Abstract

Tindak pidana rasisme mengacu pada karakteristik fisik yang menunjukkan perbedaan, seperti ras, bangsa, suku bangsa, warna kulit, atau rambut. Istilah rasis memiliki konotasi buruk yakni berkaitan dengan identifikasi suatu kelompok atau orang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meninjau sanksi pidana bagi pelaku rasisme dalam perspektif hukum pidana Islam dan hukum positif Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif melalui studi kepustakaan, dengan jenis penelitian yuridis normatif, yaitu penelitian hukum yang dilakukan dengan cara meneliti bahan pustaka atau bahan sekunder belaka melalui berbagai referensi baik dari buku, jurnal, artikel dan peraturan perundang-undangan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, pelaku tindak pidana rasisme dipidana dengan pidana penjara paling lama 5 (lima) tahun dan/atau denda paling banyak Rp500.000.000,00 (lima ratus juta rupiah) dan dalam hukum pidana Islam karena tindakan rasisme tidak tercantum dalam nash Al-Qur’an dan tidak dalam kategori jarimah hudud maupun qishash/diyat sehingga termasuk dalam kategori jarimah ta’zir. Abstract

Determination of cropping patterns in rainfed paddy fields is very necessary so that crop failure can be avoided and to maximize profits for farmers. The study aimed to obtain cropping patterns in rainfed lowland areas that can produce high yields and increase farmer incomes. The research was carried out in Tonusu Village, Pamona Puselemba District, Poso Regency, Central Sulawesi Province. The research was conducted from January 2018 to December 2018, the research consisted of cropping patterns and variety rotation during two growing seasons, namely the rainy season (MH) and the dry season (MK). Planting pattern of paddy farmers - bero (IP.100) and rice cropping pattern - paddy (IP.200. Introduction pattern). The results showed that: Farming analysis of IP 100 and IP 200 Tonusu Village, Pamona Puselemba District, Poso Regency scale per hectare At MT. I and MT. II can provide a profit of Rp. 15,130,000, - with an R/C: Ratio of 3.01 to farmers (IP 200) per MT. The value of farming on the farmer's pattern (IP 100) provides a profit of IDR 10,170,000 with an R/C: Ratio of 1.77.

Abstract

This study explores the Qur’anic perspective on human trafficking through a thematic analysis of QS An-Nur 33 and QS Yusuf 19–20. The objective is to interpret the linguistic meanings of al-bighāʾ, syarā, and milk al-yamīn, and to map their alignment with the tripartite definition of the Palermo Protocol in order to formulate an Islamic ethical framework for combating trafficking. The research employs a qualitative library research method, integrating classical and contemporary tafsir (Ibn Kathir, al-Maraghi, Quraish Shihab) with human rights literature. Linguistic analysis reveals that the three Qur’anic terms represent the act, means, and purpose of modern exploitation. The interpretation of QS An-Nur 33 emphasizes the prohibition of forced prostitution and the protection of women's dignity, while the interpretation of QS Yusuf 19–20 critiques child commodification and highlights the trauma experienced by victims. Mapping these interpretations onto the Palermo Protocol uncovers a complete correspondence with the elements of act, means, and purpose, thereby reinforcing the legitimacy of Sharia in criminalizing trafficking. The synthesis of the values of ʿadl (justice), raḥmah (compassion), and karāmat al-insān (human dignity) generates an ethical paradigm that underpins legislation, faith-based advocacy, and rehabilitation programs. The findings affirm that the Qur’an not only aligns with but also enriches the international legal framework with spiritual motivation. Practical implications include issuing fatwas equivalent to ḥirābah, allocating zakat for victims, and developing anti-trafficking education curricula

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan model Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar fiqih pada siswa kelas VII MTs Muhammadiyah Tombo-Tombolo, Kabupaten Jeneponto. Metode yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK), yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus, masing-masing dengan tahapan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi aktivitas siswa dan tes hasil belajar fiqih. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan yang signifikan dalam hasil belajar siswa setelah penerapan model CTL. Pada siklus pertama, skor rata-rata siswa meningkat menjadi 67 dengan ketuntasan belajar mencapai 53%, sementara pada siklus kedua, skor rata-rata mencapai 83 dengan ketuntasan belajar 82%. Selain itu, keterlibatan dan aktivitas siswa juga meningkat, terlihat dari partisipasi aktif dalam diskusi dan kegiatan pembelajaran lainnya. Kendala yang dihadapi selama penelitian antara lain kurangnya kesiapan siswa dalam mengikuti pembelajaran interaktif dan terbatasnya media pembelajaran yang mendukung CTL. Solusi untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut adalah dengan memberikan dukungan lebih pada siswa dan memanfaatkan media pembelajaran yang lebih variatif. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa model CTL efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar fiqih dan keterlibatan siswa di MTs Muhammadiyah Tombo-Tombolo

