Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh resiliensi, spiritualitas tempat, iklim organsiasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Prima Unggul Global di Kota Makassar. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah metode analisis Regresi Berganda. Data penelitian diperoleh dari karyawan PT. Prima Unggul Global di Kota Makassar yang berjumlah 20 orang. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuntitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Resiliensi berpengaruh positf dan signfikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Karyawan dengan resiliensi yang semakin tinggi akan meningkatkan kinerja karyawan, 2) Spiritualitas tempat kerja berpengaruh positf dan signfikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Karyawan dengan spiritualitas tempat kerja yang semakin tinggi akan meningkatkan kinerja karyawan, 3) Iklim organisasi berpengaruh positf dan signfikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Iklim organisasi yang semakin baik akan memotivasi karyawan meningkatkan kinerjanya, dan 4) Resiliensi, spiritualitas tempat kerja, dan iklim organisasi secara simultan mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan. Pengaruh gabungan ketiga aspek tersebut terhadap kinerja karyawan sangat signifikan

Abstract

Al Islam education is the foundation of all sciences in the formation of the nation's character, especially in school students labeled as Islamic. In this case, it is inseparable from Al Islam education for inclusion in elementary schools (SD). This study aims to analyze the concept of Al Islam education learning in an independent curriculum-based inclusion school in grade 2 of SD Muhammadiyah 1 Kebomas, and analyze the application of Al Islam education learning in an inclusive school based on an independent curriculum in grade 2 of SD Muhammadiyah 1 Kebomas. The researcher compiled this research using qualitative research methods, while the data collection techniques used in this study were observation, interview, and documentary techniques. The data analysis techniques used by the researcher are the Miles, Huberman, and Saldana models, which consist of three stages: data representation, data display, and conclusions. From the data collection and analysis techniques used by the researcher, it was found that the learning of Al Islam education in inclusive schools does not prevent Al Islam education from being taught to inclusion students; that is, in the application of Al Islam education, there are things that must be adjusted to the abilities of inclusion students, which is also in accordance with the independent curriculum applied in the 2nd grade of SD Muhammadiyah 1 Keboma

Abstract

This research aims to explore students' experiences of joining an honesty canteen and how students interpret the existence of an honesty canteen. This study was conducted at SMPN 4 Nganjuk, which used qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. Data collection techniques included observation, interviews, and documentation. The data validity test technique used member checking, and the data analysis technique used descriptive narrative phenomenology. The results of the research show that students are enthusiastic about participating in the honesty canteen. Based on their experience, the existence of the honesty canteen provides positive value and makes it easier for them to carry out transactions, train their honesty, and require them to be honest and have a sense of responsibility for the trust they have been given. The meaning of the honesty canteen for students is that the honesty canteen provides motivation, awareness, and understanding of the importance of honesty and forms their habit of always being honest and responsible

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of World Oil Prices, World Gold Prices, and the Dow Jones Index on Indonesia's Composite Stock Price Index. The population in this study is Indonesia, and 25 of them were selected as samples of this study through purposive sampling techniques. Estimation is done by multiple regression analysis. The data used in this study are secondary data consisting of World Oil Prices, World Gold Prices, and the Dow Jones Index on the Composite Stock Price Index in Indonesia in 2000-2024. The results of this study indicate that, based on the partial test (t-test), World Oil Prices, World Gold Prices, and the Dow Jones Index significantly affect the Composite Stock Price Index variable in Indonesia. In contrast, the simultaneous test (F-test) of World Oil Prices, World Gold Prices, and the Dow Jones Index simultaneously significantly affects the Composite Stock Price Index variable.

