Abstract

Introduction: Narcotics are substances or drugs that are both natural, synthetic, and semi-synthetic that cause the effects of decreased consciousness, hallucinations, and arousal, these illegal drugs can trigger various harmful impacts on health. Drug abuse can lead to memory loss to death. Online gambling is a game that is usually in the form of cards in an application or website. Through this game, players put money collateral to be used as betting material and hope to get a lot of profit. Although tempting, playing online gambling has a big impact that players often do not realize. Objective: Community Service Activities (PKM) aim to help increase knowledge about the side effects of drug use and online gambling. Method: This PKM is carried out by providing counseling education using an approach to students with a total of 94 respondents ResultThe level of knowledge about drugs and online gambling before being given education was in the good to less good category, but after being given education and a post-test, it increased to be better than before. Conclusion: After being given education, the respondents' level of knowledge increased to become better

Abstract

This research is qualitative research that aims to develop an Islamic quality-of-life model for Islamic multicultural education. Research is conducted by referring to various sources of writing (literary research), and then formulating with deductive and inductive reasoning (thinking). The four criteria for a successful life (luck, win), namely faith, good deeds, correctness, and patience. These four criteria constitute a unified whole, and should not be broken down or reduced. The word 'sholih' means 'whole' (not broken apart) or 'complete', which is also usually translated as 'good'. Goodness due to wholeness and completeness. Wholeness and completeness in the concept of "Amal Sholih" include amal imaniah (faithful action), amal ilmiah (scientific action), amal karimah (noble action), amal rahmah (beloved action), amal barakah (better action), amal salamah (safe action), and amal kamilah (complete action). Faithful action is the action that must be based on faith, namely the six pillars of faith. Scientific action is an action that contains knowledge. Amal karimah is human deeds that show good deeds. Beloved action is the action that reflects rahmah (compassion, love), which arises from a clean conscience. Better action is a human action that provides benefits and added value (added goodness) to others and oneself. Safe action is the act of human beings who are safe and save themselves and others in this world and the hereafter. Complete action is the human action that fulfills 100% of the target.

Abstract

Sisal Plant Production Process (Agave sisalana) produces waste of around 95%, which is wasted and can be an environmental problem because it is not processed properly. Sisal decortication waste contains active biochemical compounds, one of which is cellulose, which has the potential to be used in various fields. Cellulose is one of the most widely distributed and abundant biopolymers on Earth, as the main source of renewable materials obtained from plant fibers. Initial Treatment of Fiber Alkalization using 5% NaOH solution (1:20) for 2 hours at a temperature of 80 °C at a speed of 200 rpm. Then the bleaching process(bleaching). Samples of the results of alkalization treatment using hydrogen peroxide solution (H2THE23%) at a temperature of 80 °C for 3 hours, repeated once. In the Acid Hydrolysis process, the resulting sample is bleached with acid using sulfuric acid (H2SO465%) at a temperature of 80 °C for 1 hour (1:20). Sample Characterization Fiber characterization using the NDF test to determine cellulose content. The results of the cellulose content test in sisal fiber decortication waste were 1.545 mg/L Based on the results of the study, nanocellulose with a high % crystallinity was successfully extracted from sisal fiber decortication waste using a chemical treatment method. The FTIR spectrum shows a broad band at 3358-3410 cm-1which is the vibration of the OH group of cellulose. The removal of lignin levels was successfully carried out, showing that the peak of the spectrum band produced was only 1279.26 cm-1. The average size of nanocellulose particles is around 10-30 nm and consists of 30-100 cellulose molecules.

Abstract

Persoalan tentang kematian, merupakan hal yang rumit untuk dimaknai. Karena makna dari kematian itu bergantung bagaimana sudut pandang seseorang yang didapatkan selama hidup didunia. Kematian dalam berbagai daerah selalu diirngi dengan proses ritualisasi, alasan disebut sebagai rituaisasi adalah pandangan bahwa jika manusia mengalami kematian,bukan berarti ia telah lenyap atau sudah berakhir dalam kehidupan. Tujuan penulisan dalam artikel ini yaitu untuk mengungkapkan pandangan dari dua kelompok yang setuju dan tidak setuju dengan adanya ritual kematian yang masih berkembang dalam masyarakat jawa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu literature review, dengan melakukan identifikasi, evaluasi, dan interpretasi terhadap beberapa penelitian yang relevan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa kelompok yang setuju dengan tradisi ritual kematian dilandasi oleh beberapa pandangan diantaranya tahlilan merupakan ajaran Islam yang dibawa dari Timur Tengah, acara tahlilan ada dalam sebuah hadist dan dipraktikkan pada masa Rasulullah, pemberi makan pada upacara selamatan dianggap sebagai sedekah. Kelompok kontra memandang upacara ritual kematian merupakan pemborosan dan dianggap membebani orang yang ditinggalkan. Acara tahlilan bukan upaya untuk mengirimkan pahala kepada mati, namun seseorang mendapatkan pahala selama apa yang telah mereka usahakan didunia selama hidup. Dalam ritual kematian juga menyajikan sesaji sebagai sesambahan kepada leluhur.

