Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: Mendeskripsikan, Kendala, dan solusi dari Manajemen Pemasaran Pendidikan dalam Meningkatkan Minat Pelanggan Pendidikan di MA Nurul Huda Baros. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Data yang didapat kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis data kualitatif yang terdiri dari: (a) reduksi data, (b) penyajian data, dan (c) penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa: 1) Pelaksanaan manajemen pemasaran pendidikan di MA Nurul Huda dengan tetap memperhatikan fungsi manajemen yaitu perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelksaan serta control dan evaluasi. 2) Faktor pendukung dari pemasaran pendidikan di MA Nurul Huda Baros di antaranya adalah: dukungan moral dan moril dari kepala yayasan, letak madrasah yang strategis, pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan yang berkualitas, program unggulan madrasah, serta pelayanan yang baik dari pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan . 3) Faktor penghambat pemasaran pendidikan di MA Nurul Huda Baros di antaranya adalah: ketatnya persaingan antar lembaga pendidikan, stigma masyarakat menggap rendah lulusan Madrasah Aliah, keterbatasan biaya, kurang beragamnya kegitan ekskul serta kurang lengkapnya sarana dan prasarana

Abstract

Penelitian dalam tesis ini dilatar belakangi oleh perpustakaan sebagai bagian integral dari suatu lembaga pendidikan merupakan sarana penting dalam menunjang proses pembelajaran di MAN 3 & MAN 4 Tangerang secara aktif dan positif. Berdasarkan permasalahan diatas tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk menggambarkan pelayanan, pelaksanaan pelayanan dan pengawasan pelayanan perpustakaan dalam meningkatkan minat baca peserta didik di MAN 3 dan MAN 4. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengambilan data dilakukan dengan cara interview/wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi serta pengumpulan dokumendokumen dan data yang valid. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh oleh peneliti dilapangan, penulis menyimpulkan bahwa, (1) standar pelayanan perpustakaan dalam meningkatkan minat baca ialah: mempermudah dalam prosedur peminjaman buku, mensosialisasikan prosedur peminjaman, memberikan pelayanan pinjaman dengan ramah dan komunikatif, peningkatan SDM di perpustakaan, (2) Pelaksanaan pengolahan bahan pustaka disesuaikan dengan peraturan pemrintah, pelaksanaan pengorganisasian SDM ditunjukkan dengan adanya struktur organisasi, kegiatan pengarahan dan kegiatan koordinasi perpustakaan dengan struktur organisasi, pelaksanaan penataan sarana prasarana perpustakaan disesuaikan dengan kapasitas ruang perpustakaan, terdapat dua pelaksanaan layanan perpustakaan yaitu pelayanan sirkulasi dan pelayanan teknis pelaksanaan. (3) Evaluasi dan pengawasan perpustakaan sekolah di MAN 3 dan MAN 4 dilakukan oleh pihak kepala sekolah dan wakil kepala sekolah bidang kurikulum dan pengawasan yang dilaksanakan untuk peningkatan SDM

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh aktifitas manusia di zaman ini mayoritas lebih suka menyibukkan diri dengan gadget daripada harus bersosial dengan orang-orang disekitar dan melalaikan tugas-tugas penting dalam kehidupannya. Permasalahan tersebut, bisa disebabkan karena minimnya pengetahuan dan pendidikan keagamaan yang sejatinya berfungsi sebagai filter dalam menyerap informasi dari berbagai media yang ada. Pada nyatanya dilapangan masih banyak masyarakat yang belum bisa membaca dan memahami Al-Qur’an dengan benar dan mengaplikasikan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk mengetahui kemampuan santri TPQ Al-Mujahidin dan Al-Muawanah dalam membaca dan menulis Al-Qur’an dan untuk mengetahui manajemen kurikulum TPQ dalam meningkatkan baca tulis Al-Qur’an pada santri TPQ Al-Mujahidin dan Al-Muawwanah di Kota Serang. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan etnografi. Penelitian kualitatif adalah prosedur penelitian yang menghasilkan data deskriptif berupa kata-kata tertulis atau lisan dari orang-orang dan perilaku yang dapat diamati pendekatannya diarahkan pada latar dan individu secara holistic. Hasil dari penelitian ini dalam upaya meningkatkan baca tulis Al-Qur’an baik di TPQ Al- Mujahidin maupun TPQ Al-Muawanah menggunakan metode private dan juga klasikal. Metode private ini memudahkan guru dalam mengontrol bacaan santri dengan seksama sehingga santri bisa lebih cepat memahami cara membaca Al-Qur’an. Pelajaran tajwid yang ada dalam kurikulum TPQ memudahkan santri dalam memahami hukum-hukum bacaan Al-Qur’an baik dari segi makhorijul huruf, Panjang pendek bacaan dan juga hukum bacaan idzhar, idghom, ikhfa, dan lain-lain. Oleh karenanya manajemen kurikulum TPQ sangat berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan baca tulis Al-Qur’an santri di TPQ Al-Mujahidin dan TPQ Al-Muawanah.

Abstract

Management Education is a discipline that integrates the principles of management with the context of education. The basic concepts of education management include planning, organization, guidance, coordination, and control. This research aims to learn about the urgency of education management, the function of educational management, the management model in education, the principles of management education, the development of management theory, and the issues of education management. The method used in this research is qualitative research with a library research approach. In this case, the author carries out a collection of literature related to the basic concepts of education management. The result of this research is to know the urgency of the basic concepts and foundations of education management, as well as have a deeper understanding of the functions of education management, understand the management model in education, the principles of management education, describe the development of management theory, and understand the issues of educational management.

