Abstract

Organizational learning can be applied in companies and organizations, including vocational schools (SMK). The existence of Vocational Schools at this time has to provide maximum contribution in the provision of quality human resources. For this reason, continuous learning is needed to be able to increase its competitive advantage. This study aims to examine the effect of examinesl leadership and dynamic capability on organizational learning in Vocational High Schools (knowledgeIndonesia. The analytical technique used in this research is partial least square (PLS-SEM). The population in this study are 358 SMK in West Java Province, Indonesia. The intended respondent is the Principal of the SMK. The results of this study reveal that there is a positive influence either directly or through mediation of the variables studied othe n organizational learning.

Abstract

Research aims: This study aims to examine the influence of market pressure on green strategy and green production while also looking at its impact on MSMEs' sustainability. The authors also investigate the indirect influence of market pressure on green production through the mediating role of green strategy.Design/Methodology/Approach: This study was carried out on batik craft, fashion, and convection MSMEs oriented to the green concept in West Java Province, with a number of samples of 185 MSMEs. The data obtained were then analyzed using the structural equation modeling technique with SmartPLS software.Research findings: The results of this study demonstrated the positive influence of market pressure on green strategy and green production, and both influenced MSMEs' sustainability. Furthermore, green strategy has been proven to have a positive influence on green production and could mediate the influence of market pressure on green production.Theoretical Contribution/Originality: This study contributes to the literature by widening the antecedent of green strategy, green production, and MSMEs sustainability from the external side, namely market pressure, which is rarely elaborated.Practitioners/Policy Implications: Managers and owners of batik craft, fashion, and convection MSMEs must prepare themselves to answer the calls for sustainability that come from their stakeholders, such as the market and government. Green strategy and green production must be incorporated into their business to achieve sustainability.Research Limitations/Implications: This study has not yet considered the existence of moderating variables, such as firm size, government regulation, or organizational competitiveness. These additional variables can be a sign for firms to understand when the time is to implement their strategy to achieve sustainability according to the underlying conditions of the moderators.

