Abstract

The role of local youth is very important and even has a main role, some activities certainly require strong energy and stamina which sometimes have to think and workday and night, maybe because of this, youth are at the forefront of implementing activities. The purpose of this study is to reveal the role of young people in the goba-goba culture in Nagari Bidar Alam, South Solok. The method used is a qualitative research method with observation and interview data collection techniques. Data analysis activities. Data reduction is an attempt to conclude the data, then sort it into certain concept units, categories, and themes. The results of data reduction are processed in such a way that the image is more complete. It can be in the form of sketches, synopsis, matrices, and others. This is very necessary for the presentation and confirmation of conclusions. The results of the research on the role of youth in this goba-goba tradition are; holding youth meetings, forming committees, raising funds, cleaning locations, finding and buying materials, making goba-goba instruments, establishing goba-goba, socializing to the community, and reviving or holding goba-goba traditions. Peran pemuda setempat dalam pelaksanaan budaya Goba-Goba sangatlah penting bahkan memiliki peran utama. Beberapa kegiatan yang membutuhkan tenaga yang kuat serta stamina yang terkadang harus berpikir dan bekerja siang dan malam, kemungkinan besar membuat para pemuda berada di garis depan dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengungkap peran anak muda setempat dalam budaya Goba-Goba di Nagari Bidar Alam, Solok Selatan. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data observasi dan wawancara. Kegiatan analisis data yang dilakukan berupa reduksi data yaitu upaya untuk menyimpulkan data, kemudian mengurutkan ke dalam unit konsep tertentu, kategori, dan tema. Hasil reduksi data diolah sedemikian rupa sehingga gambar lebih utuh. Bisa dalam bentuk sketsa, sinopsis, matriks, dan lainnya. Hal ini sangat diperlukan untuk penyajian dan penegasan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian peran pemuda dalam tradisi goba-goba ini yaitu mengadakan pertemuan pemuda, pembentukan panitia, mengumpulkan dana, membersihkan lokasi, mencari dan membeli bahan, membuat instrumen goba-goba, mendirikan goba-goba, mengsosialisasikan kepada masyarakat, dan menghidupkan atau menyelenggarakan tradisi goba-goba.

Abstract

In general, problems that occur because the communitys livestock enter and eat other peoples plants, of course, raise anger from the owners of agricultural land or plantations because some of their crops are damaged and some even fail to harvest due to being eaten, trampled and damaged by livestock. that society. The purpose of this study was to uncover potential conflicts between land owners and livestock owners in Nagari Bidar Alam. The method used is a qualitative research method. Researchers found potential conflicts as follows: (1) Low awareness and knowledge of the community who own livestock, (2) Farm animal owners do not graze their livestock properly, (3) Livestock are released or not put into cages at night, (4) Weak rules or the application of rules related to the maintenance of livestock, (5) Mutual blaming between livestock owners and land owners, (6) Application of the law of the jungle in conflict resolution, (7) The low role of the government in conflict resolution, (8) The condition of the conflict has been going on for a long time and seems considered normal in society. This research is expected to become knowledge for the community, especially the related government, so that they are more motivated to try to provide solutions to overcome the problems of livestock in Bidar Alam Village. Pada umumnya masalah yang terjadi karena hewan ternak masyarakat masuk dan memakan tanaman masyarakat lainnya sehingga memunculkan kemarahan dari pemilik lahan pertanian atau perkebunan. Tidak lain karena tanaman mereka ada yang rusak bahkan ada juga yang sampai gagal panen akibat dimakan, diinjak-injak dan dirusak oleh hewan ternak masyarakat tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengungkap potensi konflik antara pemilik lahan dengan pemilik hewan ternak di Nagari Bidar Alam. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif. Metode ini temuannya tidak diperoleh melalui bentuk hitungan melainkan memahami dan menafsirkan makna interaksi sosial dalam situasi tertentu menurut perspektif peneliti sendiri. Hasil penelitian ditemukan potensi-potensi konflik sebagai berikut: (1) rendahnya kesadaran dan pengetahuan masyarakat pemilik hewan ternak, (2) pemilik hewan ternak tidak mengembalai hewan ternaknya dengan baik, (3) hewan ternak dilepas atau tidak dimasukkan ke kandang di malam hari, (4) lemahnya aturan atau penerapan aturan terkait pemeliharaan hewan ternak, (5) saling menyalahkan antara pemilik hewan ternak dengan pemilik lahan, (6) penerapan hukum rimba dalam penyelesaian konflik, (7) rendahnya peran pemerintah terkait dalam penyelesaian konflik, (8) kondisi konflik sudah berlangsung lama dan terkesan dianggap biasa terjadi di tengah masyarakat. Penelitian ini diharapkan bisa menjadi pengetahuan bagi masyarat terutama pemerintah terkait agar lebih terdorong berupaya memberikan solusi mengatasi permasalahan hewan ternak di Nagari Bidar Alam.

