Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the total number of Plate Count and MPN E.Koli on milk dairy Friesh Holland The experimental method was experimental by using a randomized block design with 6 treatments of 3 replications so that there were 18 experimental units consisting of P1 = (A1: river water + C1: hand washing rod + S1: udder and nipple washed) P2 = (A1: water + C2: washing hands + S1: udder and nipple in washing) P3 = (A2: well water + C1: hand washed + S1: udder and nipple washed) P4 = (A2: well water + C1: rouge not washing hands + S2: udder and nipple washed) P5 = (A3: water PDAM + C1: hand washing basin + S1: udder and nipple washed) P6 =(A3: water PDAM + C2: hand wash washed + S2: udder and nipple not washed). The variables observed in this research are Total Plate Count and MPN E.Koli Analysis of total plate count and MPN e.coli using analysis of variance (ANOVA) based on the results of this study it can be concluded that the sanitation management system to the highest total count count is found in the treatment of 1 (P1 = (A1 + C1 + S2) with the Total Plate Count 10.5x107 ± 0.59b while the highest MPN E.Koli at treatment (P1 = (A1 + C1 + S2) with MPN value 3.03 mpn / ml. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui jumlah Total Plate Count dan Most Probable Number Escherichia coli pada susu sapi perah Friesh Holland. Metode penelitian ini bersifat eksperimen dengan menggunakan rancangan acak kelompok dengan 6 perlakuan 3 ulangan perlakuan meliputi P1= (A1 : air sungai + C1: pemerah tidak mencuci tangan + S1: ambing dan putting dicuci) P2 = (A1: air sungai + C2: pemerah mencuci tangan + S1: ambing dan putting di cuci) P3: (A2 : air sumur +C1: pemerah tidak mencuci tangan + S1: ambing dan putting dicuci) P4 = (A2 : air sumur + C1: pemerah tidak mencuci tangan + S2 : ambing dan putting tidak dicuci) P5 = (A3 : air PDAM + C1: pemerah tidak mencuci tangan + S1: ambing dan putting dicuci) P6 = (A3: air PDAM + C2: pemerah mencuci tangan + S2: ambing dan putting tidak dicuci). Hasil penelitian ini adalah jumlah Total Plate Count yang meliputi perlakuan: P1=10,5x107 cfu/ml. P2 = 8,7x105cfu/ml. P3 = 8,6x105 cfu/ml. P4 = 8,7x105cfu/ml. P5 = 8,6x105cfu/ml. P6 = 8,5x105cfu/ml dan MPN E.koli yang meliputi perlakuan: P1=3,03 mpn/ml. P2=2,02 mpn/ml. P3=0 mpn/ml. P4=1,92 mpn/ml. P5=0 mpn/ml. P6=1,83 mpn/ml.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to know the effect of sprout waste in feed ration on protein content and total yolk fat of chicken kedu. The study design was a randomized block design with 4 treatments and 4 repetitions included: P0: (basalt feed + market waste powder) 100% feed formulation. P1: [(basalt feed + market waste powder) 95% + sprouts 5%] 100% feed Formulation. P2: [(basalt feed + market waste powder) 90% + 10% sprout] 100% feed formulation. P3: [(basalt feed + market waste powder) 85% + sprouts 15%] 100% feed formulation. The results of the experiments were assumed below the Protein values of each treatment, P0 of 26.3 ± 0.99. P1 of 25.6 ± 1.21. P2 of 27.6 ± 0.64. P3 of 29.1 ± 2.11. and total fat respectively treatment. P0 of 41.2 ± 2.17. P1 of 44.4 ± 2.49. P2 of 46.2 ± 3.42. P3 of 46.7 ± 2.60. The best treatment in this study was on the treatment of P3 [(basal feed + market waste powder) + sprout 15%] with protein value of 29.1% and total fat of 46.7%. Tujuan penelitian adalah Untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian tepung limbah kecambah dalam ransum terhadap kadar protein dan total lemak kuning telur ayam kedu. Rancangan penelitian adalah rancangan acak kelompok dengan 4 perlakuan dan di ulang 4 kali meliputi: P0 : (pakan basal + tepung limbah pasar) 100% pakan formulasi. P1 : [( pakan basal+ tepung limbah pasar) 95 % + kecambah 5%] 100% Pakan formulasi. P2 : [( pakan basal + tepung limbah pasar) 90% + kecambah 10%] 100% pakan formulasi. P3 : [( pakan basal + tepung limbah pasar) 85% + kecambah 15%] 100% pakan formulasi. Hasil penelitian menungjukan bawah nilai Protein masing masing perlakuan berturut-turut, P0 sebesar 26,3±0,99. P1 sebesar 25,6±1,21. P2 sebesar 27,6±0,64. P3 sebesar 29,1±2,11 dan total lemak masing-masing perlakuan berturut-turut. P0 sebesar 41,2±2,17. P1 sebesar 44,4±2,49. P2 sebesar 46,2±3,42. P3 sebesar 46,7±2,60. Perlakuan terbaik adalah pada perlakuan P3 [(pakan basal + tepung limbah pasar) + kecambah 15%] dengan nilai protein sebesar 29,1% dan total lemak sebesar 46,7%.

