Abstract

Every educational institution must have a vision and mission, and must plan and market its educational services to achieve the desired goals. Vision and mission are the most important parts used in activities to describe achievements in achieving the desired conditions for all stakeholders to achieve educational goals. The aim of this research is to describe and analyze how vision and mission can be developed in formal educational institutions. This research is based on literature research from relevant books and academic journals. The overall conclusion from the analysis of this literature review study is that the preparation of a vision and mission requires in-depth research and it is important to involve various stakeholders to achieve the desired overall goals. Even though the vision and mission of a school contains something very important that gives appropriate weight to all aspects in realizing the school's identity, this is already covered in reading the existing vision and mission. Abstract

Meningkatnya persaingan dalam dunia pendidikan tidak bisa dihindari. Banyak lembaga pendidikan yang ditinggalkan pelanggannya dan akibatnya banyak terjadi merger dari beberapa lembaga pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi promosi dan komunikasi yang baik dalam meningkatkan minat masyarakat dan juga untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemasaran jasa pendidikan terhadap keberhasilan sekolah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode tinjauan pustaka. Kajian ini mencakup sejumlah tugas yang berkaitan dengan strategi pengumpulan informasi dari perpustakaan, membaca dan mencatat, kemudian mengolah bahan penelitian secara kritis, analitis, tentang strategi promosi, komunikasi dan pemasaran layanan pendidikan dalam meningkatkan minat masyarakat terhadap sekolah. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menelusuri sumber primer dan sekunder. Setelah data terkumpul, data dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis isi. Upaya lembaga pendidikan untuk meningkatkan minat masyarakat terhadap sekolah dengan menggunakan strategi promosi, komunikasi dan pemasaran layanan pendidikan sangat efektif, karena memuat penjelasan rinci tentang strategi yang harus dilakukan sekolah, agar sekolah tetap eksis dan berkualitas. menarik perhatian masyarakat sekitar.

Abstract

The benefit of free health checks in the community is to prevent infectious diseases and further illness. Health checks are an effort to detect abnormalities in the body. Health checks should be carried out routinely with the aim of preventing and treating them as quickly as possible. Early disease detection is a form of education and free health check activities to raise public awareness to undergo regular health checks as part of promotive and preventive efforts. The main goal of this service is to detect potential diseases and reduce the risk of disease or treat them more effectively. This service method includes providing health education through the distribution of brochures related to educational materials, accompanied by the implementation of free health checks that involve meetings with Posyandu cadres and the local village head to initiate this service. There were 46 participants who participated in the free health checks. The purpose of this activity is also to help participants better understand the importance of maintaining good health. The results of the health check-up are used as a guide to help them understand the importance of undergoing regular health check-ups to prevent negative consequences later in life. The Sukamanah Village community held a free health check-up outreach program on July 30, 2025, to increase public awareness and knowledge about health. This program used the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method, which benefited the general public, Baros students, and the general public. Outreach efforts have shown that this technique is successful in increasing public awareness and understanding of health issues. This suggests that a more comprehensive health intervention model and research on the program's long-term impact are needed to maximize positive outcomes for public health.

Abstract

This study examines the roles of teachers in creating a positive and supportive learning environment, with a focus on the application of ethics in reading, writing, and speaking. The research method is literature studies, and the data sources are taken from a variety of articles in relevant scientific journals and books. The research phases begin with the formulation of goals, searching and gathering relevant references, identifying and classifying various references, and, finally, analyzing the results of the research. The study's findings demonstrate the critical role that teachers play in establishing a productive learning environment, particularly when it comes to incorporating the ethics of speaking, writing, and reading into routine instruction. Teachers can support students in developing good communication skills and strong moral foundations by raising awareness of ethical ideals and helping students apply these ideas in their daily lives. According to these studies, creating a learning atmosphere that values justice, honesty, and tolerance for other viewpoints can help students learn more effectively.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain an overview of the influence of salafi Islamic boarding school education management on student achievement in MA Al-Islah. The educational background of children at salafi Islamic boarding schools is a supporting factor for student achievement. Because in salafi Islamic boarding schools, children study a lot of religious knowledge taught by a kiyai. Learning achievement is evidence of learning success or one's ability to carry out learning activities in accordance with the weight achieved. The question is how does the educational background of children at Salafi Islamic boarding schools affect student achievement at MA Al-Islah Cikeusal. Based on the background of the problems above, the formulation The problems in this study are: 1) What are the differences between children who study at salafi Islamic boarding schools and children who do not study at salafi Islamic boarding schools? 2) How is student achievement in fiqh subjects at MA Al-Islah Cikeusal? 3) What is the influence of the educational background of children in salafi Islamic boarding schools on student achievement in fiqh subjects at MA Al-Islah Cikeusal? The aims of this study were: 1) to find out the differences between children who study at salafi Islamic boarding schools and children who do not study at salafi Islamic boarding schools 2) to determine student achievement in fiqh subjects at MA Al-Islah Cikeusal. 3) to determine the effect of the educational background of children in salafi Islamic boarding schools on student achievement in fiqh subjects at MA Al-Islah Cikeusal. This research was conducted at MA Al-Islah Cikeusal. With a total sample of 40 people from a population of 200 students. The population was taken from all students of class XI and class XII MA Al-Islah Cikeusal. The method used is field research, namely research conducted directly to the subject through a questionnaire technique, a series of questions that must be answered by the respondent. The approach used in this thesis is a correlational analysis approach, namely testing the effect of the educational background of children in salafi Islamic boarding schools (Variable X) on student achievement (Variable Y) using the product moment correlation formula. The conclusions obtained from the results of this study are: Based on the results of correlation analysis using Product Moment, it shows a correlation position of rxy 0.31. This shows a low correlation, this is shown by the results of 41.39 th which is greater than tt 0.95, so tcount is greater than ttable. As for the influence of the contribution (coefficient of determination) of the educational background of children in salafi Islamic boarding schools (Variable X) on student achievement (Variable Y) of 9.61%, the remaining 90.39% is influenced by other factors that can be re-examined both internally and externally. external. Abstract

