The paper discusses the problem of increasing security for residents in panti asuhan putri aisiyah dau malang area, Jl. Engineer Soekarno II no. 4 RT 01 RW 01 Dadaprejo Village, Junrejo District, Malang Regency. One of the most important is lighting. The installation of public street lighting is still minimal, so it is far from meeting security and safety standards. In order to ensure the availability of safe and reliable street lighting, training on the assembly of solar-powered street lighting (PJU) was conducted at panti asuhan putri aisiyah dau malang, Jl. Engineer Soekarno II no. 4 RT 01 RW 01 Dadaprejo Village, Junrejo District, Malang Regency. Prior to the assembly process for street lighting, a brief training was conducted on the assembly of solar-powered PJU lampposts and their installation, for residents at panti asuhan putri aisiyah dau malang Jl. Engineer Soekarno II no. 4 RT 01 RW 01 Dadaprejo Village, Junrejo District, Malang Regency., so that he has skills that can be developed. The result of the PKM is an increase in the knowledge and skills of the residents of the panti asuhan putri aisiyah dau malang in the field of fabrication and installation of solar-powered PJU lights. In addition, the installation of 3 Solar Powered PJU lights that are safe and reliable, and have an impact on increasing environmental security and residents' activities at night in the panti asuhan putri aisiyah dau malang. To improve security for residents in the area at Bareng Village Klojen Malang Districts, one of the most important is lighting. The installation of public street lighting is still minimal, so it is far from meeting security and safety standards. In order to ensure the availability of safe and reliable street lighting, training on the assembly of solar-powered street lighting lamps (PJU) was carried out for members of the youth group RT10 RW 08 at Bareng Village Klojen Malang Districs. Prior to the assembly process for street lighting, a brief training was conducted on the assembly of solar-powered PJU light poles and their installation. Hence, they have skills that can be developed people. The result of assistance giving an increasing knowledge and skills of residents of RT10 RW 08 at Bareng Village Klojen Malang Districts. This place in the fabrication and installation of solar-powered PJU lights. In addition, the installation of 3 Solar Powered PJU lights that are safe and reliable, and have an impact on increasing environmental security and residents' activities. The pandemic conditions since two years ago have left people vigilant about economic security, especially food security. Another problem is that the reduction of agricultural land and the density of residential housing has encouraged the emergence of a new concept of gardening on limited land. Agriculture in urban areas with minimal land is called Urban Farming by the agricultural community. This service aims to provide knowledge to partners about alternative strategies to strengthen family food security through microgreen cultivation. The method used in this service is the Community Based Research (CBR) approach, which prioritizes the utilization of assets and potentials that are around and owned by the community or society. This activity was carried out in 3 stages; training, cultivation preparation and implementation of microgreen cultivation. Many people got the benefits and virtues of microgreen cultivation. The partners of this service are community groups who are members of the WES (Women and Environmental Studies) Payungi community which focuses on women and environmental issues and actively participates in spreading knowledge about the environment to the surrounding community. By conducting this training to the partner group, the partners can practice growing microgreens for themselves and participate in introducing it to a wider community environment. Berbicara tentang sains, sudah jelas bahwa matematika termasuk dalam sains yang telah diceritakan diatas termasuk bagian dari Al-Qur’an, sehingga matematika bersumber dalam Al-Qur’an. Hal ini dapat dilihat bahwa al-qur’an terdiri atas bahasa verbal (tulisan) dan juga bahasa numerik (angka) yang keduanya merupakan bahasa simbol, dimana huruf mewakili bahasa bunyi dan angka mewakili bahasa bilangan, apa yang dilakukan anak-anak atau orang dewasa pada saat belajar membaca, mempelajari, dan memahami Al-Qur’an mereka diberi pemahaman tentang adanya angka atau bilangan, salah satunya dengan penekanan atau pengalaman. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh pembelajaran dengan pendekatan interkoneksi matematika Al-Qur’an terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian dengan populasi quasi eksperimen. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh kelas VII SMP TMI Raudlatul Qur’an Metro, yaitu kelas VII A kelas VII B .penentuan kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol dilakukan secara acak, kelas A berjumlah 26 sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas B berjumlah 26 sebagai kelas kontrol. Analisis yang digunakan adalah uji Anava satu jalur, dengan uji prasyarat berupa uji normalitas diperoleh hasil berdistribusi normal dan uji homogenitas diperoleh hasil bahwa sampel bersifat homogen. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan maka diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa Hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas VII TMI Raudlatul Qur’an Metro yang diajar dengan pendekatan interkoneksi matematika Al-Qur’an termasuk dalam kategori baik. Selanjutnya Terdapat pengaruh signifikan pada pendekatan interkoneksi matematika Al – Qur’an terhadap hasil siswa pada materi himpunan di kelas VII TMI Raudlatul Qur’an Metro.

