Abstract

Ileus adalah salah satu penyakit usus yang disebabkan oleh tersumbatnya lumen usus akibat berhentinya gerak peristaltik di dalam usus. Jika tidak ditangani dengan cepat, Ileus bisa menyebabkan usus berlubang. Namun, penderita Ileus seringkali tidak menyadari terjadinya penyakit ini di dalam tubuhnya, sehingga sebaiknya memeriksakan kesehatan pencernaan setiap hari sebagai pencegahan. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan stetoskop digital untuk memberikan jawaban dari hasil auskultasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan stetoskop yang dimodifikasi dengan soundcard yang terhubung dengan raspberry pi dan ditampilkan melalui aplikasi VNC Viewer. Sedangkan Convolutional Neural Network dengan model tensor flow digunakan sebagai metode klasifikasi dan MFCC teknik ekstraksi fiturnya. Sistem merekam dan mendeteksi kehadiran suara perut dengan auskultasi selama 10 detik, dan jika terdeteksi suara perut lebih dari 1 maka dapat disimpulkan pencernaan itu sehat, begitu juga sebaliknya. Dalam penelitian ini, uji klasifikasi untuk yang lain diberi label ‘NIHIL’ suara perut, dan hasil auskultasi adalah 5,85 detik untuk uji klasifikasi. Akurasi yang diperoleh untuk klasifikasi TERDETEKSI' adalah 90%, dan untuk ‘NIHIL’ adalah 100%. AbstractIleus is one intestinal disease caused by the blockage of the bowel lumen due to the cessation of peristalsis within the intestine. If not handled quickly, Ileus could lead to a perforated bowel. However, the sufferer of Ileus often does not realize the occurrence of this disease within his body, so it would be better to check up on the digestive health every day as a preventive. Therefore, a digital stethoscope is needed to provide answers from auscultation results. This study used a modified stethoscope with a soundcard connected to the raspberry pi and displayed through the VNC Viewer application. Meanwhile, Convolutional Neural Network with tensor follow model is used as the classification method and MFCC Technique as the feature extraction. The system records and detects the bowel noise with auscultation for 10 seconds, and if the bowel noise is detected more than1 time, it means normal condition or health, and vice versa. In this study, the classification test for another was labeled with ‘NIHIL,' and the auscultation result was 5.85 seconds for the classification test. The accuracy obtained for the classification of 'digestion-sound' is 90%, and for the 'no digestion sound' is 100%.

Abstract

World Health Organization (WHO) menyatakan bahwa sebanyak 600 juta orang di dunia menderita bronchitis. Bronchitis merupakan salah satu penyakit pernafasan yang dapat disebabkan oleh virus Respiratory Syncitial Virus (RSV) dan Rhinovirus. Gejala umum bronchitis adalah seseorang akan mengalami kesulitan bernafas dengan disertai batuk. Namun, tidak sedikit orang mengabaikan gejala umum ini sehingga berindikasi mengalami bronchitis tingkat berat ataupun berpotensi kematian. Oleh karena itu, dalam paper ini mengusulkan sistem deteksi dini bronchitis berdasarkan suara batuk berbasis embedded system. Ini merupakan terobosan baru pada dunia medis dengan desain alat kesehatan yang portabel. Sistem yang diusulkan menerapkan algoritma Bark Frequency Cepstral Coefficients (BFCC) dan ­K- ­Nearest Neighbor (kNN). BFCC merupakan algoritma yang digunakan untuk mengekstraksi fitur suara batuk dan menghasilkan nilai koefisien cepstral. Selanjutnya, nilai koefisien cepstral tersebut dihitung jarak Euclidean-nya untuk dapat diklasifikasikan menggunakan kNN. Algoritma BFCC dan kNN diimplementasikan pada perangkat Mini Komputer Raspberry Pi 3 Model B+ dengan mikrofon sebagai perangkat masukan suara dan perangkat LCD touchscreen 3.5 inchi untuk sebagai antarmuka yang menampilkan keluaran hasil deteksi. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan rata-rata waktu komputasi sebesar 4,452 detik dan penggunaan CPU sebesar 26%, serta akurasi kNN sebesar 73% untuk perhitungan jarak Euclidean dengan nilai neighbour = 5. AbstractThe World Health Organization (WHO) states that as many as 600 million people in the world suffer from bronchitis. Bronchitis is a disease that can be caused by respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) and rhinovirus. Symptoms of common bronchitis a person will experience difficulty breathing accompanied by coughing. Unfortunately, many people underestimate this common symptom. Even though, it is indicating that they have severe bronchitis or possibly death. Therefore, this study proposes an early detection system for bronchitis based on cough e sounds based on an embedded system. This is a new breakthrough in the medical world with a portable medical device design. The proposed system applied the Bark Frequency Cepstral Coefficients (BFCC) and K-Nearest Neighbor (kNN) algorithms. BFCC is an algorithm that is used to extract cough sound features and produce cepstral coefficient values. Furthermore, the value of the cepstral coefficient will be calculated for the Euclidean distance to be classified using kNN. The implementation of the BFCC and kNN algorithms is carried out on a Raspberry Pi 3 Mini Computer Model B+ with a microphone as a voice input device and a 3.5-inch LCD touchscreen device to display the resulting output interface. The results obtained an average computation time of 4.452 seconds and CPU usage of 26%, and kNN accuracy of 73% from the calculation of the Euclidean distance with a neighbor value = 5.

