Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence the Merger of Bank Syariah Indonesia has on attitudes, subjective norms, behavioral control and behavioral intentions on the interest in saving in the people of Solo Raya. This type of research is quantitative research. The population is 123 respondents from the Solo Raya community and a sample of 30 respondents. While the data collection technique used in this study was a questionnaire. The data analysis used is the classical assumption test, simple and multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results showed that the behavioral attitude variable had a partial effect on intention by 0.275, the subjective norm variable had an effect on intention by 0.485, the behavioral control variable had an effect on intention by 0.228. Behavioral attitudes, subjective norms, behavioral control, and behavioral intentions partially influence interest. The results show that the intention factor has the biggest factor encouraging people's interest in saving at Islamic banks, intention factors such as economic benefits in this case for the results obtained by the community from saving at Indonesian Islamic banks.

Abstract

“OLSEN” is a very new coffee shop in Semarang. This design aims to visualize the identity of the “OLSEN” coffee shop. The logo design is based on a unique selling proposition (USP), which is elaborated with the business development concept: a coffee shop with a family feel. In identifying the USP, the qualitative descriptive analysis method of strengths (S), weaknesses (W), opportunities (O), and threats (T) or SWOT is used. The data used is primary data collected through interviews and observations. Starting from the basis of the USP, the logo developed is a type of logotype with a choice of bold San Serif capital letters and an orange color choice. The logo is made minimalist to give a light, homey, and friendly impression. The logo is added with the slogan "Caffeine Supply" to give a unique and contemporary impression and is not generic. The minimalist logo design was chosen because the “OLSEN” coffee shop is a coffee shop that has not been operating for long, so the logo is expected to make it easier for consumers to remember the “OLSEN” coffee shop.

Abstract

This study was conducted to measure the level of compliance with file security policies among students of Bhayangkara University, Greater Jakarta. This study focused on the system and student data protection. The author investigated the factors that influence students' privacy policies. The author conducted research to determine the value of compliance with data security. The author conducted statistical data processing based on questionnaires filled out by students. The findings of this study provide an indication of the level of data security compliance among students in universities and the factors that influence it. The author tries to correlate compliance with factors that can affect the level of compliance in the implementation of data protection systems.

Abstract

This article analyzes the implications of fulfilling the rights of children with disabilities on marriage. Human rights legal regulations clearly stipulate that continuing offspring through legal marriage is a human right, including children with special needs or disabilities. The absence of a special treatment program has implications for children's rights, including the right to raise a household. The purpose of this article is to look at the implications of fulfilling the rights of disabled children in Rukti Sediyo Village, and to explore whether or not fulfilling the rights of disabled children in Rukti Sediyo Village is in accordance with a human rights perspective. This type of article is qualitative, analyzing in depth with the aim of revealing the fulfillment of the rights of children with disabilities. This field research was conducted in Rukti Sediyo Village, East Lampung. The primary data sources for this article are parents of children with disabilities and several related community figures. The research results found that children with disabilities in Rukti Sediyo Village have not received optimal fulfillment of their rights. This has implications for children's rights when they want to build a household, due to the lack of health care and mental development related to readiness to build a household. This condition is a violation of human rights, because fulfilling the rights of children with disabilities is the responsibility of everyone, not only the government but also parents. The recommendation of this article is that it is necessary to maximize the role of non-profit institutions or organizations operating in the social sector, under state organs (Non-Government Organizations/NGOs), for example the Foundation for the Development of Disabled Children (YPAC).

Abstract

This research evaluates the effectiveness of mediation in resolving divorce disputes in Class 1A Metro Religious Courts, with the main focus on the success rate of mediation. The aim of this study is to identify how effective mediation is in resolving divorce disputes and analyze the factors that influence the level of success. This research methodology includes quantitative data analysis from mediation cases that have been completed over a certain period. This type of research is sociological empirical legal research (Non-Doctrinal) which is a type of legal research that focuses attention on the reality of law in society or functions to see law in real terms and examine how law is in society (Law In Action). Based on the research results, it was concluded that the effectiveness of the mediation process in resolving case study divorce disputes at the Class 1A Metro Religious Court in terms of increasing the number or success of cases was effective as shown by the success rate of mediation if the percentage was 87.2% of talak divorce cases and 86.5% divorce case. However, from the interview results, the level of success of mediation still has notes related to mediation, namely public awareness regarding the mediation process, facilities and equipment, as well as the importance of the presence of law enforcement. Furthermore, this study can be a reference for Class 1A Metro Religious Courts to increase the effectiveness of mediation by strengthening socialization, providing incentives to mediators, and expanding counseling and guidance to prospective marriage couples through the Ministry of Religion and BP4, in order to reduce the divorce rate.

