Abstract

This study aims to identify, analyze, and develop a curriculum of religious moral education in kindergartens. The method used in this research is the R&D method (research and development) with the technique of taking data from the study of documentation, observation, questionnaires, and interviews. The results showed that: 1) the developed religious moral education curriculum was more focused on habituating positive behavior, instilling independence and discipline, and fostering faith and loyalty. These three developments applied to routine activities at school; 2) the implementation of curriculum development in religious moral education carried out in three stages, namely the preparation, development, and reporting stages; 3) the development of religious moral education curriculum has advantages, namely: the existence of a curriculum that leads to character education and self-development, the number of religious activities, professional educators, moral and religious education materials integrated with other aspects, facilities, and infrastructure that are complete and neatly arranged.

Abstract

One of many ways of conceiving individual personality is by observing and analyzing his or her behavior. Bandura said that we need to know how people interact with the world around them. Sometimes any actions and his or her interaction with environment can be contrary to values that holds by their society. However—Bandura was also point out and human behavior can be predicted and modified by altering their behavior through learning. This learning processes must also considering the capacity of each person according to each own ability to think and how they interact with their surrounding environment. Based on social learning theory, behavior can be altered and modified through modeling, which is used to shape and molding a new behavior that can be approved by society and eliminating any unwanted behavior. Basic principle from this modeling is a goal that client can create, shape and mold new behavior through imitation or copying someone else’s behavior or people that become a model figure for them.

Abstract

This study aims to see the influence of Qur'anic tahfidz on improving Psychological Well Being. Ellison and Levin (1998), Ellison el.at. (2001), Koenig (2004), Krause and Ellison (2003) found a positive relationship between religiosity and Psychological Well Being. One dimension of religiosity is religious ritual, tahfidz Al-Qur'an is one of religious ritual in Islam religion. This study intends to find out whether the Qur'anic tahfidz can affect one's Psychological Well Being. Research design used in this research is quasi experiment. Type of research design used is Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The sample of this research is students of UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung who have memorized Al-Qur'an juz 30. The subjek of research amounted to 40 students divided into two groups. Measurements were made using Psychological Well Being Scale. Data were analyzed by using parametric statistic t test. The mean score of the Psychological Well Being score in the experimental group before treatment was 474.55, whereas after the treatment was 502.2. Whereas the mean gain of the subjects in the control group before treatment was 497.6 and after treatment 507.85. These mean values ​​indicate that there is a difference in mean values ​​between experimental and control groups on conditions before and after treatment. This shows that tahfidz Al Qur'an affects the increase of Psychological Well Being.

Abstract

The continuous use of smartphones during the Covid-19 pandemic has an impact on children's psychological development from emotional, social and moral aspects. This study also examines four important aspects, namely smartphone ownership, parental supervision, intensity of use, and the consequences of using the smartphone. This research is important to study as a result of the extension of the online learning period which has an impact on the increasing intensity of children using smartphones, so that the effects that arise can be taken into consideration for parents and teachers in monitoring children's growth and development. This research uses a qualitative approach to the type of case study. The data collection technique is done by interview, observation, and document study. The results showed that continuous smartphone use had a positive and negative impact on children's psychological development. The positive impact that arises is related to the social aspect, namely staying in touch with friends even during the Covid-19 pandemic. The negative impacts that arise, especially in children who use smartphones for more than 2 hours a day and without parental supervision, are related to emotional and social aspects of children such as children becoming lazy to learn, irritable, imitating behavior that is not giving up and using most of their time to play. online game.

Abstract

Dampak penerapan model pembelajaran kontekstual dalam pembelajaran akidah akhlak dibahas dalam penelitian ini. Penelitian ini bertempat di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Fatih Bandung Kp. Tegalame, Desa Ciaro, Kecamatan Nagreg, Kabupaten Bandung, Jawa Barat. Penerapan model pembelajaran kontekstual dan hasil belajar akidah akhlak pada siswa kelas VIII MTs Fatih Bandung diidentifikasi sebagai masalah belajar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode eksperimen semu pada 30 siswa kelas VIII sebagai populasi penelitian. Skor tersebut didasarkan pada hasil belajar siswa sebelum dan sesudah paradigma pembelajaran kontekstual diterapkan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, terdapat peningkatan yang cukup besar pada nilai siswa sebelum dan sesudah penerapan pendekatan pembelajaran kontekstual. Variabel X (penerapan model Pembelajaran Kontekstual) dan variabel Y (hasil belajar akidah akhlak) memiliki korelasi yang “mendekati sempurna” yaitu pada rentang > 0,90. Nilai Sig juga 0,000, sesuai dengan tampilan output Paired Samples Test (T-Test). Karena nilai Sig lebih kecil dari 0,05 (< 0,05), maka H0 ditolak dan H1 disetujui yang menunjukkan bahwa terdapat variasi hasil belajar akidah akhlak siswa sebelum dan sesudah mengikuti pembelajaran model kontekstual. Dengan kata lain, model pembelajaran yang efektif digunakan di kelas VIII MTs Fatih Bandung untuk mengajarkan akidah akhlak.

