Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the socioeconomic wireless fidelity (wi-fi) company as one of Perum Maesa Unima's SMEs. The qualitative research technique utilized in this study, also known as scientific research, is research that does not include computations and emphasizes the natural character of data sources. The most significant and fundamental analysis in employing qualitative data, according to Miles and Huberman, is data reduction, presentation, and conclusion. Data collecting methods such as observation, interviews, and documenting. The findings of this study show that students require the internet, that SMEs profit from students as Wi-Fi users, and that students must adapt to the internet as part of the learning process in higher institutions.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explain the small group and individual learning processes in the Indonesian language topic for grade 3 students at SD Inpres Roong. The descriptive qualitative approach was employed in this investigation. The topic of the study was a third-grade Indonesian language instructor at SD Inpres Roong. Data collecting methods included observation, interviews, and documentation. An observation sheet was employed as the study instrument. The study's findings revealed that teachers used small group and individual teaching approaches effectively. Teachers' use of small group and individual abilities should be more innovative in their teaching and learning implementation. Individuals and should be accustomed to using small group and individual skills with the procedures or steps contained in small group skills, and individuals are of course important in explaining material in class so that students can understand clearly and easily understand because being a student who will later become a teacher must have problems explaining tasks and responsibilities, namely teaching, and thus students must face challenges that will be faced with teaching.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to explain the dynamics of educational problems at SMA Negeri 1 Modoinding. The method used in this research is a qualitative research method. Data collection methods include observation, interviews, and documentation. The observation sheet was used as a research instrument. The research findings reveal that in conclusion, as we already know, there are still many students who experience difficulties such as student delinquency such as promiscuity, truancy during class hours, and Lack of Learning Facilities, one of which is at SMA Negeri 1 Modoinding. This can happen due to factors outside the school, such as incomplete families which have an impact on students' education, or because teachers do not educate children enough, making students feel free to do bad things at school. To overcome this problem, efforts need to be made to improve teacher quality, curriculum flexibility and the availability of educational facilities. Diverse teaching approaches, as well as a more holistic approach to student evaluation, must be addressed. Schools and the government must also focus more on career orientation and preparing students for the world of work or college

Abstract

The history of local interaction between the Minahasa people and the Javanese Tondano because of the many similarities between many aspects of the life of these people, especially peaceful family ties, it is predicted that there will be no ripples of conflict in the future in Kampung Jawa Tondano which is too significant. This research will describe how the Javanese Tondano people and the Minahasa people interact in the Jawa Tondano Village. This study uses a qualitative research approach. According to the findings of this study, the relationship between the Tondano Javanese Muslim community and the Minahsa Christian community has never experienced conflict since the first time the Javanese arrived in Minahasa, all communities are very harmonious and respect each other among religions and also through marriage, kinship, and also their currency. as a social forum to meet two different cultures. The findings of this research are expected to be of use to academics, particularly in the fields of sociology and culture, as well as the general public.

Abstract

Every year, the level of public consumption rises, affecting the frequency with which garbage is created from each action performed. The purpose of this research is to find out how is reasons for people to throw garbage carelessly in the River of Sea I Village. This study uses qualitative research methods. The results of this study indicate that the reasons why people litter are as follows: Imitate what most people do. There is still a lack of understanding of the consequences of unmanaged waste. Feeling lazy to throw garbage in its place. And the lack of waste. It is hoped that the results of this research will contribute to relevant scientific disciplines such as law, sociology, politics, etc., especially for society in general.

Abstract

Regulating spatial use in regency areas is governed by Regional Regulation No. 1 of 2014 concerning Spatial Planning for the Minahasa Regency Area, which serves as a guideline for the execution of spatial use regulation in regency regions. The purpose of this study was to examine the implementation of the Spatial Policy for the Tondano Boulevard Area, Minahasa Regency. A qualitative research methodology was used in this study. The study findings show that the use of space is not in accordance with its designation and management. Lack of dissemination of local regulations by the government. Lack of government control and oversight. Lack of understanding, as well as community responsibility. No harsh consequences are made for rule breakers. The findings of this research are expected to be a source for academics, particularly in the fields of sociology, politics, law and state administration, as well as for the general public.

Abstract

The ability to explain material to students is one of the basic teaching skills that must be mastered by a teacher. Teachers must be familiar with various learning strategies in order to choose the one that is most effective for teaching their students. The purpose of this research is to find out how the teacher s strategy in explaining the material in order to increase the value of student subjects. This study used qualitative research methods. The results of this study indicate that the teachers basic teaching skills in explaining there are several strategies that are carried out, namely the teacher explains by attracting students attention, the teacher behaves humorously and is not rigid in starting learning, the teacher explains the learning objectives, the teacher carries out learning activities outdoors, the teacher changes the learning atmosphere, the teacher applies various learning models and methods. It is hoped that the results of this research can be useful for the academic world and of course also for society and can be used as relevant reference material.

Abstract

This paper discusses a study that takes a closer look at how educators carry out the teaching and learning process using curriculum development and basic education evaluation systems that have been implemented properly. Basic teaching skills are important for teachers to know and implement. It is related to the effectiveness of the teacher in the teaching and learning process carried out in learning. The purpose of the research is to describe how basic teacher-teaching skills are implemented at SD GP Kumelembaai. The research is a descriptive qualitative research. The research data and findings come from the value of skills that form the basic education of grade 1, 2, and 3 teachers at SD GP Kumelembai. The data collected are data about the basic teaching skills of teachers through the stages of observation, interviews, and documentation. Based on the research findings and basic teaching skills, teachers in remote areas, especially at SD GP Kumelembai, are not yet skilled in applying basic teaching skills in learning, such as opening and closing lessons, asking questions, explaining, guiding small group discussions, teaching individually, managing classes, providing reinforcement, and providing variety.

Abstract

Perkembangan merek dagang di Indonesia yang sangat pesat ditandai dengan masuknya berbagai macam merek terkenal di dunia yang turut meramaikan dunia usaha di Indonesia. Keadaan ini mengharuskan pemerintah untuk menyiapkan regulasi yang tepat, yang dapat memberikan perlindungan hukum secara maksimal terhadap dunia perdagangan di Indonesia dalam rangka untuk menghindari munculnya berbagai persoalan yang dapat mengancam perekonomian negara. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode penelitian yuridis normatif. Langkah pertama yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini yaitu dengan mengumpulkan bahan hukum primer yaitu inventarisasi peraturan-peraturan yang berkaitan dengan merek dagang. Selanjutnya dipergunakan bahan-bahan hukum sekunder yaitu tulisan yang berkaitan dengan persoalan ini, baik pada literature buku maupun alamat-alamat website yang ada dan terkait dengan penelitian ini. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana upaya penegakan hukum terhadap peredaran merek dagang di Indonesia

Abstract

The people in Mapolo Village are the same as those from the rest of Indonesia. The public will be involved in the general election of the president or president in 2024. Given, of course, that the people here have had previous experience with Indonesia’s 2024 presidential election, including scratches and so on, some people feel that whoever the elected leader does not have too much influence on their lives. The aim of this study is to learn more deeply about how perceptions are evolving in society about their involvement in the Indonesia’s 2024 presidential election by the year 2024. In achieving the research objectives, qualitative research methods are chosen, with data collection methods such as observations, interviews and documentation. The results of the research show that the public is very enthusiastic about welcoming the 2024 Indonesia’s 2024 presidential election, the public hopes that the three presidential candidates and vice presidents are politically well and the public judges the three candidate pairs as the best princes of the nation.
