Abstract

Vocabulary learning is a fundamental aspect of English language acquisition. However, many students still struggle to understand and retain new vocabulary. This study aims to examine the effectiveness of using animated films as a medium to enhance the vocabulary acquisition of eighth-grade students at MTs Nurul Falah. The research employed a quantitative method with a Time Series Design, where data were collected through pretests and posttests and analyzed using statistical tests. The research sample consisted of 45 students divided into two groups: the experimental group, which used animated films, and the control group, which used conventional teaching methods. The data analysis results showed a significant improvement in the posttest scores of the experimental group compared to the control group. The t-test produced a t-value of 6.85 with a significance level of 0.001 (<0.05), indicating that the use of animated films is effective in enhancing students' vocabulary acquisition. In addition, observational results indicated that students were more active, enthusiastic, and motivated during the learning process when animated films were used. This study supports the theory that visual-based media can enhance students' memory and understanding of learning materials. Therefore, the use of animated films can be recommended as an innovative teaching strategy for vocabulary learning in English.

Abstract

Budaya sekolah memiliki peran sangat penting, karena apabila budaya sekolah sudah terlaksana, siapapun yang masuk dan bergabung ke sekolah itu hampir secara otomatis akan mengikuti tradisi yang telah ada. Selain itu salah satu hal untuk mencapai pembiasaan dalam diri seseorang ialah dengan mengelolah diri sendiri (self regulated), sehingga ketika seseorang mampu mengelolah diri sendiri maka pembiasaan dalam diri siswa dengan sendirinya akan tercipta. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji secara empiris pengaruh yang berasal dari budaya sekolah terhadap perilaku keagamaan. Menguji ada pengaruh yang berasal dari self regulated terhadap perilaku keagamaan. Menguji budaya sekolah dan self regulated secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku keagamaan siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa MI GUPPI 2 Banjarsari. Teknik pengambilan sampel penelitian ini adalah probability sampling jenis proportional random sampling, metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah angket dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda dengan program SPSS. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Budaya Sekolah berpengaruh terhadap Perilaku Keagamaan Siswa MI GUPPI 2 Banjarsari Kecamatan Way Sulan Kabupaten Lampung Selatan. Self Regulated berpengaruh terhadap Perilaku Keagamaan Siswa MI GUPPI 2 Banjarsari Kecamatan Way Sulan Kabupaten Lampung Selatan. Budaya Sekolah secara bersama-sama dengan Self Regulated berpengaruh terhadap Perilaku Keagamaan Siswa MI GUPPI 2 Banjarsari Kecamatan Way Sulan Kabupaten Lampung Selatan.

Abstract

Implementation of Digital-Based Tilawatil Al-Qur'an Learning is a process of applying technology in Tilawatil Al-Qur'an teaching and learning activities which aims to improve the effectiveness, understanding, and motivation of students in reading the Qur'an properly and correctly, in accordance with the rules of tajwid and the rhythm of the tilawah. This study aims to describe the implementation of digital-based Tilawatil Al-Qur'an learning using projectors and YouTube videos in improving literacy and student learning motivation at MTs Darussalam Banjar Negeri, Natar District, South Lampung. The background of this study is based on the importance of improving the quality of Tilawatil Al-Qur'an learning so that students are not only able to read the Qur'an properly and correctly, but also have a high enthusiasm for learning. This study uses a Qualitative research method with a case study research type (field research). By using data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. Data validity testing uses triangulation. And the data analysis techniques are data reduction, data presentation, conclusions. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of digital media in learning Tilawatil Al-Qur'an has a positive impact on students' literacy skills, especially in understanding the laws of tajwid, makhraj, and rhythm of tilawah. Learning videos from YouTube displayed through a projector make it easier for students to imitate examples of professional qari readings, thereby accelerating the learning process and increasing students' self-confidence. In addition, students' learning motivation has increased significantly, marked by high enthusiasm, active participation, and perseverance in completing tilawah tasks. Based on these findings, the use of digital media in learning Tilawatil Al-Qur'an is highly recommended to be implemented sustainably in order to improve the quality of Islamic religious education at the madrasah level. This study provides a significant contribution in the development of Tilawatil Al-Qur'an learning methods in the madrasah environment, especially in the use of digital technology as a learning medium. Practically, the results of this study can be used as a reference for educators in designing more interactive and interesting learning strategies, in order to improve Al-Qur'an literacy and student learning motivation. Abstract