This article reviews the Influence of Leadership Style, Work Environment, on Employee Performance with Motivation as an Intervening Variable. Where the influence of employee performance on motivation as a mediating variable includes leadership style, work environment, so in this article the author will review two variables that have a role or influence on employee performance with motivation as a mediating variable. The implementation of this literature review article is as follows: 1) leadership style influences employee performance; 2) leadership style influences motivation; 3) work environment affects motivation; 4) work environment influences employee performance; 5) motivation influences employee performance; 6) leadership style not influence employee performance mediated motivation; 7) work environment not influence employee performance mediated motivation.

This study aims to analyse the effect of listening skills on tenth-grade students by using YouTube video media. The method used in this study is quantitative using a quasi-experimental design. This research was conducted at MAN 2 Kota Madiun using the tenth grade sample as the object of research and 68 students from both classes. The Researcher used a listening test to collect data. In analysing the data, the technique used is independent t-test to determine the effect of media use. The results showed that there was a significant effect on listening comprehension in the experimental class between the control class. Students who are taught by YouTube video teaching media have higher scores than students who are taught using conventional teaching. The results obtained that the significance value of equal variances is assumed to be 0.000, so it can be concluded that this significant value is less than 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05). This means that YouTube video provide many benefits for students in their listening skills.

This study aims to determine how much influence the Merger of Bank Syariah Indonesia has on attitudes, subjective norms, behavioral control and behavioral intentions on the interest in saving in the people of Solo Raya. This type of research is quantitative research. The population is 123 respondents from the Solo Raya community and a sample of 30 respondents. While the data collection technique used in this study was a questionnaire. The data analysis used is the classical assumption test, simple and multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results showed that the behavioral attitude variable had a partial effect on intention by 0.275, the subjective norm variable had an effect on intention by 0.485, the behavioral control variable had an effect on intention by 0.228. Behavioral attitudes, subjective norms, behavioral control, and behavioral intentions partially influence interest. The results show that the intention factor has the biggest factor encouraging people's interest in saving at Islamic banks, intention factors such as economic benefits in this case for the results obtained by the community from saving at Indonesian Islamic banks.

This study was conducted to measure the level of compliance with file security policies among students of Bhayangkara University, Greater Jakarta. This study focused on the system and student data protection. The author investigated the factors that influence students' privacy policies. The author conducted research to determine the value of compliance with data security. The author conducted statistical data processing based on questionnaires filled out by students. The findings of this study provide an indication of the level of data security compliance among students in universities and the factors that influence it. The author tries to correlate compliance with factors that can affect the level of compliance in the implementation of data protection systems.

This article analyzes the implications of fulfilling the rights of children with disabilities on marriage. Human rights legal regulations clearly stipulate that continuing offspring through legal marriage is a human right, including children with special needs or disabilities. The absence of a special treatment program has implications for children's rights, including the right to raise a household. The purpose of this article is to look at the implications of fulfilling the rights of disabled children in Rukti Sediyo Village, and to explore whether or not fulfilling the rights of disabled children in Rukti Sediyo Village is in accordance with a human rights perspective. This type of article is qualitative, analyzing in depth with the aim of revealing the fulfillment of the rights of children with disabilities. This field research was conducted in Rukti Sediyo Village, East Lampung. The primary data sources for this article are parents of children with disabilities and several related community figures. The research results found that children with disabilities in Rukti Sediyo Village have not received optimal fulfillment of their rights. This has implications for children's rights when they want to build a household, due to the lack of health care and mental development related to readiness to build a household. This condition is a violation of human rights, because fulfilling the rights of children with disabilities is the responsibility of everyone, not only the government but also parents. The recommendation of this article is that it is necessary to maximize the role of non-profit institutions or organizations operating in the social sector, under state organs (Non-Government Organizations/NGOs), for example the Foundation for the Development of Disabled Children (YPAC).

This research evaluates the effectiveness of mediation in resolving divorce disputes in Class 1A Metro Religious Courts, with the main focus on the success rate of mediation. The aim of this study is to identify how effective mediation is in resolving divorce disputes and analyze the factors that influence the level of success. This research methodology includes quantitative data analysis from mediation cases that have been completed over a certain period. This type of research is sociological empirical legal research (Non-Doctrinal) which is a type of legal research that focuses attention on the reality of law in society or functions to see law in real terms and examine how law is in society (Law In Action). Based on the research results, it was concluded that the effectiveness of the mediation process in resolving case study divorce disputes at the Class 1A Metro Religious Court in terms of increasing the number or success of cases was effective as shown by the success rate of mediation if the percentage was 87.2% of talak divorce cases and 86.5% divorce case. However, from the interview results, the level of success of mediation still has notes related to mediation, namely public awareness regarding the mediation process, facilities and equipment, as well as the importance of the presence of law enforcement. Furthermore, this study can be a reference for Class 1A Metro Religious Courts to increase the effectiveness of mediation by strengthening socialization, providing incentives to mediators, and expanding counseling and guidance to prospective marriage couples through the Ministry of Religion and BP4, in order to reduce the divorce rate.
