Abstract

Perkembangan suatu kota terjadi sebagai akibat dari pertumbuhan penduduk, aktivitas sosial, ekonomi, budaya serta adanya interaksi dengan kota lain di daerah sekitar. Suatu kota dengan segala aktivitas yang ada di dalamnya akan mengalami perkembangan dari waktu ke waktu. Seperti kota-kota lain, Kota Bima juga mengalami perkembangan sehingga mengakibatkan munculnya permasalahan perubahan penggunaan lahan dan struktur ruangnya. Berangkat dari permasalahan tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji perubahan penggunaan lahan dan struktur ruang Kota Bima pada periode waktu tahun 1999-2014 dengan harapan dapat memberikan informasi mengenai dinamika perkembangan Kota Bima. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik analisis dan pengolahan data diawali dengan interpretasi citra pleiades pada tahun 2014, overlay dengan bantuan perangkat lunak ArcGIS 10.2 dan analisis input-output terhadap perubahan penggunaan lahan tahun 1999-2014. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa penggunaan lahan terbesar berturut-turut di Kota Bima adalah pertanian lahan kering (76,04%), hutan (11,43%), sawah (6,24%), permukiman (4,62), tambak (0,40%), perdagangan dan jasa (0,29%), pemerintahan (0,23%), pendidikan (0,30%), pelabuhan (0,02%) dan terminal (0,01%). Secara umum kecenderungan perubahan penggunaan lahan yang lebih dominan adalah perubahan penggunaan lahan sawah dan pertanian lahan kering menjadi permukiman yakni masing-masing sebesar 184,30 Ha dan 171,93 Ha. Pola persebaran permukiman cenderung konsentris liniear di wilayah bagian barat sedangkan di wilayah bagian timur cenderung terpencar-pencar dan memanjang mengikuti jalan sesuai dengan lokasi pertanian. Struktur ruang Kota Bima belum menunjukan perubahan yang terlalu signifikan yaitu masih berbentuk monocentric city dan termasuk kategori model multi nodal dimana terdiri dari satu pusat dan beberapa sub pusat dan pusat lingkungan yang saling terhubung satu sama lain.

Abstract

At this time the Indonesian people are faced with various kinds of problems in terms of waste, if people have knowledge of the use of waste in the surrounding environment then this problem will be overcome, for example waste originating from coconut shells, wood, sawdust and palm shells that can used as charcoal and biomass fuel. In making briquettes with the dimensions and shape of briquettes that are uniform, then a tool designed with pneumatic technology. Because in pneumatic air pressure can be adjusted as needed. Pneumatic technology is a tool that can work (move) by utilizing air pressure from the compressor. Pneumatic works as movers, regulators, controllers and connect work processes.The advantages of pneumatic work systems are the availability of air that is not limited, easily distributed, flexibility, temperature, safe, clean, transfer of power and speed that is easily set. Based on the results of the design of the briquette maker on the process of making briquettes with a pneumatic system capable of speeding up the production time of briquette production and briquette size of 66 mm diameter and 100 cm height, determining the pressure on making briquettes that are uniform according to the weight and shape of the briquettes. Pressing the pressure of 6 bars produces a planned target product of 5 molding on wood briquette press machine but the results of the sawdust are broken and messy due to lack of adhesive and wood powder must be soft in small particles. Abstract

Ethinyl estradiol is an estrogen derivative used as contraceptive or hormone replacement therapy to maintain woman?s sexual function. The aim of this study was to examine ethinyl estradiol antioxidative activity and its potency to inhibit protein oxidation by glycocylation reaction. This study was an in vitro assay and its antioxidative activity by H2O2 scavenging, ?OH scavenging, metal chelating were measured. Activity as inhibitor of Advanced Oxidation Protein Products (AOPP) was carried out by using glycocylation reaction. Three groups (n=6), i.e P0 control (3 ml of serum), P1 (3 ml of serum + glucose 500 mM), and P2 (3 ml of serum + glucose 500 mM + ethinyl estradiol 0,15gr/100mL) were used in this study. The result of this study showed that H2O2 scavenging, ?OH scavenging, metal chelating were 48,889%, 15,139%, 11,538% respectively. For AOPP inhibition, P0 and P1 was different significantly (p 0,05), P0 and P2 was not different significantly (p 0,05), and P1 and P2 was different significantly (p 0,05). It was suggested that antioxidative mechanism from ethinyl estradiol could inhibit AOPP formation generated by glycocylation reaction.