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the construction of Washatiyyah (moderation) in a religious context based on the perspective of the Quran, with a focus on of the study of Tahlili interpretations of the Qur'an. The method of qualitative analysis is used with a descriptive approach, involving the search of the literature, the collection of data from the relevant Tahlili interpretations, as well as the analysis and interpretation from the verses of the Koran related to religious moderation. The study is aimed at providing a deeper understanding of the constructions of religious Washatiyya in a Koran perspective, with practical implications in guiding Muslims in practicing religious moderation and building inclusive, tolerant, and harmonious societies. The study also aims to reveal the understanding and interpretation of scholarship related to religious moderation, such as the principles, values, and examples of the verses of the Qur'an that describe moderate attitudes in religion. Using the Qur'anic interpretation as a primary source, the study seeks to provide practical guidance for Muslims in applying religious moderation in everyday life. The findings of this research are expected to make an important contribution to developing thought and understanding of religious moderation from the perspective of the Qur'an, as well as promoting social peace and interreligious congregation. In the context of building inclusive and harmonious societies, a deeper understanding of religious Washatiyyah construction will be a strong foundation for overcoming conflict and enhancing tolerance in religious life.AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis konstruksi Washatiyyah (moderasi) dalam konteks keagamaan berdasarkan perspektif Alquran, dengan fokus kajian pada tafsir-tafsir Tahlili Alquran. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode analisis kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, yang melibatkan penelusuran literatur, pengumpulan data dari tafsir-tafsir tahlili yang relevan, serta analisis dan interpretasi dari ayat-ayat al-Qur'an yang berkaitan dengan moderasi beragama. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman yang lebih mendalam tentang konstruksi keagamaan Washatiyyah dalam perspektif Alquran, yang berimplikasi praktis dalam memandu umat Islam dalam mempraktikkan moderasi beragama dan membangun masyarakat yang inklusif, toleran, dan harmonis. Penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk mengungkap pemahaman dan penafsiran para ulama terkait dengan moderasi beragama, seperti prinsip-prinsip, nilai-nilai, dan contoh-contoh ayat-ayat al-Qur'an yang menggambarkan sikap moderat dalam beragama. Dengan menggunakan tafsir Al-Qur'an sebagai sumber utama, penelitian ini berusaha memberikan panduan praktis bagi umat Islam dalam menerapkan moderasi beragama dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Temuan penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi penting dalam mengembangkan pemikiran dan pemahaman tentang moderasi beragama dalam perspektif Al-Qur'an, serta mempromosikan perdamaian sosial dan kerukunan antarumat beragama. Dalam konteks membangun masyarakat yang inklusif dan harmonis, pemahaman yang lebih mendalam tentang konstruksi keagamaan Washatiyyah akan menjadi fondasi yang kuat untuk mengatasi konflik dan meningkatkan toleransi dalam kehidupan beragama.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the moral education values embedded in Al-Qaul Al-Jaliy by Sheikh Muḥammad bin Ziyād ‘Ālam ad-Dīn dan Muḥammad bin ‘Alī al-Aṭrash and to analyze the methods of value transmission within the context of Islamic education. Employing a qualitative descriptive approach and content analysis, the research identified core values including sincerity (ikhlas), honesty (sidq), humility (tawadhu’), patience and gratitude, respect toward teachers and knowledge, as well as consistency (istiqamah) and responsibility. These values are conveyed through exemplary modeling, habituation, dialogue, and emotional bonding between teachers and students. The findings reveal that this classical Islamic text not only offers deep ethical insights but also provides a pedagogical framework that remains highly relevant in addressing the moral crisis in today’s educational landscape.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Kolb's learning style on the effectiveness of Customer Management training for employees of the Sales Division of PT. Revass Utama Medika, as measured through two levels of Kirkpatrick evaluation, namely Level 2 (learning) and Level 3 (behavior), and considering the role of learning preferences as a moderating variable. This study used a total population sampling method on 58 respondents, all of whom were training participants. Data collection was conducted one week after the online training, using a Likert-scale questionnaire instrument. Data analysis was carried out using the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method. The results showed that Kolb's learning style had a positive and significant effect on material understanding (Level 2) with a p value <0.05, but did not have a significant effect on changes in work behavior (Level 3). Conversely, learning preferences had a positive and significant effect on changes in work behavior (p <0.05). The moderating effect of learning preferences on the relationship between learning styles and work behavior was not significant (p > 0.05). These findings indicate that matching training methods to individual preferences contributes to the application of training outcomes in the workplace, while learning styles play a greater role in shaping understanding of the material. This study provides theoretical contributions by integrating Kolb's learning style model and Kirkpatrick's training evaluation into a single analytical framework, as well as practical contributions to human resource management in designing training that adapts to employee learning styles.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran komunikasi guru tahfidz dalam meningkatkan kemampuan baca dan hafal Al-Qur'an di Rumah Belajar Hafidzah. Latar belakang penelitian ini berangkat dari isu menurunnya minat masyarakat dalam membaca dan menghafal Al-Qur'an akibat pengaruh teknologi dan minimnya motivasi. Permasalahan pokoknya adalah perlunya pendekatan yang efektif dan komunikatif untuk membimbing santri dengan latar belakang kemampuan yang beragam. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Data penelitian diperoleh dari interaksi langsung dengan guru dan santri di Rumah Belajar Hafidzah, Kecamatan Makassar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi guru tahfidz memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam membantu santri, khususnya melalui metode Ummi. Komunikasi yang sabar, jelas, dan suportif berhasil menciptakan suasana belajar yang nyaman, sehingga santri merasa lebih percaya diri dan termotivasi. Keberhasilan proses ini didukung oleh kompetensi guru, lingkungan belajar yang kondusif, serta peran aktif orang tua. Meskipun demikian, terdapat hambatan seperti perbedaan kecepatan belajar, kurangnya fokus santri, dan minimnya pengulangan di rumah. Secara singkat, sinergi antara komunikasi guru yang efektif, metode pembelajaran yang sistematis, dan dukungan lingkungan menjadi kunci utama dalam mencapai keberhasilan pembelajaran Al-Qur'an yang berkelanjutan dan bermakna.

