Abstract

Currently, providing halal certification for a product has become a necessity. Consumers are now more careful when choosing halal-certified products before consuming them. In Jumputrejo Village, Sukodono District, Sidoarjo Regency, there are a number of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) that have not obtained halal certification. Therefore, the KKN team from Sunan Giri University Surabaya has held a seminar on Increasing MSME Turnover through Halal Certification, with the aim that local MSMEs can obtain halal certification. The process of implementing this seminar consists of three stages, namely (1) planning, which involves mapping the problem; (2) finding solutions to the problem; and (3) coordination with MSME partners. The implementation of the seminar on turnover development through halal certification was carried out using the method of delivering material and question and answer sessions. The results of this activity show that MSME partners who attended the seminar showed enthusiasm in asking questions related to halal products, the benefits of halal-labeled products, and the procedures for receiving halal certification.

Abstract

This study describes the activities to improve the understanding of religious knowledge held by madrasah diniyah and boarding school Nurul Huda At-Tahdzihiy Larangan Bareng Jombang. Using a descriptive qualitative approach with observation and documentation techniques, the research shows the effectiveness of the institution in improving the religious understanding of the students before the month of Ramadan. This activity, held in the month of Sha'ban, aims to prepare students to welcome the holy month of Ramadan efficiently.

Abstract

The role of the Supervision Team for Beliefs and Religious Sects (PAKEM) towards belief organizations in order to make efforts to overcome them by carrying out activities such as coordination meetings, conducting supervision and conducting dialogue with belief organizations, legal information and cooperation with agencies or government officials included in PAKEM and repressive efforts such as criminalization if indications of abuse and blasphemy are found. Obstacles for the Supervision Team for Beliefs and Religious Sects in supervising religious organizations. The absence of PAKEM standard operating procedures regarding specific rules regarding the implementation of PAKEM in the field. Limited facilities and infrastructure, lack of socialization regarding the existence of the PAKEM team. Optimizing the role of the Supervision Team for Beliefs and Religious Sects (PAKEM) towards belief organizations so that PAKEM standard operating procedures are immediately designed, so that there is procurement of facilities and infrastructure, so that socialization (counseling) is held routinely and comprehensively in the province from the district/city level regarding the existence and existence of the PAKEM team.

Abstract

As a step to expand outreach and increase community awareness, the research plan proposes providing new banners and ensuring that MSME locations are listed on Google Maps. The priority justification prioritizes optimizing potential through community empowerment with the support of the Community Service program. The focus on increasing awareness of packaging through an importance survey, developing appropriate technology, and expanding marketing networks aims to strengthen the competitiveness of MSMEs' processed food products. The ABCD approach was chosen to emphasize the utilization of existing assets in the community, so as to maximize the potential of the People's Roasted Chicken MSMEs and empower the community in a sustainable manner. The results of this study indicate that the People's Roast Chicken MSME in Kloposepuluh Village has its own uniqueness with a characteristic taste that has been maintained from the past until now, making it a favorite among the local community. The strategic sales location, right in front of the house, adds to the attractiveness for customers. Although they still use traditional methods in baking, these MSMEs have managed to survive and continue to be in demand.

Abstract

Companies today are faced with a variety of opportunities and threats. Entrepreneurs are starting to be pressured to innovate, minimize operational costs, and perform well in their business. An increase in sales can be said to be a series of activities to increase the release of products through buying and selling activities. This service aims to share a technology development to increase sales in the beret hat convection MSME business in Ngudi Hamlet, Punggul Village, Gedangan District, Sidoarjo Regency. The method used as basic research for this service activity is Participatory Action Research (PAR). The result of this activity is the establishment of Shopee and Tokopedia accounts that have been developed regarding business descriptions and photos of attractive products. The author emphasizes the spirit of entrepreneurship in the era of more and more competitors by utilizing social media and e-commerce.

