Abstract

Pemahaman terhadap kepribadian individu sejak usia remaja menjadi salah satu aspek penting dalam pengembangan diri dan perencanaan masa depan, khususnya dalam konteks pendidikan menengah atas (SMA). Dalam proses ini, alat ukur psikologis seperti Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) dapat berperan signifikan dalam membantu siswa memahami preferensi kepribadian mereka. MBTI mengklasifikasikan individu ke dalam 16 tipe kepribadian berdasarkan empat dimensi dasar: Extraversion–Introversion (E–I), Sensing–Intuition (S–N), Thinking–Feeling (T–F), dan Judging–Perceiving (J–P). Instrumen ini telah digunakan secara luas dalam berbagai konteks, termasuk pendidikan, konseling karier, dan pengembangan organisasi. Melihat pentingnya MBTI pada siswa/i SMA penulis ingin melakukan pengabdian masyaakat kepada SMA 1 Cengkareng Jakarta Barat. Pelatihantersebut terlaksana Kamis 13 Juni 2025 pukul 08.00 – 11.00 yang dilakukan disalah satu kelas dengan berjumlah 57 peserta. Edukasi terdiri dari pengerjaan soal MBTI, materi, hasil tes , dan diskusi interaktif. Edukasi dikatakan berhasil  karena antusias dan peran aktif peserta selama pelatihan. Hasil evaluasi dari mereka merasakan manfaat dalam kehidupan mereka dan meminta untuk ada pelatihan selanjutnya.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah adalah untuk menganalisa bagaimanakah konsep Business Judgement Rule (BJR) dapat diterapkan dalam pelaksanaan tanggung jawab sosial dan lingkungan perusahaan (Corporate Social Responsibility) / CSR oleh perusahaan yang termaktub dalam Pasal 74 Undang-undang Nomor 40 Tahun 2007 tentang Perseroan Terbatas. Hanya saja dalam pelaksanaan CSR ini tidak selamanya mendatangakan keuntungan pada perusahaan. Gagalnya program CSR dapat berdampak pada penurunan reputasi perusahaan yang pada akhirnya berpengaruh pada bisnis perusahaan itu sendiri. Hanya saja direksi sebagai ujung tombak perusahaan wajib melaksanakan tanggung jawab yang dibebankan undang undang tersebut. Direksi dapat saja di persalahkan atas kerugian atau kegagalan yang dilakukan dalam rangka pelasanaan csr itu. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode Yuridis Normatif,. Hasil penelitian maka dapat diketahui bahwa Pelaksanaan Prinsip CSR merupakan suatu kewajiban yang awalnya merupakan tanggung jawab moral kemudian bergerak menjadi tanggung jawab hukum. dalam pelasanaan CSR terdapat kemungkinan kegagalan. tidak jarang direksi menjadi bertanggung jawab terhadap kegagalan itu. terkadang kegagalan itu bukanlah akibat langsung dari putusan direksi. tetapi adanya pihak ke tiga yang menciptakan kegagalan tersebut. utnuk itu perlu adanya perlindungan hukum bagi direksi.hukum perusahaan dikenal adanya prinsip Business Judgment Rule. Prinsip BJR ini, sebagai perlindungan hukum kepada direksi dalam pengambilan keputusan. Untuk itu dalam penelitian ini peneliti akan menganalisis perlindungan hukum bagi direksi dalam pelaksanaan CSR terkait prinsip BJR yang ada di Indonesia dan sudahkah prinsip ini dapat yaitu suatu penelitian hukum yang menitik beratkan pada kajian hukum positif, dalam hal ini pendekatan tersebut digunakan untuk menganalisis secara kualitatif tentang perlindungan hukum direksi melalui business judgement rules terkait tanggung jawab sosial dan lingkungan perusahaan.

Abstract

This research is motivated by various types of parenting patterns that parents apply to children so that they can influence the development of children's potential and intelligence, one of which is interpersonal intelligence. The problem in this study is how are parenting patterns, how is the child's interpersonal intelligence and is there a relationship between parenting patterns and children's interpersonal intelligence. The study was conducted at RA Perwanida 4 Palembang. Using correlational methods and product moment correlation analysis techniques. Based on data analysis, it can be seen that the majority of parenting patterns at RA Perwanida 4 Palembang apply authoritarian parenting patterns as many as 21 (52.5%) so that many children's interpersonal intelligence at RA Perwanida 4 is still not developed, namely as many as 17 (42.5%). The correlation results obtained rxy = -0.380 at a significance level of 0.05 with rtable = 0.320. The calculation shows that rhit> rtable, so Ho is rejected, so the hypothesis indicating a relationship between parenting styles and children's interpersonal intelligence is accepted.