Abstract

The introduction activity of the Rowo Jombor tourist destination through the Pschofest Run aims to bring students closer to real practice in the management/governance of sports event organizations. This activity is in conjunction with the promotion activity of the new tourist destination Rowo Jombor Klaten which has been revitalized by the Central Java Provincial Government. The design of the activity is in the form of learning real practice of sports event management and tourism destination promotion practices. This activity is in collaboration with partners from the Tourism, Culture and Sports Department of Klaten Regency and the Klaten police station. Mentoring activities for the HMP Psychology student team were carried out for three full days before the implementation including: presentation of the vision, mission, objectives of the activity, activity flow, activity operation management, assistance in consulting on permits to related agencies, activity route tests were carried out through coordination with the Rowo Jombor tourist village manager. During the activity, sponsorship exploration of various institutions was carried out and at the final stage an evaluation of the activity was carried out. There was a participant satisfaction test from the results of the Psychofest Run activity management with the results of the questionnaire showing participant satisfaction and community satisfaction as well as village institutions around the Rowo Jombor tourist attraction. The outcome of the activity is obtained by the emergence of various post-activity results where students are able to become real initiators and movers of youth who are aware of tourism, aware of sports and aware of health through various events in the student's domicile area and in the village. After the Psychofest Run activity, it is necessary to carry out entrepreneurship training for village communities.

Abstract

SMK Darul Anwar merupakan salah satu sekolah kejuruan yang berlokasi di Kecamatan Singojuruh. Berdasarkan observasi serta wawancara yang telah dilakukan, terdapat permasalahan di Sekolah tersebut, yaitu mengenai kurangnya pengetahuan mengenai literasi media serta pengelolaan konten website dari para guru di sekolah tersebut. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah memberikan pelatihan pembuatan konten website maupun literasi media agar sekolah dapat mandiri dalam mengelola website sekolah. Dengan adanya kondisi pasca pandemi saat ini, dibutuhkan penyebaran informasi yang mudah untuk diakses darimanapun tanpa harus mendatangi lokasi sekolah secara langsung. Kegiatan ini dilakukan melalui pendekatan secara institusional dan partisipatif. Berdasarkan hasil analisis kebutuhan, didapatkan bahwa infrastruktur sekolah belum memadai untuk membuat media digital secara mandiri. Namun sarana internet sudah dimiliki oleh pihak sekolah. Kegiatan ini memberikan solusi dengan menyediakan website pada pihak ketiga, dan dilakukan pendampingan dan pelatihan kepada operator sekolah dalam mengelola informasi pada website sekolah yang telah dibuat. Sehingga hasil dari kegiatan ini memberikan solusi dalam penyediaan informasi digital bagi pihak sekolah bagi masyarakat umum secara lebih luas.

Abstract

Pertolongan pertama balut bidai dibutuhkan untuk mencegah cedera pada sistem muskuloskeletal. Pertolongan balut bidai dapat dilakukan oleh semua orang awam yang terlatih salah satunya adalah Palang Merah Remaja. Metode Index Card Match dan simulasi merupakan metode yang sangat cocok untuk memotivasi siswa agar lebih aktif berpartisipasi dalam pembelajaran tentang balut bidai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh metode Index Card Match dan simulasi terhadap pengetahuan dan keterampilan tentang Balut Bidai dalam Pertolongan Pertama Kecelakaan pada Anggota PMR MTsN 1 Lombok Tengah. Desain penelitian ini adalah pra ekperimental with one group pre-test post-test. Sampel penelitian ini PMR sebanyak 42 orang dengan menggunakan total sampling. Instrumen penelitian kuesioner dan checklist. Teknik analisis univariat dan bivariat dengan Uji Wilcoxon Signed Rank. Hasil analisis pengetahuan responden sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan menunjukkan ada pengaruh metode Index Card Match terhadap pengetahuan tentang balut bidai dalam pertolongan pertama kecelakaan dengan ρ value= 0.000, adapun keterampilan responden sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan menunjukkan ada pengaruh simulasi terhadap keterampilan tentang balut bidai dalam pertolongan pertama kecelakaan dengan pvalue= 0.000. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh pengaruh metode Index Card Match dan simulasi terhadap pengetahuan dan keterampilan tentang balut bidai dalam pertolongan pertama kecelakaan pada anggota PMR MTsN1 Lombok Tengah.