Abstract

The quality of education is the main goal that every madrasa wants to achieve. Quality is a must that must be achieved in order to increase public trust in madrasas. Because quality-oriented madrasahs will be the institutions of choice, this is because most madrasas, especially madrasahs managed by the community, have suffered setbacks. The quality of madrasah education services will be determined by the extent to which madrasahs can optimally manage all existing capabilities and resources, the paradigm that must be built by madrasahs is to build quality. This research method uses descriptive qualitative research methods dan the type of research used is the library research method . is a study based on the philosophy of postpositivism that uses interpretative and constructive paradigms. Quality management aims to improve the quality of work, increase productivity and efficiency by increasing performance and improving the quality of work. High-quality education is not only reflected in the quality of graduates but also in the quality of educational institutions that can meet and serve customer needs according to applicable quality standards. The central basic technique for continuous quality improvement is improving the quality of all objects processed in education administration, starting from teachers, students, curriculum, learning processes, educational institutions, financing, and also relations with the community. Madrasas that live mainly from, through, and for the community need attention and support from all parties. Quality improvement does not occur without input from all parties. Therefore, to improve their quality, madrasas must be assisted to maintain and struggle so that they can live and develop and compete with other educational institutions. Abstract

The rise of Tilawatil Qur'an extracurricular activities in the Daar El Syahid Islamic Boarding School has received appreciation from the local government of Tangerang Regency to be used as a place for coaching and forming Qori and Qoriah cadres for the government and people of Tangerang Regency. The success of the Daar El Syahid Islamic Boarding School management in collaborating with the Regional Government of Tangerang Regency, as well as in fostering student cadres who pursue the field of Tilawatil Quran is a serious concern for managers of the Islamic Education Management Study Program (S-2) to find out and understand the procedures and ins and outs of the student development program who have extraordinary talents and interests in the field of Tilawatil Qur'an. most of the students of Daar El Syahid Islamic Boarding School, who are also students of SMP Labschool Tangerang and SMK Labschiol Tangerang actively participate as caravans in the Musabaqoh Tiawatil Qor'an arena at the Tangerang Regency level and Banten Province level.

Abstract

Total Quality Management (TQM) needs to be carried out in educational institutions as a form of efforts to improve the quality of education. This is important for carrying out management functions in every educational institution. This study discusses the implementation of total quality management (TQM) in educational institutions and efforts to improve the quality of education in achieving predetermined quality standards. Every educational institution should show better quality. This is intended so that educational institutions continue to gain the trust of the community and stakeholders. Abstract

Employee data is a collection of data that includes a list of workers in a factory or company starting with the start of work, salary, retirement or, as we know, the end of a person's work. Like teachers, doctors, factory employees. Employee data needs can be done through analysis of positions and workload requirements. An information system is a tool for presenting information in accordance with the vision to be achieved so that it is useful. There are three components in the system or in other words basic functions that actively interact first,: Input. Second, Process. Third, Output (output). By creating an organized and neatly computerized system, the processing of employee data and employee information can be carried out smoothly and provide sufficiency to parties who need this information. This article is included in qualitative research with a library research approach. Research carried out by the author in the library to obtain theoretical data. In this case, what must be paid attention to is the object being studied, namely in particular the reading books which are the subject of discussion and interconnectedness in existing problems.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to be able to see general (comprehensive) conclusions about the relationship between school principal leadership and teacher performance. The approach used was Meta-Analysis and systematic review using JASP 0.18.1.0 software. The data found were 20 articles through searches on Google Scholar and Mendeley search with the keywords principal leadership, teacher performance and Islamic boarding schools, and 11 articles were selected based on predetermined characteristics. Data taken from selected articles are the number of samples (N) and the r value from each article, then the effect size is analyzed. This research aims to analyze the correlation or relationship between school principal leadership and teacher performance in Islamic boarding schools. Data from research on principal leadership on teacher performance in Islamic boarding schools were analyzed in depth to find the strength of the correlation between principal leadership and teacher performance in Islamic boarding schools. This research started by formulating a research topic, exploring relevant research results for analysis. The research results show that the principal's leadership is able to improve teacher performance in Islamic boarding schools. The results of analysis using the random effect model show that there is a significant positive correlation between school principal leadership and teacher performance.

Abstract

Educators in the educational process have a strategic role, especially in efforts to shape national character through developing character, personality and expected values. Development is given to educators as human resources who have an important role in achieving the goals of educational institutions or schools. Development is carried out with the aim that educators as human resources have competencies that can compete amidst developments in science and technology. The urgency of educators in the learning process (the application of methods is more important than the material. The development of educational resources in education is influenced by various aspects, including: the need to increase the competence of educators, both theoretical and practical knowledge, the independence of educators to carry out professional development, supporting resources to carry out the development of educational resources, professional development, the willingness of educators as learners, and the ability of educators to realize the results of professional development as demonstrated through the performance of educators and the effectiveness of educators in carrying out their duties.Increasing and developing educational resources begins with the acceptance of new prospective educators.The process The selection of prospective educators needs to be carried out strictly in accordance with the terms and conditions that have been determined. Apart from that, the development of educators as human resources is seen from developments in science and technology. It is hoped that the development of human resources for educators can be continuously improved.
