This community service program aimed to improve the dental and oral hygiene of school-age children at SDN 12 Puhun Pintu Kabun, Mandiangin Koto Selayan District, Bukittinggi City, through education using poster media. The implementation method consisted of three main stages: preparation, implementation, and evaluation. The implementation stage included oral health education, demonstrations of proper tooth brushing techniques using the “4 Right 5 Perfect” principle, and hands-on practice with a disclosing solution made from red dragon fruit extract to identify uncleaned tooth areas. Evaluation was carried out through pre-test and post-test assessments to measure knowledge improvement and Hygiene Index (HI) examinations before and after the activity. The results showed a significant increase in students’ oral hygiene, with good dental cleanliness rising from 58% to 94%, and good knowledge increasing from 51% to 96%. The program also successfully established new habits of brushing teeth twice daily using the correct technique. In conclusion, this community service program effectively improved children’s oral health knowledge and behavior through interactive education and hands-on learning using poster-based media.

Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian eksperimen bentuk Quasi Eksperimental Design. Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah rendahnya keterampilan menulis cerita pendek siswa SD Negeri 011 Rappogading. Populasi pada penelitian ini seluruh siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 011 Rappogading berjumlah 46 siswa, sedangkan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IV A berjumlah 23 siswa sebagai kelas eksperimen kemudian kelas IV B berjumlah 23 siswa sebagai kelas kontrol. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan sebelum dan sesudah pemberian media gambar seri terhadap keterampilan menulis cerita pendek siswa di SD Negeri 011 Rappogading Kabupaten Polewali Mandar.

Penelitian ini dilakukan melalui praktik langsung di Pabrik Briket dengan tujuan untuk mendapatkan Prosedur Pemeriksaan dan Pengecekan Harian (P2H) pada unit Wheel Loader WA 200-5 yang rutin digunakan di pabrik tersebut. Selain praktik lapangan, proses penelitian juga mencakup sesi tanya jawab dan wawancara langsung dengan operator serta staf yang bekerja di Pabrik Briket Tanjung Enim PT. Bukit Asam Tbk. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk mengumpulkan informasi mendetail mengenai prosedur pemeriksaan dan pengecekan yang diterapkan pada unit Wheel Loader WA 200-5. Selain itu, dilakukan pengamatan dan pengambilan data terkait durasi operasional, khususnya untuk membedakan waktu standby on dan standby off pada unit Wheel Loader tersebut. Pengumpulan data ini berlangsung sejak tanggal 2 Juni 2025 hingga 25 Juli 2025. Dengan demikian, diperoleh data yang valid mengenai Prosedur Pemeriksaan dan Pengecekan Harian (P2H) untuk unit Wheel Loader yang kemudian diterapkan secara rutin dan berkala di Pabrik Briket Tanjung Enim PT. Bukit Asam Tbk. Penelitian ini memberikan gambaran jelas terkait efisiensi dan pelaksanaan prosedur pemeriksaan harian alat tersebut.

Contemporary Qur’anic exegesis examines current social phenomena, using issues like poverty, gender, and especially the environment as the basis for interpretation. This article focuses on environmental issues, highlighting growing public concern over environmental damage caused by both natural events and human actions. Such concerns have led exegetes to explore Qur’anic verses on environmental preservation, emphasizing that protecting the environment is a religious command. Three major Nusantara tafsir—Tafsir al-Azhar (HAMKA), Tafsir al-Misbah (Quraish Shihab), and Tafsir Kemenag—discuss this theme in depth. Using a descriptive qualitative method, this study finds that verses such as QS Al-Baqarah: 30, QS Al-Isra’: 27, QS Al-A’raf: 56, QS Al-Anbiya: 30, QS Ar-Rum: 41, QS Ali Imran: 190–191, and QS Ibrahim: 7 form the basis for environmental preservation in these interpretations.