Abstract

Sri Handayani ; Today's business growth in the life insurance sector in Indonesia continues to improve, but to learn from the experience of the banking sector, it should be examined whether the existence of the businesses owned nationwide in the life insurance sector becomes desperate and lost market share in the country to deal with businesses that come from overseas managed to win greater trust from the buyers insurance protection services. This study aimed to analyze the strengths and weaknesses in the face of opportunities and threats of life insurance marketing strategy AJB Bumiputera 1912 Bengkulu. The sample in this study is the assumption of an effective strategy to maximize the strengths and minimize the weaknesses of the company and the opportunities and threats. The method used is the SWOT analysis. These results indicate that the AJB Bumiputera 1912 Bengkulu workable strategy is a strategy of horizontal integration, cost efficiency and the use of high technology to the payment system and insurance product ordering system, all of this should be directed to customer satisfaction.Keyword: SWOT Analysis, Marketing Strategy

Abstract

Sri Handayani; Insurance claims are the demands of the insured party in connection with the contract between the insurer with the insured person that each of the parties bind themselves to guarantee the payment of compensation by penaggung if insurance premium payments have been made by the insured party, when the disaster suffered by the insured person. This study aimed to examine the effect of the settlement of insurance claims against insurance product sales target AJB BUMIPUTERA 1912 Cabang Bengkulu. The sample in this study is the settlement of insurance claims and insurance product sales target AJB BUMIPUTERA 1912 Cabang bengkulu observation period of 5 years. The method used is the correlation coefficient. These results indicate that a growing number of insurance claims are settled, the higher the achievement of sales of insurance products offered AJB BUMIPUTERA 1912 cabang Bengkulu.Key words: Insurance claims

Abstract

This study aims to determine the marketing strategy for batik products Besurek in Bengkulu city. And which strategy is best in determining the marketing of batik cloth of Besurek in Bengkulu city. Data collection methods used are literature study method and questionnaire by distributing the list to the respondents. The sample in this study is the assumption of an effective strategy to maximize the strengths and opportunities of small businesses and to minimize weaknesses and threats.Analysis method used in this research is SWOT analysis method (Strength, Weaknesses, Opportunity, Threats). The data obtained from the results of the study will be analyzed strength, weakness, opportunities and amcamannya to the implementation of corporate marketing strategies in order to increase interest buyers batik cloth besurek. To determine the formulation of future marketing strategies, a merger of marketing strategy formulation is linked through the SWOT matrix.

Abstract

Dans le cours de la Maitrise de la langue Avancée, les étudiants apprennent quatre compétences de langue en utilisant le manuel Le Nouveau Taxi! 3 qui est approprié du niveau de DELF B1. L?un des matériaux dans Le Nouveau Taxi! 3 est l?argumentation pour persuader des gens. Pour cela, Il faut un test pour savoir la capacité des étudiants à écrire un texte argumentatif. L?objectif de cette recherche est de (1) décrire la capacité des étudiants de la 6è semestre à écrire un texte argumentatif. (2) Décrire les erreurs de la redaction de rédiger du texte argumentatif. C?est une recherche descriptive quantitative. Les répondants de cette recherche est les étudiants de la 6è semestre qui apprennent le cours de la Maitrise de la Langue Avancée.Pour collecter les données, on utilise la méthode du test et de la documentation. Cette recherche utilise la validité du contenu et la fiabilité de l'instrument utilise la formule de corrélation Product-moment. Les résultats de l'analyse des données montrent que (1) la capacité des étudiants du sixième semestre à écrire le texte argumentatif est dans la catégorie suffisante parce que la note moyenne note est de 61.26. La meilleure note est de 78.57 et puis le pire est de 42.82. (2) Les pluparts d?erreurs par les etudiants sont le propos et la proposition. Through the course of Maitrise de la langue Avancée, students learn four language skills using Le Nouveau Taxi ! 3. Writing is an important activity in language skills to illustrate ideas to persuade the other trough writing. One of the materials contained in Le Nouveau Taxi! 3 is argumentation to persuade others. So, It need to take a test to determine the ability of students to write an argumentative text. This study aims to (1) Describe the ability of 6th semester student to write an argumentative text (2) Describe the errors made by students in the French-language of the sixth semester writing argumentative texte based on argumentif writing criteria. The population of this research is sixth-semester students who take course Maitrise de la langue Avancée, the research respondent there are 30 students. The method used to collect the data is the test method and the documentation method. This research uses the validity of the content and the reliability of the instrument used the product-moment correlation formula. The data was analyzed using descriptive percentage analysis. The results of the data analysis shows that (1) the ability to write sixth semester students to write the argumentative text are in the sufficient category because the average mark is 61.26. The highest rating is 78.57 and then the lowest score is 42.82. (2) The most errors are le propos and la proposition.

