Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of Project Based Learning (PBL) in improving the cognitive abilities of children aged 5–6 years at TK Roudhoh Serang-Banten. PBL was selected as a learning approach that emphasizes children’s direct experiences in carrying out projects, which is expected to stimulate their cognitive development. This research employed a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results show that the implementation of PBL at TK Roudhoh was highly effective in enhancing children’s cognitive skills, particularly in critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving. Teachers acted as facilitators, assisting children in selecting project themes, planning activities, and providing guidance during project implementation. In addition, collaboration among children in completing projects strengthened their social skills and sense of responsibility. Reflection at the end of the project also provided opportunities for children to understand and deepen the material they had learned. Overall, PBL was proven to have a positive impact on developing the cognitive abilities of children aged 5–6 years at TK Roudhoh Serang-Banten.

Abstract

Abstract :One of the villages affected by oil palm plantation activities is Sungai Payang Village, Loa Kulu District, Kutai Kartanegra Regency. Sungai Payang Village, Loa Kulu Sub-District has an area of approximately ± 44.736  KM² which is directly adjacent to Margahayu Village in the north, Jembayan Village in the east and Loa Janan Village in the south. Sungai Payang village has a family head (KK) of 780 KK, with details of the population of 1.482 people and 1,270 women, so that the total population of Sungai Payang Village, Loa Subdistrict is 2,740 people with the number of neighbors of the Rukun Tetangga ( RT) as many as 21 RT. The purpose of this study was to find out among other things: 1) the extent of the impact of oil palm plantation activities on improving the economy of the community, 2) the extent of economic impacts affecting the economic development of rural communities. The existence of oil palm plantations in the Sungai Payang Village community has meaning and benefits for the surrounding community, and other facilities can also be felt separately by other communities. Oil palm plantations can be said to have the meaning of supporting the economy of the surrounding community so that it has value and benefits for the local community. PT. Niagamas Gemilang is very useful because the existence of oil palm plantations affects the economic conditions of the community. Keywords: Impact of Oil Palm Plantation, Increasing Community Economy

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of the Work Environment and Work Safety and to determine the most dominant variable influencing the Work Environment and Work Safety on the Risk of Accidents at the Oil Palm Plantation Company PT. Niagamas Gemilang, in Sungai Payang Village, Loa Kulu District, Kutai Kartanegara Regency. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression with a sample of 91 people. The results showed that the variables of the Work Environment and Work Safety had a simultaneous effect on the Risk of Accidents at Work. Work Environment and Work Safety variables have a partial effect on the Risk of Work Accidents at PT. Brilliant Niagamas. Besides that, the work safety variable has a dominant effect on the risk of work accidents at PT. Brilliant Niagamas. Keywords: Work Accident and Occupational Safety, Risk of Work Accident

Abstract

Abstract :The purposes of this study are (1) know simultaneously the effect of service quality and price takingon customer satisfaction in Three Stars Hotel in Tenggarong Kutai Kartanegara Regency, (2) Toknow direct effect of service quality on customer satisfaction in Three Stars Hotel in TenggarongKutai Kartanegara Regency, (3) To know direct effect of price taking on customer satisfaction inThree Stars Hotel in Tenggarong Kutai Kartanegara Regency , (4) To know direct effect of customersatisfaction on loyalty customer in Three Stars Hotel in Tenggarong Kutai Kartanegara Regency.Data tool of analysis that is used to analyze this result of the reseach is quantitative approached. It isPath Analysis. It is used the structural model by two steps and the result of analysis is producingequation models as following:Y1= 0,466X1+ 0,103 X2Y2= 0,449 Y1The result of this study showed that based on the simultant test result is reached by F counts as18,339 (p value = 0,000<0,05). It means that there is a significant effect among service quality andprice taking on simultaneously customer satisfaction. Then, there is a dirrect effect of service qualityon customer saticfaction with the coefficient 0,466. Significant at 5,559 on t_statistic, and then directeffect of price taking on customer satisfaction, the coefficient is 0,103. Significant at 2,251 ont_statistic. Then for customer satisfaction on loyalty costumer the coeficient as 0,449, significant at5,336 on t_statistic.Thus, the simultant test result of service quality and price taking on customer satisfaction produces R2= 0,247. Meanwhile, the effect of customer satisfaction on loyalty customer produces R2 = 0,201. Itmeans that the percentage of the effect of satisfaction on loyalty is 20,1%.

Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to describe the implementation of role-playing learning in developing the character of early childhood students in Class B at RA Al-Istiqomah Pemenang. The research approach used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that role-playing activities help develop various aspects of children's character, such as responsibility, discipline, cooperation, and honesty. Teachers act as facilitators in designing and directing role-playing activities according to the learning theme. Supporting factors include teacher creativity and active child participation, while the main obstacles are limited facilities and time. Overall, role-playing learning is proven effective in shaping positive character in early childhood.