Abstract

Maillard reaction or glycosylation reaction is a reaction between amine group and aldehyde group from glucose to form dicarbonyl compound and Advanced Glycation End Products (AGEs). The formation of AGEs have a role in diabetic complications. This work was conducted study the tyrosine degradation reaction model and the formation of AGEs caused by Maillard reaction. The research design was an experimental study with pre and posttest control group design with followed up posttest in 48 hours to 20 days. Two solutions, A and B were used; solution A was a mixture of BSA 30% + buffer phosphate pH 7 + aquadest, and solution B was BSA 30%+ buffer phosphate pH 7+ aquadest+ glucose. The degradation of tyrosine was measured by its absorbance at l=470 nm and the absorbance of AGEs formation at l=340 nm. Model of AGEs formation in solution A followed the equation of Y=0,0289X ? 0,01847 with correlation coefficient R2=0,9767, where as that in solution B followed equation of Y=0,6552X ? 1,5267 with correlation coefficient R2=0,9463. The tyrosine degradation model in solution A followed equation of Y=-0,1232X + 2,7166 with correlations coefficient R2=0,9175 where as that in solution B followed equation of Y=-0,03552X + 0,7762 with coefficient of correlation R2=0,9175. Negative value was observed in correlation between AGEs absorbance with tyrosine in solution A and B reflecting the formation of AGEs followed by tyrosine degradation

Abstract

Tambang batubara di permukaan tanah mendorong pembuatan alat paparan debu batubara skala laboratorium. Optimasi alat paparan debu batubara model 2010 dilakukan untuk menentukan lokasi akumulasi debu batubara serta perubahan histopatologi paru. Penelitian eksperimental dilakukan pada kontrol (K), paparan debu batubara 14 hari (BB1), dan debu batubara 28 hari (BB2). Karakterisasi debu batubara dilakukan dengan scanning electron microscope (SEM) dan X-ray fluorescence (XRF) di Laboratorium Fisika Universitas Negeri Malang. Pemeriksaan histopatologis paru dilakukan di Laboratorium Patologi Anatomi RSUD Ulin Banjarmasin. Penelitian dilakukan periode Agustus−November 2010. Scanning electron microscope paru menunjukkan diameter partikel <10 mm dan akumulasi partikel di alveolus. Parenkim paru berupa struktur alveolus tipis (K), penebalan alveolus dan edema epitel edematous (BB1), peningkatan edematous dan penyempitan rongga alveolus (BB2). Epitel bronkus dilapisi epitel silindris, epitel goblet, sel radang yang minimal (K), perpanjangan epitel silindris, hiperplasia epitel goblet dan mukus (BB1). Sel epitel menjadi menipis, lebih banyak mukus dan morfologi epitel menjadi tidak jelas (BB2). Epitel bronkoalveolus dilapisi epitel silindris, minimal sel goblet dan sel radang (K). Hiperplasia epitel goblet yang mendominasi disertai mukus (BB1). Epitel silindris dengan proliferasi sel goblet, mukus, taburan sel radang, dan fibrosis (BB2). Simpulan, alat paparan model 2010 memicu akumulasi debu batubara di alveolus serta perubahan histopatologi berupa inflamasi, hiperplasia sel goblet, dan fibrosis. This experimental study was done in control (K), coal dust exposure for 14 days (BB1), and coal dust exposure for 28 days (BB2). Coal dust characterization was done by scanning electron microscope (SEM) and X-ray fluorescence in Physics Laboratory Malang State of University. Histopathologic analysis was done in Pathologic Laboratory Ulin General Hospital. Research was done August−November 2010. Lung SEM showed particle diameter 10 mm and particle accumulated in alveolus. Lung parenchym showed thin alveolus structure (K), thickenning of alveolus and edematous epithelial (BB1), increased edematous and narrower alveolus space (BB2). Epithelial in bronchus layering by cylindrical and goblet epithelial, inflammation cell (K), elongation of cylindrical epithelial, hyperplasia goblet epithelial and mucous (BB1). Epithelial became thick, more mucous, and epithelial morphology became unclear (BB2). Bronchoalveolus epithelial layering by cylindrical epithelial, minimal goblet cell and inflammation cell (K). Goblet cell hyperplasia and mucous (BB1). Cylindrical epithelial with goblet cell proliferation, mucous inflammation cell, and fibrosis (BB2). Abstract