Abstract

Religious moderation as a point of view can be a solution for mutual openness,accept differences, and maintain inter-religious harmony. Strengthening this moderation should also beintroduced early on to students so that they are not easily influenced by religious thoughts thatextreme, and close themselves to other religions through the role of a teacher of Islam. DestinationThis research is to describe the role of PAI teachers and to find out the supporting andobstacle in building religious moderation in SMA Negeri 5 Tasikmalaya City. This researchusing a descriptive qualitative approach. The place of research is SMAN 5 which has criteriaappropriate in this study. Collecting data using interview and documentation techniques.Data analysis is done by collecting data, reducing data, presenting and interestingconclusion. The validity of the data is done by using sources and triangulation techniques.The results of this study indicate that: 1. The role of PAI teachers in building religious moderation inSMAN 5 Koa Tasikmalaya includes: a. Conservator as PAI teacher is responsible for his attitude,b. PAI teacher transmitters (successors) act as motivators and mentors, c. Innovators(developer) PAI teachers collaborate with all teachers from various religions, d. Teacherorganizers (executors) carry out the innovated activities, e. Transformers, PAI teachertranslating grades by becoming figures for students; 2. The values ​​of religious moderation that are builtamong others; justice (adl), balance (tawazun), simplicity (I'tidal), unity andbrotherhood (ittihad wa ukuwah). 3. Abstract

Penelitian ini memuat konsep pemikiran tentang pendidikan karakter perspektif Ibnu Jamā’ah dan Thomas Lickona untuk diimplementasikan dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam sebagai pembelajaran yang memiliki peran besar dalam mendidik karakter siswa yang belakangan ini muncul banyak kasus kejahatan terkait perilaku para siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui nilai-nilai karakter, perbandingan nilai-nilai karakter dan implementasi nilai-nilai karakter Ibnu Jamā’ah dan Thomas Lickona terhadap Pendidikan Agama Islam. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu dengan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan pendidikan karakter perspektif Ibnu Jamā’ah yaitu nilai ketuhanan, nilai kerja keras dan nilai sosial. Adapun menurut Thomas Lickona yaitu pengetahuan moral, perasaan moral dan perbuatan moral. Perbandingan kedua tokoh ini atas bertumpu pada 4 aspek yang hasilnya bahwa Thomas unggul pada aspek penekanan terhadap pengamalan pendidikan karakter dan penyelesaian permasalahan. Sedangkan Ibnu Jamā’ah unggul pada aspek landasan pendidikan karakter dan hasil sama dari kedua tokoh ini pada aspek penerapan pendidikan karakter. Hasil penelitian ini kemudian diimplementasikan pada pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam dengan berfokus pada dasar kurikulmnya. Penelitian selanjutnya diharapkan dapat melakukan uji tindakan kelas untuk mengukur motivasi belajar siswa dan efektivitas dari hasil pembelajaran pendidikan karakter.

Abstract

Globalization has had a significant impact on various aspects of social, cultural, and economic life. This process has brought rapid and widespread change, including in the education system. Islamic schools, as educational institutions oriented toward Islamic values, face new challenges and opportunities along with the penetration of global influences. Education based on the Rahmatan Lil Alamin Student Profile Strengthening Project (PPRA) is the right solution to strengthen understanding of Islamic educational values. This study aims to determine the concept of project-based learning to strengthen the profile of Rahmatan Lil Alamin Students, how it is implemented in madrasas and what impact it has on students' understanding of Islamic Education values ​​in class VII MTs. Al-Mu'min Tasikmalaya. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive research type. The subjects of the study were the head of the madrasa, the vice curriculum and PPRA coordinator, teachers (PPRA Facilitators) and students. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews, tests and documentation. The data analysis techniques used were data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the study showed that: First, the PPRA concept integrated with the AkidahAkhlak subject at MTs. Al-Mu'min Tasikmalaya has been running very well, both in co-curricular and extracurricular activities. Although, PPRA is still implemented gradually, namely only for grade 7, while grades 8 and 9 are still implementing the 2013 Curriculum. Second, the implementation of PPRA is carried out in the form of co-curricular and extracurricular activities, with the themes of creative devotion, organic waste and the importance of democracy. Third, Impact In terms of cognitive, students show an increase in understanding of religious concepts that are deeper and more holistic. In terms of affective, PPRA increases student motivation and involvement in Islamic Religious Education learning and other learning. In terms of psychomotor, PPRA allows students to develop practical skills that are relevant to Islamic Religious Education subjects.