The purpose of the research is to describe how the center method or Beyond Center and Circle Time Method is implemented in character educational management in Indria Islamic School Kindergarten Sepatan Timur Tangerang. This is qualitative research. It’s combined with management function which is we want to know about the preparation, the implementation, the evaluation and the supporting and the obstacle factors. The data collection technique used are observation, interviews and documentation. The data validity is used the source of triangulation, which means comparing and re-checking the degree of in the information obtained. The data analysis uses Miles and Huberman. The result of the study in Indria Islamic School Kindergarten Sepatan Timur Tangerang implements the center method in character educational management is effective and efficient. This is reflected for the plan preparation, implementation and the evaluation was very good. The supporting factors are the Al- Qur’an and Hadits as main guidelines of Islam. While inhibiting factor is the lack of literacy references and play creations.

Abstract

Pengembangan karir disuatu lembaga adalah hal yang sangat penting untuk dilakukan, baik lembaga yang sudah lama ataupun lembaga yang baru berdiri sekalipun, penulisan ini hadir untuk memaparkan bagaimana dan seperti apa konsep dan strategi pengembangan karir pegawai Dimana  pembahasan pada artikel ini adalah tenaga pendidik yakni guru dan staff kependidikan. Secara  khusus penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana konsep dan strategi  pengembangan karir pegawai di SMPIT Banten Islamic School yang secara pengelolaan masih baru berdiri. Penulisan artikel ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriftif dimana penulis akan memaparkan secara deskriftif bagaimana konsep dan strategi pengembangan karir pegawai di SMPIT Banten Islamic School, hasil dari penelitian yang dilakukan adalah bahwa SMPIT Banten Islamic School sudah mempunyai konsep dan juga strategi dalam pengembangan karir pegawai dan kepala sekolah memberikan keleluasaan dan juga support kepada guru dan staff kependidikan dalam proses pengembangan karir pegawai di sekolah, Selain menambah khazanah keilmuan dibidang pengembangan karir pegawai dilembaga pendidikan artikel ini diharapkan mampu memberikan sentuhan yang bermanfaat bagi lembaga pendidikan secara teoritis dalam hal pengembangan kari pegawai

Abstract

This study aims to provide an understanding of the implementation of conflict management strategies to prevent violence in schools. The research method used is a literature study. The literature study approach requires a number of reading materials to be carried out by managing research materials, taking notes while reading, and gathering information from the library. This study found several things about the correlation between conflict and violence that occurred in the school environment. Conflicts that arise in schools can be reduced and even overcome by using conflict management techniques to the maximum extent possible. In addition, this study discusses effective conflict management in schools which is important for preventing violence. This involves taking proactive and reactive actions to resolve conflicts before they lead to violence. It also involves education and training for students, teachers and staff to resolve conflicts peacefully. Good conflict management can help create a safe and conducive school environment for learning. Abstract

Human Resource Planning (HRP) in the context of 21st century education is the key to the success of educational institutions. The global transformation that is taking place in this era demands the adaptation of the education system to meet the increasingly complex and dynamic needs of society. This research aims to investigate the role of HRP in supporting the success of 21st century education. The research methodology involves literature analysis and case studies of HRP implementation in several leading educational institutions. The results of the research show that effective HRP requires strategic integration between government policies, educational institution management, and teacher empowerment. Curriculum renewal, training for teachers in using cutting-edge technology, and the application of innovative teaching methods are critical elements in successful HRP.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: Mendeskripsikan, Kendala, dan solusi dari Strategi Pemasaran Pendidikan Program Tahfidz Qur’an Untuk Meningkatkan Kepercayaan Masyarakat di PPTQ Ibnu Abbas Serang. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Data yang didapat kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis data kualitatif yang terdiri dari: (a) reduksi data, (b) penyajian data, dan (c) penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa: 1) Perencanaan strategi pemasaran dilakukan dengan koordinasi rapat semua bidang di awal tahun ajaran pendidikan, penetapan program kegiatan mingguan, bulanan dan tahunan serta penetapan kebutuhan pemasaran pendidikan. 2) Pelaksanaan strategi pemasaran pendidikan di PPTQ Ibnu Abbas dilakukan sesuai planning marketing mix yang telah dirumuskan yaitu melaksanakan program mingguan, bulanan, tahunan serta promosi langsung dengan memanfaatkan relasi santri, orangtua santri dan alumni, juga memanfaatkan media sosial di era digital seperti whatsapp, instagram, youtube, tiktok dan web lembaga. 3) faktor pendukung dan faktor penghambat strategi pemasaran pendidikan di PPTQ Ibnu Abbas yaitu SDM internal sebagai faktor pendukung utama. Adapun faktor penghambat yaitu masyarakat, kurangnya suntikan dana untuk pemasaran pendidikan serta beberapa artikel negative di media sosial yang dapat mempengaruhi turunnya kepercayaan masyarakat.