Abstract

Ijarah Muntahiya Bittamlik is a form of Islamic finance combining the contracts of I zev and sale or gift. Under this contract, the tenant (customer) leases the property from the lessor (bank) for a specified period of time with the promise that ownership of the property will be transferred at the end of the I zev period either through sale or gift. This contract is an alternative to traditional loans that rely on usurious interest, making it compliant with Islamic law, which prohibits usury. A key benefit of the Ijarah Muntahiya Bittamlik contract is that it allows the customer to benefit from assets such as movables, cars or real estate without the responsibility of direct ownership and the associated costs such as maintenance of the large property during the lease period, as the ownership of the property remains with the lessor until the end of the lease term. The transfer of ownership of the property occurs at the conclusion of the contract in accordance with the terms of the agreement, which may be facilitated by means of a gift, thereby obviating the need for the purchaser to incur the expense of ownership. Alternatively, the property may be sold at a nominal price. This transfer of ownership is an integral component of the mechanism that underpins the investment objectives of Islamic banks, as it ensures that both parties adhere to Shari'ah regulations and Shari'ah judgements in financial transactions. The hibah contract is a favoured method for transferring ownership in such contracts, as the gift from the bank to the customer is legitimate and available, and does not require any additional consideration at the end of the term. Consequently, the utilisation of hibah as a mode of transferring property ownership is not only accepted but also favoured by customers seeking to circumvent the prohibition of riba. It is evident that the gift contract constitutes a viable solution to the issue of transferring ownership in Ijarah Muntahiya Bittamlik, as it is consistent with the principles of Islamic Sharia. This is achieved by enabling customers to utilise the leased property in the event of non-payment of the full amount, without the necessity of direct borrowing with prohibited Riba interest.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pertimbangan hakim dalam menjatuhkan putusan lepas terhadap terdakwa tindak pidana korupsi Syafruddin Arsyad Temenggung dan pertimbangan hakim Dissenting Opinion yang memutuskan bahwa perbuatan terdakwa merupakan perbuatan pidana. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian hukum normatif. Dalam hasil yang diteliti hakim memberikan putusan lepas dari segala tuntutan hukum karena perbuatan terdakwa dalam rangka melaksanakan perintah atasan dan kasus tersebut masuk dalam ranah hukum perdata. Namun, satu hakim mengatakan kasus tersebut masuk dalam ranah hukum pidana karena ada unsur kesengajaan yang dilakukan oleh terdakwa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan memahami Penyelesaian konflik yang terjadi di tengah masyarakat dengan berbagai macam latar belakang kehidupan, adat budaya, karakter, sifat, pemikiran,dan pendirian sering kali memicu adanya konflik, tindak kekerasan, bahkan terjadinya perkara tindak pidana seperti yang terjadi di Dusun Ganjar, Desa Mareje, Kecamatan Lembar, Kabupaten Lombok Barat, sehingga tersusunlah Skripsi yang berjudul Penyelesaian Konflik Sosial Pendekatan Restorative Justice (Studi Kasus Desa Mareje, Kecamatan Lembar, Kabupaten Lombok Barat), Jenis Penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian Hukum Empiris. Metode pendekatan yang digunakan adalah Pendekatan Perundangan (Statue Approach), Pendekatan Konseptual (Conseptual Approach), Pendekatan Sosiologis, Pendekatan Kasus (Case Approach). Analisis data yang di gunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif, hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penyelesaian Restorative Justice sesuai dengan perkap polri Nomor 6 Tahun 2019 tentang penyidikan tindak pidana, pasal 12 di sebutkan proses penyidikan dapat di lakukan keadilan restoratif dengan syarat-syarat tertentu, faktor hambatan yg terjadi di Internal Kepolisian kurangnya pemahaman mediator, tidak ada peraturan yg mengatur secara kongkrit, maupun ekternal dari masyarakat itu Sendiri waktu tidak intensif dan poin-poin kesepakatan yang tidak merugiakan korban, sehingga Penyelesaian konflik Sosial melalui Pendekatan Restorative Justice di Desa Mareje, Kecamatan Lembar, Kabupaten Lombok Barat merupakan pemilihan jalan tengah yang sangat efektif sesuai dengan peraturan polri dengan pengembalian ganti rugi dalam bentuk materiil dan pemulihan kembali Setelah dilakukannya mediasi dengan Restorative Justice Walaupun dalam Penyelesaiannya memiliki beberapa hambatan internal dan eksternal namun tidak menjadi kendala Restorative Justice terselesaikan.

