Abstract

AbstractTh e purpose of this study is to describe the management of school-based philanthropy on SMK Gratis Smart Informatika Surakarta. Th e study used a qualitative approach to the design of ethnography. Data were collected through observation, documentation and in-depth interviews with a variety of sources, Solopeduli Foundation, Principal, Vice Principal, Teachers, Employees, Students and Parents Students. Th e information collected is around management of schools ranging from school strategic plans, operational plans, school programs, fund management, human resources, learning management, monitoring, evaluation, and so forth. Th e data has been collected and then analyzed with a model Miles-Hubberman. Th e results showed that the presence of Solopeduli foundation as Islamic philanthropic institutions to make the school as a unit management program has a distinctive character that sharia management. Poverty, sincerity and concern used as view point institutions in organizing employees, equalizing step, build unity and establish sincerity in work. Donors, donations, and the mandate of the donors is said lighter so that raises self control and supervision of the divine. Th is is what makes the activities run e? ectively and e? sient. School explore alms, Tah? dz, mentoring and make it as an entry point to build and deliver school Spiritual intelligence to the summit of achievement.Keyword: management, schools, philanthropy

Abstract

Curriculum evaluation models are useful to ensure designs, processes, and products follow the ideology of Education. This study aims to develop the Al-Irsyad curriculum evaluation model to strengthen the educational ideology (EKADIOLOGI). This research used the ADDIE model. The analysis activity was to see the need for an evaluation model. The initial product was developed by confirming 11 experts, practitioners, and model users. The limited trial involved 159 respondents and 492 respondents in the expanded test phase. The data of instrument model test results, the model use guide, the feasibility of the model, and the assessment of the readability of the instrument were analyzed using Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA), and Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) to get an overview of the validity of the instrument and Cronbach Alpha for estimating its reliability. The conclusion of the study is EKADIOLOGI consists of four constructs encompassing design, process, output, and, outcome. The fit model is supported by empirical data with a Chi-square probability value of 0.08846 (> 0.05), RMSEA value of 0.049 (<0.08), an NFI value of 0.93 (> 0.9), and CFI of 0.98 (> 0.9). The EKADIOLOGI model instrument has good validity and guaranteed reliability so that the model can be recommended for curriculum evaluation in Al-Irsyad schools. The results of this study can be used as an instrument of curriculum evaluation in Al-Irsyad schools and a foundation for strengthening the ideology of Al-Irsyad Education.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to develop a curriculum design evaluation instrument in strengthening Al-Irsyad ideology. The research activity began with a literature review on the curriculum then continues with the development of the instrument. The results of the development of the instrument items were validated by 11 experts and tested on a limited scale by involving 17 teachers from Al-Irsyad Junior High School, Surakarta, Cirebon, and Purwokerto, Indonesia. The next activity was an expanded trial involving 53 teachers from Al-Irsyad schools in West Java, Central Java, and East Java, the territory of the Republic of Indonesia. Data from expert reviews were analyzed by using Aiken's formula. Limited trial data were analyzed with the EFA model using the help of the SPSS program, and data from the extended trial results were analyzed by CFA using the help of the Smart PLS version 2.0 program. The results indicated that the instrument has a good validity guarantee because the loading factor value ranges from 0.5571-0.9463 (>0.5), and the AVE value ranges from 0.5901-0.8051 (>0.5), and has guaranteed reliability because of the CR value ranges from 0.8394-0.9397 (>0.7) and Cronbach alpha ranges from 0.7692-0.9286 (>0.7). The instrument feasible to be used as a measurement tool in evaluating the Al-Irsyad curriculum design in Indonesia.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian guna melihat korelasi dan signifikansi diantara perhatian orang tua terhadap disiplin belajar siswa dalam proses pembelajaran di MI Muhammadiyah Mergomulyo tahun pelajaran 2021/2022. Subjek penelitian ialah siswa kelas 3A MI Muhammadiyah Mergomulyo. Pendekatan pada penelitian ini yaitu pendekatan kuantitatif jenis korelasional, metode pengumpulan data berupa kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Sampel  dan populasi pada penelitian ini yaitu siswa kelas 3A berjumlah 16 orang siswa. Penelitian ini memakai teknik analisis korelasional. Hasil penelitiannya meyimpulkan (1) adanya hubungan diantara perhatian orang tua terhadap disiplin belajar siswa pada proses pembelajaran yang dibuktikan oleh nilai korelasi r = 0,657. (2) hubangan keduanya signifikan dengan diperoleh nilai t = 3,2607 > 1,753. Maka kesimpulannya H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima, maka terdapat korelasi yang signifikan diantara perhatian orang tua dengan disiplin belajar siswa di MI Muhammadiyah Mergomulyo tahun pelajaran 2021/2022. Berdasarkan penlitian ini orang tua siswa perlu menjaga dan memberikan perhatian pada anak agar disiplin belajar siswa tetap dalam kategori tinggi.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a theory of the formation of religious behavior which can be used as a tool to analyze patterns of internalization of understanding of religious schools in Indonesia. The development of this theory was built at the Al-Irsyad religious organization on the grounds that this organization has long been established, this organization is able to manifest Al-Irsyad's distinctive religious behavior and can recruit followers among non-Arab communities. This study uses a mixed method approach (quantitative-qualitative). The quantitative approach is used to obtain mathematical equations in the model of religious behavior formation, while the qualitative approach is used to analyze the findings of mathematical equations to make them more meaningful. Al-Irsyad student respondents in Java were 729 students. The technique of collecting data by means of interviews, documentation and questionnaires. Qualitative data were analyzed descriptively qualitative, while quantitative data were analyzed using Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA). The results showed that: 1) the process of forming religious behavior is determined by curriculum design, 2) the formation of religious attitudes is determined by the process of forming attitudes which combines the quality of interaction with a comprehensive method and determined by the design of the desired attitude in the curriculum, 3) religious behavior is largely determined by the attitude and design of the desired behavior in the curriculum.

