Abstract

Actively improving the economy and reducing unemployment in Indonesia is played by Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises. Financial management holds significance in business operations., including financial inclusion, financial planning, and financial attitudes to ensure optimal business financial management. This study aims to assess the impact of Financial Inclusion, Financial Planning, and Financial Attitudes on Financial Management. The goal of this research is to enhance understanding and become a basis for legislators and local governments to focus more on improving the financial management of MSME businesses. Using a quantitative approach, this research involved culinary MSME owners in Lubuk Pakam District as a population. Samples were taken using purposive sampling techniques and the Lemeshow formula to obtain 96 respondents. The data collected is original or first hand (primary) data. Various tests such as validity, reliability, multiple regression, normality, Kolmogorov-Smirnov, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, as well as F, t tests, and coefficient of determination were included in the data analysis. It is known that financial management of culinary MSME owners in Lubuk Pakam District is influenced positively and significantly by financial planning and financial attitudes, while financial inclusion does not show a significant influence. Overall, financial inclusion, financial planning and financial attitudes contributed 78.50% to financial management, meanwhile, the remaining 21.50% was attributed to factors or variables that were not included in this study. For future research, it is suggested to include additional independent variables and increase the sample size to achieve a more comprehensive insight into how other variables affect financial behavior.

Abstract

This study aims to learn more about how PT's Return on Assets (ROA) is affected by the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Current Ratio (CR). PP London Sumatra Indonesia Tbk will also use saturated sampling to select a population sample from 2017 to 2021. Five-year financial statements' data are analyzed using multiple linear regression. According to this study, the correlation between Current Ratio and Return on Assets is -0.696, or 48.5 percent. The Obligation to Value Proportion has a relationship with a Return on Resources of 0.209 or nothing, which corresponds to an impact commitment of 4.4 percent. The Current Ratio and Debt to Equity Ratio have an effect on Return on Assets with the regression equation ROA = 32.671 – 9.063 (CR) + 51.986 (DtER), a perfect correlation of 0.875, and a contribution of 76.6%.

Abstract

To determine a company's growth, financial ratios are one type of analysis that must be performed. For a specific time period, the data from the financial statements include this ratio. When choosing a policy, a company's management can also use financial ratios to anticipate financial decision-making mistakes. Ratio analysis is a method for calculating and measuring financial metrics to assess a company's performance and position.Therefore, the analyst must be able to reconcile the existing factors in this period or time with future factors that may affect the financial condition or performance of the company concerned. Financial ratio analysis clearly provides many benefits for you in managing your business or company. The data obtained after carrying out a financial ratio analysis will give you an idea of how well your business plan is being executed.

Abstract

Waste/garbage is a by-product or used goods that are considered no longer usable. Waste is generated by various human activities, including those related to industry, transportation, household life, and others. This research was conducted at PT. South Labuhanbatu Nusantara Plantation III (Persero). By using quantitative descriptive techniques, this research strategy. The purpose of the descriptive method is to explain or describe a situation that actually occurs in a business. The cost of handling palm oil mill waste at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Labuhanbatu Selatan which is discussed by the author of the paper. Definite statistics from PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Labuhanbatu Selatan, which shows that this company is growing every year, is used to produce research conclusions.

Abstract

Financial statements are a part of UMKM that must exist, because in order to develop a business by applying for credit or financing to creditors, namely the bank. Financial statements are very important because they are key in controlling business. However, in practice, because financial statements are not required in the law, many UMKM do not focus on preparing a good financial report. For UMKM, the profits generated can meet daily needs. Similarly, the UMKM Emir Roti who have difficulty in recording financial statements. However, Emir Roti keep records by preparing a special book to record the number of sales per day. However, the book cannot describe the financial condition of the Emir of Roti accurately. This study aims to determine the application of keunagan report recording that has been done by Emir Roti and for the sake of knowing the obstacles encountered when recording financial statements. This study uses descriptive qualitative approach. Primary data sources are interviews with UMKM owners and secondary data, namely documentation in the form of financial statements. The results showed that Emir Roti in recording its financial statements are not in accordance with SAK-ETAP because there are still obstacles faced by one of them at least knowledge of accounting. The researcher's suggestion is for the government to make more trainings on financial statements.

Abstract

It is important for businesses to conduct financial performance appraisals, used to measure and evaluate financial status in general. The method used to analyze the company's financial statements is a measurement method through the ratios of liquidity, solvency and profitability used to determine the company's financial position. As well as being part of the method of assessing finances used in the balance sheet analysis method. The data used to assess performance comes from the company's financial statements that will be examined, namely PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk from 2010 to 2014 which will be evaluated through several ratios that will be utilized. Based on the results obtained through the discussion, the financial results of PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk fluctuate every year due to changes in balance sheet items such as sales, inventories, profits, and others.

Abstract

PT Nestle is a multinational food and beverage manufacturer headquartered in Vevey, Vaud, Switzerland. There are many products from the famous Nestle, including Nespresso, Kit Kat, Smarties, Nesquik, Stouffer's, Vittel and Maggi. Nestle has 447 factories, operates in 189 countries, and employs approximately 339,000 people. As a large company, of course Nestle of course has internal and external financial statements. In this case the company can use ratio analysis to the financial statements.This can be reflected in a report that describes the development of the company's financial performance in a certain period. These reports are commonly called financial statements. In order for financial statements to be meaningful to interested parties, it is necessary to conduct a relationship analysis of the items in the financial statements, which is often called Financial Statement Analysis. The purpose of this study, to determine how the financial performance of PT. Based on the analysis of profitability ratios, liquidity ratios, solvency ratios and the company has sufficient ability to take action in guaranteeing and paying off debts to creditors, and for the results of other business financial ratio analysis can be done. used as a benchmark for investors in investing funds into the company.

Abstract

This investigation focuses on PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk's financial situation. Abstract

Businesses in the food manufacturing sector are Raihan Bakery and Cake Shop Jl. Denai No. 181 C Medan. Various types of bread are produced by Raihan Bakery Cake Shop Medan which also operates shops where customers can buy the company's goods. The purpose of this research is to find out the analysis of financial statements so far which should be used as a tool to measure financial performance at Raihan Bakery and Cake Shop Jl. Denai No. 181 C Medan. The findings show Raihan Bakery and Cake Shop Jl. Denai No. 181 C Medan that until now to measure the level of success of a business that has only been carried out in a straightforward manner is by looking at the financial reports presented each period. This was actually done after analyzing financial statements using financial ratios because it was reported that liquidity contributed to good performance, solvency and profitability, while activity and expansion were blamed for poor performance levels. By directly looking at the financial reports from Raihan Bakery and Cake Shop, data for field studies was immediately collected. The research was carried out by means of observation, namely through direct observation in a more in-depth and comprehensive manner towards the object of research. Make direct observations of Raihan Bakery and Cake Shop's financial reports and gather important information using the company's financial reports for 2020, 2021 and 2022.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the impact of Current Ratios and target capital Adequacy Ratios on PT’s Return on assets. Nusantara Plantation IV periode 2016-2021. Use of descriptive research methods and statistical analysis with multiple linear regression tests. The results of this study show that 39,1 % has a positive and significant impact on return on assets. Target capital Adequacy has a negative impact on return on assets, which is non significant at 30,3 %. At the same time, the Current ratio and the target capital Adequacy Ratio affect the Return on investment, with a large positive impact of 86,6 %.
