Abstract

Objective: to review using a meta-analysis approach the relationship between physical activity and blood pressure in hypertensive patients in Indonesia to find out how big the effect size correlation is for these two variables. Methods: The research used a meta-analysis research approach guided by PRISMA. There are several process stages based on PRISMA guidelines, including: Identification, Screening, eligibility and included/excluded. The research results taken are the results of research from Indonesia. So the keywords determined by researchers are "physical activity", "blood pressure" via Google Scholar. The number of studies analyzed according to the inclusion criteria was 20 cross-sectional research articles with r and n values. The researcher analyzed the data using the Jamovi application version 2.3.28. Results: Using the fixed effect model, an effect size value of -0.15 (95% CI= -0.20 to -0.10) was obtained. The results of this analysis show that there is a small effect size of the relationship between physical activity and blood pressure. The 20 studies analyzed had levels high inconsistency, namely 93,98% and no publication bias was found in this study with Egger bias value -2.657 (≥ 0.5). Conclusion: Based on It can be seen that physical activity is not the most influential factor blood pressure of hypertensive patients.

Abstract

This service contains activities regarding outreach regarding strategies for shifting funds from small and routine expenses, known as latte factors, to stock investments to Gen Z (AnNur-Bululawang High School students), as an effort to improve financial health, through strengthening capital market literacy. Gen Z has unique characteristics in financial management and investment preferences that are different compared to previous generations. Therefore, a special approach is required to optimize their financial potential. Latte factor refers to small expenses that are often considered trivial but can cumulatively hamper long-term savings and investment potential. Providing education with the aim of strengthening the capital market is the main key to increasing their knowledge about the capital market so that Gen Z can make more informed investment decisions and be able to manage their finances more wisely. The results of the activity provide the benefit of increasing knowledge about the negative impact of the latte factor habit and awareness about diverting latte factor funds into wiser financial decisions through stock investments

Abstract

Background: Islamic education primarily derives from the Quran and hadith. However, other sources, including madzhab sahabi, maslahah mursalah, ijtihad, and urf (local wisdom), also contribute to its development. One example of local wisdom aligned with Islamic teachings is the Bugis tribe's pappaseng to riolo (ancestral advice). Research Objectives: : This study aims to analyze the moral education values embedded in pappaseng to riolo, focusing on its relevance to Islamic teachings. Methods: This research adopts a library research approach, utilizing content analysis techniques. Data is sourced from the book Traditional Messages (Pappaseng To Riolo) by Nonci, alongside other relevant references. Conclusions: The findings highlight the importance of local wisdom as a complementary source of Islamic education, particularly in moral education. The value of local wisdom-based moral education contained in pappaseng to riolo lies in its emphasis on moral education to Allah SWT and interpersonal relationships among humans. This underscores the significance of integrating cultural heritage into educational frameworks and calls for further exploration of similar local wisdom traditions. Abstract

The northern part of Central Lombok Regency is a pristine area, one of which is Darmaji Village, with the majority of the population working as farm/plantation laborers and farmers/planters, as well as casual laborers. Generally, farmers use chemical fertilizers for plants on agricultural land and buy EM4 as a starter for making compost. From the problem of using chemical fertilizers and the constraints of the cost of purchasing EM4, a work program was created by utilizing surrounding waste or using leftover vegetables, rotten fruit and banana stems as basic ingredients for making MOL and organic fertilizer. The purpose of the service is to provide socialization, education and training to the KWT of Darmaji Village about MOL, organic fertilizer and how to make MOL, organic fertilizer by utilizing household waste. The benefits of this work program are that the Women Farmer Groups who attend can gain knowledge about MOL, organic fertilizer and how to make MOL and organic fertilizer by utilizing household waste that is easily available in the surrounding environment. The implementation time of this work program is October 2024 in Darmaji Village, Kopang District, Central Lombok Regency. The process of implementing the socialization began with the presentation of material on the definition of MOL, organic fertilizer, the impact of chemical fertilizers, the benefits of MOL and organic fertilizers, and the basic materials that can be used in making MOL and organic fertilizers. The target audience of the service is the Darmaji Village Women Farmers Group. This work program goes through two stages, namely the presentation of materials and then training. The results of this work program are MOL products, compost products and based on the evaluation of understanding, namely the MOL challenge before the activity, around 69% did not understand, 30% enough and 1% good, while after the activity around 60% were good, 30% understood enough, 10% did not understand. Organic Fertilizer before the activity 70% understood enough, 5% good and 25% less, after the activity 80% were good, 10% enough, 5% did not understand, based on the results of the evaluation, this activity is useful according to the needs of the Community. Keywords: Socialization, Education, Training in making MOL and organic fertilizer
