Abstract

The creativity of children in rural areas is often overlooked due to limited facilities and opportunities to channel their potential. This community service program aims to empower children in Sinar Bhakti Village through the crafting of beaded bracelets as a form of creative economic activity. The program seeks to enhance fine motor skills, introduce entrepreneurial values, and encourage the development of a creative and productive mindset from an early age. This program employs a participatory method, involving children in hands-on training for crafting beaded bracelets, from material selection to final product assembly. During the training, an educational approach is applied to integrate creative values with economic aspects. The results of this program indicate that the activity successfully improved children’s ability to manage materials and produce marketable products. Additionally, it boosted their self-confidence in showcasing their work, both within the local community and through digital platforms. Another positive impact was the formation of a small creative community focused on developing a local economy based on craft arts. Thus, this program not only provides short-term benefits in terms of technical skills but also long-term advantages by shaping entrepreneurial mindsets.

Abstract

Based on its approach, this research is included in the type of cross-sectional research. The research sample was 70 respondents. The purpose of this research is 1) To test and analyze the significant influence of leadership style on the performance of Tampojung Pregi Pamekasan Health Center employees. 2) To test and analyze the significant influence of leadership style on employee motivation at the Tampojung Pregi Pamekasan Community Health Center. 3) To test and analyze whether leadership style has a significant indirect effect on the performance of Tampojung Pregi Pamekasan Health Center employees which is mediated by motivation. The results of the research show that: 1) Leadership style has a significant positive effect on the performance of employees at the Tampojung Pregi Public Health Center, Waru District, with an original sample value of 0.225. 2) Leadership style has a significant positive effect on employee motivation at the Tampojung Pregi Public Health Center, Waru District, with an original sample value of 0.390. 3) Indirectly, leadership style has a significant effect on the performance of employees at the Tampojung Pregi Public Health Center, Waru District, which is mediated by motivation with an original sample value of 0.104.

Abstract

Salmonella typhi is a bacteria that leads to typhoid fever and one of the causes of death due to bacteria infections. In Indonesia, typhoid fever occurs around 1,100 cases per 100,000 population per year, with a mortality rate of 3.1-10.4%. It's necessary to develop a rapid and accurate detection of Salmonella typhi. The pipB gene of Salmonella typhi has the function of being an autophagia inhibitor in humans. This study aims to develop a detection kit for Salmonella typhi pathogenic bacteria targeting the pipB gene using a pipB primer in confirmation, specificity, and sensitivity tests. The results showed that pipB primer can amplify Salmonella typhi DNA fragment of 196 bp at the optimum annealing temperatures between 54-62°C. Confirmation test with real-time PCR found that the pipB primer pair (pipB-F and pipB-R) amplified at cycle 12.93 and 13.10 (Duplo) with a Tm value of 84.05°C and 84.20°C (Duplo). Based on the difference and average value produced in the confirmation and specificity test, pipB primer has amplified Salmonella typhi DNA at Ct 12.47±0.6 with a Tm value of 83.62°C±0.6. The pipB primer pair (pipB-F and pipB-R) could distinguish target from non-target bacteria based on their cycle threshold (Ct) and melting temperature (Tm) values. The primer design of pipB primer pair (pipB-F and pipB-R) successfully detected Salmonella typhi bacteria with the smallest concentration of 55.78 × 102 CFU equivalent to 3.2 pg/µL. Based on the results, Salmonella typhi pipB primer successfully detected Salmonella typhi bacteria DNA rapidly, specifically, and sensitively using the real-time polymerase chain reaction method.

Abstract

This community service project aims to introduce and implement Eco brick innovation in creating a sustainable and unique village signboard in Persiapan Sinar Bhakti Village, OKU Regency. The issue faced is the underutilization of environmentally friendly recycled materials in creating public infrastructure such as village signboards. Additionally, Persiapan Sinar Bhakti Village does not yet have a village signboard, making this project essential for establishing the village's identity. The objective of this project is to raise awareness among the community about the importance of using eco-friendly materials and recycling plastic waste into useful products, such as a village signboard made from Eco brick. The method used in this project is training and guidance for the local community on how to make Eco bricks, which are then used to create the village signboard with the text "Desa Persiapan Sinar Bhakti." The results of this activity show that the community successfully processed plastic waste into Eco bricks that are suitable for making a village signboard. Additionally, this project increased the community’s awareness about waste management and the importance of using eco-friendly materials in everyday life.

