Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of social media marketing, word of mouth, and the effectiveness of advertising on brand awareness and purchase intention of Grab application users and to find out the partial relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable. The sample in this study amounted to 100 respondents consisting of Grab application users domiciled in Tangerang who were selected using the convenience sampling technique. The data in this study were obtained using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Based on the results of data analysis show that social media marketing and word of mouth. Do not have a positive effect on brand awareness, the effectiveness of advertising has a positive effect on brand awareness. In addition, social media marketing. Has a positive influence on purchase intention, while word of mouth does not have a positive influence on purchase intention. Effectiveness of advertising has a positive influence on purchase intention. Likewise, brand awareness has a positive influence on purchase intention..

Abstract

Currently the marketplace is competing for a strong positioning in the minds of its customers. Companies show business by presenting brand ambassadors, brand awareness, brand image, and prices so that consumers have the intention to buy products or services. Thus, the brand will be embedded in people's memories and expectations of consumers' interest in buying products or services. The research was in a quantitative way and has the type of cause-and-effect association research. This research uses incidental non-probability sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is SEM-PLS. Based on the results of the study, brand ambassador has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. The result showed that the higher the consumer's positive perception of the brand ambassador, the higher the purchase decision. Brand awareness has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. The higher the brand awareness of consumers, the higher the purchase decision. Brand image also has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. The higher the brand image of a product, the higher the purchase decision. Price has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. The more appropriate the price with a product, the higher the purchase decision.

Abstract

The popularity of beauty products has risen quite rapidly in this era of globalization and Indonesia has seen growth in this industry despite the pandemic. One of the popular brands is SomeThinc, a company that specialized in beauty products and one of the biggest beauty product brands that utilize e-commerce as selling platform. This research attempted to clarify whether Brand Awareness, Price Fairness, and Product Quality have effects towards Customer Satisfaction on this beauty product brand. By using these 3 vairables and also SEM-PLS method to analyse 401 respondent data and it can be concluded that these three variables have positive effect towards Customer Satisfaction on SomeThinc beauty products..

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of quality of work life and job satisfaction on the performance of lecturers at private universities in Tangerang with mediated by knowledge sharing. This study used 120 respondents. Data were collected through a questionnaire using a Likert scale of 1-5 and obtained using google form with convenience sampling. The data processing in this study uses the Smart PLS application, where the results show that the quality of work life does not significantly effect to performance of lecturers. Job satisfaction significantly effect to performance of lecturers. The knowledge sharing significantly effect to the performance of lecturers. Knowledge sharing can mediate effect of quality of work life on the performance of lecturers. While knowledge sharing does not able to mediate effect of job satisfaction on the performance of lecturers.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze whether trust, price fairness and service quality have a positive and significant effect on patient satisfaction. This study uses a survey method. Data was collected using a questionnaire instrument. The target population in this study were all patients who had visited the dental studio clinic. The sampling method used is convenience sampling. The number of samples determined was 160 samples. The sampling technique was done by convenience sampling. Data analysis using PLS-SEM with SmartPls program. The results showed that trust (p-value 0.002), price fairness (P-value 0.000) and service quality (P-value 0.004) had a positive effect on patient satisfaction. Of the three variables, price fairness has the most dominant effect on patient satisfaction at the dental studio clinic.

Abstract

Fisheries processing entrepreneurs in Jakarta focus on developing strategic management by increasing innovation capabilities so as to improve organizational performance and have a significant competitive advantage so that they can survive the covid 19 pandemic. The population is 4 (four) DKI Jakarta municipality area with total sample of 100 fishery processing entrepreneurs. Samples were taken randomly and performed at some stage in February 2022. For records processing using convenience sampling. The study prove that competitive intensity has affect on organization performance, competitive intensity has affect on organization innovation, competitive intensity has affect on organization performance mediated by means of organization innovation, organizational slack has have an effect on on enterprise innovation, organizational slack has affect on business enterprise performance, organizational slack has affect on organisation overall performance mediated through organisation innovation, organization innovation has affect on organization performance although not sizeable.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze  the relationship between service quality and patient satisfaction, relationship between patient satisfaction and patient loyalty, relationship between service quality and patient loyalty, and relationship between service quality and patient loyalty mediated by patient satisfaction. The number of samples were determined to be which 200 samples. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Partial Least Square-Structural Equation modeling (PLS-SEM) is applied to this study. The results of data analysis showed that the service quality has a positive effect on patient satisfaction, patient satisfaction has a positive effect on patient loyalty, service quality has a positive effect on patient loyalty, and service quality has a positive impact on patient loyalty mediated by patient satisfaction.Bahasa Indonesia Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh positif kualitas layanan dan kepuasan pasien, pengaruh positif kepuasan pasien dan loyalitas pasien, kualitas layanan dan loyalitas pasien, dan kualitas layanan dan loyalitas pasien dengan kepuasan pasien sebagai mediasi. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebesar 200 sampel. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dengan kriteria minimal dua kali kunjungan. Data diolah menggunakan Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas layanan berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan pasien, kepuasan pasien berpengaruh positif terhadap loyalitas pasien, kualitas layanan berpengaruh positif terhadap loyalitas pasien, dan kualitas layanan terhadap loyalitas pasien dengan kepuasan pasien sebagai mediasi.