Abstract

Wireless Power Transfer (WPT) merupakan teknologi yang dapat menghantarkan energi listrik tanpa kabel. Teknologi WPT terus dikembangkan untuk mencapai tujuan yaitu meningkatkan kemampuan sistem dalam memaksimalkan daya yang diserap pada beban di sisi penerima. Teknologi WPT saat ini banyak digunakan dan diterapkan untuk pengisian daya pada perangkat elektronik dengan memanfaatkan konsep koil induktif kopling. Induktif WPT memanfaatkan pasangan koil antara koil primer sebagai sumber, dan koil sekunder sebagai penerima. Salah satu tantangan desain sistem WPT adalah mendapatkan daya optimal dengan batasan-batasan rekayasa yang ada. Untuk mendapatkan daya optimal, diperlukan beberapa langkah sistematis dimulai dengan analisis sistem dan rangkaian, penentuan variabel state-space, dan model matematis. Parameter utama (sumber tegangan, kapasitansi, induktansi, dan mutual inductance) tercantum dalam model matematis untuk selanjutnya diformulasikan sebagaidaya pada multi-penerima sebagai multi objective-function. Proses optimasi dilakukan dengan mempertimbangkan batasan rekayasa nilai kapasitansi yang ada di pasaran dan limitasi nilai frekuensi yang dapat beroperasi pada rangkaian listrik. Algoritme evolusioner NSGA-II digunakan untuk menyelesaikan permasalahanmulti objective-function dan batasannya untuk memperoleh nilai parameter optimal. Selanjutnya, Perolehan nilai parameter optimal dibandingkan dengan hasil aplikasi simulator LTSPICE untuk melakukan validasi nilai daya pada penerima. Dalam proses optimasi dengan NSGA-II, jumlah generasi akan menentukan kecepatan proses optimasi. Untuk itu, evaluasi running-metric dilakukanagar dapat mengetahui jumlah generasi yang menunjukkan hasil konvergen pada nilai objective-function. Penelitian ini menunjukkan hasil implementasi NSGA-II dapat digunakan untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan optimasi daya WPT multi penerima, dan mempertimbangkan jumlah generasi, untuk meningkatkan kecepatan dalam melakukan proses optimasi.AbstractWireless Power Transfer (WPT) can transmit electrical energy without wires. Research on WPT technology is mainly conducted to achieve maximum power absorbed at the load on the receiving side. The current WPT technology is widely used and applied to charging electronic devices using the concept of the inductive coil. Inductive WPT utilizes a pair of coils between the primary coil as a source and the secondary coil as a receiver. The design challenge of the WPT system is obtaining optimal power within existing engineering constraints. In order to obtain optimal power, systematic steps are needed. It starts with the system and circuit analysis, determining state-space variables, and mathematical models. The main parameters (voltage source, capacitance, inductance, and mutual inductance) are used in the mathematical model and further formulated as power in receivers as a multi-objective function. The optimization is conducted by considering engineering constraints on capacitance values on the market and limitations on frequency values that can operate in electrical circuits. The NSGA-II evolutionary algorithm is used to solve multi-objective-function problems and their constraints to obtain optimal parameter values. The obtained optimal parameter values are compared with the results of the LTSPICE simulator application to validate the power value of the receiver. In the optimization process with NSGA-II, the number of generations will determine the speed of the optimization process. For this reason, a running-metric evaluation was carried out to find the number of generations that show convergent results on the objective-function value. This study shows that the implementation of NSGA-II  can optimize power in multi-receiver WPT. The running metric analysis can analyze and obtain the number of generations that can get the optimal solution faster.