Abstract

The background of this research is that women who wear perfume leave the house and work during their mourning (ihdadnya) where in Islam women who are grieving over the death of their husband are prohibited from making up themselves, leaving the house and wearing fragrances which can invite lust. The existence of this study aims to find out how the portrait of the implementation of ihdad for career women and how ihdad for career women in the perspective of human rights in Negeri Agung Village. To obtain this research data, interview and documentation methods are used as a qualitative research approach. According to the results of this study, forms of ihdad violations were found, among others, making up for oneself, using perfumes and leaving the house to work. Meanwhile, the cause of ihdad violations by women whose husbands died in Negeri Agung Village, Marga Tiga District, East Lampung, was due to the responsibility borne by a woman who worked as an employee of the BMT and Alfamart Crew Store. Meanwhile, the review of Women's Rights in CEDAW states that every woman has the right to work, so the practice of ihdad that is not carried out by these women does not violate the rules. This is due to urgent circumstances and as long as they don't make up for themselves, they use excessive fragrances that can invite other people's lust. Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah wanita yang memakai wewangian, keluar rumah dan bekerja masa berkabungnya (ihdadnya) yang mana dalam islam wanita yang sedang berduka atas meninggalnya sang suami dilarang merias diri, keluar rumah danm memakai wewangian yang mana hal itu bisa mengundang syahwat. Adanya penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana potret pelaksanaan ihdad bagi wanita karir dan bagaimana ihdad bagi wanita karir dalam perspektif Hak Asasi Manusia di Desa Negeri Agung. Untuk mendapatkan data penelitian ini, metode wawancara dan dokumentasi digunakan sebagai pendekatan penelitian kualitatif. Menurut hasil penelitian ini, ditemukan bentuk pelanggaran ihdad antara lain merias diri, menggunakan wewangian dan keluar rumah untuk bekerja. Sementara, hal yang menjadi penyebab pelanggaran ihdad oleh wanita yang ditinggal mati suami di Desa Negeri Agung Kecamatan Marga Tiga Lampung Timur yaitu karena tanggung jawab yang dipikul oleh seorang wanita yang bekerja sebagai pegawai BMT dan Crew Store Alfamart. Sementara, tinjauan Hak Asasi Perempuan dalam CEDAW bahwa setiap perempuan memiliki hak untuk bekerja, maka praktik ihdad yang tidak dilaksanakan oleh wanita tersebut tidak melanggar aturan. Hal ini dikarenakan faktor keadaan yang mendesak dan selama mereka tidak merias diri, memakai wewangian yang berlebihan yang dapat mengundang syahwat orang lain.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of analyzing the influence of job satisfaction, work environment and workload on employee performance of PT employees. Financial Integration Technology. A total of 104 PT employees. Financial Technology Integration respondents in this research used a saturated sample method. This research uses structural equation modeling (SEM) data analysis techniques and data processing using Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of this research show that work discipline, work environment, and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT employees. Financial Integration Technology. The results of the managerial mandate from the findings in this research recommend that leaders be more stringent in supervising employees, apart from that PT. Financial Technology Integration is also recommended to maintain cleanliness around the environment where employees work, and finally PT. Financial Technology Integration is also expected to provide more sufficient time for employees to complete work.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the receipt and disbursement of charity and infaq funds, the implementation of economic empowerment, as well as the effectiveness of the utilization of productive charity and infaq funds in the MaggotIn program by the Dhuafa Wallet in Karang Anyar Village, South Lampung District. The object of this study involved 32 people, including the branch leadership of the Dhuafa Lampung Wallet, program managers, chairpersons and members of the beneficiary group. Research uses field qualitative descriptive method. Data collection was conducted through in-depth interviews, systematic observations, documentation review, and the administration of questionnaires for specific data points. The analysis of data employed an inductive descriptive-evaluative approach to derive meaningful insights. The results of the study indicate that; First, fundraising and Distribution of infaq and shataqah from donors to Lampung Dhuafa Wallet and CSR assistance PT Bukit Asam. Total funds of Rs 42,00,000 were spent on manufacturing of enclosures, land, seedlings, livestock feed material, training, operational, and other necessities in the MaggotIn programme. Second, program implementation includes feasibility studies, socialization, implementation, coaching, accompaniment, evaluation, and reporting. The program aims to manage organic waste and help reeconomize beneficiaries through maggot cultivation, catfish farming, and poultry. The program also conducts an Edu-Trip for organic waste management education. Third, the effectiveness of the MaggotIn Program was assessed as effective with an overall effectiveness indicator of 82.7%. The program succeeded in improving the welfare of the community from the beneficiaries’ economic perspective through the development of enterprises, such as fish and poultry farming, as well as maggot processing. The program also helped alleviate poverty in Karanyangar Village, South Lampung as well as demonstrated that productive infaq-charity impacts economic growth in underprivileged areas.

