Abstract

Silantai merupakan salah satu Nagari yang terletak di Kecamatan Sumpur Kudus Kabupaten Sijunjung Sumatera Barat yang memiliki beragam kesenian. Salah satunya adalah kesenian bakayat. Bakayat merupakan seni tutur berbentuk nyanyian dan dibawakan dengan dialek lokal yang termasuk ke dalam tradisi lisan yang biasanya hadir dalam upacara mambilang aghi ka-100. Bakayat disajikan di sela-sela istirahat dalam pelaksanaan mauluak dan sesudah manamat kaji. Penelitian pada pertunjukan bakayat menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif bersifat deskriptif sesuai dengan upacara yang dilaksanakan. Teori yang dipakai untuk membahas penelitian ini adalah teori bentuk yang dicetuskan oleh Bagus Susetyo dan teori struktur oleh Singer. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bakayat ditinjau dari bentuk, struktur dan aspek musikal yang dimilikinya, serta mendeskripsikan bentuk dari upacara mambilang aghi ka-100 yang ada di Nagari Silantai, yangbertujuan untuk mengetahui struktur dan aspek musikal dalam penyajian bakayat, sehingga hasil penelitian ini dapat dijadikan referensi dalam upaya pelestarian seni tradisi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bakayat bukan sebuah kesenian tunggal yang hadir dalam kegiatan mambilang aghi ka-100, melainkan pertujukan bakayat saling berkaitan satu sama lain dengan pelaksanaan mauluak dalam kegiatan mambilang aghi ka-100.

Abstract

Today, the people of the World including Indonesia have entered the era of industrial revolution 4.0 which is characterized by increasing internet connectivity, as well as the rapid development of information and communication technology (ICT). Efforts to improve the quality of human resources (HR) through education channels are the main key in following the development of the industrial revolution 4.0, one of which can be achieved by optimizing the use and application of digitalization technology in education. Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Pekanbaru applies web-based semester exams in the process of assessment and evaluation of students' learning. This study uses qualitative approach. The results of the study implementation of web-based semester exams history subjects in MAN 1 Pekanbaru there are four stages conducted, namely the petrencanaan stage, the organizing stage, the implementation stage and the reporting stage.While the inhibitory factors of the implementation of web-based semester exams are power outages and network loss, devices that often experience problems, exam problems that appear incomplete. The impact of the implementation of web-based semester exams on the effectiveness of historical learning assessment at MAN 1 Pekanbaru is economical, time effectiveness, assessment objectives and easy and flexible.

Abstract

Siak Sri Indrapura is one of the capitals in Riau province, Siak is a developing area and is known for its Malay historical sites which are still very thick, this statement is supported by various historical facts, that's why the Siak Regency Government introduced the slogan Siak The Truly Malay at the Tour de Siak event in 2013. The government realizes the potential of Siak which is rich in traditional, historical and cultural values, the government proposes this area as a heritage city area or a city that has cultural and historical richness that must be preserved. One of the historical relics that are still enjoyed today, both local and foreign, are the Siak Palace and the Dutch Tangsi. The Dutch Tangsi also has a very high architectural value because the building has a European nuance which is equipped with small rooms for weapons storage, prison rooms, and office spaces. The purpose of this research; (1) To analyze how the history and purpose of the Dutch Tangsi was built. (2) To analyze how the function of the Dutch Tangsi after the revitalization. (3) To analyze how the impact of the revitalization of the Dutch Tangsi in the field of education. (4) To analyze how the impact of the revitalization of the Dutch Tangsi in the socio-economic field. In this study, the author uses a qualitative research method. This research study uses a qualitative descriptive approach, namely an approach that in data management since reducing, presenting and verifying and concluding data, does not use systematic and statistical calculations, but rather emphasizes interpretative studies. The method refers to the techniques used in research such as surveys, interviews and observations.

