Abstract

Perkembangan teknik compressive sensing beserta pemanfaatannya digunakan pada berbagai penyelesaian permasalahan. Salah satu pemanfaatannya yang dibahas di sini adalah untuk pengurangan sampel pada skema estimasi arah kedatangan sinyal. Secara umum terdapat tiga skema besar pemanfaatan teknik compressive sensing untuk estimasi arah kedatangan: skema sparsitas frekuensi, skema sparsitas spasial dan skema sparsitas sudut. Dari ketiga teknik ini, skema sparsitas sudut menjadi fokus pada penelitian ini karena keuntungannya dalam mengurangi sampel yang superior dibandingkan dengan dua skema lainnya. Keuntungan lain dari skema ini adalah kesederhanaannya. Kekurangan dari skema ini adalah sensitifitas terhadap noise. Pada lingkungan dengan noise tinggi dengan SNR kurang dari 0 dB, skema ini menderita kesalahan estimasi sudut di atas lima derajat. Tingkat kesalahan estimasi meningkat pada level yang tidak dapat lagi diterima untuk SNR kurang dari -5 dB. Peningkatan ketahanan terhadap noise yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan teknik multisnap sampel. Ada dua skema yang diusulkan yaitu teknik multisnap sederhana dan teknik multisnap dengan outliers removal. Hasil simulasi menunjukkan teknik multisnap sederhana meningkatkan akurasi sekitar 2 derajat pada SNR 0 dB. Pada SNR -5 dB terjadi peningkatan akurasi secara signifikan di atas 10 derajat. Pada teknik multisnap dengan outliers removal terjadi peningkatan akurasi lebih lanjut pada SNR kurang dari -5 dB.

Abstract

Today, Islam is not sufficiently known as iqtisad (the Islamic banking system) which is now quite the belle of this beloved pancasila earth, but along with that Islam is also known as the administration of justice and its ability to protect people's rights which is then called the sharia court. The person most responsible for implementing this Islamic court is the caliph and qadhi (judge). The Caliph carries out Islamic laws and applies them to all the people while the judge takes Islamic decisions based on the Qur'an and the Sunnah. Because in the teachings of Islam do not submit the determination of justice to the will on the basis of human taste but the authority to make the law is only Allah SWT, the Creator of man and the All-Knowing about the human self

Abstract

This paper discusses Fraud in the Jinayah Jurisprudence Perspective. The main problem in this article is how the perspective of jurisprudence against fraud, from here the authors formulate sub-problems namely how the terminology of fraud according to jurisprudence and how the punishment for the culprit according to jurisprudence jinyah.The method used in this article is descriptive qualitative, sourced from fiqh books and books related to the topics discussed in this article, the method of collecting literature study data.The author's findings in this article, that the form of fraud in the Criminal Law Act is almost similar to the fraud that exists in the book of Jurisprudence. In the text of the punishment for the perpetrators of fraud there is no standard rule that only emphasizes the punishment of the heaven, so the scholars stipulate that for the perpetrators of fraud are subjected to ta'zir penalties, namely the punishment handed over at the government's policy to decide.

Abstract

This article discusses the Jinayah Jurisprudence Act (KUFJ), so the main problem in this article is whether there is a Criminal Code (KUHP) version of Islamic law, and how Islamic law responds to all crimes that occur in society begin then until now. From this problem the author tries to trace the books of fiqh which regulate criminal acts of crime, especially from jinayah fiqh books. The method used in the preparation of this article is descriptive qualitative sourced from fiqh books and books relating to the topics discussed in this article, the method of collecting literature study data by trying to codify the rules of Jurisprudence that have been described by fiqh scholars in different books and books.\The findings of the authors in this article, that all forms of previous criminal offenses up to the new model criminal offenses that emerged in the naw era, are in fact far summarized in the great constitution of Muslims (al-Qur'an). Only the question regarding criminals is that there is no book that summarizes in detail such as the Criminal Code in force in Indonesia at this time. But if you look closely, the Koran actually regulates all types and modes of crime that are just emerging now. So in this article the author tries to describe the Criminal Code a la jihay in the following discussion.

