Abstract

English teachers' perceptions of interactive learning multimedia and differentiated learning are important to know, considering that they are part of the independent curriculum. This study aims to find out English teachers' perceptions of interactive learning multimedia and to find out English teachers' perceptions of differentiated learning. The method used in this research is qualitative research. The respondents of this research were 22 English teachers. The data analysis in this study used descriptive analysis. The result of this study shows that (1) there are still many teachers who have not made interactive learning media multimedia, (2) there are still many teachers who have not participated in training or workshops on making interactive learning multimedia, (3) there are still many teachers who have not made learning materials based on differentiated learning principles, (4) and there are still many teachers who have not participated in training on making differentiated learning materials. Thus, the recommendation from this study is that there is a need for training or workshops on making interactive learning multimedia and differentiated learning for English teachers in Dompu district organized by the local education office, the English subject teachers' meeting (MGMP), or higher education institutions (campus/university).

Abstract

This article reassesses the effectiveness of the Financial Services Authority’s (OJK) integrated and independent supervisory model in overseeing Islamic banking in Indonesia. At the same time, the model has improved coordination and regulatory efficiency across the financial sector and aligned with Islamic legal principles. Using a normative legal approach supported by socio-legal analysis, the study evaluates how far OJK’s supervisory framework reflects key Islamic values. It draws on statutory regulations, fatwas issued by DSN-MUI, and international standards from institutions like the Basel Committee and the IFSB while incorporating comparative insights from countries like the UK and Germany. The study finds that although OJK’s model is risk-based and structurally sound, it tends to focus more on technical compliance than Sharia's substantive objectives. Key challenges include the limited integration of DSN-MUI fatwas into binding regulatory processes, weak collaboration between OJK and Sharia supervisory boards, and the lack of performance indicators that reflect Sharia values in bank evaluations. Furthermore, global regulatory benchmarks have not been fully adapted to the distinct characteristics of Islamic financial contracts and Sharia-based governance. This article contributes academically by offering a more holistic perspective on financial supervision that bridges positive law and Islamic normative ethics. It recommends strengthening institutional synergy, embedding Sharia objectives into regulatory metrics, and adopting a more responsive, community-grounded supervisory approach. Through these efforts, Indonesia’s Islamic banking sector can become more sustainable, credible, and aligned with national interests and Islamic legal ideals.

Abstract

This research developed a prototype forklift line follower robot that applies the fuzzy logic method and is integrated with the Internet of Things (IoT) technology. fuzzy logic and integrated with Internet of Things (IoT) technology. The robot is designed to follow path using eight photodiode sensors and detects the color of objects through the TCS3200 sensor. Sensor calibration showed a noticeable voltage difference between black (4.0 V) and white (0.16 V), with the use of a 10 kΩ resistor. Color sensor capable of recognizing six colors of objects based on a range of RGB values. The system is also capable of controlling the speed of the DC motor within the range of 0-255 PWM. Abstract

Program Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) bagi kepala sekolah dilaksanakan dalam bentuk kegiatan pelatihan penerapan kurikulum merdeka belajar bagi guru sekolah menengah kejuruan (SMK) dalam implementasi mandiri berubah di Sulawesi Barat. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan pemahaman bagi guru sekolah menengah kejuruan (SMK) dalam meningkatkan kemampuan memahami implementasi kurikulum merdeka belajar dalam jalur mandiri berubah. Kegiatan pelatihan ini menggunakan metode ceramah, tanya jawab, dan diskusi. Pelaksanaan pelatihan ini membantu guru SMK memahami materi yang diberikan dan membantu guru sekolah memahami kurikulum merdeka belajar dalam pelaksanaannya di sekolah masing-masing. Peserta pelatihan adalah guru-guru sekolah menengah kejuruan (SMK) di Sulawesi Barat, khususnya Polewali Mandar. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman guru SMK sebelum pelatihan dalam kategori kurang paham dan setelah pelatihan hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa guru sudah mengerti dan memahami materi yang diberikan dalam kegiatan pelatihan karena materi ini dilengkapi dengan latihan untuk memahami implementasi kurikulum merdeka belajar sehingga kendala guru dalam menerapkan kurikulum merdeka belajar jalur mandiri berubah.

