Abstract

This paper presents a comprehensive analysis of the jurisprudential dialectic surrounding the application of the Musyarakah Mutanaqisah (MMQ) contract in Islamic housing finance in Indonesia. MMQ, as a sophisticated Islamic jurisprudential (fiqh) innovation, is designed to offer an equitable alternative to debt-based financing models. However, this study identifies a fundamental tension between the ideals of fiqh and the realities of its implementation in the Indonesian financial market. The main findings indicate that although MMQ is theoretically a genuine partnership product that accommodates scholarly differences of opinion (ikhtilaf), its practical application often faces significant challenges. These challenges include a substantial gap in risk-sharing mechanisms, where risks tend to be disproportionately transferred to the customer; a fundamental conflict with the national legal framework concerning collateral (the Mortgage Law or Undang-Undang Hak Tanggungan), which is based on a debtor-creditor relationship; and a critical evaluation of its fulfillment of the higher objectives of Islamic law (Maqasid al-Shariah). This paper concludes that despite MMQ's strong jurisprudential and regulatory legitimacy from the National Sharia Council of the Indonesian Ulema Council (DSN-MUI) and the Financial Services Authority (OJK), there is a "substantive gap" that needs to be addressed for this product to realize the essence of justice and partnership that forms its philosophical foundation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran komunikasi guru tahfidz dalam meningkatkan kemampuan baca dan hafal Al-Qur'an di Rumah Belajar Hafidzah. Latar belakang penelitian ini berangkat dari isu menurunnya minat masyarakat dalam membaca dan menghafal Al-Qur'an akibat pengaruh teknologi dan minimnya motivasi. Permasalahan pokoknya adalah perlunya pendekatan yang efektif dan komunikatif untuk membimbing santri dengan latar belakang kemampuan yang beragam. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Data penelitian diperoleh dari interaksi langsung dengan guru dan santri di Rumah Belajar Hafidzah, Kecamatan Makassar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi guru tahfidz memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam membantu santri, khususnya melalui metode Ummi. Komunikasi yang sabar, jelas, dan suportif berhasil menciptakan suasana belajar yang nyaman, sehingga santri merasa lebih percaya diri dan termotivasi. Keberhasilan proses ini didukung oleh kompetensi guru, lingkungan belajar yang kondusif, serta peran aktif orang tua. Meskipun demikian, terdapat hambatan seperti perbedaan kecepatan belajar, kurangnya fokus santri, dan minimnya pengulangan di rumah. Secara singkat, sinergi antara komunikasi guru yang efektif, metode pembelajaran yang sistematis, dan dukungan lingkungan menjadi kunci utama dalam mencapai keberhasilan pembelajaran Al-Qur'an yang berkelanjutan dan bermakna.

Abstract

The top layer of pavement that functions as a wear layer is called AC-WC/ Laston. Improving the quality of flexible pavement continues to be developed in order to create transportation support facilities that are safe, strong and durable, but still economical. The use of additives is one way out that can be done in order to get a high quality product. The purpose of this research is to identify the optimum asphalt content to be used in the manufacture of polystyrene asphalt mixtures and to determine the characteristics of asphalt mixtures using polystyrene additives. The method used was to add polystyrene in the form of styrofoam which had previously been dissolved using gasoline into hot asphalt with a percentage of polystyrene mixture of 3.0%, 3.5%, 4.0%, 4.5% and 5.0% of the optimum asphalt content used. Based on the results of testing specimens with additional polystyrene, VIM and VMA values increased at levels of 3.0% to levels of 4.5% exceeding the upper limit of VIM specifications, but still within specifications. The stability value increased along with the increase of polystyrene from 3.0% to 5.0%, where this value meets the specifications. The flow value increases from 3.0% to 3.45% levels exceeding the upper limit of the specification then decreases after 3.45% levels to 5.0% levels where the flow value meets specifications. The conclusion that can be drawn is that the addition of polystyrene mixture in AC-WC can increase the hardness level of the Laston mixture.