Abstract

Lecturers and students conduct lectures online through online applications such as google meet, zoom meeting, google classroom, and other online learning applications. In addition to using online applications, a lecturer of course also needs to develop his creativity by using these online learning applications coupled with creativity in combining them with other online means such as social media. This research is different from previous research where this research specifically wants to see and describe how the creativity of lecturers in using online learning media will determine the process and results of achieving certain subjects. The method used in this study is a qualitative research method where the researcher does not use data in the form of numbers but rather data in the form of stories. Methods of data collection using observation and interviews to lecturers at Manado State University. Data analysis uses data analysis from Miles and Huberman, interactive nature of data collection with data analysis, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research are as follows: (1) combining the unima learning management system with the zoom meeting application; (2) using youtube media and zoom meetings; (3) combining google class rooms with the google meet application; (4) the main media for the zoom meeting application being used with instagram and WhatsApp groups; and (5) using the zoom meeting application with the tiktok application. The conclusion means that basically the lecturers at Manado State University have been able to use online learning media creatively and apply them in the learning process.

Abstract

This research is different from previous research where this research specifically wants to describe and reveal what the existence of the ceramic craftsman community is like, which incidentally is still a lot of people who use traditional methods in a modern era and its relationship with the level of education of the community where the people can get jobs from all age. The research method used in this study is a qualitative research method in which researchers seek data in the form of explanations from informants and other relevant data sources. The data collection method in this study used unstructured interview techniques and half-involved observation in order to obtain valid data and in accordance with the research objectives. Teknik penentuan sampel pada penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan snowball sampling. Researchers use data analysis with data reduction, data presentation, and finally drawing conclusions or verification. The results of the research are as follows: (1) There are no “unemployed” people of all age levels; (2) People Prefer to Work as Ceramic Craftsmen so that few continue their undergraduate education; (3) Pulutan Village is Known as a Tourism Village for Ceramic Craftsmen in Minahasa; (4) Pulutan Village Ceramic Industry Needs Government Support To Further Develop; and (5) Pulutan Village Is Often Used As A Place To Develop Knowledge And Skills. The implication of this research is for the development of science, especially the discipline of sociology related to rural sociology, sociology of tourism, and so on as well as social science in general. Conclusion of this research are we can see that Pulutan Village as one of the tourist villages due to their tradition as ceramics and grain craftsmen is a village. very independent even the unemployment rate is very low.

Abstract

There are symptoms of student negligence where they do not pay attention or are negligent in carrying out the directions that have been explained by the lecturer at the beginning so that when the scores that come out are not in line with the student's expectations, they try to ask the lecturers why their scores are like that or how to get better grades. In this study, the researcher will use a qualitative research approach. Based on the results of observations and interviews that have been carried out by researchers, the results of this study were found as follows; Student behavior when learning online: students who actively follow the direction of the lecturer, students who are indifferent to the direction of the lecturer, students who always turn off the video during lectures via the zoom application, students who always turn on the video when lectures through the zoom application, students who carry out other activities when lectures pass zoom application, students who always have many excuses when they are late or do not attend lecture meetings. Student behavior after inputting grades: thanking the lecturer for good grades, questioning the grades given by the lecturer, asking for time to improve grades, asking the lecturer to change the grades, giving reasons for the lack of grades.