Abstract

In order to achieve high levels of satisfaction from the digital native generation, tourism destinations must adapt to how they interact and present content that matches their technological preferences. This study aims to measure the perception of STD attractiveness for digital natives by exploring antecedent factors and their impact on intentional behavior. This study uses a quantitative approach. The data was collected by distributing online questionnaires with sample aged 18 to 41 years who have traveled by involving the process of transactions, bookings, and searching for information digitally in the last 1 year. 318 responses were collected that were considered adequate for further processing in the analysis process. Measurements were made using the SEM-PLS technique. The study has found that digital natives view of interactivity and digital security can influence their assessment of STD attractiveness. This study model partially explains some of the factors that make up STD values and their relationship to intentional behavior. This study can consider strategies for strengthening digital interaction and security in the context of STDs for DMOs to build the attractiveness of destinations to attract tourist visits. This study provides a more specialized perspective by focusing on assessing digital natives as the main opinion.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the causal relationships among service quality, visitor experience, place attachment, and revisit intention in the context of toll road rest areas in Indonesia. It addresses a growing concern regarding the underutilization and inconsistent visitor loyalty in rest area facilities, particularly in light of Indonesia's expanding toll infrastructure. Grounded in the Theory of Planned Behavior and supported by concepts of emotional place attachment, this research investigates how functional and affective drivers influence users’ behavioral intentions. A quantitative survey was conducted using a purposive sampling method, targeting 210 respondents who had visited Rest Area KM 166A or KM 164B on the Cikopo–Palimanan Toll Road. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with AMOS 26. Constructs were measured with a five-point Likert scale, and validity was assessed through Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA), with all constructs exceeding acceptable CR (>0.98) and AVE (>0.93)thresholds. The results show that service quality significantly predicts both place attachment (β = 0.526, p < 0.001) and revisit intention (β = 0.491, p < 0.001), while visitor experience only influences revisit intention indirectly through place attachment. Mediation analysis confirmed the significant role of place attachment (Sobel test: t = 3.64, p < 0.001). Practically, these findings suggest that improving service delivery and fostering emotional connection through contextual and cultural design can enhance visitor loyalty. Theoretically, the study contributes by clarifying contradictory results in previous tourism literature regarding the direct effect of experience on behavioral intention. However, the study is limited to two rest areas and uses cross-sectional data, limiting the generalizability of the findings. Future research should include comparative or longitudinal designs.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Penelitian ini mengkaji bagaimana daya saing logistik terbentuk di pasar emerging melalui interaksi antara dinamika pasar, kemampuan berbasis kluster, dan mekanisme penciptaan nilai. Secara spesifik, penelitian ini meneliti dampak Emerging Market Logistics (EML) dan Dynamic Logistics Cluster’s Capabilities (DLC) terhadap kinerja daya saing logistik (LCP), dengan Value Added Logistics (VALI) berperan sebagai mekanisme mediasi strategis. Metode yang digunakan eksplanatori kuantitatif, data dikumpulkan dari 170 responden tingkat manajerial yang mewakili perusahaan logistik yang beroperasi di berbagai kluster logistik utama di Indonesia. Model diuji menggunakan Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) dengan struktur hierarki second order. Evaluasi pengukuran menunjukkan reliabilitas dan validitas yang kuat pada semua konstruksi. Hasil struktural menunjukkan bahwa VALI memiliki efek langsung terkuat pada LCP, diikuti oleh EML terhadap LCP  dan DLC terhadap LCP. Baik EML maupun DLC juga secara signifikan mempengaruhi VALI. Analisis mediasi menunjukkan bahwa VALI berperan sebagai mediator parsial dalam hubungan antara EML dan LCP serta antara DLC dan LCP, mengonfirmasi perannya sebagai mekanisme transformasional yang mengubah tekanan lingkungan dan kemampuan kluster menjadi keunggulan kompetitif yang berkelanjutan. Temuan ini memperkaya literatur manajemen strategis dan logistik dengan secara empiris menetapkan penciptaan nilai melalui logistik bernilai tambah sebagai pendorong utama daya saing logistik di pasar berkembang. Secara praktis, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan logistik harus melampaui efisiensi operasional dan memprioritaskan inovasi layanan bernilai tambah, sementara pembuat kebijakan harus memperkuat ekosistem kolaboratif yang mendukung inovasi layanan dan integrasi digital.

Abstract

This study empirically examines the causal relationships among Emerging Markets Logistics (EML), Dynamic Logistics Cluster Capabilities (DLCC), Logistics Collaboration Strategy (LCS), Virtual Co-Creation Innovation Program (VCCIP), Value Added Logistics Implementation (VALI), and Logistics Competitiveness Performance (LCP) within logistics clusters in Indonesia. Using a cross-sectional, non-experimental survey design, data were collected from 188 logistics firms operating at the organizational level and analyzed using Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with a hierarchical component approach. Measurement reliability, convergent and discriminant validity, and structural model adequacy were all confirmed. The results show that EML and DLCC have positive and significant direct effects on LCP, while LCS strengthens the impact of market dynamics on competitiveness. However, collaboration alone does not directly generate virtual innovation. VCCIP plays a critical mediating role by transforming dynamic cluster capabilities into value-added logistics services, which in turn significantly enhance competitiveness. The findings reveal two distinct causal pathways: an efficiency-driven pathway through collaboration and an innovation-driven value creation pathway through virtual co-creation and value-added logistics. These results contribute empirically to dynamic capability theory by clarifying the mechanisms through which cluster-based capabilities and virtual co-creation jointly drive logistics competitiveness in an emerging market context.