Abstract

The creativity of children in rural areas is often overlooked due to limited facilities and opportunities to channel their potential. This community service program aims to empower children in Sinar Bhakti Village through the crafting of beaded bracelets as a form of creative economic activity. The program seeks to enhance fine motor skills, introduce entrepreneurial values, and encourage the development of a creative and productive mindset from an early age. This program employs a participatory method, involving children in hands-on training for crafting beaded bracelets, from material selection to final product assembly. During the training, an educational approach is applied to integrate creative values with economic aspects. The results of this program indicate that the activity successfully improved children’s ability to manage materials and produce marketable products. Additionally, it boosted their self-confidence in showcasing their work, both within the local community and through digital platforms. Another positive impact was the formation of a small creative community focused on developing a local economy based on craft arts. Thus, this program not only provides short-term benefits in terms of technical skills but also long-term advantages by shaping entrepreneurial mindsets.

Abstract

Based on its approach, this research is included in the type of cross-sectional research. The research sample was 70 respondents. The purpose of this research is 1) To test and analyze the significant influence of leadership style on the performance of Tampojung Pregi Pamekasan Health Center employees. 2) To test and analyze the significant influence of leadership style on employee motivation at the Tampojung Pregi Pamekasan Community Health Center. 3) To test and analyze whether leadership style has a significant indirect effect on the performance of Tampojung Pregi Pamekasan Health Center employees which is mediated by motivation. The results of the research show that: 1) Leadership style has a significant positive effect on the performance of employees at the Tampojung Pregi Public Health Center, Waru District, with an original sample value of 0.225. 2) Leadership style has a significant positive effect on employee motivation at the Tampojung Pregi Public Health Center, Waru District, with an original sample value of 0.390. 3) Indirectly, leadership style has a significant effect on the performance of employees at the Tampojung Pregi Public Health Center, Waru District, which is mediated by motivation with an original sample value of 0.104.

Abstract

Berkembangnya revolusi industri 4.0 mendukung akan terlaksananya pembelajaran berbasis multimedia yang mampu menunjang pembelajaran di sekolah. Penerapan dari perkembangan teknologi, informasi dan komunikasi sebagai proses media pembelajaran akan menjadikan suatu langkah yang efektif dan efisien digunakan guru dalam memajukan kualitas dan kuantitas dari pembelajaran agar memberikan minat belajar. SDN Anjir Serapat Muara 1.2 merapakan sekolah dasar negeri yang berlokasi di daerah kecamatan Anjir Muara, kabupaten Barito Kuala, provinsi Kalimantan Selatan. Guru memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam proses pembelajaran, materi diberikan kepada siswa menggunakan buku paket, media papan tulis, melalui kegiatan dalam pengabdian ini dilaksanakan dalam membantu guru-guru menerapkan media pembelajaran berbasis video menggunakan aplikasi apoweredit, menerapkan tools apoweredit, dan bisa menjadi suatu hasil yang diharapkan dalam meningkatkan pembelajaran di kelas.

Abstract

Salmonella typhi is a bacteria that leads to typhoid fever and one of the causes of death due to bacteria infections. In Indonesia, typhoid fever occurs around 1,100 cases per 100,000 population per year, with a mortality rate of 3.1-10.4%. It's necessary to develop a rapid and accurate detection of Salmonella typhi. The pipB gene of Salmonella typhi has the function of being an autophagia inhibitor in humans. This study aims to develop a detection kit for Salmonella typhi pathogenic bacteria targeting the pipB gene using a pipB primer in confirmation, specificity, and sensitivity tests. The results showed that pipB primer can amplify Salmonella typhi DNA fragment of 196 bp at the optimum annealing temperatures between 54-62°C. Confirmation test with real-time PCR found that the pipB primer pair (pipB-F and pipB-R) amplified at cycle 12.93 and 13.10 (Duplo) with a Tm value of 84.05°C and 84.20°C (Duplo). Based on the difference and average value produced in the confirmation and specificity test, pipB primer has amplified Salmonella typhi DNA at Ct 12.47±0.6 with a Tm value of 83.62°C±0.6. The pipB primer pair (pipB-F and pipB-R) could distinguish target from non-target bacteria based on their cycle threshold (Ct) and melting temperature (Tm) values. The primer design of pipB primer pair (pipB-F and pipB-R) successfully detected Salmonella typhi bacteria with the smallest concentration of 55.78 × 102 CFU equivalent to 3.2 pg/µL. Based on the results, Salmonella typhi pipB primer successfully detected Salmonella typhi bacteria DNA rapidly, specifically, and sensitively using the real-time polymerase chain reaction method.

Abstract

This community service project aims to introduce and implement Eco brick innovation in creating a sustainable and unique village signboard in Persiapan Sinar Bhakti Village, OKU Regency. The issue faced is the underutilization of environmentally friendly recycled materials in creating public infrastructure such as village signboards. Additionally, Persiapan Sinar Bhakti Village does not yet have a village signboard, making this project essential for establishing the village's identity. The objective of this project is to raise awareness among the community about the importance of using eco-friendly materials and recycling plastic waste into useful products, such as a village signboard made from Eco brick. The method used in this project is training and guidance for the local community on how to make Eco bricks, which are then used to create the village signboard with the text "Desa Persiapan Sinar Bhakti." The results of this activity show that the community successfully processed plastic waste into Eco bricks that are suitable for making a village signboard. Additionally, this project increased the community’s awareness about waste management and the importance of using eco-friendly materials in everyday life.