Abstract

This work is the manifestation of the transformation of Zaimie bin Sahibil™s painting, Barracuda Series, into musical form. The Barracuda Series painting presents the beauty and richness of the ocean bed as a utopian paradigm of the maritime ecology of the coastal community of Sabah, Malaysia. The composer was inspired by his own aesthetic experience when appreciating the painting. This aesthetic experience became the material object that was treated with the concept of media transposition and turned into a musical composition. The media transposition was implemented through the interpretation and transformation of the external and internal structural levels of the Barracuda Series painting. These elements were adapted to create musical elements as a form of innovation in the way the composition was created. the creation of this work involved a number of work stages that were implemented constructively through a method of creation. These stages included: an analysis of data sources, experimentation, contemplation, composition, and formation. The work process utilized the results of extra-aesthetic interpretation and intra-aesthetic transformation to create an innovative musical text. The musical composition Tornado in the Sea uses the instrumentation of piano, violin, and kalimba. The stages of creation included an analysis of data sources, experimentation, contemplation, arrangement, formation, and execution.

Abstract

This article discusses the desire and anxiety of mutual attraction experienced by traditional and popular artists in West Sumatra during the COVID-19 pandemic. Musicians in tradition and entertainment who rely on the survival of music performance services are under heavy pressure by the COVID-19 pandemic situation because performances are rarely performed, even banned. Musicians committed to the creative field of creation experience the same thing. Live music performances are considered to be the cause of the gathering of many people, which results in being vulnerable to the transmission of the COVID-19 virus. However, they still channel the desire to perform live with the risk of getting in the way. Some are creative, using digital internet technology and social media to perform virtually. The research method used in collecting data is a mixture of field and virtual research. The tug-of-war between desire and anxiety is realized through live and virtual performances with non-maximal results. Music performances in the context of traditional music, composition, festivals, and entertainment during the COVID-19 period in West Sumatra are in the range between hope and fear in an incomparable dynamic of balance; they tend to be afraid rather than do it. Anxiety still haunts activists and event managers of musical performances.

Abstract

Peran empati dan dukungan sosial orang tua sangat berpengaruh pada perkembangan emosional anak, karakter dan sikap anak terutama pada anak berkebutuhan khusus yang dalam kesehariannya masih bergantung pada orang tua dalam melakukan kegiatannya. Walaupun demikian bukan berarti anak berkebutuhan khusus menjadi anak yang ketergantungan terhadap orang tua, akan tetapi anak tersebut jika dalam kesehariannya dididik secara sabar, berulang-ulang setidaknya anak bisa menjadi mandiri dan dapat terbiasa dengan kegiatan-kegiatannya.Peran empati dan dukungan sosial pada anak berkebutuhan khusus dapat diklasifikasikan sebagai memahami perasaan dan emosi serta sikap atau tindakan dan penerimaan keluarga terhadap anggota keluarganya. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan melaukan interview sebagai pengumpulan data. Setelah melakukan Analisa data peneliti dapat menyimpulkan bahwa peran empati dan dukungan sosial orangtua dalam Pendidikan agama islam memiliki peranan yang penting bagi anak berkebutuhan khusus.

Abstract

The high of arrears cases at the Supreme Court in the early 2000s pushed through the Blueprint for Reform Supreme Court in 2003 to require the regulation limiting the appeal court in law. The request was eventually fulfilled in part by the Parliament and the Government. In 2004 the Parliament and the Government to revise Law. 14 of 1985 on the Supreme Court through Law no. 5 of 2004. In law there is a set of 3 (three) types of cases that can not be appealed, the pretrial, the threat of criminal criminal highest 1 year in prison and a case in which the decision of the State Administrative TUN officials disputed that its range is only in the area. But after the law was passed that the case turns into flows MA instead of decreasing but increasing. Many factors are causing the higher the current case, but an evaluation of the effectiveness of regulations limiting case still deemed necessary. This study is intended for this purpose. In this simple study researchers tried to test some of the provisions limiting case, that restrictions on criminal cases the threat of criminal highest 1 year in prison and / or fines. Abstract

