Abstract

The Mini Sharia Bank Laboratory is a facility designed to provide students with practical experience in the field of sharia banking. The mini bank laboratory focuses on developing banking operational practicum activities within the Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business at UIN Sunan Ampel Surabaya and UIN Antasari Banjarmasin. The use of mini sharia banking laboratories by the two universities is intended to support lecture activities. The success of the Bank Mini Syariah laboratory cannot be separated from a well-running operational management system. This research aims to set up a management laboratory for Bank Mini Syariah UIN Antasari Banjarmasin to improve quality with a comparative study of Bank Mini Syariah UIN Sunan Ampel. This research uses a field approach with a qualitative approach through observation, interviews and documentary studies. The data analysis technique used is to explain patterns or categories, looking for relationships between various concepts. The results of the research found that there are several factors that influence the operational management of the mini sharia bank laboratory at UIN Antasari Banjarmasin and UIN Sunan Ampel Surabaya, namely internal factors, human resources, infrastructure, facilities and managerial, while external factors are security and comfort and cooperation.

Abstract

Current developments in technology and information systems This is progressing quite rapidly. Electronic human resource management (E-HRM) as an organizational unit consisting of personnel who process human resource data using computer and non-computer technology. This study uses the literature review method related to business law (BL), economic analysis of law (EAL), and E-HRM research. Literature sources in this study used books, information sources from official government agencies and international organizations as well as scientific articles accredited by Science and Technology Index (SINTA) or SCOPUS. The search strategy uses keywords related to related topics. E-HRM is the embodiment of the intelligent society 5.0 culture in managing the staffing system. Various scopes of personnel management such as planning, administration, payroll and staff evaluation can be carried out effectively and efficiently in mining industry

Abstract

The main goal of designing the Society 5.0 concept is to build a human-centered society, balance economic and social progress, and create new value through technological developments. The development of human resources (HR) in the era of digitalization has become the focus of attention of many companies. In this era, information and communication technology has changed the way of working and interaction between individuals and organizations. Therefore, the main focus of this article is to find out how the relevance of the goals to be achieved in the Society 5.0 era to the aspects needed in human resource management, namely Complex Problem Solving (CPS), Social Skills (SS), and Process Skills (PS) in Human Resource Behavior (PSDM) and Digital Marketing (PD) which are studied using qualitative research methods. The results of the study show that in synthesis, Complex Problem Solving, Social Skill, Marketing, and Process Skill are three very important abilities in HR behavior in the Society 5.0 era. They help HR to solve complex problems, interact with others, and manage industrial processes effectively and efficiently. The relevance of the goals of the Society 5.0 era to Complex Problem Solving, Social Skills, Marketing, and Process Skills in PSDM and PD is very significant. The Society 5.0 era prioritizes the use of technology to improve the quality of human life, so human resources must have the ability to adapt to technological changes and build competencies that are in accordance with the needs of organizations in the mining world.

Abstract

Industry 4.0, with technological advances such as automation, artificial intelligence, and big data, has brought significant changes in the way employees work and productivity in start-up technology companies. This transformation requires employees to develop new skills and adapt to a more dynamic and complex work environment. This research aims to analyze the influence of Industry 4.0 on work behavior and controlling employee productivity through the Systematic Literature Review (SLR). This research uses the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method to collect and analyze relevant literature regarding the influence of Industry 4.0 on work behavior and employee productivity. Inclusion and exclusion criteria were established to select relevant studies from a variety of sources, including scientific journals, books, industry reports, and other reliable sources. Data were analyzed using a qualitative approach with a focus on identifying main themes from the literature collected. The analysis results show that Industry 4.0 brings significant changes in work behavior, including the need for flexibility and adaptation to new technology. Training and developing digital skills is very important to increase productivity. Transformational leadership has been proven to have a positive impact on employee motivation and performance. Apart from that, effective human resource management and a focus on employee welfare are also key factors in facing the challenges and exploiting the opportunities presented by Industry 4.0. This research concludes that the adoption of Industry 4.0 technology brings many benefits in increasing employee productivity and efficiency, but also demands significant changes in HR management strategies and skills training. Start-up technology companies need to invest in developing digital skills, employ transformational leadership, and create work environments that support employee well-being to maximize the benefits of this transformation. These findings provide valuable insights for companies looking to optimize employee productivity in this digital era.