Di Kalimantan Selatan, prevalensi penderita diabetes melitus sebesar 11,1%. Kalimantan Selatan merupakan provinsi dengan tambang batubara tersebar di seluruh wilayah. Hal ini menjadikan penderita diabetes melitus terpapar debu batubara. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur peroksidasi lipid akibat paparan debu batubara subkronik dan pengaruhnya pada kadar gula darah tikus diabetes melitus. Kelompok penelitian meliputi tikus Wistar diabetes melitus (P1), kelompok diabetes melitus + paparan debu batubara dosis 12,5 mg/m3 1 jam/hari selama 28 hari (P2), dan kelompok diabetes melitus + paparan debu batubara dosis 25 mg/m3 1 jam/hari selama 28 hari (P3), masing-masing 6 ekor. Penelitian dilakukan mulai Agustus–Oktober 2010. Uji analysis of variance (ANOVA) terhadap kadar malondialdehid (MDA) plasma tidak didapatkan peningkatan secara bermakna antara kelompok perlakuan (p>0,05). Penurunan kadar gula untuk P1, P2, dan P3 berturut-turut sebesar 23,6%, 16,9%, dan 9,3%. Analisis uji t tidak berpasangan terhadap kadar gula darah tidak didapatkan perbedaan bermakna sebelum dan setelah perlakuan pada semua kelompok (p>0,05). Tidak terdapat korelasi antara kadar MDA plasma dan kadar gula darah setelah perlakuan pada berbagai kelompok (p>0,05). Disimpulkan bahwa paparan debu batubara subkronik tidak meningkatkan peroksidasi lipid yang mempengaruhi kadar gula darah pada tikus diabetes melitus dan tidak ada korelasi antara kadar MDA dan glukosa darah. Aim of this study was to measure lipid peroxidation by subchronic coal dust exposure and its effect on glucose level in Wistar rats model of diabetes mellitus. Group included diabetes mellitus Wistar rats (P1), diabetes mellitus + coal dust exposure at dose 12.5 mg/m3 1 hour/day for 28 days (P2) and diabetes mellitus + coal dust exposure at dose 25 mg/m3 1 hour/day for 28 days (P3) on 6 rats, respectively. This research was done from August–October 2010. Analysis of variance (ANOVA) test concluded no significant differently on increased plasma malondialdehyde (MDA) level between all groups (p>0.05). Percentage of blood glucose level decreased 23.6%, 16.9% and 9.3% for P1, P2, P3 group, respectively. Unpaired t test concluded that blood glucose level were not significant differently between pre and post treatment in all groups (p>0.05). There was no correlation between plasma MDA level and blood glucose level in all groups of exposure (p>0.05). In conclusions, that subchronic coal dust exposure doesn’t increase lipid peroxidation and no effect on blood glucose level in diabetes mellitus rats and no correlation between MDA dan blood glucose level. Abstract

The research of nitric oxide scavenging by hemoglobin and blood pressure in preeclampsia had been done. Aims of this research were to measure methemoglobin level as an index nitric oxide and its correlation to blood pressure. Sixty pregnant were women involved in this study. Thirty subject were normal pregnancy and preeclampsia. Preeclampsia group were consist of 18 mild preeclampsia and 12 severe preeclampsia. The methods, to measure methemoglobin based on Evelyn and Malloy methods with spectrophotometer. Meanwhile, Blood pressure is measured with auscultation methods. The result showed that methemoglobin level, systolic and diastolic pressure preeclampsia higher than normal significantly. There is a positive correlation between methemoglobin level and blood pressure in mild preeclampsia. In severe preeclampsia, there is negative correlation between methemoglobin level and blood pressure. Beside that, correlation between methemoglobin level and sistolic pressure has positive correlation and negative correlation found between methemoglobin level and diastolic pressure in normal pregnancy. This study conclude that nitrite oxide scavenging activity by hemoglobin have correlation to bloodpressure change in normal pregnancy and preeclampsia.Telah dilakukan penelitian tentang aktivitas scavenging mtrit oksida oleh hemoglobin dan tekanan darah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur kadar methemoglobin sebagai parameter nitrit oksida dan korelasinya dengan tekanan darah. Sebanyak 60 orang wanita hamil terlibat dalam penelitian ini. Pada subjek tersebut, 30 orang tergolong hamil normal dan 30 orang didignosis preeklampsia. Kelompok preeklampsia terdiri atas 18 orang preeklampsia ringan dan 12 orang preeklampsia berat. Metode pengukuran kadar methemoglobin digunakan metode Evelyn dan Malloy dan pengukuran tekanan darah dengan metode auskultasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kadar methemoglobin, tekanan sistolik dan diastolik pada preeklampsia (ringan dan berat) lebih tinggi bermakna daripada tanpa preeklampsia. Terdapat korelasi positif antara kadar methemoglobin dengan tekanan sistolik dan diastolik preeklampsia ringan. Pada preeklampsia berat korelasi kadar methemoglobin dan tekanan sistolik dan diastolik bernilai negatif. Pada kehamilan normal korelasi kadar methemoglobin bernilai positif dengan tekanan sistolik, sedangkan terhadap tekanan diastolik, berkorelasi negatif. Kesimpulanpenelitiani ini adalah aktivitas scavengingmint oksid olehhemoglobin mempunyai korelasi terhadap perubahan tekanan darah pada kehamilan normal dan preeklampsia.