Abstract

Technological progress is an inevitable growth along with the progress of human civilization to make humans integrate without space and time limit in cyberspace, but this technological progress is boarded by people who are not responsible for committing crimes in cyberspace termed cyber crime, then this paper tries to discuss cyber crime from the perspective of Jurisprudence. The main problem in this article is how the jurisprudence perspective of cyber crime, from here the authors formulate a sub-issue namely how the terminology of cyber crime according to jurisprudence jinayah. The method used in this article is descriptive qualitative, sourced from fiqh books and books related to the topics discussed in this article with the method of collecting data using literature studies.The author's findings in this article, that the current form of cyber crime is not spared from jinayah fiqh studies because even though cyber crime is a new crime model, but it has similarities with the cases discussed in jurisprudence, one of the cyber crime crimes is hacking (stealing data) or breaking into an ATM is the same as Syariqah (stealing) only that distinguishes it is the way to do it, so if Syariqah is done in the real world while cyber crime is done in cyberspace. Abstract

This study aims to analyze social media and public relations that have been implemented at SMK Gema Gawita Tangerang. This research uses a qualitative approach. There were 2 informants of the research informant and interview transcripts were processed. The interview results show that the community prefers to communicate using social media managed by the school to provide information and obtain information to make it easier and more practical. Based on research that has been done, these findings have 3 selective coding namely; Utilization of Social Media, Communicating with the Public, and Reactions Generated.

Abstract

Respons imun terhadap Mycobacterium leprae (M. leprae) terdiri atas respons imun bawaan dan didapat. Salah satu enzim yang berperan pada imunitas bawaan adalah kaspase-1 dengan fungsi memecah sitokin proinflamasi prointerleukin (IL)-18 menjadi IL-18 aktif. IL-18 bersama IL-12 secara sinergis akan merangsang produksi interferon (IFN-γ) sehingga timbul respons imun seluler yang bersifat protektif. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis korelasi positif ekspresi kaspase-1 dengan IL-18 pada lesi kulit pasien kusta. Penelitian dilaksanakan selama bulan Oktober–Desember 2014 di Poliklinik Morbus Hansen Departemen Ilmu Kesehatan Kulit dan Kelamin serta Laboratorium Imunohistokimia Departemen Patologi Anatomi Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Padjadjaran/Rumah Sakit Dr. Hasan Sadikin Bandung. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian klinis analitik observasional dengan rancangan potong lintang. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 19 pasien kusta yang didapatkan melalui consecutive sampling. Terhadap subjek penelitian dilakukan anamnesis, pemeriksaan fisis, pemeriksaan bakteriologis, dan biopsi plong. Pada jaringan hasil biopsi lesi kulit dilakukan pemeriksaan imunohistokimia ekspresi kaspase-1 dan IL-18 yang dinilai dengan histoscore, kemudian dilakukan analisis korelasi menggunakan uji Rank-Spearman. Pada hasil penelitian ini didapatkan nilai ekspresi histoscore kaspase-1 pada lesi kulit pasien kusta berturut-turut tipe tuberkuloid (TT)=12,00; borderline tuberculoid (BT)=8,33; mid-borderline (BB)=8,00; borderline lepromatous (BL)=4,00; dan lepromatous (LL)=10,67. Nilai histoscore ekspresi IL-18 pada lesi kulit pasien kusta berturut-turut pada tipe TT=9,33; BT=6,50; BB=4,60; BL=4,00; dan LL=9,33. Berdasarkan hasil analisis statistik uji Rank-Spearman pada derajat kepercayaan 95% didapatkan korelasi positif yang bermakna antara ekspresi histoscore kaspase-1 dan IL-18 (rs=0,618; p=0,005). Simpulan penelitian ini adalah terdapat korelasi positif antara ekspresi kaspase-1 dan IL-18 pada lesi kulit pasien kusta. Semakin tinggi ekspresi kaspase-1 pada lesi kulit pasien kusta maka semakin tinggi ekspresi IL-18. Caspase-1 is one of the enzymes which have a role in innate immunity to activate pro-IL-18 into its active form. IL-18 and IL-12 sinergically enhance the production of IFN-γ which triggers the protective cellular immunity. The aim of this study was to analyze the positive correlation between the expression of caspase-1 and IL-18 in leprosy patients’ skin lesions. The study was conducted from October tol December 2014 at the Dermatology and Venereology, and Immunohistochemistry Laboratory, Pathology Anatomy Department, Universitas Padjadjaran/Dr. Hasan Sadikin General Hospital Bandung. This was a clinical observational analytical study with cross-sectional design. Subjects were 19 leprosy patients recruited through consecutive sampling. History taking, physical examination, bacteriological examination, and punch biopsy were performed on all subjects. Caspase-1 and IL-18 expressions were examined and measured with histoscore. Correlation analysis was performed using Rank-Spearman test. The histoscore for the expression of caspase-1 in leprosy patients’ skin lesions was as follows: TT type=12.00; BT=8.33; BB=8,00; BL=10.00; and LL=10.67. The histoscore for the IL-18 expression in leprosy patients’ skin lesions were TT type=9.33; BT=4.60; BL=4.00; and LL=9.33. Rank-Spearman analysis with desired confidence level of 95% showed a statistically significant positive correlation between the histoscore of caspase-1 expression and IL-18 expression.(rs=0.618, p=0.005). In conclusion, this study demonstrates a positive corelation between caspase-1 expression and IL-18 expression in leprosy skin lesions. Abstract