Abstract

During the pandemic coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19), many new entrepreneurs have sprung up, this is because many companies have laid off. In order to prepare intellectuals with entrepreneurial spirit and increase the quantity and quality as well as support government programs, universities need to play a more active role. This research aims to analyze locus of control and social support of the need of achievement, interests, and entrepreneurial attitude of UNISKA students in the society 5.0 Era with method. This type of research used qualitative descriptive research where the key instrument is, purposive and snowball sampling of data sources. The results showed that: (a) Internal, external and social support locus of control, play a role in the interest in entrepreneurship in UNISKA students. (b) Internal, external and social support locus of control play a role in the achievement needs of UNISKA students. (c) Locus of control internal, external and social support plays a role in the entrepreneurial attitude of UNISKA students.

Abstract

Sharia economics has become an increasingly popular alternative in the global economic system because of its fair and ethical principles. In Banjar Regency, South Kalimantan Province, the economic potential based on wetlands has not been fully exploited optimally. This research aims to investigate and socialize the implementation of wetland-based sharia economics in the area, with a focus on the potential to increase the welfare of local communities. The research method used is a qualitative-descriptive approach with data collection through in-depth interviews, observation and literature study. The research results show that the socialization of sharia economics in Banjar Regency has not been implemented optimally, even though there is public awareness of sharia principles. The main obstacles faced include threatening public knowledge, lack of government support, and restrictions on access to Islamic financial institutions. This research concludes that there is a need for a comprehensive socialization strategy and collaboration between the government, financial institutions and the community to optimize the use of wetlands within a sharia economic framework. In this way, it is hoped that it can improve the economic welfare of the people of Banjar Regency and make the sharia economy a sustainable economic system.

Abstract

The decision-making process for higher education options is influenced by various factors, including promotions and tuition costs. This study aims to examine and determine whether promotion and tuition fees partially and simultaneously have a significant effect on the choice of college for new students of the 2020/2021 class of the Informatics Management study program, at the State Polytechnic of Banjarmasin. This type of research is explanatory with a quantitative approach. The variables in this study consist of promotion variables, tuition fees variables, and choice selection variables. Sampling using a non-probability sampling technique in which carried out using a convenience sampling technique of 60 respondents with analysis multiple linear. Based on the results of the data analysis carried out, it shows that there is a significant effect of the promotion and tuition fees have an effect on the choice of college for new students.

Abstract

Good Governance aims to encourage efficient management, openness, active participation, and fairness in the organizational or governmental structure. If applied to an application platform that manages population administration services, the principles of Good Governance can secure the smooth running of these services, in line with the needs of the community. The purpose of the study was to determine the implementation of Good Governance based on an information system application for population administration services via smartphones in Tanah Laut Regency and the obstacles in its implementation which have become part of the governance of the Indonesian state in general and specifically in the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Tanah Laut Regency. The data analysis technique is to use interactive model data analysis (data reduction). The results show that the context of the principles of Good Governance at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Tanah Laut Regency still needs to be improved again, this is because there are still some principles that are still not running optimally, such as the presence of individuals who prioritize the interests of groups/officials, lacking facilities and infrastructure, such our computers and there are employees who are not under their competence.

Abstract

Loan interest rates play a pivotal role in the borrowing and lending process. They impact the affordability of loans for borrowers, the profitability and risk management for lenders, and are influenced by economic conditions and regulations. Before taking out any loan, it's important to carefully consider the interest rate and its implications for financial situation.This research aims to look at the effect of credit interest rates and credit guarantees on credit-making decisions on financing companies in Batam. This research is a quantitative descriptive study with the distribution of questionnaires to respondents who apply for credit at finance companies at random with a total of 96 responden. From the results of the study, it was obtained that credit rates have a significant effect on credit decision-making, credit guarantees have a significant effect on credit decisions, lifestyle has an insignificant effect on credit-making decisions,and credit interest rates, credit guarantees. and lifestyle simultaneously have a significant effect on credit-making decisions. This research is expected to contribute to the community to be more thorough about the advantages and disadvantages of buying goods on credit. The conclusion is that interest rates and credit guarantees significantly influence credit, and business actors can take even better policies related to interest rates and credit guarantees.

Abstract

The role of organizational commitment and job satisfaction is very important in a healthy and productive work environment. Both are interrelated and can affect individual, group, and organizational performance. So therefore, need to be evaluated how organizational commitment (OC), job satisfaction (JS), and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) in the government sector, namely the Inspectorate of Banjarmasin City Government. This research takes a quantitative approach with explanatory analysis. This results research is expected to add to the literature on organizational commitment, job satisfaction, and employee OCB. Based on the results of the study, organizational commitment (OC), and job satisfaction (JS) had a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) at the Inspectorate of the Banjarmasin City Government, both partially and simultaneously. This study provides recommendations Organizations can focus on fostering a positive work environment that encourages commitment and satisfaction. Employees who are committed and satisfied are more likely to stay with the organization and contribute positively over the long term. Managers can use insights from this relationship to develop strategies that promote commitment and job satisfaction