Abstract: This research aims to analyze the implementation of digital-based learning media using Quizizz in enhancing student learning motivation at SMPN 3 Bolo. The research method employed is a descriptive quantitative approach with 20 seventh-grade students selected through purposive sampling as the research subjects. Data were collected through direct observation and analysis of digital activity logs from the Quizizz platform, which contained educational puzzle questions during two learning sessions. The research results show significant improvements across various learning motivation indicators. Students' average scores increased from 60.5 to 75.2 (a 24.3% increase), active participation levels rose from 60.5% to 75.5%, and success rates experienced an increase from 70.5% to 80.5%. Learning efficiency was also evident from a 24.7% reduction in average completion time. Behavioral observations of students showed improvements in enthusiasm (10%), active participation in discussions (20%), focus and concentration (18.7%), and positive competitive interaction (24.6%). The distribution of motivation categories showed that 80% of students were in the high and very high motivation categories, with no students in the low motivation category. This research concludes that the implementation of Quizizz as a digital-based learning medium is effective in enhancing student learning motivation through gamification features that create a competitive and enjoyable learning environment. Despite limitations in sample size and research duration, the consistent improvement across various indicators demonstrates that Quizizz can serve as an effective alternative solution to address low learning motivation in conventional learning approaches. Keywords: Digital Learning Media, Quizizz, Learning Motivation Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi media pembelajaran berbasis digital menggunakan Quizizz dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa di SMPN 3 Bolo. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan subjek penelitian sebanyak 20 siswa kelas VII yang dipilih secara purposive. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi langsung dan analisis log aktivitas digital dari platform Quizizz yang berisi soal-soal teka-teki edukatif selama dua sesi pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada berbagai indikator motivasi belajar. Skor rata-rata siswa meningkat dari 60,5 menjadi 75,2 (naik 24,3%), tingkat partisipasi aktif meningkat dari 60,5% menjadi 75,5%, dan tingkat keberhasilan mengalami kenaikan dari 70,5% menjadi 80,5%. Efisiensi pembelajaran juga terlihat dari penurunan waktu pengerjaan rata-rata sebesar 24,7%. Observasi perilaku siswa menunjukkan peningkatan antusiasme (10%), partisipasi aktif dalam diskusi (20%), fokus dan konsentrasi (18,7%), serta interaksi kompetitif yang positif (24,6%). Distribusi kategori motivasi menunjukkan 80% siswa berada pada kategori motivasi tinggi dan sangat tinggi, tanpa ada siswa yang berada pada kategori motivasi rendah. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa implementasi Quizizz sebagai media pembelajaran berbasis digital efektif dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa melalui fitur gamifikasi yang menciptakan lingkungan pembelajaran yang kompetitif dan menyenangkan. Meskipun terdapat keterbatasan dalam hal jumlah sampel dan durasi penelitian, konsistensi peningkatan pada berbagai indikator menunjukkan bahwa Quizizz dapat menjadi alternatif solusi efektif untuk mengatasi rendahnya motivasi belajar dalam pembelajaran konvensional. The background of this research is to give the best advice to users who still don't know about other marketplaces that they can still use, to find the items they are looking for and at a cheaper price or with promos they can get. The method used in this research is to use a trial based on data obtained from users who use the media marketplace to purchase an item, with this, the real data can be known so that the best advice for an unknown marketplace can be given. In how many countries, a recommender system has been implemented in a marketplace that will provide advice using advertising media on social media, by using social media, users can find out about the marketplace, and are given continuous advice to install the application so that they can make transactions with purchase of a product in the marketplace. The purpose of this research is to give the best advice so that all people, especially marketplace users, can find out which other marketplaces are in order to know and be able to shop at other marketplaces, by doing price comparisons and being able to get promo prices and knowing based on habits, and ratings from the marketplace.

Research on Islamic thought in the Malay world has been shaped through a gradual and contextual historical process, involving a dynamic interaction between Islamic teachings, local cultural traditions, and social developments. The moderation, adaptability, and accommodativeness of Malay Islamic thought provide a distinctive intellectual identity compared to Islamic thought traditions in other regions. This article aims to examine the basic patterns of Islamic thought development in the Malay world and analyze its implications for Islamic education management practices. This research uses a qualitative approach with a literature study method through a critical review of primary and secondary sources relevant to the study of Islamic thought and Islamic education in the Malay world. The research findings indicate that Malay Islamic thought developed through an integrative pattern between Islamic values and local culture, strengthening the Ahlussunnah wal Jama'ah tradition, and a moderate attitude in responding to the dynamics of modernization. This pattern has direct implications for Islamic education management, particularly in the development of educational leadership, curriculum design, and institutional governance that emphasizes the principles of moderation, balance, and sustainability.