Abstract

This study aims to (1) find out the relationship of motivation on learning achievement of Islamic religious education, (2) to know the relationship of family attention to the learning achievement of Islamic education, (3) to know the influence of motivation and attention to the learning achievement of Islamic education in elementary school students. The study used positivism approach, conducted in Elementary School of Daar El Dzikir Bulu Sukoharjo with population of 234 and 24 samples. Technique of collecting data by observation, interview, documentation and spreading of questionnaire. Before the data were analyzed using linear regression, with F test and T test, the data were tested for conformity with classical assumptions such as normality, heterogenity, and autocorrelation. The results showed that there is no significant relationship between motivation to achievement learning, there is a significant relationship between the attention of parents to achievement learn and there is no significant influence between motivation and attention of parents to learning achievement of Islamic education in elementary school students

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah, 1) Untuk mengetahui bagaiamana Peran Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam membentuk karakter disiplin dan tanggung jawab Siswa SDIT Luqman Al Hakim Kecamatan Sukodono Kabupaten Sragen Tahun 2021/2022, 2) Untuk mengetahui bagaimanakah strategi metode dan progam penguatan guru Pendidikan agama Islam dalam membentuk karaktek disiplin dan tanggung jawab siswa SDIT Luqman Al Hakim Kecamatan Sukodono Kabupaten Sragen Tahun 2021/2022, 3) Untuk mengetahui hambatan dan pendukung Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam membentuk karaktek disiplin dan tanggung jawab Siswa SDIT Luqman Al Hakim Kecamatan Sukodono Kabupaten Sragen Tahun 2021/2022. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, dengan sumber informan dari kepala sekolah, waka kurikulum, staf waka kurikulum, staf kesiswaan, guru pendidikan agama Islam, dan siswa. Teknis pengumpulan data dengan cara observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknis analisis data dengan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah, 1) Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam pembentukan karakter siswa di SDIT Luqman Al Hakim Sukodono Sragen telah berperan sebagai pendidik, fasilitator, Pembimbing, Guru sebagai motivator, perancang, dan pengelola. 2) Strategi atau metode yang dihunakan guru Pendidikan agama Islam dalam membentuk karakter disiplin dan tanggung jawab siswa yaitu stategi inkulkasi nilai dan moral, strategi keteladanan nilai dan moral, strategi fasilitasi nilai dan moral. 3) Faktor hambatan dan pendukung dalam pembentukan karakter siswa SDIT Luqman Al Hakim Sukodono adalah internal dan eksternal. Factor pendukungnya adanya berbagai progam yang telah dibuat dan disampaikan kepada orangtua, sehingga orangtua mengetahui apa yang harus dilakukan anak ketika dirumah. Adanya kerjasama yang baik antara orangtua dengan pihak sekolah.