Abstract

Jawa Barat is one of the provinces with strong cultural identity. Nowadays, several districts in West Java seek to strengthen their cultural identity in various ways. This study explores the characteristics and factors that shape the identity of Sundanese. The study was conducted in one of the districts in West Java that are intense in maintaining and developing Sundanese culture. Respondents consisted of 639 students in seventeen schools. Data were collected using questionnaires and interviews. The results show that the ethnic identity of the respondents was above average. Most respondents have reached the “achieved” stage, which is marked by strong exploration and commitment. Factors influencing the ethnic identity of respondents include gender, parent education, and the use of Sundanese as the native language. Sundanese ethnic characteristics are mentioned by many respondents, among others, polite and polite, friendly or “someah,” solider and like mutual help, compassionate, sociable, and religious.

Abstract

mata pelajaran PAI yang diidentikkan dengan pembelajaran yang bersifat hapalan, pasif dan hanya beroerintasi kepada buku teks. Hal ini dikuatkan oleh peran guru PAI yang mengajar tanpa desain instruksional yang matang dan mengandalkan kebiasaannya sebagai pemberi nasihat dalam pengajaran. Pembelajaran bersifat satu arah dan lebih banyak diisi dengan ceramah dari guru. Tujuan penelitian untuk merancang desain instruksional berdasarkan model Kemp yang dielaborasi dengan pendekatan kooperatif learning metode STAD pada kompetensi Fiqih. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif sebagai kerangka, patokan dan asas, dan metode penelitian ialah kajian isi dengan memanfaatkan seperangkat prosedur untuk menarik kesimpulan yang benar dari berbagai sumber buku dan dokumen. Hasil penulisan ialah rancangan pembelajaran PAI dengan model Kemp yang terdiri dari sepuluh unsur, dimulai dari pernyataan tujuan umum dan diakhiri dengan evaluasi hasil belajar. Pembelajaran PAI akan lebih bermakna apabila guru PAI mau mengembangkan desain instruksional model Kemp ini. Implikasi penulisan ini, perlu ditindaklanjuti dengan kajian praktik lapangan untuk mengetahui efektifitas dan efisiensi desain instruksional model Kemp.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the application of the concept learning model in increasing student learning activeness in PAI learning. This research is quantitative, with a Time-Series type experimental design (time-series). The results of the analysis of this study indicate that the application of the concept learning model in PAI learning can increase the activeness of student learning, as seen from the more students who experience an increase in learning activeness after the application of the concept learning model as many as 29 students out of 30 students. The advantages of the application process are: 1) Students are more motivated to learn; 2) Students find it easier to understand the material; (3) The level of students' understanding of teaching materials is getting better. The constraints and drawbacks are; 1) requires quite a lot of time; 2) The teacher must be more intensive because the teacher is no longer the one providing the information but working together with the students to manage the class to find the basic concepts of the material to be studied; 3) In learning activities will tend to be dominated by active students only.

Abstract

The learning model educators use in the learning process greatly supports achieving learning objectives, namely, getting maximum and optimal results. This study aimed to analyze the improvement of students' cognitive learning outcomes in PAI subjects by applying the Jigsaw-type learning model. This research method uses a quantitative type with a time-series experimental design, which examines groups from time to time through pre-test and post-test measurements or observations. The statistical test uses the paired sample t test. The results of the analysis of this study indicate that the Jigsaw Type learning model can improve students' cognitive learning outcomes in PAI subjects, as seen from the greater number of students who experienced an increase in learning outcomes after the application of the Jigsaw Type Cooperative Learning learning model, as much as 6.63%, the lowest 1.95%, and an average of 6.63%. Some factors that support improving students' cognitive learning outcomes in PAI subjects are: 1) cooperation; 2) collaboration; 3) awareness of responsibility; 4) students having the freedom to think creatively so that they are formed into active and independent students and can build cooperation and motivation between students in improving understanding of PAI lessons.

Abstract

Perkembangan kognitif manusia merupakan hal yang dominan dalam kehidupan baik menelaah, mengelola informasi, mencari solusi untuk memecahkan suatu masalah. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui konsep dari teori belajar kognitif, tokoh-tokoh dalam teori kognitif, gaya belajar dalam pendidikan agama Islam, faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi belajar serta aplikasinya dalam pendidikan agama Islam.  Pendekatan yang dilakukan oleh peneliti dalam artikel ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode studi pustaka dan kajian kepustakaan (library research), dengan sumber-sumber yang diperoleh melalui E-Book, Jurnal yang sudah terakreditasi dan referensi dari Website Internet kemudian dianalisis oleh peneliti untuk dijadikan suatu temuan yang baru. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa konsep dasar teori belajar kognitif mempunyai tahapan-tahapan untuk sampai kepada targetnya masing-masing di antaranya pertama, pada masa sensori motorik usia dua sampai empat tahun, kedua, masa pro-operasional dua sampai tujuh tahun, ketiga, masa operasional konkret usia tujuh tahun sampai sekitar sebelas tahun dan keempat, masa operasional formal tujuh sampai lima belas tahun. Keempat tahapan yang diterapkan oleh teori kognitif ini harus tepat sasaran terhadap peserta didiknya sehingga pengaplikasiannya dalam pendidikan agama Islam terealisasikan melalui konsep teori kognitif tersebut.
