In a globalization era that is marked by advancements in information technology, the integration of technology in learning systems and processes is crucial, especially in the context of educational institutions. This research aimed to describe and analyze management information system strategies in student administration services at SD Muhammadiyah Mlangi by using data analysis techniques assisted by Atlas.ti 8 software, with qualitative research methods and a case study approach. The results showed that SD Muhammadiyah Mlangi successfully integrated technological advances in administrative services to students, involving the use of technology and internet networks with the active involvement of teachers. Thus, quality education services are created. This research is expected to provide a comprehensive overview of the strategies used by SD Muhammadiyah Mlangi and the positive impact of the implementation of these strategies on the quality of education provided by the school, providing valuable insights to face the challenges of globalization in the field of education.

The purpose of this study is to describe interactive learning through the hybrid learning method with the demonstration method. Hybrid learning is an effective learning collaboration to combine face-to-face learning activities with computer and internet technology-based learning. So, it can be facilitate student learning activities and teachers can monitor student learning PC and web. Data collection techniques in this study were carried out by means of observation and interviews. Observation is used to obtain data on the learning process by using interactive learning through hybrid by learning with the demonstration method. Meanwhile, interviews were used to obtain data on student perceptions in learning participant to seen from student activity, while interviews are used to obtain data relating to students' motivation and interest in the learning process. The results is learning mathematics at SMP Muhammadiyah 5 Yogyakarta by applying a hybrid learning model of demonstration method has a positive impact for students and also teachers in the use of technology and information and provides skills in their learning by using the demonstration method. AbstrakTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan pembelajaran interaktif melalui metode hybrid learning dengan metode demonstrasi. Hybrid learning merupakan kolaborasi pembelajaran yang sangat efektif untuk memadukan antara kegiatan pembelajaran tatap muka dengan pembelajaran berbasis teknologi komputer dan internet sehingga dapat memfasilitasi kegiatan belajar peserta didik serta guru dapat memantau kegiatan belajar peserta didik melalui internet. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara observasi dan wawancara. Observasi digunakan untuk memperoleh data proses pembelajaran dengan menggunakan pembelajaran interaktif melalui hybrid learning dengan metode demonstrasi, selain itu juga untuk mendapatkan data persepsi siswa dalam mengikuti pembelajaran yang dilihat dari keaktifan siswa, Sedangkan wawancara digunakan untuk memperoleh data yang berkaitan dengan motivasi dan minat siswa dalam proses pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pada pembelajaran matematika di SMP Muhammaidyah 5 Yogyakarta dengan menerapkan pembelajaran model hybrid learning metode demonstrasi yang memberikan dampak positif kepada peserta didik dan guru dalam pemanfaatan teknologi dan informasi dan memberikan ketrampilan dalam pembelajaran yang mereka miliki dengan menggunakan metode demonstrasi.

The lack of teacher involvement in independent training and the absence of references to good practices in implementing this curriculum pose significant obstacles. To address this, an educational platform known as the Merdeka Belajar Platform was developed, aimed at facilitating teachers' access to inspiration and references. This research examines the utilization of the Merdeka Belajar Platform in implementing the independent curriculum effectively, focusing on SMAS Muhammadiyah Toboali as a case study. The study's purpose is to uncover and analyze the use of the Merdeka Belajar Platform in facilitating effective implementation of the independent curriculum at SMAS Muhammadiyah Toboali. Descriptive qualitative research methods were employed, involving interviews, documentation studies, and observation for data collection. The findings revealed initial difficulties in comprehending the independent curriculum due to the rapid transition process. However, the implementation of the Merdeka Belajar Platform has led to positive changes, with the optimization of the school's learning community and the emergence of good practices among colleagues. This mutual support system among teachers has underscored those advancements in science and technology present opportunities and challenges rather than obstacles, thereby enhancing educators' capacity and capabilities.