Abstract

Gender equality in physical education remains a critical issue, particularly in the Department of Islamic Elementary School Teacher Education (PGMI) at the State Institute of Islamic Studies of Bone, where social constructs and gender stereotypes often hinder female students’ active participation in physical activities. This study aims to explore the experiences, views, and perceptions of students and lecturers regarding gender equality practices in physical education, and how inclusive learning spaces can dismantle symbolic domination and foster social transformation. This qualitative study employed a phenomenological design, involving 10 female students and two lecturers as key participants. Data was collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observations, and curriculum document analysis. The findings indicate that female students demonstrated increased self-confidence, active engagement, and a shift in perceptions toward sports after participating in inclusive, gender responsive learning. The learning environment also promoted collaborative interactions between male and female students, supported by the strategic role of lecturers as facilitators of justice-based values. In the context of Islamic higher education institutions, this approach successfully integrates religious values with gender equality principles in a harmonious way. The study concludes that physical education plays a strategic role as a medium for social transformation, not only enhancing physical fitness but also fostering critical awareness of equity and social justice. This study implies that gender-equitable physical education training in PGMI contributes to shaping inclusive future teachers who promote equal participation in primary classrooms.

Abstract

THE INFLUENCE OF ATTITUDES, SUBJECTIVE NORMS, BEHAVIORAL CONTROL AND RELIGIOSITY ON SHARIA-BASED ENTREPRENEURIAL INTENTIONS Abstract Purpose: This research aims to analyze the influence of attitudes, subjective norms, behavioral control, and religiosity on the intention to engage in Sharia-based entrepreneurship among students in Semarang City. Design/methodology/approach: The study adopts a mixed-methods approach, combining quantitative and qualitative methods. Purposive sampling is employed to select 100 respondents, and qualitative data is gathered through interviews with 7 participants who completed the questionnaire. The analysis utilizes t-tests to examine the impact of attitudes, subjective norms, behavioral control, and religiosity on Sharia-based entrepreneurial intentions. Findings: The research findings reveal that attitudes, subjective norms, and behavioral control do not significantly influence the intention for Sharia-based entrepreneurship among students in Semarang. However, religiosity exhibits a positive and significant influence on the intention for Sharia-based entrepreneurship. Research limitations/implications: The study is limited to students in Semarang City and may not generalize to other populations. The findings emphasize the need for considering religiosity as a crucial factor in shaping entrepreneurial intentions. Further research could explore additional variables impacting entrepreneurial intentions. Practical implications: Understanding the influence of religiosity on entrepreneurial intentions suggests the importance of integrating Islamic values in entrepreneurship education. Policymakers, educators, and practitioners can use these insights to design programs that align with students' religious beliefs, fostering Sharia-based entrepreneurial initiatives. Keywords: Attitudes, Subjective Norms, Behavioral Control, Religiosity, Sharia-based Entrepreneurial Intentions PENGARUH SIKAP, NORMA SUBJEKTIF, KONTROL PERILAKU DAN RELIGIUSITAS TERHADAP INTENSI KEWIRAUSAHAAN BERBASIS SYARIAH Abstrak Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh sikap, norma subjektif, kontrol perilaku, dan religiusitas terhadap niat untuk terlibat dalam kewirausahaan berbasis Syariah di kalangan mahasiswa di Kota Semarang. Desain / metodologi / pendekatan: Penelitian ini mengadopsi pendekatan metode campuran, menggabungkan metode kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Purposive sampling digunakan untuk memilih 100 responden, dan data kualitatif dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dengan 7 peserta yang mengisi kuesioner. Analisis menggunakan uji-t untuk menguji dampak sikap, norma subjektif, kontrol perilaku, dan religiusitas terhadap niat kewirausahaan berbasis Syariah. Temuan: Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sikap, norma subjektif, dan kontrol perilaku tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap niat kewirausahaan berbasis Syariah di kalangan mahasiswa di Semarang. Namun, religiusitas menunjukkan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap niat kewirausahaan berbasis Syariah. Keterbatasan / implikasi penelitian: Penelitian ini terbatas pada siswa di Kota Semarang dan tidak boleh digeneralisasi ke populasi lain. Temuan ini menekankan perlunya mempertimbangkan religiusitas sebagai faktor penting dalam membentuk niat kewirausahaan. Penelitian lebih lanjut dapat mengeksplorasi variabel tambahan yang mempengaruhi niat kewirausahaan. Implikasi praktis: Memahami pengaruh religiusitas terhadap intensi kewirausahaan menunjukkan pentingnya mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai Islam dalam pendidikan kewirausahaan. Pembuat kebijakan, pendidik, dan praktisi dapat menggunakan wawasan ini untuk merancang program yang selaras dengan keyakinan agama siswa, mendorong inisiatif kewirausahaan berbasis Syariah. Abstract