Abstract

Abstract Information technology plays an important role in modern education by improving access and quality of learning. This study aims to examine the development of information technology application in education in Indonesia through qualitative research methods and analysis of related literature. The results of the study indicate that the development of information technology in education in Indonesia can be divided into three eras: the Pre-Digital Era with traditional learning methods and limited access to information; the Early Digital Era with the introduction of computers in schools and support from government programs for information technology integration; and the Modern Information Technology Era with increased internet access, e-learning, distance learning, and technology-based curriculum innovation. The positive impacts of information technology application include increased accessibility, quality of learning, and development of digital skills. However, this application also has negative impacts such as inequality in access to technology, dependence on technology, and challenges in management and implementation. In conclusion, the application of information technology in education in Indonesia has grown significantly and has had a major impact on the education system. However, there are still challenges that need to be overcome to ensure that the benefits of information technology can be felt by all students and educators. Abstract

Alat transportasi adalah kebutuhan yang cukup penting. Salah satunya dengan memodifikasi motoryang dilengkapi dengan roda tiga yang dipakai oleh kaum disabilitas. Untuk menghasilkankendaraan yang baik harus memenuhi beberapa aspek antara lain kestabilan, kenyamanan,keamanan, dan efesien.Pada penelitian kali ini dilakukan perancangan sebuah konsep kendaraanmotor roda tiga, dimana kendaraan ini dirancang berkapasitas dua orang. Penentuan center ofgravity dilakukan untuk mendapatkan kendaraan yang stabil, tahan terhadap skid dan guling. Selainitu juga dilakukan analisis stabilitas kendaraan dengan variabel sudut belok roda terhadap beratkendaraan satu penumpang dan dua penumpang. Penelitian dilakukan dengan analisis skid danguling serta perumusan pada center of gravity, radius ackerman, dan sudut slip, sehingga dapatdikatahui kondisi kendaraan akan mengalami skid dan guling. Dari penelitian pada tugas akhir inididapatkan karakteristik kestabilan kendaraan, dimana semakin kecil sudut belok roda dan semakinberat beban maka semakin besar kecepatan kendaraan. Pada percobaan kendaraan dengan sudut430 kendaraan terguling, kecepatan rata-rata kendaraan adalah 11,3 km/jam untuk satupenumpang dan 12,33 km/jam untuk dua penumpang, sudut 300 dengan kecepatan 13,67 km/jamuntuk satu penumpang dan 14 km/jam untuk dua penumpang, sudut 150 dengan kecepatan 17,67km/jam untuk satu penumpang dan 19,33 km/jam untuk dua penumpang.

Abstract

Malaria masih menjadi masalah kesehatan di Kabupaten Rejang Lebong, meskipun kabupaten ini telah mendapatkan sertifikat eliminasi malaria pada tahun 2014. Pada tahun 2018-2020, masih ditemukan penularan malaria setempat (indigenous). Program eliminasi malaria di Kabupaten Rejang Lebong belum didukung dengan program pengendalian vektor, sehingga perlu dilakukan penelitian tentang vektor malaria yang bertujuan untuk menilai kepadatan dan distribusi vektor malaria di Kabupaten Rejang Lebong. Kegiatan yang dilakukan meliputi survei habitat perkembangbiakan nyamuk, penangkapan nyamuk di dalam dan di luar rumah serta di kandang ternak dan pengujian kelambu berinsektisida. Survei habitat menemukan larva An. vagus dan An. barbirostris di kolam dan sawah. Nyamuk Anopheles tertangkap sebanyak 164 ekor terdiri dari tujuh spesies, empat di antaranya merupakan spesies nyamuk yang telah terkonfirmasi sebagai vektor malaria, yaitu An.maculatus, An. tessellatus, An. kochi dan An. vagus. Nyamuk yang dominan tertangkap yaitu An. vagus. Hasil pengujian PCR tidak mendapatkan nyamuk positif Plasmodium. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa penularan malaria masih dapat terjadi karena ditemukannya nyamuk yang telah terkonfirmasi sebagai vektor malaria dan ditemukannya habitat vektor malaria di sekitar pemukiman penduduk.
