The current developments that are increasingly developing and advancing have a lot of impact on the sophistication of technology. systems that used to be manual are now electronic, such as fingerprint-based electronic attendance. Likewise, the application of Finger Print attendance at SD Muhammadiyah 7 schools is very appropriate in order to improve the work discipline of employees at school. With fingerprints, employees don't just go to and from school as they please, the benefits of having fingerprints indirectly educate employees so that they have work discipline, the benefits of disciplined work are our productivity and service to our consumers at institutions will run well and optimally. In carrying out its implementation, apart from fingerprinting, SD Muhammadiyah 7 schools also apply manual absences as well to avoid damage or problems with the machine. With the implementation of this finger print absence, employee discipline at SD Muhammadiyah 7 increases, employees are in an orderly manner when entering and leaving work at school in accordance with the schedule set by the school. Employees who cannot print their finger due to illness, assignments from school, and other matters are sufficient to provide evidence and report to the designated school to provide an explanation.

The rapid advancement of technology has made a shift in perspective in interacting, communicating and obtaining information, including by thinking more practically about utilizing social media. Including in the world of education, social media should be the leading tool in conveying information, communication, and as a learning medium and even as a school branding tool. Therefore, school leaders must build managerial information systems, especially in the use of social media so that the delivery of information, communication, learning and school image runs effectively and efficiently. The method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative approach. The results of the study show that managerial use of social media involves several teachers who have potential and competence in the field of technology. The team is part of the Mutu Creative Center (MCC) working group (Pokja) under the coordination line of the vice principal appointed by the Principal. Based on the functions and benefits in the theory of the 7 honeycombs of social media, 4 social media are selected which are currently very familiar to use and fulfill these functions, namely WhatsApp, Instagram, YouTube and Facebook by displaying various features and functions. Those social media are the most frequently used by technology users in Indonesia

Digital literacy is an essential skill that allows students to understand, use, and effectively participate in the digital world. Moreover, it enables them to explore, understand, and develop the skills necessary for using technology wisely and critically evaluating information. This research aims to ascertain the managerial leadership strategies employed by school principals to enhance students' digital literacy. Specifically, it focuses on such strategies in the context of school leadership. Research into school principal leadership strategies for enhancing students' digital literacy holds significance due to the pivotal role of leadership in optimizing school management, particularly in advancing students' digital literacy. Additionally, this research holds promise for contributing to the field of education and serving as a valuable reference for other school principals. Employing a qualitative approach, this research collected data through interviews and document analysis of school archives. The respondents interviewed included the principal and teachers of MBS Prambanan Elementary School. Data analysis followed the Miles and Huberman approach, encompassing data collection, reduction, presentation, and verification or conclusion drawing. The study identified managerial leadership strategies utilized by the principal of Muhammadiyah Boarding School Prambanan to enhance students' digital literacy. These strategies include (1) fostering collective collegial leadership, (2) provisioning facilities related to digital technology, (3) fostering learning innovations, (4) cultivating a culture of digital literacy and guidance for students, and (5) conducting evaluations.

Educational quality development planning is an effort made to improve the quality of education delivery in academic units. Analysis of educational quality development planning is needed to improve the quality of schools accredited C through SWOT analysis. This study aims to determine the planning and development of quality. Education in schools accredited C. Qualitative research method with a case study approach. This study's subjects consisted of the SDN 006 Pasir Belengkong principal. This research was implemented in December 2023, and it took place at SDN 006 Pasir Belengkong. The data collection methods used by the researcher were interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that improving the quality of education at SDN 006 Pasir Belengkong can be done through branding of cultural schools, improving the quality of educational staff, building networks of cooperation with educational investors, optimizing support and involvement of alums and the community, and maximizing the use of school operational assistance or BOS received from the government or donors to improve the existing management and infrastructure systems.

Studi ini mengkaji implementasi manajemen kurikulum berbasis karakter di era digital pada Muhammadiyah Boarding School (MBS) Weleri Kendal. Konteks global dan digital menuntut pendekatan pendidikan yang progresif dan inovatif, dan MBS menanggapi tantangan ini melalui kurikulum berbasis karakter. Kurikulum untuk menyiapkan siswa di abad ke-21 berbekal pengetahuan, keterampilan, mengembangkan nilai-nilai moral dan etika yang kuat. Studi ini mengevaluasi efektivitas kurikulum tersebut, bagaimana manajemen dan implementasinya dilakukan, dan dampaknya terhadap pembentukan karakter siswa. Hasilnya akan memberikan wawasan penting bagi institusi pendidikan lain yang berusaha untuk mengintegrasikan pendidikan karakter dalam kurikulum di era digital. Studi ini juga mengungkapkan beberapa tantangan yang dihadapi dalam implementasi kurikulum berbasis karakter ini. Salah satu tantangan terbesar adalah mengintegrasikan teknologi digital dalam proses pembelajaran sambil mempertahankan fokus pada pembentukan karakter. Selain itu, tantangan lainnya adalah menyeimbangkan antara kebutuhan akademik dan pengembangan karakter siswa.Meski demikian, MBS telah menunjukkan upaya yang gigih dalam mengatasi tantangan tersebut, terus berupaya meningkatkan dan menyempurnakan kurikulum berbasis karakter mereka. Studi ini berakhir dengan beberapa rekomendasi untuk MBS dan sekolah-sekolah lain yang ingin mengimplementasikan kurikulum berbasis karakter di era digital.