This research aims to (1) provide an overview of the school principal's academic supervision in Public Junior High Schools in Tamalatea District; (2) provide an overview of teachers' work motivation in Public Junior High Schools in Tamalatea District; (3) provide an overview of teachers' performance in Public Junior High Schools in Tamalatea District; (4) analyze the influence of the school principal's academic supervision on the performance of teachers in Public Junior High Schools in Tamalatea District; (5) analyze the influence of work motivation on the performance of teachers in Public Junior High Schools in Tamalatea District; (6) analyze the combined influence of academic supervision and work motivation on the performance of teachers in Public Junior High Schools in Tamalatea District. This research employs a quantitative method with a correlational research design. The study was conducted at five schools in Tamalatea District, Jeneponto Regency, namely UPT SMP Negeri 1 Tamalatea, UPT SMP Negeri 2, UPT SMP Negeri 3, UPT SMP Negeri 4 Tamalatea, and UPT SMP Negeri 5. The results show that: The school principal's academic supervision in Public Junior High Schools in Tamalatea District is rated very good by teachers and has a positive impact on their performance. Teachers' work motivation is also high, with slight variation, indicating a supportive professional development environment. Teachers' performance is in the good category, although some teachers are in the moderate and low categories. Academic supervision and work motivation play a significant role in improving the quality of teachers' performance. Academic supervision contributes 29.2% to teachers' performance, while work motivation contributes 47.9%. Multiple regression analysis shows that academic supervision and work motivation together have a significant influence of 49.7% on teachers' performance.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan kemampuan guru di SDN 02 Kampung Baru Majene dalam membuat Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik (LKPD) berbasis Liveworksheet. Pelatihan yang diberikan mencakup pengetahuan dasar dan keterampilan praktis penggunaan platform Liveworksheet untuk menciptakan LKPD interaktif. Metode pelatihan terdiri dari presentasi interaktif, demonstrasi langsung, dan sesi praktik yang memungkinkan para guru untuk langsung mempraktikkan pembuatan E-LKPD dengan bimbingan fasilitator. Evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pengetahuan dan keterampilan guru. Sebagian besar peserta merasa puas dengan materi dan metode penyampaian, serta merasa mampu membuat LKPD interaktif setelah mengikuti pelatihan. Kendala yang dihadapi termasuk masalah teknologi seperti akses internet yang tidak stabil dan keterbatasan perangkat, serta keterbatasan waktu untuk latihan lebih lanjut. Meskipun demikian, mayoritas guru berencana segera mengimplementasikan LKPD berbasis Liveworksheet dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar mereka. Peserta juga memberikan saran untuk diadakannya sesi lanjutan, tambahan materi praktis, dan dukungan teknologi yang lebih baik. Secara keseluruhan, kegiatan ini berhasil mencapai tujuan utamanya dan memberikan dampak positif terhadap peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran di SDN 02 Kampung Baru Majene. Dukungan lanjutan dan pelatihan tambahan diharapkan dapat membantu mengatasi kendala yang dihadapi serta memastikan keberhasilan implementasi LKPD interaktif di sekolah tersebut.