Abstract

Pada skripsi ini, Perlindungan Hukum Bagi Konsumen Terhadap Kesalahan Ekspenditur Saat Kirim Paket Menurut Undang–Undang Nomor 8 Tahun 1999 Tentang Perlindungan Konsumen. Dilatar belakangi oleh transaksi online yang dimana membutuhkan pihak ketiga yaitu ekspeditur berperan sebagai distributor dalam jual beli online, bertanggung jawab penuh harus menanggung kerusakan atau kehilangan barang-barang pengiriman yang disebabkan oleh kesalahan atau keteledorannya. Apabila terjadi kesalahan saat mengirim paket pihak konsumen wajib menyertakan barang bukti namun apabila langkah tersebut tidak berhasil, maka langkah selanjutnya yaitu memberikan somasi tertulis kepada pihak ekspeditur yang bertanggung jawab atas kesalahan tersebut. Berdasarkan latar belakang tersebut, penelitian ini mengangkat rumusan masalah, Bagaimana peran ekspeditur dalam transaksi di platform e-commerce dan bagaimana peran hukum apabila terjadi kesalahan yang dilakukan oleh ekspeditur pada saat kirim paket. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan ialah yuridis normatif serta menggunakan jenis pendekatan Statute Approach, Conceptual Approach dan Case Approach. Tujuan penelitian yakni mengetahui peran ekspeditur dalam transaksi di platform e-commerce dan mengetahui peran hukum dalam perlindungan konsumen terhadap kesalahan ekspeditur ketika pengiriman paket. Pengumpulan bahan hukum dalam penelitian ini studi kepustakaan serta analisa bahan hukum dengan dikumpulkan dan dikelompokkan kemudian ditelaah dengan menggunakan pendekatan konseptual, perundang-undangan terhadap kasus yang menjadi fokus kajian. Hasil penelitian ini, peran ekspeditur memiliki kewajiban untuk mengirim barang dari pengirim dan diserahkan ke penerima barang dengan tepat waktu dalam kondisi baik pengecekan jenis barang, berat barang, ukuran barang serta alamat pengirim dan penerima. Selanjutnya, Ekspedisi bertanggung jawab setiap kerugian yang timbul, dapat diselesaikan dengan 2 hal penyelesaian melalui sengketa dan peyelesaian diluar sengketa.

Abstract

Pasinan Village, Lekok District, is one of the villages in Pasuruan Regency, East Java, which has creative economic potential and public facilities that have not yet been digitally mapped. This research aims to utilize Google Maps as a means of mapping Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) and public facilities in Pasinan village. The method used in this research is PAR (Participatory Action Research) by carrying out field observations, interviews with related parties, and digitizing special data using Google Maps. The result of this research is the production of a digital map of MSMEs and public facilities in Pasinan village which can be accessed via Google Maps. It is hoped that this mapping will make it easier for the community to access information related to MSMEs and public facilities, as well as support the development of creative economic potential in the village.

Abstract

Blood donation is an important process that involves taking some blood from a donor to donate and store it in a blood bank. This blood can then be used for transfusions for those in need, such as in cases of accidents, major surgery, or certain illnesses. In Indonesia, blood donation is very important, especially because of the high maternal mortality rate due to bleeding during childbirth. The need for blood continues to increase as the number of accidents and illnesses requiring blood transfusions increases. Although blood donation has great benefits for the recipient, many people do not realize that donating blood regularly also brings various health benefits to the donor. This study aims to increase public understanding about the importance of blood donation through interviews and research at Sunan Giri University, Surabaya. Interview results show that blood donation not only saves lives, but also helps maintain the health of donors and encourages a spirit of mutual cooperation in society. Through education and increasing awareness, more people are expected to be involved in sustainable blood donation activities.

Abstract

Revitalization of the prayer room and community center of Pasinan village, Lekok District, which is carried out routinely every Friday and Sunday involving student participation and collaboration with village communities from various circles. This activity aims to create a clean, comfortable and conducive environment for religious and social activities. And able to improve the quality of life of the community through developing village potential. By creating a clean and healthy environment, it is hoped that it can encourage increased social, economic and cultural activities in the community, so that in the end it will contribute to village progress. Through this activity of cleaning prayer rooms and village halls, we succeeded in cleaning prayer rooms which were initially reluctant to be used again and the environment around the prayer rooms was not good as well as the program for cleaning and tidying up the grounds of the Pasinan village hall which was still not well implemented. Apart from that, this activity also succeeded in strengthening ties between residents and increasing awareness of the importance of keeping the environment clean. Through this activity, it is hoped that collective awareness can be raised regarding the importance of maintaining environmental cleanliness and maintaining public facilities as shared assets. As a follow-up, it is planned to carry out similar activities periodically and involve more parties.

Abstract

Villages throughout Indonesia, such as Tambak Lekok, Jatirejo, and Tampung, have abundant natural potential and human resources, which, if utilized well, can improve the welfare of the local population. However, even though this potential is large, it is often not explored optimally due to various obstacles, including limited basic infrastructure such as roads, electricity and clean water. Apart from that, accessibility to information, which is very crucial in the digital era, is still limited in many villages. Digital mapping offers an important solution in overcoming this obstacle, because through this technology, village communities can more easily access relevant information about their area, which was previously difficult to reach due to limited infrastructure and technology. Through digital mapping, detailed information regarding the location of various public facilities such as schools, health centers, places of worship and markets can be accessed quickly and accurately. The implementation of digital mapping in villages such as Tambak Lekok, Jatirejo, and Tampung via the Google Maps application has proven to be an effective initiative in maximizing local potential and encouraging sustainable development. This project not only increases the accessibility and visibility of the village, but also introduces digital technology to the community, thereby strengthening their involvement in the development process. With the Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) approach, local village assets have been successfully mapped and promoted to a wider audience, opening up new opportunities in the economic, tourism and public service sectors. This approach allows villages to more optimally utilize their resources and benefit from greater involvement in markets and information networks.