Abstract

One of the most famous markets in the Minahasa-North Sulawesi area nationally and internationally is also known as local wisdom known as the "extreme" Tomohon Market. The most famous of this market is usually because the traders sell unusual animals which are generally wild animals and even animals that are protected in other areas such as snakes, monitor lizards, wild boars, bats, dogs, cats and many more animals " other extremes. In its development, if we ask what the opinion or perception of the Minahasa community is about the "extreme" Tomohon market, we will find various opinions, even many discussions about this difference of opinion have appeared on social media. The purpose of this study is to reveal the Minahasa community's perception of the "extreme" Tomohon market. The method used is a qualitative research method. The results of this study are; naming the market "extreme" is a tourism gimmick, it is called "extreme" pet food only for outsiders of Minahasa, some Minahasa people consider "extreme" food a primitive habit, eating animals is "extreme" a hereditary tradition of the Minahasa community, the Minahasa religion allows eating food "extreme", eating "extreme" animals as a symbol of strengthening kinship, demand and supply of "extreme" animals are balanced

Abstract

Before proceeding to the process of overcoming conflict, basically a conflict can be prevented, it can be detected by the community and the local government, which are called symptoms of conflict. In general, this conflict occurs because of livestock entering the community's productive lands, such as rice fields planted with rice, gardens planted with rubber seeds, gardens planted with oil palm, and community productive lands planted with various other crops. People certainly don't want their crops to be damaged and even potentially crop failure, while those who own livestock are usually difficult to compromise. The research approach used in this study is a qualitative research approach. Data collection techniques in this study were conducted by interview and observation. Data analysis techniques in this study use data analysis techniques Miles and Hubermen, including data reduction (data reduction), data presentation (data display) and drawing conclusions and verification (conclusion drawing / verification). The results of this study are: not many people know about the regional regulation, the regional regulation has not been implemented in conflict resolution, and the community still applies the "law of the jungle".

Abstract

Character education is the main concern and benchmark for educational success. Until now the concept and results of the implementation of character education have not been fully successful. Therefore, one of the objectives of this research is to examine the strengthening of the values of the Bugis community regarding macca na lempu in a character education perspective. Through the literature study conducted, it was found that the values of macca and lempu are an inseparable unit. The strengthening strategy can be carried out through learning, exemplary, strengthening and habituation.

Abstract

Masalah mendasar terkait dengan kebutuhan dan ketersedian air bersih, yaitu masyarakat tidak mendapatkan sumber air bersih yang memadai, hal ini disebabkan karena masyarakat di Kelurahan Wewelen  mendapatkan sumber air bersih dari sumur bor namun hal ini dinilai kurang efektif  khususnya bagi masyarakat yang kurang mampu dikarenakan biaya pembuatannya yang cukup mahal. Metode penelitian adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data wawancara dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Peran mahasiswa KKN MBKM dalam mendukung pemerintah dalam pengadaan air bersih di Kelurahan Wewelen antara lain mahasiswa KKN MBKM bersama dengan pihak pemerintah mendiskusikan tentang pengadaan air bersih serta turut berpartisipasi dalam menyediakan dan memasang alat yang dibutuhkan dalam pengadaan air bersih

Abstract

The purpose of this social mapping study is to find and obtain comprehensive information and data regarding the condition of Community Development in the education sector in the villages surrounding the mine, Bolaang Mongondow Regency. The research method is descriptive quantitative by combining narrative and calculation. The results showed that for the community around the mine there were problems related to the availability of learning facilities and infrastructure. The average school in the study area of ​​social mapping still lacks teachers, so each school recruits honorary staff who are still educated at the same high school level and are continuing their undergraduate education at the Open University for the Primary School Teacher Education Study program. Also APK and APM in the villages around the mine there are still school-age children who are not in school. It is hoped that the research can be input for the government and the community as well as the mining industry in advancing the education sector in rural areas.