Abstract

Soil improvement is commonly carried out in construction work with the aim of increasing the bearing capacity / strength of the soil so that it can carry the construction load that will stand on it. The method that is often used is soil stabilization with the addition of stabilization materials. In this study, soil stabilization was carried out with the addition of Portland Cement. This research begins with soil sampling and laboratory testing to determine the physical and mechanical properties of the soil, followed by making soil samples for Unconfined compressive strength testing with 3 variations of cement, namely 5%, 10%, and 20%. From the results of this study, it is known that the soil sample has a moisture content of 97.13%, specific gravity of 2.51, liquid limit of 33.80% and plasticity limit of 22.52% with plastic index value = 11.28%. Based on the soil classification system with the USCS (Unified Soil Classification System) method, sedimentary soil types include CL (Clay-Low) soil types, clays with low plasticity values. Unconfined compressive strength testing on sedimentary soil samples without portland cement obtained a compressive strength value of 0.352 kg/cm2. And the soil stabilized with various variations of Portland Cement obtained the highest compressive strength value of 14.45 kg/cm2, namely in the soil sample + 20% cement with 28 days curing time. The results showed that the value of Unconfined compressive strength for sedimentary soil dredging dam bili-bili stabilized with Portland cement tends to increase its bearing capacity / strength with the addition of the percentage of Portland cement and curing time, with this value the category of hard soil consistency obtained can be used for building structures and road base soils.

Abstract

Pendidikan harus mampu membentuk peserta didik yang dapat membangun dirinya sendiri, dan mampu menciptakan generasi-generasi yang berkarakter. Pesantren menurut banyak kalangan memiliki kontribusi dalam pengembangan masyarakat. Hal ini mengingat bahwa yang dikembangkan di lembaga pendidikan Islam tersebut sarat dengan nilai persaudaraan dan prinsip-prinsip lain untuk penataan kehidupan masyarakat bukan hanya itu di lingkungan pesantren juga sangat menekankan pembinaan kemandirian kepada santri hal ini juga mendasari peneliti untuk mengkaji terkait Pembinaan Karakter Dalam Membina Kemandirian Santri di MA DDI Pattojo di Kabupaten. Soppeng Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sistem pembinaan karakter tentunya menghasilkan output kemandirian pada santri sehingga dalam kesehariaanya santri dapat melaksanakan kegiatan-kegiatan yang produktif dan mampu melaksanakan aktivitas pribadi secara mandiri selain itu dari segi waktu dapat mengatur waktu dengan baik.Kata Kunci: Pembinaan Karakter; Kemandirian; Santri Pondok Pesantren.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu mengetahui pelaksanaan metode muroja’ah dalam menghafal Al-Qur’an santri di Pondok Pesantren Khadimul Ummah Kecamatan Kajang Kabupaten Bulukumba, efektivitas metode muroja’ah dalam menghafal Al-Qur’an santri di Pondok Pesantren Khadimul Ummah Kecamatan Kajang Kabupaten Bulukumba, faktor pendukung dan penghambat pelaksanaan metode muroja’ah dalam menghafal Al-Qur’an santri di Pondok Pesantren Khadimul Ummah Kecamatan Kajang Kabupaten Bulukumba. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian kualitatif. Hasil penelitian dapat di rangkum sebagai berikut: 1) Pelaksanaaan proses menghafal Al-Qur’an dengan metode muroja’ah di Pondok Pesantren Khadimul Ummah Kecamatan Kajang Kabupaten Bulukmba yaitu menggunakan sistem One Day One Sheet (Satu hari satu halaman).Wujud dari kegiatan menghafal Al- Qur’an dengan metode muroja’ah di Pondok Pesantren Khadimul Ummah, antara lain: a. Muroja’ah hafalan baru kepada pembimbing Tahfiz (Ustadzah); b. Muroja’ah hafalan lama kepada teman dengan berhadapan dua orang dua oarang atau berpasang-pasangan; c. Muroja’ah hafalan lama kepada ustadzah; d. Muroja’ah hafalan dalam waktu Sholat; e. Mengulang hafalan dengan alat bantu (Speaker Murottal); g. Ujian akhir mengulang hafalan (khatam sugro dan khatam kubro). 2) Metode muroja’ah di Pondok Pesantren Khadimul Ummah dinilai efektif karena dilihat dari hasil hafalan para santri bagus. Hal tersebut dilihat dari hasil tes sima’an dan hasil tes hafalan terbimbing dari ustadzah. 3) Faktor pendukung metode muroja’ah dalam menghafal Al-Qur’an di Pondok Pesantren Khadimul Ummah yaitu: adanya motivasi dari orang tua, kegiatan muroja’ah secara terbimbing, apresiaisi yang diberikan kepada santri yang berprestasi.Kata Kunci: Metode Muroja’ah; Menghafal Al-Qur’an