Abstract

The top layer of pavement that functions as a wear layer is called AC-WC/ Laston. Improving the quality of flexible pavement continues to be developed in order to create transportation support facilities that are safe, strong and durable, but still economical. The use of additives is one way out that can be done in order to get a high quality product. The purpose of this research is to identify the optimum asphalt content to be used in the manufacture of polystyrene asphalt mixtures and to determine the characteristics of asphalt mixtures using polystyrene additives. The method used was to add polystyrene in the form of styrofoam which had previously been dissolved using gasoline into hot asphalt with a percentage of polystyrene mixture of 3.0%, 3.5%, 4.0%, 4.5% and 5.0% of the optimum asphalt content used. Based on the results of testing specimens with additional polystyrene, VIM and VMA values increased at levels of 3.0% to levels of 4.5% exceeding the upper limit of VIM specifications, but still within specifications. The stability value increased along with the increase of polystyrene from 3.0% to 5.0%, where this value meets the specifications. The flow value increases from 3.0% to 3.45% levels exceeding the upper limit of the specification then decreases after 3.45% levels to 5.0% levels where the flow value meets specifications. The conclusion that can be drawn is that the addition of polystyrene mixture in AC-WC can increase the hardness level of the Laston mixture.

Abstract

Soil improvement is commonly carried out in construction work with the aim of increasing the bearing capacity / strength of the soil so that it can carry the construction load that will stand on it. The method that is often used is soil stabilization with the addition of stabilization materials. In this study, soil stabilization was carried out with the addition of Portland Cement. This research begins with soil sampling and laboratory testing to determine the physical and mechanical properties of the soil, followed by making soil samples for Unconfined compressive strength testing with 3 variations of cement, namely 5%, 10%, and 20%. From the results of this study, it is known that the soil sample has a moisture content of 97.13%, specific gravity of 2.51, liquid limit of 33.80% and plasticity limit of 22.52% with plastic index value = 11.28%. Based on the soil classification system with the USCS (Unified Soil Classification System) method, sedimentary soil types include CL (Clay-Low) soil types, clays with low plasticity values. Unconfined compressive strength testing on sedimentary soil samples without portland cement obtained a compressive strength value of 0.352 kg/cm2. And the soil stabilized with various variations of Portland Cement obtained the highest compressive strength value of 14.45 kg/cm2, namely in the soil sample + 20% cement with 28 days curing time. The results showed that the value of Unconfined compressive strength for sedimentary soil dredging dam bili-bili stabilized with Portland cement tends to increase its bearing capacity / strength with the addition of the percentage of Portland cement and curing time, with this value the category of hard soil consistency obtained can be used for building structures and road base soils.
