Abstract

This study aims to analyze the process of understanding Islamic education through the Sunday Morning Study (Kajian Ahad Pagi) at At-Taqwa Muhammadiyah Mosque in Blitar City, as well as its impact on the lives of the congregation. The research adopts a qualitative descriptive approach and utilizes a case study design. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. Data were analyzed using the Miles, Huberman, and Saldana model, which involves data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings reveal that the process of reinforcing religious understanding is carried out through the delivery of materials relevant to daily life using lecture and discussion methods. These methods enable the congregation not only to receive information but also to internalize Islamic values in their everyday lives. The impact of this study is evident in changes in the congregation's behavior, including improved religious understanding, increased patience, heightened social awareness, and active participation in religious and social activities within the community. This study affirms that community-based Islamic education, particularly through religious studies held in mosques, is highly effective in shaping a pious and morally upright society. These findings may serve as a valuable reference for developing non-formal Islamic education programs in other mosques.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis upaya kepala sekolah dalam memenuhi Standar Pendidik dan Tenaga Kependidikan (PTK) guna meningkatkan akreditasi PAUD, dengan studi kasus di TK Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal (ABA) 1 Padangsidimpuan. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepala sekolah telah menerapkan berbagai strategi, termasuk pemetaan kompetensi guru, peningkatan kualifikasi melalui program PPG dan RPL, serta penguatan sistem rekrutmen dan pembinaan berkelanjutan. Namun, upaya ini masih terkendala oleh tantangan seperti keterbatasan anggaran, rendahnya insentif finansial bagi guru, dan disparitas kualitas tenaga pendidik antar daerah. Temuan penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa 70% lembaga telah melakukan pemetaan kompetensi secara sistematis, meskipun 30% guru belum memenuhi kualifikasi minimal. Kolaborasi dengan perguruan tinggi dan pemanfaatan dana BOS turut mendukung peningkatan kapasitas PTK, meski belum optimal. Implikasi penelitian menekankan pentingnya kebijakan afirmatif dari pemerintah, termasuk penyediaan insentif, pelatihan terstruktur, dan pendanaan yang merata. Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan sinergi antar pemangku kepentingan menjadi kunci keberhasilan pemenuhan Standar PTK, yang tidak hanya berdampak pada peningkatan akreditasi tetapi juga transformasi kualitas pembelajaran PAUD. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan perlunya pendekatan holistik dan evaluasi kebijakan yang lebih inklusif untuk menjawab tantangan di tingkat implementasi.

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi proses penguatan sikap moderasi peserta didik, dengan khusus berfokus pada implementasi sikap moderasi peserta didik dalam menghadapi budaya global. Hasil kajian mengungkapkan bahwa pendidikan sangat berperan dalam membentuk sikap moderasi peserta didik. Budaya global juga sangat berperan dalam mempengaruhi pola pikir dan perilaku peserta didik. Adapun penguatan sikap moderasi peserta didik dapat dilakukan melalui integrasi kurikulum, kompetensi guru, keteladanan dan poster.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the concept of religious moderation, examine its implementation within the context of Islamic Religious Education, and identify examples of religious moderation practices in Indonesia. The research employs a phenomenological method and is categorized as a literature study, utilizing secondary data from various documents. Data collection was conducted online, and data analysis followed an interactive model. The findings reveal that religious moderation is a perspective on religiosity that emphasizes tolerance. The main principle of moderation is the pursuit of balance, marked by a tolerant attitude. In Islamic education, religious moderation is interpreted as a moderate Islamic educational concept that focuses more on the quality of instruction. The Islamic teachings delivered emphasize beneficial and peaceful values. Therefore, promoting a moderate understanding of Islam in various educational institutions is essential. Religious moderation practices in Islamic education have been implemented across various institutions in Indonesia, both formal and non-formal, through training programs. Several elements applied include an inclusive curriculum, interfaith dialogue, respect for diversity, and efforts to prevent radicalism.

