Abstract

This research discusses the concursus contained in the Decision of the Mataram District Court Number: 194/Pid.B/2021/PN.Mtr. The author's interest in this research is based on the concursus that is more often found in the form of crimes that are not similar. However, it is different in the object of this research which is a concursus with similar criminal offenses, namely in the form of theft with theft. With the concursus doctrine, of course the type of indictment imposed on the defendant will affect the verdict. Departing from this, in this study the author aims to analyze the effect of the concursus teaching on the type of indictment in the crime of theft with the object of research in the Mataram District Court Decision Number: 194/Pid.B/2021/PN.Mtr. This research uses normative juridical research, which is research conducted using the library method to explore legal rules related to the object of research. Because this research is a decision analysis, the approaches used in this research are statutory approaches and conceptual approaches. The results of this study indicate that the object of research is included in the qualification of concursus realis and is included in the type of single indictment. The inclusion of a single indictment is certainly due to the influence of concursus realis which in a regulation must contain several elements of a criminal offense that can provide clarity to the Public Prosecutor to impose a type of indictment on the Defendant. Keywords: concursus, indictment, theft Penelitian ini membahas mengenai concursus yang terdapat pada Putusan Pengadilan Negeri Mataram Nomor: 194/Pid.B/2021/PN.Mtr. Ketertarikan penulis dalam penelitian ini didasari pada keidentikan concursus yang lebih sering dijumpai yaitu berupa tindak pidana yang tidak sejenis. Namun, berbeda pada objek penelitian ini yang merupakan concursus dengan tindak pidana sejenis, yaitu berupa kasus pencurian dengan pencurian Dengan adanya concursus tentu sebuah dakwaan yang dijatuhkan kepada terdakwa akan berpengaruh terhadap putusannya. Berangkat dari hal tersebut, maka dalam penelitian ini penulis bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh ajaran concursus terhadap jenis dakwaan dalam tindak pidana pencurian dengan objek penelitian Putusan Pengadilan Negeri Mataram Nomor: 194/Pid.B/2021/PN.Mtr. Penelitian ini menggunakan tipe penelitian yuridis normatif, yaitu penelitian yang dilakukan dengan metode pustaka untuk menggali aturan-aturan hukum yang berkaitan dengan objek penelitian. Oleh karena penelitian ini merupakan analisis putusan maka pendekatan yang dipergunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu pendekatan perundang-undangan dan pendekatan konseptual. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa dalam objek penelitian termasuk dalam kualifikasi concursus realis dan termasuk dalam jenis dakwaan tunggal. Dikenainya dakwaan tunggal tersebut tentu tidak lain disebabkan pengaruh concursus realis yang di dalam sebuah pengaturannya harus memuat beberapa unsur tindak pidana yang bisa memberikan kejelasan kepada Jaksa Penuntut Umum untuk menjatuhkan sebuah jenis dakwaan kepada Terdakwa. Abstract

Lack of interest in writing individually by students makes writing activity as one of the four language skills pay less attention to the students. Creating small Group Discussion is one method that can help students improve their learning achievement, especially in improving their writings. This research was intended to know the effectiveness of Small Group Discussion Technique on students’ achievement in writing report text at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) Pematang Siantar. The populations of this research were 38 eleventh class students of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) Pematang Siantar. The samples of this research were taken from 38 students (XI IPA 1).). The students’ achievement was measured l the students’ writing through pretest and posttest. The data were analyzed by using SPSS program. The pretest result shows the means score is 60.13 with the highest score is 70 and the lowest score is 50, while the post test result shows the means score is 60.13 with the highest score is 70 and the lowest score is 50. As the T-Test result, the significant value of Small Group Discussion  is 0.000 <0.05. The different scores between the Pre Test and the Post Test, and the T-test results show that there are differences between scores before and after Small Group Discussion technique were applied to the students. Abstract

This study aims to: 1) Develop jobsheet media as a learning aid for basic design subjects on body proportions; 2) Knowing the feasibility of media through the validation of material experts and media experts; 3) Know the response of students to using the media jobsheet. This type of research is called research and development using the Tim Puslitjaknov development model with stages: a) product analysis, b) product development, c) expert validation and revision, d) small-scale trial, e) large-scale trial. Expert validation was carried out by 2 media expert and 2 material expert. Data collection using a questionnaire. Analisys using descriptive statistic. The results of this study are: 1) print media jobsheet for basic design; 2) The feasibility of the jobsheet media is in the category of 100% feasible; 3) Student’s responses to the media jobsheet on a small scale trial showed 80,44% agreed, and a large scale trial showed strongly agreed 84,16%. Abstract

The concept of kaly namitta, or good friend, is a very important part of Buddhist teachings. Two classic texts in the Buddhist canon, Sigalovada Sutta and Visuddhimagga, highlight the different but no less important role of kaly namitta in the spiritual development of a person. In Sigalovada Sutta, kaly namitta is described as a true friend who influences individual moral progress in everyday life. Sigalovada, the main character in the sutta, was instructed by the Buddha about the importance of choosing friends wisely, who would support the individual in developing good behavior and morality. Visuddhimagga emphasizes Kalyanamitta's role as a meditation teacher. In this context, Kalyanamitta acts as a spiritual guide who guides a person's meditation practice to inner peace and a deeper understanding of true reality. The meditation teacher in the Visuddhimagga is seen as a figure who holds a crucial role in the spiritual journey of a practitioner, guiding them through the various stages of meditation towards enlightenment. The differences in the emphasis on the role of Kalyanamitta in both texts describe different contexts and purposes in the teachings of Buddhism. Sigalovada Sutta emphasizes the importance of true friends in everyday life and their relationship with moral progress, while Visuddhimagga highlights the role of a meditation teacher in a person's spiritual development. However, these two concepts complement each other in one's attempt to a deeper enlightenment and understanding of Dhamma.This study uses a library study method with a Buddhist approach to analyze the differences between the concepts of kaly namitta in the two texts. The results confirm the importance of a proper understanding of these differences to avoid misunderstandings and deepen the depths of Buddhism.

