Teenagers are found to often engage in deviant behavior, such as brawls or fights between students, abuse of narcotics, illegal drugs, and some teenagers are often found drinking alcohol. The purpose of this study was to determine the social environment of adolescents in SMP Negeri 13 West Halmahera, namely the family environment, school environment and community environment. The method in this study uses a qualitative approach to understand the phenomenon of what is experienced by the research subject descriptively. Data analysis Miles and Huberman that activities in qualitative data analysis are carried out interactively and take place continuously until they are completed. The results of this study are that parents whose children attend SMP Negeri 13 West Halmahera, especially grades VIII and IX do not pay much attention to their children's learning, children's attitudes towards their school are strongly influenced by the level of attention from their parents, and the low economic situation of the family causes parents to focuses more on earning a living and the large number of children makes parents pay less attention to their children's education

This study aims to determine the challenges of the chili farming community in Parepei Village, in meeting the need for chili harvesting laborers so that the chili farmers in Parepei Village hire or seek harvest workers from outside the village, in fulfilling the needs of chili harvesting from farmers. The research method used is qualitative research by collecting observation data and direct interviews with several informants. The general results of the study show that the challenges of chili farmers in finding harvest laborers are because there are still many people who have the prestige to work as chili labor farmers, there are still many people who are embarrassed to work as chili labor farmers, many people prefer to work outside the village, lack of trust chili farmers to young people

This study aims to find out how the behavior of alcohol users in Watulambot Village, West Tondano District and what causes users to fall into liquor. The research method used in this research is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach with data collection techniques, observation and direct interviews with informants. The results of the study showed that the behavior of liquor users in the Watulambot sub-district, Tondano Barat sub-district, was when the users had drunk or the deviant behavior was carried out, namely fighting, assaulting, and committing domestic violence. In the Wewelen Sub-District, there are 2 families, namely the Laluan-Sakul Family and the Aguw Family, who have problems regarding land disputes which are quite protracted and often recur, so they need a settlement as soon as possible. The research approach used is qualitative research. Qualitative research is a type of research that is understood as research that utilizes descriptive data. While the data used is descriptive data in the form of data in the form of sentences both verbal and non-verbal. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observation, documentation. The results of this study concluded that the problem of community land conflicts in Wewelen Village, Tondano Barat District, Minahasa Regency occurred because of conflicts in road construction, land stake boundaries and land conflict resolution carried out through local government mediation

The purpose of this study is to reveal students' perceptions regarding the learning materials provided by lecturers as educators whether they have a principle of usefulness in character building which is reflected in the attitudes and behavior of these students and so that these students are able to become part of social life that contributes positively and is beneficial to their environment. the. The research method used is a qualitative research method with observation and interview data collection methods. While the data analysis used from Miles Huberman is in the form of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this study are student perceptions about the implementation of course material in character building: increasing tolerance among students of different religions, internalizing the value of social care between students, not selecting and sorting friends on the basis of sara (ethnicity, religion, race, and intergroup), responsible for educational obligations. Student perceptions about the implementation of course material in social life: assisting students in adapting to the boarding house environment, helping students interact, and helping students overcome social problems

This research wants to see what the egalitarian leadership style of the Minahasa people is like that is applied at Manado State University, where basically the leaders at UNIMA come from the Minahasa people as an indigenous tribe where UNIMA is located. The research method used is a qualitative research method with observation and interview data collection methods. While the data analysis used from Miles Huberman is in the form of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this study explain that leaders are easy to contact and meet, support from the social work environment is very important for leader effectiveness, leader effectiveness must go down directly to the bottom, and leaders provide rewards and punishments directly

This study specifically wants to see patterns of interaction between students and lecturers after the Covid-19 pandemic has subsided. The study employs a qualitative method. Researchers used data collection methods, namely observation and interviews. Analyzing data in qualitative research is in the form of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study are as follows: 1) lecturers must remind students of the values and norms that must be adhered to in interactions, 2) there is a cultural commotion between students, 3) adjustment of media and interaction tools between lecturers and students, 4) there are dynamics of social relations between students and between lecturers and students, 5) social interaction can be done anywhere.

In the implementation of the development that has been going on for 3 (three) years, the leadership of the first elected Mayor/Deputy Mayor of the people, feels the need to do a study of people's perceptions in seeing the implementation of development, both physical development and non-physical development. (planning aspect). The purpose of carrying out this activity is to find out how the public perception of the implementation of development in Kotamobagu City. The data collection techniques are in the form of pre-surveys, field observations, interviews, and questionnaires. The results of the study are the characteristics of respondents, responses to development changes (progress), prominent development classifications, development programs that need to be developed in the future, development of regional economic growth centers and development of modern markets, and order and arrangement of beautiful and green cities

Students still don't understand that character education can make them better individuals and not be rude to playmates or parents, let alone teachers. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of the teacher in improving student discipline at SMA Negeri 1 Motoling. This study used a qualitative research method or methods and data collection techniques in the form of observation and interviews. The results of this study indicate that the teacher's role in increasing student discipline when the teacher is serious is the one who prepares the basics of homework on each subject or subjects that require real interaction, communication, and collaboration between students. So while they have more control over setting daily routines, managing class assignments and monitoring their relationships with students, setting class rules, and managing reward structures, they have more freedom and less control. Siswa masih belum memahami bahwa pendidikan karakter dapat menjadikan mereka pribadi yang lebih baik dan tidak bersikap kasar kepada teman bermain atau orang tua, apalagi guru. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran guru dalam meningkatkan kedisiplinan siswa di SMA Negeri 1 Motoling. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode atau metode penelitian kualitatif dan teknik pengumpulan data berupa kegiatan observasi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa peran guru dalam meningkatkan kedisiplinan siswa ketika guru bersungguh-sungguh adalah yang menyiapkan dasar-dasar pekerjaan rumah pada setiap mata pelajaran atau mata pelajaran yang memerlukan interaksi, komunikasi, dan kerjasama yang nyata antar siswa. Jadi, meskipun mereka memiliki kontrol lebih besar atas pengaturan rutinitas sehari-hari, mengelola tugas kelas dan memantau hubungan mereka dengan siswa, menetapkan aturan kelas, dan mengatur struktur penghargaan, mereka memiliki lebih banyak kebebasan dan lebih sedikit kontrol.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengungkap bagaimana budaya menjalani rutinitas struktural dalam ranah pendidikan dari sudut pandang sosiologis dan manajemen pendidikan. Mengumpulkan data kepustakaan, membaca dan mencatat, serta mensintesis bahan penelitian merupakan tahapan-tahapan dalam teknik studi pustaka. Sekolah, secara metaforis, adalah makhluk hidup, menurut kesimpulan penelitian ini.