Abstract

L?objectif majeur de cette recherche est de décrire les éléments de la publicité aidant les apprenants du sixième semestre à comprendre la culture dans la publicité télévisée. C?est une recherche descriptive comprenant 20 répondants du sixième semestre au programme pédagogique du français. La recherche utilise trois publicités télévisées française : Renault Twingo, Rustique et Orange Surprise. Les méthodes utilisées dans cette recherche sont la documentation et le test. La documentation est utilisée pour avoir les informations sur les répondants et le test est utilisé pour savoir la compétence des étudiants à comprendre la culture présentée dans la publicité télévisée française, et les éléments aidant les apprenants au processus de compréhension. Dans cette recherche j?utilise la validité de construct pour avoir la validité de l?instrument et j?utilise la méthode test-retest pour tester la fiabilité de l?instrument de cette recherche. Le résultat du test montre que 45% des répondants peuvent comprendre la moitié de la culture de la publicité télévisée française. Il y a trois éléments qui aident les apprenants à comprendre la culture dans les publicités. Ce sont la parole d?acteur, l?image, et la musique. Mais l?élément le plus dominant est l?image. The main objective of this research is to describe the element of advertising helping sixth-semester students to understand French culture in French television advertising. It is a descriptive research with 20 sixth-semester respondents of French educative program. This research uses three French television ads: Renault Twingo, Rustique and Orange Surprise. The methods used in this research are documentation and test. The documentation is used to have the information about the respondents and the test used to know the competence of the students to understand the culture presented in the French television advertising, and the elements helping the students in the comprehension process. In this research I use the validity of construct to have the validity of the instrument and I use the test-retest method to test the reliability of the instrument of this research. The test result shows that 45% of respondents can understand the culture of French TV advertising. There are three elements that support learners to understand culture in advertisements. These are the actor's word, the image, and the music. But the most dominant element is the image.

Abstract

Selon la recherche de Gayanti (2018), la capacité des étudiants du français du programme pédagogie de français pour la compréhension orale au niveau de B1 est dans la catégorie ?insuffisante? et ?suffisant? pour la compréhension écrite. C?est une recherche et développement adoptant 7 étapes, ce sont 1) la potentialité et le problème, 2) les collectes des données, 3) la création et la conception du produit, 4) la validité du dessin, 5) la révision du dessin, 6) l?essai du produit au public limité et 7) la révision du produit. Les besoins des professeurs et des apprenants du français sont les bases raisons pour la création du produit. Il se présente sous la forme de questionnaire du type varié. 8 thèmes recouvrent le commerce, l?environnement, les loisirs, les professions, les sentiments, les services, les transports, et la  vie sociale. Ils sont classés en 5 dossiers. Le premier dossier contient l?identification de la nature et de la fonction du document, l?identification le thème et des informations précis; le deuxième est l?identification des idées et des opinions, l?identification du genre du document et l?identification des locuteurs; le troisième est l?identification des circonstances, et l?identification des sentiments, des attitudes, et des opinions; le quatrième contient du premier à troisième dossier; le cinquième est l?épreuve. According to Gayanti's research (2018), the ability of students French language for listening skill at level B1 is in the category "insufficient" and "sufficient" for reading skill. The misunderstanding of the instruction is the cause of loss of time during the exercise. It is a research and development adopting 7 stages, there are 1) the potentiality and the problem, 2) the data collection, 3) the creation and the design of the product, 4) the validity of the design, 5) the revision of the design, 6) product testing to the limited public 7) product review. The needs of teachers and learners of French language are the basic reasons for the creation of the product. It is in the form of varied question. It has 8 themes, there are trade, the environment, leisure, professions, feelings, services, transport, and social life. The media is classified in 5 folders. The first folder contains the identification of the nature and function of the document, the identification of the theme and specific information; the second is the identification of ideas and opinions, the identification of the genre of the document and the identification of speakers; the third is the identification of circumstances, and the identification of feelings, attitudes, and opinions; the fourth contains from the first to the third file; the fifth is the test.