Skripsi ini berjudul, “Kewenangan Satuan Pengaman Dalam Melaksanakan Tugas Dan Wewenang Kepolisian Terbatas” Dalam menjalankan tugas dan wewenang sebagai Kepolisian Terbatas, Satuan Pengaman harus memiliki komitmen yang kuat dan konsistensi dalam melakukan tugas-tugas pengawasannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Kedudukan Peraturan Kepolisian Nomor 4 Tahun 2020 Tentang Pengamanan Swakarsa Dalam Hirarki Peraturan Perundang-Undangan Di Indonesia; dan (2) Kewenangan Satuan Pengamanan Dalam Menjalankan Fungsi Kepolisian Terbatas.

Abstract

Electric Submersible Pump (ESP) is one of the most critical oil & gas equipment in Tuban East Java (TEJ) field. This research applies Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) to oil & gas to optimize maintenance methods for ESP at the TEJ field. The RCM was applied based on the historical failure events at equipment which caused Loss Production Opportunity (LPO). Start with Pareto chart, the RCM followed by Failure Modes and Effect Analysis (FMEA) that produced the Risk Priority Number (RPN) for the 80% problems. The last step provided the optimum maintenance periods using Weibull’s statistic. The result shows that flat cable in ESP has the highest RPN. Flat cable requires an optimum maintenance period of 509 days and a total cost of US$59,342. The total cost consists of Periodic Maintenance (PM) and Risk costs.

Abstract

Mechanical failures can cause Electric Submersible Pump (ESP) disruptions, shortening their lifespan. Despite improvements in run-time, unexpected failures still result in significant production deferment and loss, especially for oil & gas production equipment in Tuban East Java (TEJ) field. Therefore, we used Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) to analyze FMEA, employing two methods: Montgomery and Runger's (MGR) and Bernard's approaches. The MGR approach provided a better prediction of the failure rate. The ESP flat cable has the highest RPN, requiring maintenance of US$59,342 for an ideal 509-day period.

Abstract

Preservasi jalan merupakan kegiatan penanganan jalan, berupa pencegahan, perawatan, dan perbaikan yang diperlukan untuk mempertahankan kondisi jalan agar tetap berfungsi secara optimal dalam melayani lalu lintas sehingga umur rencana yang ditetapkan dapat tercapai. Kegiatan preservasi jalan terdiri dari pemeliharaan rutin, pemeliharaan berkala, rehabilitasi, dan rekonstruksi jalan dan bangunan pelengkap jalan. Dalam penelitian ini akan menganalisis kondisi penanganan jalan berdasarkan nilai struktural perkerasan pada ruas Betung – Batas Kota Sekayu. Evaluasi struktural dilakukan berdasarkan nilai lendutan dari pengukuran alat Falling Weight Deflectometer (FWD). Penentuan penanganan jalan berdasarkan structural dilakukan menggunakan metode Manual Desain Perkerasan (MDP) 2024 yaitu Metode AASHTO diperoleh dari perbandingan nilai Structural Number Effective (SNeff) dengan nilai Structural Number Futurer (SNf) untuk memperoleh nilai tebal lapisan tambah pada struktur perkerasan. Dengan mengamati hasil yang diperoleh berdasarkan long segment dan non long segment, maka didapatkan hasil analisis secara longsegmen akan mehasilkan penanganan rutin, minor, mayor, dan rekontruksi. Sedangkan secara non long segment menghasilkan penanganan jalan minor.

Abstract

Online learning during the COVID-19 pandemic makes it difficult for teachers to assess student learning attitudes. Limited availability of instruments to measure attitudes of students when they are engaged in online learning leads to difficulty of teachers to conduct appropriate assessments on that measure. The current study, therefore, mainly was intended to produce a self-assessment-based instrument that is feasible to use to measure students' attitudes in online learning. In order to produce such instrument, we used developmental research method by following steps in the instrument design that is proposed by McCoach, Gable, and Madura. Furthermore, in order to provide feasibility of our instrument, we provided evidence of content validity through experts' judgment data as well as evidence of construct validity with confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) and reliability estimation with Cronbach's α through a limited trial and an expanded trial using response data of sixth graders of elementary school engaged in online learning. Our study has produced a self-assessment-based instrument that uses a summated rating scale and is composed of six components (i.e., honest, disciplined, responsible, polite, caring, and self-confident) and 24 items that have demonstrated evidence of content validity, stable factor structure, and high reliability estimates.

Abstract

This research is centered on the practical implementation of machine learning and computer vision technologies to enhance production quality control within the traditional textile industry. The traditional textile sector, known for labor-intensive practices, has slowly adapted to digital transformation. We present a practical case study from Bandung, Indonesia, to validate the effectiveness of our approach in real-world textile manufacturing. By emphasizing machine learning and computer vision, this research narrows the gap between traditional textile practices and digitalization, offering tailored solutions for manufacturers seeking to excel in today's rapidly changing global market. The findings provide valuable insights into the challenges and opportunities of using machine learning and computer vision for production quality control in traditional textile manufacturing. The machine learning models in the study showed good accuracy, ranging from 75% to 100% under various lighting conditions in real-world textile manufacturing environments, confirming their suitability for practical quality control applications.
