The results and objectives of this research is to find out the influence of social media instagram and celebrity endorser on the customer’s decision to purchase MS Glow products among Lion Air Group Flight Attendants.Type of research used is quantitative through associative approach: Sampling technique that is nonprobability sampling by using 100 respondents, namely Flight Attendant Lion Air Group. Data collection techniques use questionnaires on Google Form with a likert scale of 1-5 with a total of 30 statement items. After the data is collected then perform data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression through the help of SPSS software version 26.0. The outcome of this study showed that the social media variable Instagram (X1) has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. Celebrity Endorser (X2) has a positive and significant influence on the Purchase Decision and social media Instagram and Celebrity Endorser has advantages on purchase decisions Skincare Products MS Glow among Flight Attendant Lion Air Group.BAHASA INDONESIA ABSTRACTHasil dan tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh para celebrity endorser di media sosial instagram terhadap keputusan customer membeli produk MS Glow di kalangan Flight Attendant Lion Air Group. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif melalui ipendekatan asosiatif: Teknik pengambilan sampel yakni non-probability sampling dengan menggunakan 100 responden yaitu Flight Attendant Lion Air Group. Teknik pengumpulan data memakai kuesioner di Google Form dengan skala likert 1-5 dengan 30 item pernyataan. Setelah data terkumpul, kemudian melakukan teknik analisis data memakai regresi linier berganda melalui bantuan software SPSS versi 26.0. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan variabel Media Sosial Instagram (X1) memberi pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan customer untuk membeli produk kecantikan MS Glow. Celebrity Endorser (X2) juga mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan pembelian dan hubungan antara Media Sosial Instagram dan Celebrity Endorser dengan keterikatan saling menguntungkan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Produk Skincare MS Glow di kalangan Flight Attendant Lion Air Group.

Peningkatan tren mengkonsumsi makanan ringan menjadi fenomena menarik bagi para pelaku usaha makanan ringan. Namun meskipun demikian, tren tersebut tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan pada pencapaian target penjualan dari PT. Chicago Popcorn, terutama pada saat perusahaan dilanda pandemi. Maka penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari kualitas produk, keterjangkauan harga, dan promosi terhadap minat pembelian ulang. Penelitian ini menargetkan populasi yaitu masyarakat Indonesia yang pernah mengkonsumsi produk dari Chicago Popcorn. Penelitian ini berhasil mendapatkan 202 responden yang pernah berbelanja di Chicago Popcorn. Dan dianalisis menggunakan pendekatan partial least square-structural equation modeling di SmartPLS. Hasil yang didapatkan menunjukan bahwa kualitas produk, keterjangkauan harga, dan promosi berpengaruh positif terhadap minat pembelian ulang. Serta variabel promosi memiliki pengaruh tertinggi terhadap minat pembelian ulang.

This study aims to examine the effect of satisfaction and trust on member loyalty at the Reload byHP fitness center, Jakarta. This research is quantitative research by distributing questionnaires and managed to collect as many as 230 respondents. Respondent data that was collected was then processed using SmartPLS 3.0 software. The test results in this study indicate that satisfaction and trust have a positive and significant effect on Reload byHP member loyalty, both direct and indirect effects. The satisfaction felt by members builds members' trust in other programs and services provided by Reload byHP. Reload byHP can also be more confident about the standard of services and programs provided by Reload byHP for its members. Satisfaction and trust that is formed in members should be maintained by maintaining existing service standards.

Abstract: This study aims to 1) analyze and examine the effect of safety climate on safety culture, 2) analyze and examine the effect of safety climate on safety behavior, 3) analyze and examine the effect of safety management systems on safety culture, 4) analyze and test the infulence of systems safety management on safety climate, 5) analyze and test the influence of safety management systems on safety behavior, and 6) analyze and test the influence of safety behavior on safety culture. Data were collected through questionnaires which were distributed to respondents who were clinical staff at the Gunung Maria Hospital using a saturated sampling technique. Data analysis using partial least squares – structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) using the SmartPls program. This study found that safety climate, safety management system, and safety behavior have a positive effect on safety culture. Safety management systems also have a positive influence on safety climate and safety behavior. However, it is different from the safety climate which has no effect on safety behavior.

Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menganalisis dan menguji pengaruh positif kepuasan kerja, motivasi kerja dan pengaruh negatif stress terhadap komitmen organisasi guru di sekolah XYZ. Metode survey dilakukan dalam penelitian ini. Metode pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan instrumen kuesioner yang diberikan kepada seluruh guru sekolah XYZ. Jumlah responden sebesar 42 responden. Analisis statistik menggunakan pendekatan partial least square-structural equation model (PLS-SEM). Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa kepuasan kerja dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap komitmen organisasi. Selanjutnya, stres kerja berpengaruh negatif terhadap komitmen organisasi.

This study aims to analyze the effect of price fairness, service quality, brand image and product quality on consumer satisfaction of electric cars (EV) in Indonesia. This research was conducted on 200 electric car (EV) consumers in Indonesia. The sample of respondents was selected according to the criteria and data collection questionnaire with a Likert Scale distributed online. In this study, the PLSSEM method was used to analyze the data. The results of the study are that service quality and product quality affect consumer satisfaction of electric car (EV) consumers in Indonesia positively and significantly, while the variables that have no effect are price fairness and brand image.

This research aims to analyze the positive influence of price fairness, promotion, and perceived ease of use on repurchase intention. The survey method was used to analyze the results. Data collection technique was carried out through a questionnaire instrument. Purposive sampling was applied in this study. The sample size was determined to be 400 samples. Questionnaires were distributed to the buyers who had made purchases at Lazada at least twice. Data analysis technique employed the Partial least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) approach of the SmartPLS program. The research results reveal that price fairness, promotion, and perceived ease of use have positive effects on the repurchase intention.

In order to meet the demands of customers who seek quick, simple, and affordable services, including banking services, businesses must adapt their methods of operation to the rapid growth of information and communication technology. This study seeks to ascertain what variables may directly affect customer loyalty in the usage of BCA mobile banking in Indonesia for millennials, as well as what factors can directly influence customer satisfaction to develop customer loyalty. Purposive sampling was used in this study's quantitative methodology, with a total sample size of 605, which was then analyzed using PLS-SEM. The results of the study stated that convenience had the greatest influence on increasing customer satisfaction. While the cost factor has no effect on increasing customer satisfaction in the use of BCA mobile banking, and responsive factor only has an effect on increasing satisfaction but does not affect customer loyalty. This provides benefits for developing BCA mobile banking.

The objectives of this study are to find out whether: 1) work discipline has a positive effect on teacher’s performance, 2) work motivation has a positive effect on teacher’s performance, 3) an organizational culture has a positive effect on teachers’ performance, 4) an organizational culture has a positive effect on work discipline, and 5) an organizational culture has a positive effect on work motivation. The research was conducted at the “X†school in Tangerang Selatan using the census method and the Partial Least Square – Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) tool to analyze the results taken from 42 respondents being censused. The findings concluded that the work discipline, work motivation, and organizational culture have a positive effect on the teachers’ performance, and the organizational culture has a positive effect on work discipline as well as on work motivation of teachers in “X†school.  This research has contributed as an input for “X†school to manage and maintain the school’s culture which can improve the work discipline and work motivation of teachers, then it may lead to improved teacher’s performance in order to achieve the school’s’s aim to provide quality education service.

This paper examines the effect of employee engagement, employment perception of CSR, ethical leadership on employee’s creativity. It is believed that employee’s creativity will enhance productivity. This research is conducted in 2 MSG (Monosodium Glutamate) companies in Jakarta. The study showed that the employees were resilience, enthusiastic, and were also proactive. This research used sample data collection as a means of data gathering. The data were analyzed by partial least square-structural equation modelling (PLS-SEM) to test all the hypotheses. Eighty-five employees have claimed that there are positive effects from employee engagement, employee perception of CSR, ethical leadership towards employee creativity. This paper will also offer concepts into the practical implications of employee creativity, as well as the limitation and future directions for future research.Â