Abstract

Saat ini, banyak aplikasi perangkat cerdas yang dikembangkan untuk melakukan tugas secara mandiri tanpa menerima perintah dari manusia. Oleh karena itu, mengembangkan sistem yang memungkinkan perangkat untuk melakukan tugas pengawasan seperti mendeteksi dan melacak objek bergerak akan memungkinkan tugas yang lebih canggih untuk diterapkan pada robot di masa depan. Teknologi Quadcopter sesungguhnya dapat memudahkan pekerjaan manusia dalam melakukan pengawasan dan pelacakan seperti pada kasus pelacakan lansia atau ABK (Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus) secara otomatis agar kerabat dapat melakukan pengawasan dengan menggunakan drone. Sehingga penelitian ini dilakukan untuk membuat sebuah sistem pada drone atau quadcopter agar dapat mendeteksi objek dan mengikutinya. Pada implementasinya, orang yang berkebutuhan khusus dan membutuhkan pengawasan akan mengenakan atribut berupa topi dengan warna solid. Warna topi tersebut akan dijadikan acuan untuk threshold segmentasi warna untuk mendeteksi objek topi tersebut dengan pemrosesan citra digital. Pergerakan drone ditentukan oleh prediksi jarak, sudut, dan ketinggian objek berdasarkan regresi linier yang dihasilkan dari 123 data latih. Hasil deteksi sistem juga cukup sesuai dengan pergerakan drone ketika diuji dengan 27 data. Akurasi dari prediksi gerak pitch adalah 84%, prediksi gerak yaw adalah 94%, dan prediksi gerak up/down adalah 91,5%. Adapun waktu komputasinya adalah 0.175829662 detik per frame. Abstract Nowadays, many intelligent device applications are developed to perform tasks independently without receiving commands from humans. Therefore, developing systems that allow devices to perform surveillance tasks such as detecting and tracking moving objects will allow more sophisticated tasks to be applied to robots in the future. Quadcopter technology can actually facilitate human work in monitoring and tracking, such as in the case of tracking the elderly or children with special needs automatically so that relatives can carry out surveillance using drones. So this research was planned to create a system on a drone so it can detect objects and follow them. In its implementation, people with special needs and need supervision will wear an attribute in the form of a hat with a solid color. The color of the hat will be used as references for the color segmentation threshold to detect the hat object with digital image processing. The movement of the drone is determined by the prediction of the distance, angle, and height of the object based on linear regression generated from 123 training data. The system detection results are also quite in accordance with the movement of the drone when tested with 27 data. The accuracy of pitch motion prediction is 84%, yaw motion prediction is 94%, and up/down motion prediction is 91.5%. The computation time is 0.175829662 seconds per frame.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify how Cimahi batik is a form of cultural identity. So that the younger generation, especially the people of Cimahi City, can know and appreciate the form of cultural heritage in the form of one of the city's identities. The research method used is a qualitative method by analyzing the data found. This study uses a literature/library study approach in which the data comes from various literatures, both in print and electronic media related to cultural identity in the form of urban batik in the view of anthropology. This is motivated by the swift currents of globalization which can cause cultural shifts. Even the cultural identity of an area can be lost if it is not preserved. So this research is expected to increase the sense of respect and pride in the existing cultural identity.