Abstract.  The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of People, Physical Evidence, Process, and Price Fairness on Patient Satisfaction. Survey method was used in this study. Data was collected using a questionnaire instrument. The target population of this study are all patients who have visited the Linggo Gitohusodo Clinic, Jakarta Selatan. The number of samples determined was 160 samples. The sampling technique was done using convenience sampling. Partial least Square-Structural Equation Modeling approach with SmartPls program was used for data analysis. Results shows that People have a positive and significant effect on patient satisfaction, Physical Evidence have a positive and significant effect on Patient Satisfaction, Process have a significant effect on Patient Satisfaction and Price Fairness hae a significant effect on Patient Satisfaction. Abstrak. Abstract

The hotel industry is one that is vulnerable to crises such as the COVID-19 pandemic. The condition can create an uncertain outlook for the hotel industry due to a decline in demand. This condition can create vulnerability for employees. Transformational leadership influences employees' psychological well-being and trust that the most significant thing about the link between transformational leaders and their employees. The objective of this study is to examine the effect of (1) transformational leadership on trust; (2) transformational leadership on psychological well-being; (3) trust on psychological well-being; and (4) trust as a mediator in the correlation between transformational leadership and psychological well-being. This study is a quantitative study, with a cross-sectional approach. The sampling technique was purposive sampling with 162 employees from 4 and 5-star hotels in DKI Jakarta Province as respondents. Data analysis using PLS-SEM. The findings revealed that the four hypotheses proposed in the study, and the results of data analysis showed that all the hypotheses stated were accepted. The implication of this research is to become a reference for management to improve psychological well-being by developing transformational leadership and trust. This study has limitations, in future research, it would be possible to examine the overall employee well-being and be carried out in other locations to overcome the limitations of the study.

Abstract

ROA atau Return on Asset adalah merupakan salah satu indicator Performance dari sehatnya suatu perusahaan. Dari data BEJ kita bias melihat bahwa pertumbuhan ROA dari enam perusahaan property di Indonesia mengalami penurunan. Penelitian ini ditujukan adalah untuk menjawab pertanyaan apakah Value Added Intelectual Capital dan Kenaikan Biaya promosi mempengaruhi terhadap kinerja perusahaan property di Indonesia. Data Observasi yang dilakukan adalah terhadap enam perusahaan property yang terdaftar di BEJ dan data diambil dari laporan keuangan antara tahun 2008 sampai tahun 2017 kemudian dilakukan uji Asumsi klasik dengan Least Square Method, kemudian dilanjutkan denga Simultaneous Model dengan Two Stage Least Square Method (2 SLS) .Dari hasil penelitian maka kita dapat menerima H1 dan menolak Ho yang berarti Value Added Intellectual Capital ( VAIC ) berpengaruh terhadap ROA, karena VAIC memiliki Prob 0.0000 < 0.05 sehingga Siqnificant berpengaruh terhadap ROA. Dan untuk H2 dari hasil penelitian maka dapat menerima Ho dan menolak H2 yang berarti Kenaikan biaya promosi tidak berpengaruh terhadap ROA, karena dari DSME memiliki Prob 0.4796> 0.05 sehingga tidak Siqnificant berpengaruh terhadap ROA. Dan dari model yang dibangun maka Variabel R_SIZE, LIQ, DSME, VAIC dan LOC berpengaruh terhadap ROA, dengan R-squared adalah 0.937975 dan Adjusted R-squared adalah 0.931514.