Abstract

Dans l?apprentissage de la langue française, la compréhension écrite est la compétence enseignée au lycée. La compréhension écrite est l?une des façons pour obtenir des informations par le texte. Pour améliorer le résultat de la compréhension écrite, je propose le média roman photo. L?objectif de cette recerche est de décrire l?efficacité du média roman photo pour la compréhension écrite de la classe dix à SMA Al-Fattah Semarang. Il s?agit d?une recherche expérimentale ?static group comparison?. La collecte des données de cette recherche utilise la méthode de la documentation et du test. La validité de cette recherche est la validité de contenu. Pour assurer la fiabilité de cette recheche, j?ai utilisé la méthode test-retest puis le résultat a été consulté à la formule product-moment. Le résultat de la recherche dit que tcalcul=1,65 < ttable=2,07. Alors, l?hypothèse travail qui a intitulé ?Le média roman photo augmente le résultat de la compréhension écrite de la classe X SMA Al-Fattah Semarang? n?est pas acceptée. Les facteurs sont: (1) il y a des faiblesses dans les médias et les étapes pendant le traitement, (2) le chercheur n?a pas le test d?homogénéité à la classe contrôle et la classe expérimentale, et (3) le préjugé que la compétence dans la langue française de la classe contrôle est meilleure que la classe expérimentale. In learning the French language, written comprehension is the skill taught in high school. Reading is one of the ways to get information through the text. To improve the result of the written comprehension, I propose the media novel photo. The purpose of this research is to describe the effectiveness of the novel photo medium for the written comprehension of the class ten at SMA Al-Fattah Semarang. It is an experimental research "static group comparison". The data collection of this research uses the method of documentation and testing. The validity of this search is the validity of content. To ensure the reliability of this search, I used the test-retest method and the result was consulted in the product-moment formula. The result of the research says that tcalcul = 1.65 <ttable = 2.07. So, the work hypothesis that titled "The novel photo medium increases the result of the written comprehension of the SMA class Al-Fattah Semarang X" is not accepted. The factors are: (1) there are weaknesses in the media and steps during treatment, (2) the researcher does not have the homogeneity test at the control class and the experimental class, and (3) the prejudice that the proficiency in the French language of the control class is better than the experimental class.

Abstract

Dans l?activité d?apprentissage, le professeur du français doit faire des efforts pour pouvoir expliquer plus agréablement la matière de cours que cela peut développer l?intérêt des élèves. L'un des efforts fait par le professeur est l?utilisation de divers médias audiovisuels dans l?apprentissage. Les types de médias audiovisuels sont par exemple, la vidéo, le film, la diapositive sonore. Cette recherche vise à décrire l'intérêt des élèves et à décrire les médias audiovisuels que les élèves s?intéressent le plus. Cette recherche est une analyse descriptive quantitative. La variable dans cette recherche est l'intérêt des élèves dans l?apprentissage du français à travers des médias audiovisuels. Les répondants étaient 31 élèves de la dixième classe au SMA 14 Semarang, année 2017/2018. Les méthodes dans cette recherche est la documentation et le questionnaire. Cette recherche a utilisé la validité de construct pour avoir validité de l?instrument de la recherche et la formule Alpha pour tester la fiabilité de l?instrument de la recherche. J?ai utilisé l?analyse descriptive quantitative pour analyser les données. Le résultat de cette recherche a montré que l?intérêt des élèves dans l?apprentissage du français à travers des médias audiovisuels est dans la catégorie "Elevée". Le média audiovisuel que les élèves s?intéressent le plus est la vidéo. In the learning activities, French teacher should try to be able to explain more pleasantly the subject matter. So that it can cultivate student interest. One of the efforts made by a teacher is to use a variety of audiovisual media in learning. The types of audiovisual media are video, movies, sound slide. This research aim to describe the interest of student in French learning audiovisual-based-learning and to describe the audiovisual media which make the student most interesting. It is a quantitative descriptive research. The variable in this research is interest of student in the French language learning activities audiovisual-based-learning. The respondents were the 31 of student tenth-grade of SMA 14 Semarang. This research method used documentation and questionnaire. The validity is construct validity. The reliability used Alpha formula. The data were analyzed by descriptive quantitative methode. The result, the interest of student in the learning french language audiovisual-based-learning included in the category ?high? and the audiovisual media which make the student most interesting is video.