Media pembelajaran yang bervariasi dan inofatif pada dasarnya bertujuanuntuk menciptakan kondisi pembelajaran yang memungkinkan siswa dapat belajar secara aktif dan menyenangkan sehingga dapat meraih hasil belajar dan prestasi yang optimal. Media pembelajaran yang biasa seperti menjelaskan dan mencatat yang digunakan guru di sekolah adalah salah satu penyebab kurang optimalnya hasil belajar siswa. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah adaPengaruh Penggunaan Media Ms Powerpoint Berbasis Game Terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa Pada Mata Pelajaran Bahasa Inggris Kelas Vii Di Smpn 4 Praya Barat Daya Kabupaten Lombok Tengah Tahun Pelajaran 2017/2018 ?. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menemukan Pengaruh Penggunaan Media Ms Powerpoint Berbasis Game Terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa Pada Mata Pelajaran Bahasa Inggris Kelas Vii Di Smpn 4 Praya Barat Daya Kabupaten Lombok Tengah Tahun Pelajaran 2017/2018. Jenis penelitian adalah eksperimen, dengan jumlah populasi 25orang, dalam penelitian ini mencangkup seluruh siswa kelas VII SMPN 4 Praya Barat Daya Kabupaten Lombok Tengah Tahun Pelajaran 2017/2018. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode Tes sebagai metode pokok sedangkan dokumentasi, wawancara, dan observasi sebagai metode pelengkap. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis statistik dengan rumus T-tes. Hasil analisis diperoleh nilai thitung sebesar 6,468 dan nilai ttabel pada taraf Signifikansi 5% dengan d.b (N-1) = 25-1= 24 lebih besar dari pada nilai t pada tabel (6,468 > 2,064), berarti bahwa Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima yang berbunyi: ada Pengaruh Penggunaan Media Ms Powerpoint Berbasis Game Terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa Pada Mata Pelajaran Bahasa Inggris Kelas Vii Di Smpn 4 Praya Barat Daya Kabupaten Lombok Tengah Tahun Pelajaran 2017/2018, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil penelitian ini “signifikan”.Kata Kunci: Powerpoint, Game, Hasil Belajar.

Abstract

Motivation is an important factor in dealing with dynamic social demands. This study aims to examine the learning motivation of elementary school students. This research uses survey exploratory research. Researchers conducted a survey of 51 elementary school students. Researchers used a questionnaire as a data collection instrument. The questionnaire was compiled based on four components of learning motivation, namely (1) encouragement for achievement, (2) discipline in learning, (3) readiness to overcome difficulties, and (4) curiosity. The questionnaire uses a Likert scale with the categories "always", "often", "sometimes", and "never". The data was  analyzed using descriptive statistics. The results showed that in general the students had high motivation. However, this high motivation is not in line with concrete actions that show their enthusiasm for learning. This is because the motivation that develops is actually extrinsic motivation. Students learn to get rewarded or to avoid punishment from the teachers. Nevertheless, the students are aware of their obligations as students and believe in their abilities. This can be used as initial capital to encourage students to improve their learning achievement.
