, but the number of BK functions is still lacking.