Abstract: The emerging COVID-19 pandemic has had a major impact on the course of life, including the world of education. The impact of the COVID-19 pandemic has changed the shift in the world of education, which was originally done face-to-face, and has shifted its direction to online learning. This shift in the concept of learning requires a transformation by utilizing digital technology. The purpose of this study was to determine the form and process of digital transformation carried out in carrying out thematic learning activities during distance learning at the basic education level. The subjects of this study were 3 people consisting of the principal and 2 teachers with the criteria of teaching thematic learning at SD Al Azhar 38 Bantul. The data collection technique used interviews. The validity of the data used triangulation of sources and techniques. Data analysis includes data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results showed that SD Al Azhar 38 Bantul carried out a digital transformation in thematic learning during the covid-19 pandemic by utilizing platforms such as pinto, zoom, google meet, and WhatsApp. Meanwhile, the digital transformation process carried out by SD Al Azhar Bantul itself goes through several stages, namely digital transformation planning; organizing digital transformation; implementation of digital transformation; and control over digital transformation. The development of science and technology has changed the work system, including in educational institutions. Rapid information and communication technology changes are now essential factors in changing education management. Improving the quality of education can leverage the quality of a nation. Technology in the teaching field provides many opportunities in various aspects of education and learning, such as academic services, access to learning materials, educational evaluation, management of lesson content, reports on student learning outcomes and the use of digital-based learning media by teachers. The use of technology in learning can create a competitive environment for students and teachers to be more creative and innovative. Education in Technology Study (Edtech) has become a global concern, especially during a pandemic. The revitalization and development of teacher and student synergy in implementing digital technology-based education will accelerate the education revolution 4.0.

The existence of social media such as Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook, Youtube, Tik Tok and websites in this globalization era is very popular. If the school uses and manages it properly, it will assist in implementing the school management information system. However, several schools in the city of Bandung have not been able to use social media properly. Even though every school has social media that can be used as an information medium to socialize school programs to the community. One of the inhibiting factors is the limited school finances and the competence of school human resources in managing social media as a school management information system. The purpose of this research is to determine the effectiveness of social media as a school management information system. The method used in this study is qualitative with a qualitative descriptive approach, and data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. Based on the results of the research, it shows that the use of social media by SMP Muhammadiyah 8 Bandung as a management information system is quite effective.

This study focused on examining the management of learning information systems and its impact on organizational development. The research employed both interview and literature study methods to gather relevant material, data, and information from various sources such as books, journals, and articles pertaining to the subject matter. The findings of the study indicate that computer-based systems, particularly the School Information Management (SIM) system, enable educational institutions to efficiently and effectively carry out learning activities aligned with their organizational objectives. Computer-based management information systems offer numerous advantages, including speedy processing, high accuracy, and other beneficial features that contribute to organizational growth. In conclusion, this research establishes that management information systems play a crucial role in supporting the advancement of learning processes. By leveraging the benefits of these systems, educational institutions can foster development and progress in their learning environments.

The independent curriculum rolled out by the Ministry of Education and Culture as the national curriculum is expected to be implemented optimally in 2025 for all stages in realizing students who have the character of a Pancasila student profile with six main characteristics: faith, fear of God Almighty, and have noble character, global diversity, mutual cooperation, independence, critical reasoning, and creative. In realizing this profile, it is implemented in project activities that are designed as creatively as possible and utilize the creative center media, namely the school's YouTube channel to provide meaningful experiences for students. The method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative approach with data sources obtained through interviews and observation. Interviews were conducted with two informants, namely MCC managers and educators. The observations made to students. The results showed that the existence of MCC greatly assisted schools and teachers in implementing activities to strengthen the Pancasila student profile project and increase student motivation.

Digital marketing is a marketing strategy using digital media and the internet through branding. In the current digital era, information dissemination is easy to reach widely, but for the world of education which has a level of competitive competition, digital marketing has not been fully utilized, although several private schools in the city of Bandung have generally carried out publications and promotions on social media accounts, but still in the form of updating information not yet to marketing, especially during the new student admissions period, it was seen that the empowerment of digital platforms was still weak. The purpose of this research is to find out to what extent digital marketing is utilized during the admission period for new students at private schools in Bandung, the method used in this study uses a qualitative data analysis model through the Case Study approach where the data obtained will be processed into a solution in implementing digital marketing in private school.

Digitalization program of academic supervision by the school principal is able to improve the quality of teachers' performance. This research aims to determine the implementation of the digitalization program of academic supervision by the school principal on the quality of teachers' performance at SMP Muhammadiyah Al Mujahidin Gunungkidul. The research method used is descriptive with a qualitative approach, and the research subject is the school principal. Data collection techniques involve conducting unstructured interviews and documentation. The results of this study conclude that the digitalization program of academic supervision by the school principal through the use of the Academic Supervision Application (ASA) greatly assists the principal's tasks. The school principal can effectively and efficiently conduct supervision and provide direct feedback to teachers. Therefore, the quality of teachers' performance can be continuously improved