Abstract

Kapasitas beban lateral pondasi tiang (Pu) merupakan hal utama untuk perencanaan konstuksi dengan beban lateral yang cukup dominan. Kapasitas Pu didasarkan pada kondisi keseimbangan resultan gaya pada tiang dan ketahanan tanah lateral serta distribusi tekanan tanah PL sepanjang kedalaman tiang berdasarkan metode konvensional, tetapi sulit diterapkan pada tanah nonhomogen, karena kondisi tanah nonlinier terhadap kedalaman. Insitu test yang paling sering digunakan karena mudah, cepat dan hemat biaya adalah cone penetration test (CPT), yang memberikan profil tanah secara kontinu, dan lebih mendefinisikan jenis lapisan, ketebalan, dan kepadatan dari masing masing lapisan. Meskipun jarang disebut dalam literatur tentang penggunaan data CPT untuk menganalisa perilaku defleksi pondasi tiang, beberapa peneliti menyatakan hubungan antara resistensi kerucut qc dan tahanan lateral tanah Pu di sepanjang kedalaman tiang. Salah satu metode yang menyajikan pengembangan metode kurva p-y untuk pondasi tiang dengan dasar resistensi penetrasi kerucut qc adalah Bouafia, A. (2014). Berdasarkan pengembangan oleh Bouafia, penulis menganalisa hubungan antara resistensi kerucut qc dan ketahanan lateral tiang Pu untuk menentukan beban lateral pondasi tiang pada tanah lunak di Wates, Kulon Progo DIY dan dibandingkan dengan teori Broms 1964; metode Kurva p-y, dan pengembangan rumus Bouafia, dengan kekakuan tiang, jenis tanah dan defleksi maksimum yang sama maka diperoleh sebagai berikut, teori Broms, LBroms=14,16m ; PuBroms=32,4ton ; MBroms=19,88tonm. Abstract

ABSTRAK – Performance Prism telah diimplemetasikan pada berbagai bidang usaha, karena termasuk metode yang digunakan untuk mengukur kinerja perusahaan secara menyeluruh. Oleh karena itu, kajian literatur secara sistematis diperlukan, untuk memberi informasi kepada penelitian-penelitian selanjutnya mengenai implementasi Performance Prism yang telah dilakukan. Literatur yang diidentifikasi meliputi 36 jurnal nasional dan 4 jurnal internasional dari Indonesia, dengan rentang publikasi dari tahun 2011 hingga 2020. Implementasi Performance Prism yang ditemukan, didominasi pada Industri makanan, apparel, dan bahan konstruksi, serta jasa penyedia air baku dan pelayanan kesehatan. Selain itu, Performance Prism diimplemetasikan pula pada Lembaga pendidikan yaitu Sekolah Menengah Pertama dan Perguruan Tinggi. Implementasi Performance Prism dalam literatur yang ditemukan, diintegrasikan dengan 4 metode lain yang dominan yaitu Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), Objective Matrix (OMAX), Traffic Light System (TLS), serta Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, & Threats (SWOT). Manfaat implementasi Performance Prism dari literatur yang ditemukan, terdiri dari pengukuran tingkat kepentingan perspektif stakeholder dan performance indicator, serta penentuan Key Performance Indicator dan pengukuran kinerja perusahaan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the judges 'consideration and thecontent of judges' ruling on the case of criminal theft with a weighting in thedecision. 164 / pid.b / 2015 / PN SKT. It also examines the implementation offormal law and material law in the case of criminal theft with such deduction.The background of the research that the problem of theft with theweighting is still common in the community. This decision is interesting toexamine because there are several elements of weighting in the case of theft.The research method consists of: research approach is done by approachof law and approach of case. The legal substance consists of the primary legalmaterials in the form of laws and other relevant regulations. The secondary lawmaterial consists of a judge's verdict. The method of analysis is done byqualitative juridical.The conclusion of the research that judge's consideration in the case oftheft with a weighting in Decision No. : 164 / Pid.B / 2015 / PN Skt. containsconsiderations of indictments, facts, legal considerations. The factualconsideration concerns the testimony of witnesses, the prosecution witness andthe lightening witnesses, the consideration of the defendant's statement, theconsideration of the evidence. Legal consideration is the assessment of elementsof crime in the indictment. The flow of decision making is in accordance with theprovisions of criminal procedure law. In addition, the assessment of the provisionsof the criminal act of theft with the weighting is in accordance with the usualinterpretation used in criminal law.Keywords: Judicial Review, Theft with a weighting