In this digital transformation’s era, a wide range of applications appears as tools and media in the use of technology, certainly it becomes so important in the realm of education. The chapter of a knowledge of technology must be taught and even introduced when sitting in school. Using qualitative methods, the study aims to provide solutions for the utilization of canva applications as a tactical-learning media in ICT. This study adopted the diffusion theory of innovation approach that examined the diffusion process and the adoption processes that are occurring in society toward the presence of a new innovation. And use qualitative descriptive approaches to interpret the phenomena. The primary data collection process is carried out through interviews. The study described canva's use as a tactile learning media in ICT learning capable of providing ease and excitement in its learning, as well as of improving student creativity and producing graphic design skills with new innovation. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh aplikasi Whatsapp terhadap motivasi belajar siswa yang dimana diharapkan dengan adanya penelitian ini dapat memperbaiki motivasi belajar siswa SMP Qur’an Al Fajar Khususnya dan kepada pembaca menambah wawasan dan pengetahuan umumnya. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dan jenis pendekatan yang digunakan yaitu memilih analisis regresi sederhana dimana penulis ingin melihat perubahan pada variabel X akan diikuti oleh perubahan variabel Y secara tetap. penelitian ini berlokasi di SMP Qur’an Al Fajar dilakukan pada siswa dan siswi kelas VII. Waktu penelitian ini dimulai dari bulan oktober sampai bulan november 2021. Berdasarkan pengolahan dan analisis data dengan dibantu program SPSS versi 22 diperoleh koefisien korelasi (r) sebesar 19,5 % artinya pengaruh penggunaan media sosial whatsaap dengan motivasi belajar memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan, dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh penggunaan aplikasi whatsaap terhadap motivasi belajar siswa pada pembelajar matematika di SMP Qur’an Al Fajar sebesar 37,2%.

Kepemimpinan instruksional kepala sekolah diakui memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap peningkatan kemampuan guru dalam melakukan pembelajaran. Untuk mengetahui hal-hal apa saja yang harus dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kemampuan para guru, maka diperlukan kajian dan penelitian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap langkah-langkah yang dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah Intis School Balikpapan dalam meningkatkan literasi digital guru. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif eksploratif, data dihasilkan melaui wawancara dengan partisipan yang terdiri dari guru-guru, kepala sekolah dan wakil kepala sekolah. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa langkah-langkah yang dilakukan kepala sekolah untuk meningkatkan literasi digital guru adalah sebagai berikut: (a) Membuat perencanaan. (b) Menyelenggarakan workshop/seminar. (c) Memberikan motivasi, bimbingan dan pemahaman kepada para guru terkait cognitive flexibility. (d) Mengikutsertakan para guru dalam pelatihan mengoperasikan aplikasi-aplikasi pembelajaran.

Educational resources are relatively scarce in rural areas, and many abandoned children are in rural areas. Therefore, it needs to be clarified in education and teaching. This study uses a qualitative method with a literature study approach. Data is taken in the form of books and journals taken from Google Scholar with specific keywords according to the needs of the article. From this study, it was found that improving the level of education and management of primary and secondary schools in rural areas is a problem that educators must consider and focus on. Primary and secondary schools should improve relations and update strategies based on different national policies to meet the needs of teaching reform. Improve implementation methods and education management strategies, and provide appropriate strategic support for managing primary and secondary schools in rural areas of different perspectives so that students can improve their cognition and enable them to receive a good education. Based on this, the effective strategy for managing rural primary and secondary education is mainly analyzed further.

The role of a teacher is vital to creating an effective and efficient educational process. Not everyone can become a teacher or lecturer because they are considered a profession that demands professionalism. Nonetheless, the role of a teacher in the educational process is not commensurate with the welfare conditions felt by the teachers; the workload is quite heavy, with emotional demands causing negative suggestions for teachers regarding their work. It is appropriate for policymakers related to the world of education to pay more attention to the construct of well-being in teachers. The aim of this research, thus, is to discover teachers' perspectives on teacher well-being that they experience while being teachers, starting from two attitudes in implementing teacher well-being (affective and cognitive), as well as what factors make them persist as teachers. This research used qualitative methods. The informants involved in this research were five teachers in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. Based on the data collection method, a triangulation test of sources, techniques, and time was carried out to test the validity of the data. This research revealed six aspects of teacher well-being, encompassing positive relationships with other people, autonomy, personal growth, environmental mastery, self-acceptance, and purpose in life. Family support and a positive view of the teaching profession are essential to improving teachers' well-being.
