Abstract

Pembelajaran daring yang dilakukan SMA YLPI sudah terlaksana dengan baik menggunakan platform E-Learning seperti Edmodo dan GoogleClassroom namun pemanfaatan platform digital tersebut masih belum maksimal dan masih dapat dimaksimalkan guna meningkatkan kualitas dari proses pembelajaran daring. Pelatihan dan literasi guna meningkatkan pengetahuan bagi para guru terkait platform E-learning GoogleClassroom dipilih sebagai media pembelajaran yang diberikan edukasi sebagai solusi.

Abstract

The focus of this research is on the process of understanding comprehensive e-penjelas software as an application for evaluating the performance of school principals. This study analyzes lawsuits comprehensively using e-penjelas characteristics, namely the assessment team's characteristics, the assessment's scope, the stages of assessment, and the characteristics of the principal's performance appraisal application. This study used a quantitative approach using a Likert scale questionnaire which was distributed to the performance appraisal team for school principals in Padang City Middle School, West Sumatra Province, Indonesia, including school supervisors, school committees, MKKS (Principal Work Meeting), school principals, teachers, staffing and elements of students totaling 66 respondents. Data analysis was carried out through a descriptive statistical approach. The results of the characteristic study stated that the assessment team, the scope of the assessment, the stages of the assessment, and the characteristics of the school principal's performance assessment application in the comprehensive e-penjelas software were by user expectations in the excellent category with an ability score of 77.98%. The comprehensive use of e-penjelas software as an assessment platform for school principal performance requires infrastructure support through policy support and adequate internet access.

Abstract

Bapereih is a competition between traditional gandang tasa groups in Pariaman. The scoring system records musical and non-musical errors made by the players. Musical errors include incorrect rhythm patterns, uncoordinated beats, and incorrect songs; non-musical errors include players not playing in unison, drumsticks/drummers falling, drum strings breaking or slipping, and drum skins tearing. This study aims to discuss the scoring system and criteria for bapereih gandang tasa in Pariaman. Data collection was carried out through careful observation and documentation of gandang tasa performances during bapereih, as well as interviews with performers and gandang tasa elders. Musical and non-musical errors were accumulated, with the lowest number of negative points determining the winner. Bapereih has become a distinct style with its own system and criteria in gandang tasa competitions in Pariaman. Bapereih serves as a model for preserving gandang tasa art and culture by maintaining the songs and playing techniques.

Abstract

Permasalahan sampah rumah tangga menjadi isu yang penting di Kota Makassar, di mana jumlah timbulan sampah terus meningkat dan sebagian besar berasal dari limbah domestik. Salah satu solusi strategis yang dapat dilakukan adalah pengolahan sampah organik menjadi pupuk kompos melalui pemberdayaan masyarakat. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan ibu rumah tangga di RT 02/RW 04 Kelurahan Tamangapa, Kota Makassar dalam mengelola sampah rumah tangga melalui pelatihan pembuatan pupuk kompos sederhana. Metode kegiatan mencakup tiga tahapan, yaitu penyuluhan mengenai pentingnya pengelolaan sampah organik, workshop praktik langsung pembuatan kompos menggunakan metode ember komposter dan takakura, serta evaluasi untuk menilai peningkatan pemahaman peserta. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman peserta terhadap teknik pengomposan, identifikasi bahan organik, dan rasio karbon-nitrogen yang tepat. Partisipasi aktif dan antusiasme peserta juga mencerminkan keberhasilan pendekatan edukatif yang digunakan. Kegiatan ini memberikan dampak positif dalam membangun kesadaran masyarakat untuk mengurangi timbulan sampah sekaligus mendorong penerapan solusi lingkungan yang berkelanjutan di tingkat rumah tangga. Pengolahan sampah menjadi kompos terbukti menjadi alternatif ramah lingkungan dan bernilai ekonomis yang dapat diterapkan secara luas.