Abstract

Studi ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tentang kontribusi persyarikatan Muhammadiyah terhadap perkembangan pendidikan Islam di indnesia. Sejarah pendidikan Islam di Indonesia sangatlah erat hubungannya  dengan kedatangan Islam itu sendiri ke Indonesia. Perkembangan pendidikan Islam di Indonesia ditanddai dengan kemunculan modernisasi pendidikan sejak awal abad ke 20. Pada lapangan pendidikan direalisasikan dengan pembentukan lembaga pendidikan  modern yang diadopsi dari sistem pendidikan kolonial Belanda. Pemrakarsa pertama dalam hal ini adalah organisasi modernis Islam, seperti Jami’at Khair, al Irsyad, dan Muhammadiyah. Relevansinya dengan organisasi Muhammadiyah sebagai gerakan pembaharu Islam di Indonesia, salah satu yang melatar belakangi adanya spirit modernisasi pemikiran Islam dalam bentuk organisasi itu. yaitu keterbelakangan dan rendahnya pendidikan umat Islam Indonesia pada seluruh aspek kehidupan. Dengan adanya semangat untuk memberikan kontribusi dalam upaya mencerdaskan kehidupan bangsa, tokoh Muhammadiyah K.H. Ahmad Dahlan mendirikan sebuah sekolah bernama Madrasah Ibtidayyah Diniyyah Islamiyyah pada tahun 1911, sebelum mendirikan organisasi Muhammadiyah. Adapun fokus kajian dalam tulisan ini adalah Bagaimana sejarah perkembangan pendidikan Islam di Indonesia, bagaimana sistem pendidikan Islam di Indonesia, bagaimana kontribusi Persyarikatan Muhammadiyah terhadap perkembangan pendidikan Islam di Indonesia. Kata Kunci : Kontribusi Persyarikatan Muhamadiyah, Pendidikan Islam

Abstract

This study aims to determine the affective abilities of students before and after digital -based learning and to find out whether there is an influence of digital -based learning on students' affective abilities on the subject of Class VIII Morals in MTs Muhammadiyah Tongko, Enrekang Regency. The purpose of this study is to improve students' affective abilities with digital -based learning. The type of research used is quantitative experimental research. The subjects of the study were the principal, the teacher of morals, and students. The research instruments used are pretest-posttest questionnaires, observation, and documentation records. The data analysis technique in the study is the normality test, heteroscedasticity test, and hypothesis test with the help of the SPSS program version 22. The results of the research obtained are the affective ability of students before digital-based learning has an average value of 117.59, and affective Ability Students after digital-based learning have an average of 124.57, and there is a significant influence between digital-based learning on student affective capabilities in the subject of morality in MTs Muhammadiyah Tongko.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the learning of the Qur'an in students, the factors of students' difficulties in reading the Qur'an and the PAI teacher's strategy in overcoming difficulties in reading the Qur'an at MTs Arifah Gowa. This research method uses field research with a qualitative approach. The data needed in this study used the main instrument in the form of interviews, while observation and documentation were used to complement the data needed. All data collected were analysed in the form of data reduction, data presentation, and verification or conclusion drawing in a qualitative descriptive manner. The results showed that PAI teachers at MTs Arifah Gowa used the lecture method, assignment method, iqro method, practice method of reading al-qur'an habituation. The method of learning Islamic religious education, especially in the subject of al-qur'an which is often used by teachers is the method of demonstration and lecture. The factors that influence the difficulty of reading the Qur'an are students' self-awareness and motivation, lack of attention and education from parents, the negative influence of high technology so that students are carried away with things that are not useful compared to learning to read the Qur'an. Students' difficulties in reading the Qur'an are not recognising the hijaiyah letters, it is difficult to distinguish the short length of the Qur'anic recitation. The strategy is carried out to foster students, namely at the beginning of each lesson the teacher does tahsin qiraah or corrects the reading of the Qur'an.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pendampingan kepada nasabah KCP BNI Paiton dalam memahami dan memanfaatkan aplikasi perbankan digital WONDR by BNI secara aman dan mudah. Metode yang digunakan meliputi pendampingan langsung, diskusi, dan tanya jawab, yang dilaksanakan dalam tiga tahap: persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa sebagian nasabah belum sepenuhnya memanfaatkan layanan perbankan digital karena kurangnya pemahaman dan kekhawatiran terhadap keamanan data. WONDR by BNI menawarkan solusi transaksi digital yang aman dan mudah, didukung oleh fitur keamanan berlapis dan kemudahan dalam transfer, pembayaran, serta perencanaan keuangan. Pendampingan intensif diharapkan dapat menjembatani kesenjangan digital, meningkatkan kepercayaan nasabah, serta memperkuat hubungan antara nasabah dan bank. Pengabdian ini memberikan kontribusi empiris terhadap pentingnya pendekatan personal dalam edukasi perbankan digital, khususnya dalam meningkatkan loyalitas dan adopsi teknologi di tingkat cabang.
