Abstract

"Execution is a crucial stage in civil law enforcement, particularly in land dispute resolution. Without execution, a court ruling holds only declarative legal value and lacks real binding force. This article aims to analyze the juridical review of the execution process in land dispute resolution in Indonesia, including the obstacles often encountered in the field, as observed in various regions in Indonesia, particularly in Polewali Mandar Regency. This study employs a normative juridical method with a legislative approach and case studies of court decisions. The research findings show that land dispute executions are frequently hindered by non-juridical factors such as third-party resistance, social conflicts, and political intervention. From a legal perspective, provisions in the HIR, RBg, and the 1960 UUPA serve as the normative foundation for execution. In conclusion, the execution process requires strengthened regulations and synergy between the judiciary, law enforcement agencies, and local governments to ensure legal certainty." Keywords: execution, land disputes, juridical review, legal certainty

Abstract

Differences in students' affective conditions, particularly math anxiety, are thought to influence mathematical connection skills in linking concepts across topics, disciplines, and everyday contexts. This study aims to analyze the effect of math anxiety on mathematical connection skills and identify variations in mathematical connection skills based on levels of math anxiety. The research method used was a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) with reference to the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) guidelines. Data were collected by searching for journal articles indexed in Google Scholar and OpenAlex using the Publish or Perish application for publications published between 2017 and 2026. Articles that met the inclusion criteria were analyzed using content analysis techniques to identify patterns of relationships and variations in research findings. The results of the study showed that mathematical anxiety generally had a significant negative relationship with mathematical connection abilities, where students with low anxiety levels tended to demonstrate better mathematical connection abilities. However, some studies have also found anomalies, namely that students with high math anxiety are able to demonstrate relatively good mathematical connection skills under certain conditions. These findings indicate that the relationship between math anxiety and mathematical connection skills is not always linear and emphasize the importance of considering affective factors in the design of mathematics learning.

Abstract

Fulfilling biological needs in married life is an important aspect that contributes to the harmony and sustainability of marriage. This article aims to examine the fulfillment of a husband's biological needs from the perspective of the book Qurratu al-'Uyūn, known as one of the classic Islamic literatures that discusses the ethics and etiquette of husband-wife relations. The method used is library research with a descriptive-analytical approach to the contents of the book and its relevance to the context of modern life. The results of the study indicate that Qurratu al-'Uyūn places the husband's biological needs as a right that must be fulfilled by the wife, as long as there are no obstacles according to sharia. However, this fulfillment is not unilateral, but must be based on the principles of tenderness, attention, and a balance of rights and obligations between both partners. This book also emphasizes the importance of etiquette in biological relationships, such as good communication, foreplay (muqaddimah), and maintaining the psychological well-being of the couple. In the current context, the values contained in the book remain relevant, especially in building relationships based on mutual understanding and respect. Thus, fulfilling biological needs is not only understood as a physical obligation, but also as part of worship that strengthens emotional and spiritual bonds in the household

Abstract

This research is motivated by the differences in students' learning interest in history learning, which potentially affect the effectiveness of the learning process, thereby requiring teachers to perform their roles optimally. This study aims to describe the role of history teachers in addressing the differences in learning interest among Grade X students at SMA Negeri 1 Palasa. The conceptual framework refers to Sardiman's theory of teacher roles, which includes the roles of informant, organizer, motivator, director, initiator, transmitter, facilitator, mediator, and evaluator, as well as the theory of learning interest based on indicators of students' feelings of pleasure, involvement, interest, and attention. This study utilized a descriptive qualitative approach. Data were obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation, with informants consisting of one history teacher and nine students selected using a purposive sampling technique. Data analysis was conducted through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the teacher had performed various roles optimally through the use of varied learning methods and media, classroom management, motivation provision, and continuous evaluation, thereby successfully increasing students' attention, involvement, and interest in history learning. Thus, the role of the history teacher contributes significantly to accommodating differences in students' learning interest and creating a more effective learning experience.

Abstract

Culturally Responsive Teaching (CRT)-based teaching module training plays a strategic role in fostering cultural sensitivity while strengthening the cultural identity of students and educators. This study aims to describe the process, results, and impact of CRT-based teaching module training for teachers and prospective teacher Professional Education (PPG) students at SMA Madani Palu. The method used is research and development (R&D) with a 4-D development model (define, design, develop, disseminate). Data were obtained through observation, in-depth interviews, questionnaires, and documentation, then analyzed descriptively qualitatively and quantitatively. The results of the study indicate that this training successfully produced teaching modules that are contextual and responsive to local cultural diversity, marked by an increase in participants' pedagogical competence, understanding of Kaili cultural values, and the ability to integrate local wisdom in learning. Evaluation through pre-test and post-test showed an average increase in the CRT concept understanding score of 28%, while the results of the module feasibility test by experts obtained an average score of 92% (very feasible category). These findings indicate that the CRT approach is not only effective in strengthening the cultural identity of teachers and PPG students as prospective teachers, but also enriches inclusive and relevant learning practices to the local context.