Abstract

The logistics industry is increasingly operating within highly dynamic and uncertain environments driven by regulatory changes, rapid technological developments, market volatility, and global supply chain disruptions. These conditions have transformed logistics ecosystems into complex networks, particularly for third-party logistics (3PL) firms that must develop adaptive capabilities to remain competitive. This study examines the effect of Logistics Ecosystem Turbulence (LET) on Digital Logistics Agility (DLA) among third-party logistics (3PL) firms in West Java, Indonesia. Using a quantitative approach, this study applies partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS 4. The results indicate that LET has a positive and highly significant effect on DLA (? = 0.847, p < 0.001), with strong explanatory power (R² = 0.717; f² = 2.533). These findings demonstrate that environmental turbulence acts as a critical driver of digital logistics agility. The study contributes to the logistics and digital transformation literature by positioning ecosystem turbulence as a foundational antecedent of digital agility in emerging economies.

Abstract

The increasing importance of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) practices and digital transformation has raised interest in their role in improving organizational performance. However, prior studies show inconsistent results, particularly regarding whether these initiatives directly enhance performance or depend on internal and contextual factors. This research aims to systematically review the literature on the relationship between ESG strategies, digital transformation, and organizational performance, with particular attention to the mediating roles of dynamic capabilities and innovation, the enabling role of transformational leadership, and the moderating influence of institutional context. Using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) based on PRISMA guidelines, this study analyzed 72 peer-reviewed journal articles published between 2010 and 2024 from Scopus and Web of Science. The findings show that ESG and digital transformation do not consistently produce direct performance gains. Instead, their effects depend on organizations’ ability to build dynamic capabilities, foster innovation, and adapt strategically. Transformational leadership strengthens organizational learning and change readiness, while institutional quality can either support or constrain performance outcomes. This review proposes an integrative conceptual framework grounded in the Resource-Based View, dynamic capability theory, stakeholder theory, institutional theory, and transformational leadership theory. The study concludes that organizational performance is more likely to improve when ESG and digital transformation are implemented substantively, supported by strong capabilities, leadership, and institutional quality.

Abstract

The study aims to explore the relationships between Ambidexterity Orientation, Strategic Flexibility, and Leverage Capability in enhancing the Sustainability Performance of shopping-mall. Specifically, it introduces the concept of Leverage Capability Strategy, emphasizing the utilization of external resources to strengthen shopping-mall capabilities and achieve long-term sustainability in a competitive and dynamic market. This research employs a quantitative approach using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) to analyse data collected from shopping-mall in West Java, Indonesia. This methodology investigates the direct and indirect impacts of Ambidexterity Orientation, Strategic Flexibility, Leverage Capability Strategy on Sustainability Performance. The study shows that Strategic Flexibility significantly improves the Sustainability Performance of shopping-mall, both directly and through Leverage Capability, which utilizes external resources to strengthen capabilities. While Ambidexterity Orientation Influences Sustainability Performance indirectly, it does not have a direct impact on Leverage Capability or Sustainability Performance. These findings highlight the importance of the Leverage Capability Strategy in enhancing Sustainability Performance. The study is limited to shopping-mall in West Java, and its findings may not be fully generalizable to other regions or industries. Further research could expand the geographical scope and incorporate longitudinal analysis to explore temporal dynamics in these relationships. The findings provide actionable insights for mall managers and strategic planners. Strengthening Strategic Flexibility and Leveraging Capability through external resources are critical to achieving Sustainability Performance. This approach can help Shopping-mall adapt to market changes, recover from declining visitor trends, and enhance their competitive edge.

Abstract

In order to have good quality human resources, then we need to provide better education for the society. For this reason, universities must have an excellence performance to create a high quality human resource. This study aims to find out the effect of Human Resource Flexibility and Organizational Ambidexterity toward Organizational Performance, partially and simutaneously. The population of this study is all universities in LLDIKTI III area that is located in Jakarta. Sampling techniques used is purposive sampling in which the respondent is the person who is fit with the criteria set before. Thus, the sample is 42 respondents who is a decision maker in universities with ‘Unggul ’accreditation. The data is collected by distributing questionnaire and then analyzed by using SEM-PLS. The result showed that Human Resource Flexibility and Organizational Ambidexterity have a significant effect toward Organizationa Performance partially. Beside, Human Resource Flexibility and Organization Ambidexterity have the effect toward Organizatioan Performance simutaneously.