Leadership is a person's ability to provide good role models and performance. Leadership is also a person's ability to move staffs to achieve organizational goals. A leader is required to create innovations that can give birth to strategic policies in running the wheels of the organization. Ahok is known to many as a controversial leader. Ahok's arrogant attitude in the eyes of some people was considered negative. Ahok's attitude was also considered bad in the eyes of the Moslems regarding his statement of the Al-Maidah verse 51. However, Ahok was also known as an innovative leader. The media had highlighted Ahok's actions in leading Jakarta. One of Ahok's strategic policies was the Jakarta Smart Card which is expected to provide access to education at a minimum of up to high school / vocational school for Jakarta residents who are less able. The green open space program was also Ahok's strategic policy that functions ecologically and as a place for social activities in public spaces. Both programs were considered positive and even continued and developed by the next Governor, Anies Baswedan. This research method uses descriptive qualitative analysis. The author seeks literature from literature studies and seeks Ahok's strategic programs from online and printed news media. In conclusion, Ahok is a controversial leader, but he is also an innovative leader.

The growing emphasis on environmental sustainability in the tourism sector has accelerated the adoption of Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) practices. This study investigates the effect of green recruitment and development on employee performance, with job satisfaction as a mediating variable, within the context of ecotourism destinations in East Kalimantan, Indonesia. The primary objective is to examine how environmentally oriented HR strategies contribute to improving employee outcomes in sustainable tourism settings. A quantitative approach was employed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to analyze data collected from 355 employees through structured surveys. The results revealed that both green recruitment and green development significantly influence employee performance, both directly and indirectly, through enhanced job satisfaction. Notably, green development exerted the strongest influence on job satisfaction, affirming its role in building a committed and high-performing workforce. These findings offer theoretical contributions to the development of GHRM frameworks by validating job satisfaction as a key psychological pathway. Practically, this study highlights the importance of embedding sustainability values in HR practices to strengthen organizational performance in nature-based tourism enterprises.

Thermal comfort regulation in buildings located in hot climates, such as Indonesia, remains highly dependent on air conditioning (AC) systems, leading to substantial energy consumption. Integrating Phase Change Materials (PCM) into building envelopes offers a passive thermal management strategy to reduce cooling loads. This study investigates the thermal performance of a gypsum-based wall incorporating a eutectic fatty acid PCM (laurate–stearate) of 85:15 (wt%) modified with polylactic acid (PLA) at three PCM:PLA ratios (1:0.6, 1:0.8, and 1:1), alongside a control sample without PCM. Samples were fabricated at laboratory scale and evaluated using a mini-cubicle system under controlled charging and discharging conditions. Energy performance was assessed through temperature change rates and heat transfer (q) analysis at three measurement points (T1, T2, T3). Results demonstrate that PLA modification significantly enhances PCM performance, with the 1:0.8 ratio (bPCM) exhibiting optimal behavior. During charging, bPCM achieved the lowest temperature change rates of 4.75 °C/h at T1, 1.15 °C/h at T2, and 0.65 °C/h at T3 and the minimum heat transfer from T2 to T3 of 32.049 J. Similarly, during discharging, bPCM maintained the smallest temperature change rates of 2.2 °C/h at T1, 1.0 °C/h at T2, and 0.65 °C/h at T3 with the lowest heat transfer to the indoor zone of 32.033 J. These findings confirm that optimized PLA-modified eutectic PCM significantly improves heat absorption, latent heat storage, and thermal insulation performance compared to non-PCM and non-optimized compositions. The proposed composite wall system demonstrates strong potential for passive cooling enhancement and building energy efficiency improvement in hot-climate regions