Abstract

Pelayanan public merupakan salah satu bagian dari manajemen mutu di sekolah, semakin bagus pelayanan kepada pengguna semakin meningkatkan kepuasan pengguna layanan. Maka dari itu untuk memberikan pelyanan yang terbaik maka harus dilakukan melalui perencanaan, pengorganisasian dan pelaksanaan pelayanan public yang sistematis dan terstruktur. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui manajemen pelayanan publik melalui Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (PTSP) di MAN Kota Palangka Raya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Informan penelitian terdiri atas pegawai PTSP, guru, siswa, dan orang tua siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa layanan PTSP meliputi penerimaan surat masuk, pelayanan orang tua siswa, dan pengambilan ijazah. Namun keterbatasan dana serta tenaga kerja menjadi faktor utama turunnya kualitas pelayanan. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa peningkatan kualitas layanan di lembaga pendidikan Islam memerlukan manajemen modern, anggaran yang memadai, dan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi.

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak integrasi nilai-nilai multikultural dalam kurikulum pendidikan terhadap kesadaran beragama peserta didik melalui studi literatur. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi pustaka (library research) dengan mengumpulkan, menganalisis, dan mensintesis berbagai sumber literatur primer dan sekunder seperti jurnal ilmiah, buku, dan artikel akademis terkait pendidikan multikultural, kurikulum, dan kesadaran beragama. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa integrasi nilai-nilai multicultural yang mencakup penghargaan terhadap keberagaman, dialog antaragama, dan pemahaman inklusif dalam kurikulum pendidikan tidak hanya memperkaya wawasan kebhinekaan peserta didik tetapi juga secara signifikan berdampak positif pada perkembangan kesadaran beragama mereka. Integrasi tersebut mendorong terbentuknya kesadaran beragama yang inklusif, reflektif, dan toleran, di mana peserta didik tidak hanya memahami ajaran agamanya sendiri secara lebih mendalam tetapi juga menghormati keyakinan dan praktik keagamaan orang lain. Dengan demikian, pendidikan multikultural berperan sebagai katalis dalam membangun harmoni sosial dan mencegah konflik atas nama agama, sekaligus memperkuat fondasi keberagamaan yang substantif dan berkeadaban.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to apply technology to detect facial expressions of children with autism through thermal images. The activity was carried out at My Hope Special Need Center, Banda Aceh, an educational center for orphans and children with special needs. By utilizing a combination of psychological and technological approaches, data collection is carried out in the form of thermal images of the faces of children with and without autism. The data obtained was analyzed using the Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) approach to develop an automatic facial expression detection method. The results of this activity show the potential use of facial recognition technology in supporting education and therapy for children with special needs.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Hubungan Dampak Smartphone Terhadap Pola Asuh Orang tua Anak Usia 1-3 Tahun di Desa Pulo Kecamatan Ciruas Kabupaten Serang Banten. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode korelasional dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu orang tua yang memiliki anak usia 1-3 tahun yang ada di Desa Pulo. Dan teknik sampel yang digunakan yaitu teknik cluster sampling. Jumlah sampel yang diambil yaitu 30 orang tua yang ada di satu kampung dari Desa tersebut yaitu Kampung Jalud Desa Pulo Kecamatan Ciruas Kabupaten Serang Banten. Berdasarkan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan skala pengujian validitas dan reliabelitas instrumen, uji normalitas, uji linieritas,uji korelasi, dan uji unvariat yang diolah dengan bantuan SPSS 22,0 for windows. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan sebagai berikut terdapat korelasi yang sedang antara dampak  smartphone terhadap pola asuh orang tua hal tersebut dapat dilihat dari uji korelasi dengan nilai 0,422 yang berada pada interpretasi 0,40-0,599. Menurut hasil uji hipotesis diketahui bahwa nilai 0,422˃0,361. Sehingga dapat ditarik kesimpulan H0 di tolak dan Ha di terima. Yang berarti “terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara dampak smartphone terhadap pola asuh orang tua anak usia 1-3 tahun di Desa Pulo Kecamatan Ciruas Kabupaten Serang Banten.

Abstract

This research discusses the implementation of diversion policies based on restorative justice principles in Indonesia's customs sector, aimed at reducing the burden on the judicial system and restoring the country's economic losses. The research questions in this study focus on how diversion policies can be integrated into the customs legal system in Indonesia and the benefits and challenges faced to improve the effectiveness of law enforcement and economic recovery. The study uses normative legal research methods with library research, analyzing relevant regulations, doctrines, and legal theories. The findings indicate that the implementation of diversion policies can reduce judicial burdens, speed up economic recovery, and create a more efficient and just legal system. However, the main challenges include lack of understanding among law enforcement, unclear implementation regulations, and legal uncertainties. Policy reforms and increased capacity of law enforcement are crucial to ensure the successful implementation of this policy.