Abstract

Entrepreneurial characteristics and competencies are two important factors needed by entrepreneurs in Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) to face the environmental challenges in the dynamic world of business and achieve high business performance. This study aimed to examine the effect of entrepreneurial characteristics and entrepreneurial competencies on SME performance. The study was conducted on SMEs in Serang, Banten, Indonesia. The research sample is 69 SMEs were determined through the purposive sampling method. Data were collected through a survey with questionnaires. Data were analyzed using structural equation modeling with Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. The results showed that entrepreneurial characteristics have a significant positive effect on entrepreneurial competencies, but entrepreneurial characteristics do have not a significant effect on the SME's performance and entrepreneurial competencies have a significant positive effect on the performance of SMEs. The results also indicate that entrepreneurial competence fully mediation the relationship between entrepreneurial characteristics and SMEs performance.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penguatan struktur organisasi merupakan program strategis dalam melanjutkan gerakan dakwah dan pengembangan program baik secara internal maupun eksternal. Penguatan struktur ini dimaksudkan untuk mengasah potensi dan sumber daya kader yang dimiliki Muhammadiyah sebagai pelopor, pelangsung dan penyempurna visi dan misi persyarikatan. Kegiatan pengabdian Masyarakat dalam bentuk penguatan struktur organisasi ini fokus pada keberadaan kader dan warga Muhamadiyah yang bermukim di desa Karang Bongkot. Pelaksanaan kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dalam bentuk tiga tahapan, dimulai dari tahapan observasi, Forum Group Discussion, dan pendampingan terhadap penyusunan struktur kepengurusan. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian Masyarakat berbasis pengembangan persyarikatan ini selama satu bulan, mulai bulan Maret sampai dengan April 2025. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini dimana sudah tersusun struktur kepengurusan Pimpinan Ranting Muhammadiyah desa Karang Bongkot sebagai media komunikasi dan interaksi kader dan warga Muhammadiyah. Susunan kepengurusan yang terdiri dari kepengurusan inti yaitu ketua, sekretaris dan bendahara, struktur wakil ketua dan majelis serta lembaga sebagai unsur pembantu pimpinan yang akan melaksanakan secara teknis implementasi program kerja. Artinya keberadaan struktur kepengurusan ranting Muhammadiyah Karang Bongkot ini menjadi penting serta memiliki peran strategis dalam menggairahkan gerakan pencerahan dan dakwah menggembirakan bagi umat manusia.Abstract: Strengthening the organizational structure is a strategic program in continuing the da'wah movement and program development both internally and externally. Strengthening this structure is intended to hone the potential and resources of Muhammadiyah cadres as pioneers, implementers and perfecters of the organization's vision and mission. This community service activities in the form of strengthening the organizational structure focus on the existence of Muhammadiyah cadres and residents who live in Karang Bongkot village. The implementation of this activity is carried out in three stages, starting from the observation stage, Forum Group Discussion, and assistance in compiling the organizational structure. The implementation of Community service activities based on the development of the organization is for one month, starting from March to April 2025. The results of this service activity are that the management structure of the Muhammadiyah Branch Leadership of Karang Bongkot village has been arranged as a medium of communication and interaction for Muhammadiyah cadres and residents. The management structure consists of the core management, namely the chairman, secretary and treasurer, the structure of the deputy chairman and council and institutions as elements assisting the leadership who will technically implement the work program. This means that the existence of the Muhammadiyah Karang Bongkot branch management structure is important and has a strategic role in stimulating the enlightenment movement and joyful preaching for humanity.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of psychological pricing strategies and perceived value in influencing consumer purchasing decisions, with an emphasis on managerial and digital entrepreneurship perspectives. The main focus of this research is Generation Z consumers in East Java who actively make transactions on TikTok Shop, as one of the rapidly growing social commerce platforms. A quantitative approach was used with a probability sampling method on 227 respondents. The results of the study show that low price strategies and flash sales, which are designed based on a psychological approach, significantly influence consumer value perceptions and have a direct impact on purchasing decisions. Perceived value acts as an important mediator that strengthens the influence of both strategies on purchase intentions. In the context of digital entrepreneurship, these findings are relevant because they show how business actors can utilize pricing mechanisms based on consumer psychology to increase sales conversions, loyalty, and shopping experiences. The practical implications of this study indicate that digital MSMEs must integrate pricing strategies with an understanding of digital consumer behavior in order to be able to compete in a competitive and dynamic social platform-based e-commerce ecosystem.
