Abstract

This systematic literature review (SLR) aims to identify the key factors influencing the actual use of Electronic Medical Records in hospitals. Applying the PRISMA method, 184 articles were screened, with eight studies meeting strict inclusion criteria (2020–2025). The findings reveal that usage is shaped by the interplay of four key dimensions: technical, psychological, organizational, and social. Technically, system interoperability and data reliability are essential. Psychologically, user trust, satisfaction, and privacy perception drive sustained usage. Organizational support, including training and policies, enhances adoption, while social aspects such as digital literacy and access inequality influence successful implementation. This review highlights the need for a multidimensional and context-sensitive approach to ensure the effective integration of Electronic Medical Record systems in healthcare settings.

Abstract

This research is based on the results of initial observations, which found that 67% had problems related to Patient Response, of which 80% had problems regarding Customer Loyalty, where patients were reluctant to recommend Type B Hospitals in Bekasi to others on social media. The purpose of this study was to analyze the simultaneous influence of social media marketing activities, interpersonal care activities, and hospital brand equity on the responses of non-insured patients at Type B Hospitals in Bekasi. This research method was quantitative with a cross-sectional design. The population in this study was all non-insured outpatients and inpatients who visited or received treatment at Type B Hospitals in Bekasi. The minimum sample size in this study was 101 respondents. The data collection technique used a questionnaire, and the analysis method used the three-box method and SEM-PLS. The results showed there is an influence of simultaneous social media marketing activities, interpersonal care activities, and hospital brand equity on patient responses. Social media marketing activities and interpersonal care activities have an impact on responding to patients with hospital brand equity as intervening variables.

Abstract

The acceleration of global digital transformation has reshaped the landscape of human capital development, demanding new competencies, adaptive leadership, and rapid organizational change. Indonesia, as one of the fastest-growing digital economies in Southeast Asia, faces structural opportunities and challenges in strengthening its human capital to remain competitive in global markets. This paper analyzes the dynamics of digital transformation in shaping human capital development in Indonesia compared with global practices, drawing upon frameworks from the World Economic Forum, OECD, McKinsey, and international human capital development models. Using a qualitative descriptive approach supported by secondary data, this study finds that Indonesia’s human capital transformation is progressing but still constrained by digital skill gaps, unequal access to digital infrastructure, and insufficient integration between industry needs and education systems. Meanwhile, global leaders—such as Finland, Singapore, South Korea, and Germany—demonstrate successful models of competency-based education, lifelong learning ecosystems, and strong digital governance. This comparative analysis concludes that Indonesia must accelerate digital skill mastery, strengthen cross-sector collaboration, and adopt globally tested frameworks to optimize human capital readiness for the digital economy.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi pemasaran kacang goreng dalam upaya memperluas pasar dilihat dari perspektif manajemen bisnis syariah pada Kacang Goreng Nini di Sungai Pandahan, Kec. Lubuk Sikaping, Kab. Pasaman. Metode yang diterapkan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara mengamati, melakukan wawancara, dan mengumpulkan dokumensi. Informan penelitian terdiri dari pihak yang terlibat yaitu pemilik usaha sebagai informan utama dan karyawan sebagai informan pendukung penelitian. Analisis data dilakukan dengan cara reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa usaha kacang goreng nini telah menerapkan strategi bauran pemasaran yang meliputi produk, harga dan tempat dengan cukup baikNamun, dalam penerapan strategi promosi belum dilakukan secara optimal sehingga penerapannya hanya berlaku untuk pemasaran daerah lokalsaja. Kesimpulan dari penelitian bahwa strategi pemasaran memiliki peranan penting dalam upaya memperluas jangkauan pasar.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh penjualan Pangling Store yang belum stabil, ditandai dengan fluktuasi omzet bulanan serta terbatasnya pemanfaatan media promosi online. Tujuan penelitian adalah menganalisis strategi promosi online yang efektif dalam meningkatkan penjualan pakaian thrift berdasarkan perspektif Manajemen Bisnis Syariah. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, serta analisis data melalui reduksi, penyajian, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi promosi yang diterapkan meliputi bauran promosi seperti periklanan, promosi penjualan, penjualan personal, publisitas, dan pemasaran langsung melalui media sosial, khususnya Instagram dan TikTok. Implementasinya berupa konten produk, live streaming, kerja sama dengan influencer, diskon, serta interaksi langsung dengan konsumen. Strategi ini sesuai dengan prinsip syariah seperti kejujuran dan transparansi. Penerapan promosi yang konsisten terbukti meningkatkan penjualan dan menjaga keberlangsungan usaha.