Abstract

The growing influence of transnational Islamic movements on Islamic Religious Education (PAI) in Indonesia has emerged as a new challenge for local religious organizations such as Muhammadiyah. This study aims to explore how Muhammadiyah, as a modernist Islamic movement, responds to transnational religious ideologies within the educational domain. Employing a qualitative approach through literature review, this research analyzes scholarly articles, major books, and official Muhammadiyah documents. The findings indicate that Muhammadiyah actively defends its progressive Islamic ideology through strategies such as strengthening higher education, internationalizing institutions, and revitalizing cadre development. Muhammadiyah’s ideological stance, rooted in wasathiyah (moderation) and inclusivity, is pivotal in countering the infiltration of transnational ideologies, which tend to be radical and intolerant. This study underscores the importance of reinforcing PAI curricula based on moderate Islamic values as a strategic step in preserving national Islamic identity.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the dynamics of Integrated Islamic Schools in Indonesia, starting from the background of the emergence to the philosophical concepts and curriculum used. This research method uses a qualitative approach with a literature research approach. Data were obtained from references of research journals, related books, and websites. The results of this study indicate that the emergence of Integrated Islamic Schools (SIT) was motivated by the community's need for a complete education by balancing general knowledge with the cultivation of Islamic values. In addition, SIT has a mission of da'wah in it by preparing a young generation of Muslims who are strong and ready to preach. The curriculum used is the curriculum from the Ministry of Education and Culture combined with Islamic values so that there is an integration between general knowledge and Islamic knowledge

Abstract

Forming and improving the character of the people can be done by strengthening Islamic and Muhammadiyah values ​​in the context of health services, fostering and strengthening attitudes of tolerance and cooperation (ta'awun) between medical personnel, patients and their families, and even the surrounding community. Through the Jama'ah Movement and Jama'ah Dakwah (GJGJ) program, the Muhammadiyah Ahmad Dahlan Hospital in Kediri City is one of Muhammadiyah's charitable efforts in the health sector which is managed with a double track service, namely providing excellent health services combined with spiritual guidance services in the form of instilling scientific and Muhammadiyah values ​​such as ta'awun, tasamuh, tawasuth, tajdid and amar ma'ruf nahy mungkar. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the Jama'ah Movement and Jama'ah Dakwah (GJGJ) program in strengthening Islamic and Muhammadiyah values ​​so as to create individuals who are not only intelligent and responsive and have a high sense of caring, but also have a strong spiritual spirit. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study research design, research data obtained through observation activities, interviews and documentation studies. Implementation of the Jama'ah Movement and Jama'ah Dakwah (GJGJ) program, and its impact on improving the quality of service and community welfare. Thus, this program is expected to be able to improve the spirituality of medical personnel who will give birth to an attitude of enthusiasm, mutual assistance and a deep empathy for the suffering of patients.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the strengthening of leadership character based on the values ​​of the Qur'an as the main foundation in forming leaders who have integrity, morality, and a clear vision. The values ​​contained in the Qur'an, such as justice, wisdom, patience, trustworthiness, and empathy, have an important role in shaping the behavior and decisions of a leader. In this context, leaders are not only seen from the aspect of competence and technical skills alone, but also from the ability to lead with the principles established by Allah SWT. This study identifies various concepts of leadership in the Qur'an, relates them to modern leadership practices, and provides recommendations on how these values ​​can be applied in everyday life by leaders in various sectors. Thus, strengthening leadership character based on the Qur'an is expected to create leaders who are more ethical, responsible, and have a positive impact on society.

Abstract

Manajemen sumber daya manusia (SDM) secara manual sering menimbulkan inefisiensi, seperti data yang tersebar, duplikasi informasi, dan tugas administratif berulang. Penelitian ini merancang aplikasi HRIS (Human Resource Information System) berbasis web menggunakan framework Laravel untuk mengotomatisasi proses Human Resource, meliputi manajemen data karyawan, absensi, dan payroll. Sistem dikembangkan dengan metode SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) dan diuji melalui blackbox testing serta evaluasi performa untuk memastikan keandalan dan fungsionalitas. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi ini meningkatkan integrasi data, mengurangi kesalahan manual, mempercepat proses kerja, dan meningkatkan efisiensi operasional. Penelitian ini berkontribusi pada adopsi teknologi web modern untuk manajemen SDM di UMKM, serta menjadi solusi efektif bagi pelaku usaha dalam mengelola sumber daya manusia secara sistematis dan terpusat.Kata Kunci: HRIS, HRD, Laravel, Web, SDLC