Abstract

Kegiatan sosialisasi Kitab ʿUqūd al-Lujjain fī Bayān Ḥuqūq az-Zaujain bertujuan untuk memperkenalkan dan memperdalam pemahaman santri serta masyarakat pesantren mengenai peran, hak, dan kewajiban suami istri menurut ajaran Islam. Kitab karya Syaikh Nawawi al-Bantani ini memberikan rujukan klasik yang menekankan keseimbangan peran antara laki-laki dan perempuan dalam membina kehidupan rumah tangga yang harmonis, berlandaskan nilai-nilai syariah dan akhlakul karimah. Sosialisasi ini dilaksanakan di Pondok Pesantren Nurul Yaqin Banyuates Sampang sebagai upaya untuk memperkuat pemahaman santri tentang pentingnya peran suami istri dalam keluarga sakinah, mawaddah, wa raḥmah. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah Participatory Action Research (PAR), yang terbukti efektif dalam konteks pendidikan pesantren. Dengan melibatkan peserta secara aktif, kegiatan ini mampu menciptakan proses pembelajaran yang lebih bermakna dan relevan. Pendekatan PAR juga sejalan dengan nilai-nilai Islam yang menekankan musyawarah (syūrā) dan kerja sama (ta‘āwun) dalam membangun kebaikan bersama. Hasil kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa kolaborasi antara kitab ʿUqūd al-Lujjain yang memberikan dimensi spiritual dan pendekatan PAR yang metodologis, dapat memperkuat karakter dan kesadaran moral peserta, serta meningkatkan pemahaman mereka tentang peran penting suami istri dalam keluarga. Kegiatan ini tidak hanya memberikan wawasan teori, tetapi juga memberikan bekal praktis bagi santri dan masyarakat pesantren untuk menghadapi tantangan dalam membangun keluarga yang harmonis, sejalan dengan tuntunan syariat Islam.

Abstract

Pola asuh Islami merupakan suatu pendekatan dalam mendidik anak yang mencakup sikap dan perlakuan orang tua yang berbasis pada ajaran Al-Qur'an dan Al-Hadits. Konsep ini menekankan pentingnya pendidikan yang diberikan oleh orang tua sejak usia dini, agar anak tumbuh menjadi pribadi yang shalih dan shalihah, serta memiliki karakter yang kuat dalam menghadapi tantangan hidup. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami pola asuh pendidikan pesantren terhadap perkembangan afektif anak, dengan fokus pada pengasuhan yang mendukung perlindungan psikologis anak. Kegiatan sosialisasi yang dilakukan di Pondok Pesantren Nurul Yaqin Banyuates Sampang mengedepankan edukasi pola asuh Islami sebagai upaya perlindungan psikologis, yang dilaksanakan melalui ceramah tematik, diskusi interaktif, dan simulasi peran suami istri dalam perspektif Islam. Kegiatan ini melibatkan santri senior, pemuda, dan masyarakat sekitar pesantren sebagai peserta utama. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD), yang berfokus pada pemberdayaan potensi komunitas pesantren untuk meningkatkan pemahaman tentang pola asuh Islami. Pendekatan ini dianggap efektif karena dapat mengoptimalkan sumber daya internal pesantren dalam meningkatkan pemahaman dan implementasi pola asuh Islami di lingkungan pesantren dan masyarakat sekitar. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman peserta mengenai pentingnya pola asuh Islami dalam membentuk karakter anak yang kuat dan seimbang secara psikologis sesuai dengan tuntunan agama