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalis permasalahan pencurian satwa, padahal sudah ada payung hukum yang mengamanatkan akan pentingnya perlindungan keanekaragaman satwa di Taman Nasional Alas Purwo sebagai warisan dunia. Undang-Undang tersebut belum diimplementasikan secara maksimal, dibuktikan masih maraknya kegiatan perburuan satwa burung. Jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus. Instrumen dalam penelitian kualitatif adalah peneliti itu sendiri. Pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi. Analisa data menggunakan model interaktif yang terdiri atas empat komponen proses analisis, melalui pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perlindungan hukum terhadap satwa burung dalam hukum positif adalah perlindungan yang diberikan dalam aturan perundang-undangan, supaya tidak terjadi kepunahan satwa endemik

Abstract

Wonogiri Regency, located in Indonesia, is an area susceptible to various types of natural disasters, such as floods, landslides, and hurricanes, which pose a significant risk to approximately 90% in this area. Therefore, this study aimed to identify the types of potential disasters in Wonogiri and propose effective strategies for disaster mitigation from 2021 to 2025. This study uses a risk matrix to quantify the risks associated with these potential disasters and utilizes House of Risk (HoR) phase 2 methodology to formulate strategies for disaster risk prevention. This comprehensive analysis has shown seven potential disasters for which nine mitigation strategies have been developed. Among these, the top three strategies, considering the effectiveness value and the degree of difficulty (EDRk) value, in order of priority, are “Increasing multi-stakeholder partnerships in disaster management” (EDRk value 176.20); “Strengthening the legal framework for disaster management” (EDRk value 167.40); and “Conducting socialization and education on disaster mitigation” (EDRk value 111.60). Implementing these strategies is expected to strengthen disaster risk reduction (DRR) in regencies, with a focus on prioritizing the most effective measures.

Abstract

Background: The quality of pharmacy education is stated in the literature to be one of the factors influencing the quality of self-medication services in pharmacies. However, research describing the ability of pharmacy students to handle self-medication cases is limited.Objectives: This study aims to describe pharmacy students’ recommendations for two vignette cases involving analgesic-antipyretics (i.e., primary dysmenorrhea and childhood fever cases) in an Indonesian university and to identify factors related to the appropriateness of their recommendations.Methods: Apothecary students were asked to provide recommendations and their reasoning for primary dysmenorrhea and childhood fever cases using a structured telephone interview.Results: Of the 86 participants, appropriate recommendations were provided by 86% and 78% for a case of primary dysmenorrhea and for childhood fever respectively. One-quarter of students did not identify referral criteria in the case of childhood fever and thus made inappropriate recommendations. Age and study period were factors significantly related to providing appropriate recommendations, in which students who were younger and completed their study program within 5 to 6 years were significantly able to provide appropriate recommendations compared to students who were older and whose study period exceeded 6 years.Conclusion: A considerable number of apothecary students in an Indonesian university were able to properly manage cases related to analgesic-antipyretic recommendations. Further qualitative research is needed to identify factors underlying the knowledge of Indonesian pharmacy students in identifying major and minor patient presentations.

Abstract

Kearifan lokal dalam tradisi rewang mengandung nilai-nilai positif yang menjadi pedoman masyarakat perdesaan. Dalam tradisi rewang terdapat unsur gotong royong dalam membangun solidaritas masyarakat. Menggunakan teori interaksionisme simbolik dilakukan masyarakat atas dasar makna yang terkandung didalamnya. Jenis penelitian ini termasuk penelitian pustaka (library research), menggunakan metode pengumpulan data meliputi buku, koran, majalah, naskah, dokumentasi. Sedangkan analisa data menggunakan model interaktif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kearifan lokal dalam tradisi rewang terdapat nilai-nilai gotong royong, solidaritas, sebagai keunggulan budaya masyarakat perdesaan

Abstract

Mangrove areas need to be considered from the condition of distribution and density of mangrove forests for future mangrove forest management planning, especially on Madura Island, especially Martajasah mangrove ecotourism. The purpose of this study is to determine the type of mangrove, canopy cover, and mangrove health index. The method used in this study is observation, which is to know the general overview of the research to be carried out. The selection of the research location was determined by the stratified random sampling method. The canopy cover on the mangrove was measured using the Hemispherical Photography method using the front camera of the OPPO Reno 6 phone with a camera resolution of 8 megapixels with a 180° angle of view at the point of taking the photo. The results of this study found 7 types of mangroves, including Sonneratia alba, Sonneratia caseolaris, Rhizophora apiculata, Rhizophora mucronata, Avicennia alba, Avicennia marina, and Lumnitzera racemosa. The percentage of canopy cover obtained an average score of 63.44% or in the solid category. This indicates that the mangrove ecosystem found in Martajasah mangrove ecotourism is in a good category. The Mangrove Health Index in Martajasah Mangrove Ecotourism is included in normal (33-66%).
