Abstract

Program pendidikan yang ditawarkan UT harus dapat mengakomodasi tuntutan peserta didik akan kompetensi dan keterampilan yang mereka harapkan akan mereka peroleh dari proses studi mereka sesuai dengan tujuan yang telah ditetapkan program studi, serta dapat memenuhi kebutuhan pasar. Pengukuran terhadap kinerja lulusan suatu program studi dapat dilakukan melalui tracer study (penelusuran lulusan). Umpan balik yang diperoleh dari lulusan suatu program studi sangat dibutuhkan oleh perguruan tinggi untuk memperbaiki kualitas layanan dan pelaksanaan program yang diselenggarakan. Umpan balik ini juga bermanfaat pula bagi perguruan tinggi untuk memetakan dunia usaha dan industri agar jeda diantara kompetensi yang diperoleh alumni saat kuliah dengan tuntutan dunia kerja dapat diperkecil. Lokasi UPBJJ yang dijadikan sebagai lokasi penelitian terdiri atas Surakarta, Jakarta, Mataram, Banda Aceh, Malang, Yogyakarta, Bandung, Purwokerto, dan Bogor. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan informasi tentang profil kompetensi lulusan dan pengguna lulusan dari instansi-instansi. Selain itu, penelitian penelusuran lulusan dijadikan dasar untuk mengevaluasi kurikulum suatu program pendidikan untuk menunjukkan kelebihan dan kelemahan kurikulum sehingga menghasilkan saran perbaikan yang mendasar dan dikaitkan dengan kebijakan “kampus merdeka”.

Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 telah berdampak ke semua aspek kehidupan, seperti bidang pendidikan. Penyelenggaraan perkuliahan pada tahun 2020 dilakukan secara daring sehingga memerlukan media pembelajaran daring, baik bersifat sinkronus maupun asinkronus sesuai kebijakan Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaaan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis persepsi pemanfaatan media pembelajaran daring yang digunakan dalam proses belajar mengajar selama pandemi. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Technology Acceptance Model dari Davis. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan survei kepada 225 mahasiswa semester 3 tahun ajaran 2020/2021. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan melakukan survei online dengan menggunakan pengisian kuesioner melalui google form terhadap responden yang merupakan mahasiswa program studi ilmu komunikasi Universitas Pakuan, Bogor. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan structural equation model (SEM) partial least square (PLS). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh nyata variabel persepsi kegunaan menggunakan teknologi (perceived usefulness) terhadap variabel persepsi kemudahan dalam menggunakan teknologi (perceived ease of use); terdapat pengaruh nyata persepsi kemudahan dalam menggunakan teknologi (perceived ease of use) terhadap variabel sikap (attitude); dan terdapat pengaruh nyata variabel sikap (attitude) terhadap penerimaan media (intention to use).

Abstract

Social media is a very vulnerable medium for the spread of hoax information. Based on various research survey references, social media currently remains the main source of circulating hoaxes. Ironically, many hoax information that is spread can cause unrest, conflict, slander, overthrow each other, and excessive fear. On the other hand, the characteristics of social media make it easier for users to share information on their social networks. With a description of the problem conditions regarding the spread of hoax information that is very complex, it is necessary to increase social media users' awareness and information literacy. However, the strategy to increase the awareness of social media users is not easy to formulate. In advance, it is necessary to know the biggest motives of social media users in receiving and redistributing hoax information. Based on research using a quantitative approach through a cross-sectional survey strategy, it has been found that the motives that most often underlie social media users in receiving hoax information are dominated by the information exposure process motive and the viral information motive. In addition, someone's motive for sharing hoax information is the motive for low information literacy and cultural motives for sharing information.