The prevalence of corruption remains a significant challenge, as evidenced by the increasing number of cases reported and circulated through various social media platforms. This trend poses serious threats to a nation’s economy, its foundational values, and the integrity of its ideological framework. Therefore, preventive and educational measures are essential to combat and eradicate corruption effectively. This paper explores anti-corruption education as a strategic effort to develop students’ character, focusing on the cultivation of free will, moral awareness, and responsible individual behavior through the maximization of student potential. The study adopts a qualitative research methodology, primarily utilizing literature review techniques. The analysis is based on a variety of scholarly sources, including books, academic journals, and other credible media. The findings underscore the necessity of integrating anti-corruption education into higher education curricula. This includes the development of humanistic character traits, comprehensive knowledge of corruption and its legal implications, familiarity with existing legal frameworks, and the promotion of law-abiding behavior. Furthermore, fostering legal awareness and civic responsibility among university students is vital in nurturing a generation that is conscientious, ethically grounded, and committed to national integrity and public accountability.

Abstract

The availability of professional human resources, especially teachers, is the primary capital to improve the quality of human resources, particularly in the field of education. Therefore, efforts are needed to enhance the understanding and abilities of educators in keeping up with technological advancements and utilizing these technological facilities in teaching and learning activities in schools. At SD Negeri Jelapat II.I, there is a limitation in utilizing technological media for learning, which is integrated with AI as part of the learning process. Many teachers still use conventional methods that are not engaging for students, which can affect the low motivation and learning outcomes of students. Presentation methods such as socialization activities to enhance knowledge, training and mentoring methods, as well as self-practice methods can improve participants' skills in using learning media from Canva AI, Quiziiz, Wordwall, and applications like ChatGpt, Meta, and Gemini to enhance the competencies of teachers at SD Negeri Jelapat II.I. after the implementation of a series of training activities for the development of skills and expertise for teachers at SD Negeri Jelapat II.I. there has been an increase in the abilities and skills of the teachers by an average of 59,5% in terms of creating AI-based web media.

Abstract

The problem of defects in automotive components remains a major challenge in the manufacturing industry, as it directly impacts product quality, production process efficiency, and customer satisfaction. This research aims to analyze the most frequent types of defects in one automotive component, identify their root causes, and provide applicable improvement solutions. The study was conducted using a Quality Control Circle approach with the Pareto Diagram to prioritize defect types based on their frequency and impact, and the Fishbone Diagram to identify root causes based on the 4M+1E categories (Man, Machine, Method, Material, Environment). The results show that rust and out-of-standard defects are the most dominant, generally caused by a lack of operator understanding, unstable machine conditions, non-standard work methods, and suboptimal raw material quality and work environment. Improvement recommendations include operator training, machine repair, work method adjustments, and production environment supervision. The implementation of these solutions has proven to significantly reduce defect rates and improve product quality. The integration of Pareto and Fishbone diagrams has proven effective as an applicable quality control strategy in the automotive industry.

