Abstract

This study was conducted at UMKM Massempo Bakery with the aim of identifying and minimizing waste in its production process. Waste occurring during production can negatively impact efficiency and effectiveness, making improvements essential. The methods used in this research are Value Stream Mapping (VSM) and 5S. VSM was applied to map the value stream in the production process and identify existing wastes. The research findings revealed several types of waste, including defect, waiting, and motion. To minimize these wastes, improvements were made through the implementation of the 5S methodology, which includes Seiri (Sorting), Seiton (Set in Order), Seiso (Shining), Seiketsu (Standardizing), and Shitsuke (Sustaining). The implementation of 5S resulted in a more organized workspace, cleaner production areas, and a more efficient workflow, ultimately helping to reduce defects, shorten production times, and eliminate unnecessary motion.

Abstract

CV. Adila Group is an industry engaged in the export and processing of seafood products. In carrying out its supply chain management activities and business operations, the company has not yet conducted performance measurements nor established appropriate indicators to evaluate the performance of its supply chain management. Based on this, the purpose of this research is to identify the key performance indicators (KPIs) that align with the company's needs, assess the performance level of Green Supply Chain Management (GSCM), and determine how to optimize performance in each supply chain activity. The research methods used include the Green Supply Chain Operations Reference (GSCOR), Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), Objective Matrix (OMAX), and Traffic Light System. The performance measurement results for the supply chain at CV. Adila Group fall into the yellow category, with a score of 3.7683 across all performance indicators, indicating that improvements are needed.

Abstract

The decline in sales of Esteh Indonesia in Gorontalo is caused by healthy lifestyle trends, increased competition, and ineffective marketing strategies. This study evaluates the influence of lifestyle, brand equity, and marketing mix on purchasing decisions using the Structural Equation Modeling method. This descriptive quantitative research used purposive sampling with 324 respondents from a population of 1730 with an error rate of 5%. The data was analyzed using statistical tests and the Strucutral Equation Modeling model. The results show that lifestyle, brand equity, and marketing mix significantly influence the purchasing decisions of Esteh Indonesia consumers in Gorontalo City, with tcount greater than ttable and P-value below 0.05. The conclusion states that these variables, both partially and simultaneously, influence purchasing decisions. Suggestions for Esteh Indonesia management in Gorontalo City are to strengthen brand equity, adapt products to healthy lifestyle trends, and improve more effective marketing strategies.

Abstract

RSUD Toto Kabila Bone Bolango is one of two hospitals in Bone Bolango Regency. The hospital provides inpatient, outpatient, and emergency services. Hospital quality can be measured by patient satisfaction. One way to improve the quality of the hospital is to reduce problems that can have an impact on the quality of the hospital. This study aims to measure the level of patient satisfaction, determine the attributes that are prioritised in improving the quality of emergency department services at RSUD Toto Kabila, and make a proposed improvement design. The methods used in this research are service quality (SERVQUAL) and six sigma DMAIC (define, measure, analyse, improve, control). Based on the results of the study, the quality of service has not met the needs and desires of patients, because there are several attributes that have the largest gap value and the smallest sigma value. Some of these attributes will then be made an improvement design using 5W + 1H.

Abstract

HAKO Gorontalo is a Coffee Shop located in Gorontalo City. Along with the increase in coffee shops in Gorontalo City, HAKO experienced a significant decline in income due to increasingly fierce business competition. To face increasingly fierce competition, HAKO Gorontalo needs to develop its business. This research aims to find out the attributes that customers want and to provide suggestions in efforts to develop the HAKO Gorontalo coffee shop business. The method used in this research is the Quality Function Deployment (QFD) method and SWOT Analysis. Based on the results of this research, 5 attributes were found that were deemed unsatisfactory out of 24 attributes obtained based on customer desires. Based on the results of the SWOT analysis, the results show that the HAKO coffee shop is in quadrant one or the progressive quadrant. By using the S - O strategy, it is hoped that the HAKO coffee shop can continue to develop its business. Customer satisfaction surveys conducted periodically can also help to find out the hopes and desires of HAKO Gorontalo coffee shop customers.