Abstract

This research aims to provide a comprehensive overview of how Tumbler Starbucks City Series Indonesia builds city branding on displayed cities. The method used in this study is qualitative with several supporting techniques such as library study techniques, listen, and record. The results of this study showed that the Tumbler Starbucks City Series can be said to "successfully" display a form of local wisdom such as highlighted elements of dance culture, traditions, and landmarks. Nonetheless, the process in building city branding has not been able to be a strong parameter in an effort to increase tourists. There are several problems that can be felt in the application of city branding in the cover tumbler Starbucks City Series. First, the branding implications contained on this tumbler cover have some contradictions between marketing goals and communication goals. Second, the city image built on a Starbucks City Series tumbler is limited to traditional landmarks and dance. Third, the relatively expensive price of tumblers is also a major drawback to the city branding process in Starbucks tumblers.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to describe teacher competencies, namely pedagogic competence, personality competence, social competence, and professional competence in elementary school teachers in West Nusa Tenggara Province. The research method used in this research is qualitative with a descriptive approach. The number of informants used in this study were 5 elementary school teachers in Central Lombok district. The data were collected in this study by structured interviews with informants. The results of this study indicate that teachers have 4 competencies, namely pedagogic competence, personality competence, social competence, and professional competence. The four teacher competencies support each other in helping students to obtain effective learning and as an effort to manage the abilities of students in schools, so that national education goals are achieved. Keywords: Kompetensi Pedagogik, Kompetensi Kepribadian, Kompetensi Sosial, dan Kompetensi Profesionalisme Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kompetensi guru yaitu kompetensi pedagogik, kompetensi kepribadian, kompetensi sosial, dan kompetensi professional pada guru sekolah dasar di Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Jumlah informan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu 5 oarang guru sekolah dasar di kabupaten Lombok Tengah, pengambilan data penelitian ini dengan wawancara terstruktur kepada informan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjjukkan bahwa guru memiliki 4 kompetensi yaitu kompetensi paedagogik, kompetensi kepribadian, kompetensi sosial, dan kompetensi professional. Adapun keempat kompetensi guru tersebut saling menunjang dalam membantu peserta didik untuk memperoleh pembelajaran yang efektif dan sebagai upaya mengelola kemampuan peserta didik di sekolah, sehingga tercapainya tujuan pendidikan nasional. Kata kunci: Kompetensi Pedagogik; Kompetensi Kepribadian; Kompetensi Sosial; dan Kompetensi Profesionalisme

Abstract

The most troubling behavior of cyberbullying is flaming on social media. Technological sophistication makes it easy for everyone to create fake accounts for negative comments to bullying activities on social media. The impact is very detrimental, especially for victims or targets. The most frequent consequences are deep trauma, fear, anxiety, lack of confidence, mental illness, and depression, and they can even motivate the victim to commit suicide. This impact is considered quite dangerous for the victim. Therefore, concrete handling and solutions are needed that can be implemented according to the motivation of the perpetrators to do hate speech and cyberbullying. This study aimed to identify the motives of flaming perpetrators through social media and formulate strategic and practical recommendations for preventing flaming behavior. By identifying through a qualitative approach, phenomenological research strategies, and in-depth interviews with 10 (ten) research informants, the research aims to obtain a comprehensive picture of the motivations of flaming actors in social media. The results of this study indicate some of the motivations of flaming actors in social media, namely excessive fanaticism, personal interests, spontaneous emotions and anxiety, low digital literacy, the anonymity of netizens on social media through second accounts, and lack of empathy. The motivations found in this study are the basis for formulating strategic and practical recommendations in preventing flaming behavior in social media through the KIFE Model (Collaboration, Innovation, News Framing, and Peer group Education). It is practical and effective for Media Literacy and Healthy Digital.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to develop and conduct a feasibility test of mobile learning applications based on augmented reality materials. The benefit of this research is knowing the steps taken in developing the application. The research method used is research and development (R&D) with a quantitative descriptive research approach with a questionnaire as a data collection technique. The stages of research and development are in accordance with the theory put forward by Borg & Gall. This study focuses on the application development section which consists of two stages. The first stage is the initial trial to create content and application views. The second stage is the feasibility of the application according to linguists, materials and media experts. The results of the study show that the overall average feasibility of this mobile learning media is 85.4% with the interpretation of "Very Good". The results of the overall assessment of the feasibility of this mobile learning language are 78.8% with the interpretation of "Good". The results of the overall average assessment of this mobile learning media material are 79.7% with the interpretation of "Good". Based on the results of the media feasibility test, it can be concluded that the resulting ABRAR mobile learning, Spatial Animation with Augmented Reality fulfills the good criteria and is suitable for use as a learning medium for geometric material. Abstract