Abstract

Abstract :One of the villages affected by oil palm plantation activities is Sungai Payang Village, Loa Kulu District, Kutai Kartanegra Regency. Sungai Payang Village, Loa Kulu Sub-District has an area of approximately ± 44.736  KM² which is directly adjacent to Margahayu Village in the north, Jembayan Village in the east and Loa Janan Village in the south. Sungai Payang village has a family head (KK) of 780 KK, with details of the population of 1.482 people and 1,270 women, so that the total population of Sungai Payang Village, Loa Subdistrict is 2,740 people with the number of neighbors of the Rukun Tetangga ( RT) as many as 21 RT. The purpose of this study was to find out among other things: 1) the extent of the impact of oil palm plantation activities on improving the economy of the community, 2) the extent of economic impacts affecting the economic development of rural communities. The existence of oil palm plantations in the Sungai Payang Village community has meaning and benefits for the surrounding community, and other facilities can also be felt separately by other communities. Oil palm plantations can be said to have the meaning of supporting the economy of the surrounding community so that it has value and benefits for the local community. PT. Niagamas Gemilang is very useful because the existence of oil palm plantations affects the economic conditions of the community. Keywords: Impact of Oil Palm Plantation, Increasing Community Economy

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of the Work Environment and Work Safety and to determine the most dominant variable influencing the Work Environment and Work Safety on the Risk of Accidents at the Oil Palm Plantation Company PT. Niagamas Gemilang, in Sungai Payang Village, Loa Kulu District, Kutai Kartanegara Regency. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression with a sample of 91 people. The results showed that the variables of the Work Environment and Work Safety had a simultaneous effect on the Risk of Accidents at Work. Work Environment and Work Safety variables have a partial effect on the Risk of Work Accidents at PT. Brilliant Niagamas. Abstract :The purposes of this study are (1) know simultaneously the effect of service quality and price takingon customer satisfaction in Three Stars Hotel in Tenggarong Kutai Kartanegara Regency, (2) Toknow direct effect of service quality on customer satisfaction in Three Stars Hotel in TenggarongKutai Kartanegara Regency, (3) To know direct effect of price taking on customer satisfaction inThree Stars Hotel in Tenggarong Kutai Kartanegara Regency , (4) To know direct effect of customersatisfaction on loyalty customer in Three Stars Hotel in Tenggarong Kutai Kartanegara Regency.Data tool of analysis that is used to analyze this result of the reseach is quantitative approached. It isPath Analysis. It is used the structural model by two steps and the result of analysis is producingequation models as following:Y1= 0,466X1+ 0,103 X2Y2= 0,449 Y1The result of this study showed that based on the simultant test result is reached by F counts as18,339 (p value = 0,000<0,05). It means that there is a significant effect among service quality andprice taking on simultaneously customer satisfaction. Then, there is a dirrect effect of service qualityon customer saticfaction with the coefficient 0,466. Significant at 5,559 on t_statistic, and then directeffect of price taking on customer satisfaction, the coefficient is 0,103. Significant at 2,251 ont_statistic. Then for customer satisfaction on loyalty costumer the coeficient as 0,449, significant at5,336 on t_statistic.Thus, the simultant test result of service quality and price taking on customer satisfaction produces R2= 0,247. Meanwhile, the effect of customer satisfaction on loyalty customer produces R2 = 0,201. Itmeans that the percentage of the effect of satisfaction on loyalty is 20,1%.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of Project Based Learning (PBL) in improving the cognitive abilities of children aged 5–6 years at TK Roudhoh Serang-Banten. PBL was selected as a learning approach that emphasizes children’s direct experiences in carrying out projects, which is expected to stimulate their cognitive development. This research employed a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results show that the implementation of PBL at TK Roudhoh was highly effective in enhancing children’s cognitive skills, particularly in critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving. Teachers acted as facilitators, assisting children in selecting project themes, planning activities, and providing guidance during project implementation. In addition, collaboration among children in completing projects strengthened their social skills and sense of responsibility. Reflection at the end of the project also provided opportunities for children to understand and deepen the material they had learned. Overall, PBL was proven to have a positive impact on developing the cognitive abilities of children aged 5–6 years at TK Roudhoh Serang-Banten.