Abstract

PT T.RAD Indonesia merupakan perusahaan Penanaman Modal Asing dari Jepang. Perusahaan ini memproduksi sparepart kendaraan bermotor roda dua dan roda empat, memiliki website lokal yaitu System Axis yang berfungsi sebagai sistem yang digunakan untuk membuat planning produksi, barcode untuk produk finish good, shipment dan inventory bulanan. Sejak tahun 2016, website ini belum pernah dilakukan penelitian mengenai kualitasnya, sehingga diperlukan analisis kepuasan pengguna terhadap kualitas website. Kualitas website diukur dengan menggunakan metode webqual 4.0 yaitu kualitas kegunaan, kualitas informasi dan kualitas layanan interaksi, untuk mendapatkan nilai kepuasan pengguna. Penelitian ini menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 36 karyawan PT T.RAD Indonesia yang merupakan responden atau pengguna website. Pengolahan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan SPSS versi 29. Hasil uji F menyatakan bahwa adanya pengaruh dari tiga dimensi yaitu kualitas kegunaan, kualitas informasi, dan kualitas layanan interaksi terhadap kepuasan pengguna dengan nilai F hitung yaitu 31,285. Hasil uji t menunjukkan variabel kualitas kegunaan dan kualitas layanan interaksi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pengguna, dengan nilai t hitung sebesar 1,689 dan 0,839 (di bawah t tabel = 2,036), variabel yang paling berpengaruh adalah kualitas informasi dengan nilai t hitung sebesar 2,066 (di atas t tabel = 2,036).

Abstract

The objective of this research is to find out whether or nor the use of Nursery Song influence in learning vocabulary at seventh gradde of SMP Negeri 3 Kabupeten Sorong. Related to this research used a pre-experimental quantitati research design. The research design is one group pretest-posttest. The sample of this research was seventh grade students and the total are 20 students. In the collecting data, the researcher used a vocabulary test in the form of multiple- choose that is consist of 20 questions for the pretest and posttest. In analyzing the data, the researcher used the SPSS 20 program to calculate research the data. The result finding of the reseach showed that the result of the t-test is P value (0.00) < (0.05). it means that H0 was rejected and Ha was accepted. The alternative hypothesis (Ha) was there is an influence in learning vocabulary using nursery song between pretest and pos ttest. In addition, it can be seen from the pretest was (63,5) improved on posttest (98,0). It can be concluden that there is an influence in learning vocabulary using nursery song.

Abstract

Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) is the largest Islamic bank in Indonesia, but people's interest in saving at BSI is still relatively low. This condition raises questions about the main factors that affect people's interest in saving. This study aims to analyze the influence of trust, promotion, religiosity, brand image, and social environment on people's interest in saving in Polokarto District, Sukoharjo Regency. The method used is a quantitative approach with a non-probability sampling technique through quota sampling and data processing using SPSS. Research results show that promotion, brand image, and social environment have a significant effect on interest in saving, while trust and religiosity do not have a significant effect. These findings highlight the importance of social aspects and communication strategies in shaping people's financial behavior, especially in communities with strong social interactions. This study contributes to Islamic financial institutions to adjust marketing strategies that not only emphasize religious values, but also community-based approaches. These findings also serve as a reference for policy makers in encouraging contextual-based Islamic financial inclusion. The limitations of this study lie in the limited geographical scope and variables, so further research is recommended to cover a wider area and other relevant variables.

Abstract

The purpose of this literature review is to develop hypotheses regarding the influence between variables that can be used for further research in the field of risk management. The article on the influence of risk identification and risk assessment on the effectiveness of risk management mediated by risk mitigation capabilities is a scientific literature article in the field of risk management. The approach used in this literature review is descriptive qualitative. The data collection technique used is literature study or review of relevant previous articles. The data used in this descriptive qualitative approach comes from previous studies relevant to this study and sourced from academic online media such as Thomson Reuters Journal, Springer, Taylor & Francis, Scopus Emerald, Elsevier, Sage, Web of Science, Sinta Journal, DOAJ, EBSCO, Google Scholar, and digital reference books. In previous studies, one relevant previous article was used for each independent variable. The results of the literature review are as follows: 1) Net profit is related to banking management; 2) Total liabilities are related to banking management; and 3) Total assets are related to banking management.