Abstract

In the Mentawai Islands Regency, West Sumatra Province, Indonesia, during the 2019–2024 period, five road construction projects with contract values exceeding five billion rupiah (non-small qualified contractors) experienced critical delays that resulted in contract termination. The study aims to identify the factors causing delays in road construction projects that resulted in contract termination in the Mentawai Islands Regency, as well as to analyze the most influential dominant factors. The research method used a quantitative approach with a questionnaire instrument distributed to 127 respondents consisting of owners, consultants, and contractors. The sampling technique was purposive sampling, while data analysis was carried out using SPSS software with multivariate statistical methods. The results of the study indicate that there are ten main factors that influence delays in road construction projects resulting in contract termination, namely managerial factors (11.087%), labor (9.164%), equipment (8.903%), supply chain management (7.953%), financial (7.505%), design (7.370%), weather and natural disasters (6.494%), geography and environment (5.128%), procurement of materials (4.506%), and payment (4.107%). The dominant factor causing delays in road construction projects resulting in contract termination in the Mentawai Islands is managerial factors with a contribution of 11.087%.

Abstract

Ergonomics is an important aspect in creating a safe, comfortable, and productive work environment, but is often overlooked in the informal sector, such as motorcycle repair shops. BPJS Employment data shows a significant increase in work accident cases in Indonesia, reaching 370,747 cases in 2023. One of the biggest contributors is work-related muscle and skeletal disorders (Musculoskeletal Disorders/MSDs), which are often found in jobs with non-ergonomic postures. Research Objective: To identify ergonomic hazards faced by motorcycle repair shop workers in Maricaya Selatan Village. Research Method: The research method employed in this study is a descriptive quantitative approach with an observational research design to identify ergonomic hazards among motorcycle repair shop workers in Maricaya Selatan Village. Research Results: Shows that the informal sector such as motorcycle repair shops face significant ergonomic hazards, but are often not handled systematically due to limited facilities and low worker awareness of the importance of ergonomics, the results of the REBA assessment show high (48.6%) and very high (45.7%) occupational hazards, 48.6% of respondents are in the category "changes must be made immediately", and 45.7% are in the category "action must be taken immediately", based on the NBM assessment 77.1% of respondents stated that the work layout was inappropriate, and 11.4% stated that it was very inappropriate.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to develop a local history-based worksheet product that can be used in learning the history of the national movement material and to test its feasibility. The research method used is the ADDIE Research and Development Model, namely analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation. The sample in this study were 27 students of grade XI of SMA Negeri 1 Kateman, Indragiri Hilir Regency. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation, interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques were carried out by processing validator and user response data using a rating scale with a scale of 4, then converted into qualitative data.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low critical thinking skills of students in history learning, as evidenced by students' difficulties in analyzing events, evaluating information, and drawing logical conclusions. Based on these issues, this study aims to examine teacher activities, student activities, and the improvement of students' critical thinking skills through the implementation of a Podcast-based Project Based Learning (PjBL) model in history learning for grade X at SMAN 19 Pekanbaru. The research method used is classroom action research (CAR) conducted in two cycles. Each cycle consists of the stages of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The research subjects were grade X-1 students totaling 32 people, with data collection techniques through observation and documentation. The research results show that the implementation of the podcast-based PjBL model is able to improve students' critical thinking skills. The results from cycle I obtained a percentage of 39.84% with a 'low' category and increased in cycle II, which reached a percentage of 73.83% with a 'Good' category. The results in cycle II have already reached the percentage of achievement indicators, namely ≥70%. In addition, the activities of teachers and students also showed improvement, marked by more active student involvement in discussions, planning, and podcast project presentations. Thus, the podcast-based PjBL model has been proven effective in enhancing students' critical thinking skills in history learning.

Abstract

The three-act structure is dominant in film screenwriting, including the satirical comedy genre, as seen in Jam Kosong (Empty Hours). However, these studies tend to focus on drama, with little attention paid to satirical comedy. The choice of satirical comedy as a creative form is based on both aesthetic and conceptual considerations. Satire has a distinctive character as a medium for social criticism that operates through irony, hyperbole, and paradox. The combination of satirical comedy with a three-act structure provides significant dramatic advantages. Therefore, this article seeks to enrich academic discourse on film screenwriting and the application of narrative structure in the satirical comedy genre. This study adopts an artistic research design, which positions artistic practice as a form of creative and critical inquiry integrated with educational objectives. This study reveals the most important finding: the three-act structure in the Jam Kosong screenplay is effective in constructing a satirical comedy narrative that critiques social issues such as educational inefficiency and bureaucratization, while still entertaining audiences through ironic humor.