Abstract

Dengan menggunakan pendekatan sistem antrean, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi tingkat optimalisasi layanan nasabah di Kantor Cabang Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Sibolga. Dasar penelitian ini adalah pertumbuhan jumlah nasabah secara signifikan dari tahun ke tahun, yang tidak diimbangi oleh peningkatan jumlah petugas teller. Hal ini mengakibatkan terjadinya antrean panjang, waktu tunggu yang cukup lama, dan potensi menurunnya kepuasan serta loyalitas nasabah terhadap bank. Untuk menjawab permasalahan tersebut, digunakan metode Penelitian deskriptif ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Pengamatan langsung, wawancara staf dan nasabah, serta pencatatan data internal bank merupakan beberapa metode yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data. Model antrean M/M/2 (multi-saluran-fase-tunggal) digunakan untuk analisis data, yang merepresentasikan dua teller dengan satu jalur layanan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kedatangan nasabah (λ) adalah 20,5 nasabah per jam, dengan kemampuan pelayanan (μ) masing-masing teller sebesar 15 nasabah per jam. Utilisasi teller (ρ) sebesar 68,3% menunjukkan bahwa teller bekerja pada tingkat efisiensi yang masih optimal. Rata-rata nasabah dalam antrean (Lq) sebesar 1,195 dan waktu tunggu rata-rata (Wq) sebesar 3,5 menit, serta total waktu dalam sistem (Ws) sebesar 7,5 menit. Kondisi ini masih dalam batas toleransi standar pelayanan perbankan. Namun demikian, tren peningkatan jumlah nasabah menandakan perlunya strategi perbaikan sistem. Rekomendasi dari penelitian ini adalah penambahan teller pada jam sibuk dan penerapan sistem antrean berbasis teknologi digital. Penelitian ini diharapkan memberikan kontribusi dalam pengambilan kebijakan strategis pelayanan bank ke depan.

Abstract

Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) is a growing global health concern that significantly affects patients’ quality of life. At Bhakti Asih General Hospital, Tangerang, the number of hemodialysis patients increased by 20.42% and dialysis procedures by 25.06% between 2023 and 2024. Despite this service expansion, preliminary findings revealed that 32% of patients reported poor quality of life, 31% experienced low engagement in care, 34% demonstrated low self-efficacy particularly in dietary and fluid management and 32% faced accessibility barriers. These findings indicate a gap between increased service volume and patient-centered outcomes. This study aimed to analyze the effects of patient engagement and self-efficacy on the quality of life of hemodialysis patients, with healthcare accessibility as a mediating variable. A quantitative cross-sectional design was employed. Active hemodialysis patients were selected using purposive sampling. Data were collected through structured questionnaires and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM).The results demonstrated that patient engagement and self-efficacy had significant positive effects on quality of life, both directly and indirectly through accessibility. Accessibility also significantly influenced quality of life and strengthened the relationships between patient engagement, self-efficacy, and quality of life.These findings highlight the importance of integrating patient engagement strategies, strengthening self-efficacy through education, and improving service accessibility to enhance quality of life among hemodialysis patients

Abstract

Economic development is determined not only by the availability of natural resources and financial capital, but also by the quality of human resources (HR) as the primary driver of economic activity. In the Indonesian context, the development of HR has become increasingly important in light of the demographic dividend and the rapid growth of the Islamic economy. However, the quality of HR in Indonesia still faces various challenges, such as low productivity, weak integrity, and the suboptimal internalization of Islamic values in the workplace. This study aims to analyze the role of maqashid syariah values in improving the quality of human resources and their contribution to Indonesia’s economic development. This study employs a qualitative approach using library research. Data were obtained through a literature review of books, scientific journals, official reports, and previous studies relevant to maqashid syariah, Islamic economics, and HRD. Data analysis utilized descriptive-qualitative analysis with content analysis as the method. The results of the study indicate that the maqashid al-sharia values—which include hifz al-din, hifz al-nafs, hifz al-‘aql, hifz al-nasl, and hifz al-mal—play a crucial role in shaping competent, ethical, productive, and socially responsible human capital. The implementation of maqashid syariah in education, employment, and Islamic economic institutions can improve the quality of human capital and support equitable and sustainable economic development. This study concludes that the integration of maqashid syariah values into HRD is a vital strategy for realizing Indonesia’s economic development, which is oriented not only toward material growth but also toward the moral and spiritual well-being of society.

Abstract

Mayoritas pasien masih mengenal rumah sakit ini terbatas hanya sebagai penyedia layanan ibu dan anak konvensional. Dominasi citra layanan persalinan tersebut mengakibatkan sebagian besar calon pasien tidak menyadari eksistensi layanan sub-spesialis seperti terapi hormon pertumbuhan dan layanan-layanan lainnya di center of excellence. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh pemasaran digital dan kualitas informasi terhadap kesadaran merek melalui mediasi citra merek. Penelitian dilakukan pada pasien di poliklinik center of excellence rumah sakit Edelweiss. Penelitian bersifat kuantatif sebab akibat dan dilakukan dalam suatu kurun waktu tertentu. Metode analisis data menggunakan PLS SEM. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa pemasaran digital, kualitas informasi, citra merek berpengaruh simultan terhadap kesadaran merek. Pemasaran digital, kualitas informasi, citra merek masing-masing berpengaruh positif terhadap kesadaran merek. Pemasaran digital dan kualitas informasi masing-masing berpengaruh positif terhadap citra merek. Citra merek mampu memediasi pengaruh pemasaran digital dan juga kualitas informasi terhadap kesadaran merek. Implikasi manajerial akan dibahas lebih lanjut dalam penelitian ini.