Abstract

PT Royal Coconut Gorontalo is a company that processes coconut into coconut flour, coconut oil and meal products. This company has experienced cases of environmental pollution caused by less than optimal waste treatment. The purpose of this study is to determine the magnitude of the environmental impact of the production process in the company. One of the efforts to determine the magnitude of environmental impacts caused by the production process is using the Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) method. The results of this method can determine the critical points that cause environmental impacts so that several alternative recommendations for improvement are obtained. Determination of the best alternative recommendations using the Analytical Network Process (ANP) method. ANP is one method to measure the priority scale in making a decision. The results of environmental impacts using the LCA approach with eco-indicator 99 method are respiratory inorganics with a value of 8.2382 kPt, while the results of the ANP method concluded that the alternative use of briquettes as boiler fuel and environmental impact criteria as the top priority in environmental improvement.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of PTPN IV PKS Tinjowan's Public Relations in supporting the implementation of the CorporateSocial Responsibility (CSR) program and its relevance to meeting the needs ofthe surrounding community. The focus of the study includes identifying the types of CSR programsimplemented, their level of suitability to the needs of residents, the sustainability oftheir implementation, as well as the obstacles and strategies for overcoming them by the Public Relations department.The research method used is qualitative with a case study approachthrough interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of the studyshow that PTPN IV PKS Tinjowan has implemented a number of CSR programsin the fields of education, health, infrastructure, and social community.However, some of the programs have not fully addressed the priority needs ofthe community due to the lack of community involvement in the planning stage. In addition, there are programs that are short-term and not yet integrated with thecompany's long-term plans. The main obstacles faced by public relations includebudget constraints, weak coordination between departments, and barriers tocommunication with the community. As a solution, public relations should increase participatory approaches with residents, strengthen internal company synergy,and propose programs based on data on community needs. This studyemphasizes the importance of the role of public relations as a communication link betweencompanies and the community in realizing beneficial and sustainable CSR programs.

Abstract

Abstrak: UMKM Zoellen merupakan usaha yang bergerak di bidang kuliner yang berada di Gorontalo. Selama menjalankan aktivitas rantai pasoknya UMKM ini pernah mengalami kendala dalam proses pengadaan produksi dan pengiriman yang tidak tepat waktu. Proses pengadaan UMKM pernah mengalami kekurangan penyediaan bahan baku sehingga berpengaruh terhadap proses produksi berupa tidak tercapainya target produksi dan terlambatnya pengiriman produk. Dalam upaya penyelesaian masalah maka dilakukan pengukuran kinerja rantai pasok UMKM dengan metode SCOR dan AHP yang bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi kinerja rantai pasok dengan mengetahui indikator apa saja yang digunakan serta memberikan usulan perbaikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat 13 indikator kinerja yang terpilih. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data, maka diketahui indikator kinerja memiliki nilai 64,61 (average) dengan menunjukan 5 indikator kinerja yang perlu dilakukan perbaikan.

Abstract

UKM Hidayah merupakan salah satu UKM yang memproduksi makanan kecil atau cemilan, yang terletak di Jl. Tapa, Ayula Tilango, Kecamatan Bulango Selatan, Kabupaten Bone Bolango. UKM Hidayah memproduksi pia sebanyak 5000 pcs/hari sedangkan pada lebaran dan tahun baru mencapai 7000 pcs/hari. Produk berkualitas merupakan produk yang mampu memenuhi harapan konsumen terhadap barang dan jasa yang ditawarkan. Oleh karena itu, perusahaan berupaya meningkatkan produktivitas, salah satunya mengontrol produk cacat. Berdasarkan data dari bagian pengendalian kualitas UKM Hidayah menunjukan bahwa produk pia memiliki hasil akhir yang tidak sesuai dengan standar dan kualitas yang telah ditentukan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis faktor yang menyebabkan produk cacat dan menganalisis pengendalian kualitas produk menggunakan SPC dan SQC sehingga dapat mengurangi produk cacat. Berdasarkan Hasil penelitian menunjukkan faktor penyebab produk cacat yaitu manusia, metode, dan mesin, sedangkan analisis menggunakan metode statistical process control (SPC) dan statistical Quality Control (SQC) terdapat beberapa jenis cacat pia diantaranya adalah cacat gosong, cacat bentuk, dan cacat isi keluar (bocor). Namun cacat tertinggi adalah cacat isi keluar (bocor) dengan jumlah cacat mencapai 13515 pcs/tahun, cacat tertinggi kedua yaitu cacat bentuk dengan jumlah cacat sebesar 7760 pcs/tahun dan yang terakhir cacat gosong 7713 pcs/tahun. Dengan persentase kecacatan 20,13% dan rata-rata cacat 1.68%.

Abstract

This research is a quantitative study with an explanatory approach, namely an approach that relies on previous studies as the main formula for finding new variations/novelty in the research being conducted. The data used in this study are primary data obtained from 400 employees of Private Islamic Universities spread throughout Indonesia. The data were analyzed using the smart PLS 4.0 analysis tool. The result in this article show concluded that the Employee Creativity variable can have a positive relationship direction and a significant influence on Employee Performance because the P-Values point positively and are below the significance level of 0.05, namely 0.007. This is because the more creative employees can make work easily completed, problems can be overcome easily, and company targets can be achieved to improve Employee Performance. In line with the results of the first hypothesis, in the next row as a result of the second hypothesis also shows that the Commitment variable can strengthen the influence of the Work Creativity variable on Employee Performance because the P-Values are positive and below the significance level of 0.05, which is 0.000 more significant than direct testing of 0.007. Thus, the first and second hypotheses in this article can be accepted. Keywords: Employee Creativity, Employee Performance , Commitment