Mobile learning as an alternative to today's adaptive learning services by the development of science and technology offers convenience, speed, flexibility, and attractiveness. In addition, the use of learning media is increasingly diverse and interactive, one of which is currently emerging is the use of augmented reality (AR) technology. It is necessary to develop a mobile learning application based on augmented reality for the material contained in the Mathematics Education II course at the PGSD FKIP Study Program at the Open University so that the material is easy to understand. The formulation of the research problem is how to develop the application. The purpose of this research is to develop to conduct a feasibility test of the application. The benefit of this research is knowing the steps taken in developing the application. The research method used is research and development (R&D) with a quantitative descriptive research approach with a questionnaire as a data collection technique. Abstract

Perkembangan pariwisata di Indonesia berkembang seiring kemajuan wilayah. Perkembangan setiap wilayah menghasilkan tempat pariwisata yang menarik dikunjungi. Indonesia dengan penduduk muslim terbesar di dunia dan memiliki daerah wisata yang beraneka ragam diharapkan menjadi tempat pariwisata halal. Sulawesi selatan sebagai salah satu potensial untuk dilakukan penerapan pariwisata hala diharapkan memiliki kelengkapan untuk mendukungnya, dimana penelitian ini akan meneliti dengan melakukan identifikasi faktor pendukung pariwisata halal. Adapun metode yang digunakan adalah wawacara dan melakukan penyebaran kuesioner kepada Stakeholders di Kota Makassar selanjutnya akan di analisis dengan SWOT. SWOT adalah singkatan dari Strengths (kekuatan), Weaknesses (kelemahan), Opportunities (peluang), dan Threats (ancaman). Hasil didapat dari identifikasi faktor ini adalah Peningkatan layanan dan pengelolaan wisata halal secara baik, Mengoptimalkan promosi dan citra sebagai penggerak pariwisata halal serta Pengembangan yang infrastruktur pendukung pariwisata halal, Membuat paket wisata halal yang lebih menarik dan Melakukan promosi ke setiap daerah dengan penduduk muslim dominan di Indonesia, Pelatihan dan peningkatan pengetahuan kepada masyarakat daerah berpotensi pariwisata halal. Faktor diatas diharapkan dapat dikembangkan untuk mempersiapkan pariwisata Halal agar dapat berkembang dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

The state must maintain the security of its territory. Regional conduciveness has a significant influence on improving the welfare of its people. A region, both central and regional, cannot be separated from conflict and social security. Kesbangpol is an institution tasked with maintaining conduciveness and early awareness of vulnerabilities in national unity, politics, community, social and cultural protection. In carrying out this task, Kesbangpol collects data from the field and then processes it and reports it to the government for review in maintaining regional conduciveness. The data collection process to the reporting process is still inefficient. Therefore, an information system is needed to collect, process data, and report information. An important function in the use of this information system is also expected to be able to map the current conflict so that the system can provide alternative solutions in handling these conflicts quickly and efficiently. Conflict maps are expected to visually describe conflict patterns from the data that has been obtained to facilitate and speed up the implementation of follow-up to the problems that are happening. In addition, with the application of artificial intelligence or a decision support system to the system, it is expected to be able to analyze the data so that it can take into account the warranties that will occur in the area and preventive measures can be taken so that conflicts do not happen.