Berdirinya Kerajaan-kerajaan Melayu di Riau, membuat kerajaan-kerajaan tersebut memperluas daerah kekuasaannya dengan cara menaklukkan kerajaan lainnya. Sama halnya seperti Kerajaan Siak dan Kerajaan Pelalawan. Perang antara dua kerajaan ini terjadi di Pelalawan yakni di Mempusun. Dalam penelitian ini membahas mengenai: (1) Latar belakang penyebab terjadinya perang antara Kerajaan Siak dan Kerajaan Pelalawan serta Pemerintahan Kerajaan Siak pada masa Sultan Syarif Ali; (2) jalannya perang antara Kerajaan Siak dan Kerajaan Pelalawan 1806-1811; (3)   akhir dan dampak dari perang antara Kerajaan Siak dan Kerajaan Pelalawan. Pada penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan metode sejarah, yang mana metode sejarah mempunyai 4 tahap, yakni: (1) Heuristik; (2) Kritik sumber; (3) Interpretasi; (4) Historiografi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perang yang terjadi dilatarbelakangi oleh perbedaan pendapat antara Kerajaan Siak dan Kerajaan Pelalawan mengenai bagian wilayah kekuasaan, dan kukuh nya dalam mempertahankan pendapat masing-masing. Terdapat dua kali penyerangan dalam perang ini. Kemenangan berada pada Kerajaan Siak, dan perang pun selesai, setelah naiknya Sayed Abdurrahman menjadi Raja di Kerajaan Pelalawan, Sayed Abdurrahman mengeluarkan maklumat yang mengarah pada perdamaian. Sayed Abdurrahman meminta Mantan Raja Pelalawan yakni Maharaja Lela Putra untuk kembali ke Pelalawan untuk dijadikan Orang Besar Kerajaan serta dijamin keselamatannya,   dan akhir dari perang tersebut ialah berdamai dan mengikat persaudaraan Begito yakni persaudaraan dunia akhirat.

Abstract

ThisIresearch was motivated by the lowIinterest of students in learning history subjects in class XI SMK Telkom Pekanbaru. Based on these problems, this researchIaims to determine teacher activities,Istudent activities, and student interest in learning after implementing the Culturally Responsive Teaching (CRT) learning model for class XI Accounting at SMK Telkom Pekanbaru. The research method used is ClassroomIAction Research (PTK) and the instrument used is the Teaching Module. The results of this studyIconcluded that, in cycle I, teacher activity obtained an average score of 54.25% with fairly good criteriaIand increased in cycle II by obtaining an average score of 91% with very good criteria. Student activity in cycle I obtainedIan average score of 38.5% with low criteria and increasedIin cycle II by obtaining an average score of 82% with very good criteria. While students' interest in learning history in cycle I obtained an average score of 56.33% with fairly good criteria (not yet successful) and increased in cycle II by obtaining an average score of 85% with very goodIcriteria (successful). BasedIon the research results, the CulturallyIResponsive Teaching (CRT) learning model canIincreaseIthe interest in learning history of students in class XI Accounting at SMK Telkom Pekanbaru.

Abstract

The results of observations show that student learning outcomes in the History learning process are not optimal so that student learning outcomes become optimal learning models that are in accordance with the objectives, namely the Inside Outside Circle learning model for class X IPS 1 students of SMA Negeri 1 Pangean. This study uses Classroom Action Research, namely planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The research instruments used the Teaching Module as an instrument for learning devices and data collection instruments are teacher observation sheets, student observation sheets and tests. The study was conducted using 2 cycles, including the first cycle with 2 meetings and the second cycle with 2 meetings. In analyzing the data obtained from the results of observations of teacher and student activities by calculating the activities carried out by teachers and students. in cycle 1 there were 13 students who completed and 17 students who did not complete 43.33% had not reached the desired target. While in cycle II, there were 26 students who completed and 4 students who did not complete, classically reaching 86.67%, this percentage reached a score above 85%.
