Abstract

Pernikahan dini diartikan sebagai pernikahan antara laki-laki dan perempuan yang berusia di bawah sembilan belas tahun, di mana pasangan yang terlibat belum dewasa dan belum memahami tujuan dari pernikahan. Banyaknya kasus pernikahan dini di Indonesia dipengaruhi oleh keputusan sebagian orang tua. Perkawinan anak di bawah umur sering terjadi akibat perjodohan yang dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor, terutama pada anak perempuan. Salah satu alasan utamanya adalah faktor ekonomi, di mana orang tua yang tidak mampu menikahkan anak gadisnya dengan pria kaya. Dampak pernikahan dini, khususnya bagi anak perempuan, terus mempengaruhi kesehatan reproduksi mereka. Anak perempuan di bawah umur yang belum matang secara reproduksi belum siap untuk berhubungan seksual atau hamil. Selain itu, pemerintah belum memberikan sanksi tegas bagi pelaku pernikahan di bawah umur. Untuk mengurangi kasus-kasus ini dan melindungi anak-anak, pemerintah telah memperbarui batas usia minimal pernikahan bagi laki-laki dan perempuan menjadi sembilan belas tahun.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the forms of personal data misuse by fintech lending providers and the legal measures that can be taken when such misuse occurs, within the context of Indonesian cyber law. The background of this research is driven by the rapid development of fintech lending, which is often exploited for criminal activities, including personal data misuse. The method used is normative legal research with statutory and conceptual approaches. The results show that personal data misuse by fintech lending providers can take various forms, such as unauthorized data usage, illegal disclosure of personal information, and the use of malware to access data. Such violations can result in criminal penalties under Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection. The conclusion is that there is a need for stricter supervision of fintech lending providers and increased public awareness of personal data protection. Recommendations include the implementation of stricter regulations by the Financial Services Authority (OJK), more intensive supervision by the Indonesian Fintech Association, and public education on their rights regarding personal data.

Abstract

The development of Islamic law in Indonesia, particularly concerning apostasy as a cause of divorce, is significant in the evolution of Islamic law. The complexity of Indonesia's social and legal system poses challenges in integrating Islamic values with societal diversity. This research aims to understand the development of Islamic law in Indonesia regarding apostasy issues through the analysis of maqasid sharia. Using a descriptive-analytical approach, data from various sources are examined to understand the development of Islamic law in Indonesia, focusing on the implications of maqasid sharia regarding apostasy as a reason for divorce. Findings indicate that progressive Islamic law development in Indonesia emphasizes a balance between religion and individual justice, protecting individual rights in divorce and seeking fair solutions through legal reforms considering the principles of maqasid sharia.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the liability of business operators for beauty products containing hazardous chemicals. This normative legal research employs methods including a statutory approach to examine relevant laws and a case-based approach to analyse real life instances of non-compliance. Findings reveal that despite strict regulations, enforcement challenges persist, leading to potential health risks for consumers. The study emphasizes the legal responsibilities of business operators to compensate for damages caused by non-compliant products, as outlined in Law No. 8 of 1999 on Consumer Protection. The research concludes that the resolution of consumer dispute cases can be settled through the Consumer Dispute Settlement Agency (BPSK) in three stages: mediation, conciliation, and arbitration, where the decisions made are final and binding. Besides resolution through BPSK, consumer dispute cases can also be resolved through litigation, which typically incurs more costs and takes more time compared to resolution through BPSK. Alongside proactive consumer actions to report hazardous products to regulatory bodies. This comprehensive approach ensures consumer safety and upholds legal standards within the beauty industry.

Abstract

The research background was motivated by the difficulty of students in learning Arabic, basically in learning foreign languages, vocabulary is one of the three elements of language that is very important to master. This study aims to develop vocabulary teaching textbook with singing method in Mts Hidayatus Sholihin and see the effectiveness of the textbooks developed. The purposes of the research are: 1) The development of vocabulary Teaching textbook with singing method for seven grade of Mts Hidayatus Sholihin Gurah Kediri. 2) The application of vocabulary Effective Teaching texbook with singing method for seven grade of Mts Hidayatus Sholihin Gurah Kediri. The researcher used R&D research method by Borg and Gall which consist of 10 steps and data collection method used in the study was interview, questionnaires and tests. The research shows that: 1) The result of product development is Arabic teaching textbook for seventh grade students containing vocabularies arranged according to the tone of the song. The result of the expert validationts of the product as follows: the result from material expert is 83, 07%, results from media expert is 93, 84%, and the result from Arabic learning practitioner is 98, 33%. Based on exposure of the datas show that vocabulary learning by singing method declared very good. 2) The results of T-test show: the result of t-count between the pretest and popost-tes is 3,262 while the result of t-table is 2,015. Then it can be concluded t-count> t-table, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, that is, there are difference outcome in learning vocabulary at seventh grade of Mts Hidayatus Sholihin between before and after using singing method. From the result of experimental it can be concluded the singing method in vocabulary learning at seventh grade of Mts Hidayatus Sholihin was declared "effective".

Abstract

Penggunaan pupuk organik kini menjadi perhatian utama dalam usaha meningkatkan produktivitas pertanian yang berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini meneliti pemanfaatan sumber daya alam oleh Kelompok Tani "Sukomulyo" di Desa Sukorejo, Kecamatan Sukorejo, Kabupaten Ponorogo, dalam pembuatan pupuk organik. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif melalui wawancara mendalam dan observasi lapangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kelompok tani ini menggunakan limbah pertanian dan limbah organik lainnya sebagai bahan baku pupuk organik. Proses pembuatan dilakukan secara tradisional dengan memanfaatkan kompos, pupuk kandang, serta mikroorganisme pengurai tanah. Selain itu, kelompok tani ini juga menerapkan praktik pertanian organik yang berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan mengenai strategi pemanfaatan sumber daya alam dalam produksi pupuk organik di pedesaan, serta menekankan pentingnya praktik pertanian yang berkelanjutan. Kesimpulannya, pendekatan ini berpotensi meningkatkan produktivitas pertanian secara berkelanjutan dengan tetap menjaga keseimbangan ekologi dan sumber daya alam.

Abstract

This article aims to analyze the implementation of compensation in land acquisition for public development in accordance with Law Number 2 of 2012 and to examine the legal resolution mechanisms when there is a refusal of the type or amount of compensation offered. The issue centers on how compensation is implemented for land ownership for development purposes as stipulated by Law Number 2 of 2012, and the legal mechanisms for resolution when landowners reject the form and/or amount of the established compensation. To approach this issue, the theoretical framework used is derived from Law Number 2 of 2012 on Land Procurement for Public Interest and Article 18 of the Basic Agrarian Law. Data was collected through normative research methods (literature studies) by reviewing legal materials through a legislative approach. Thus, in this study, secondary data is prioritized, while primary data (field observation results) are used only as supplementary information. The data are analyzed qualitatively. This study concludes that compensation for land acquisition must be fair and given to the rightful parties. If there is a rejection of the type or amount of compensation offered, the landowner can file an objection to the local district court within 14 working days after the signing of the meeting report.

Abstract

The code of ethics in the notary profession is not just a set of rules or codes of conduct, but also reflects the essence of integrity and responsibility that a notary must have. In providing services to clients, a notary not only acts as a legal professional, but also as a guardian of trust and legal certainty for the community. Therefore, it is important for notaries to understand and abide by their code of ethics conscientiously. The research method used is normative legal research. With a statutory approach, i.e. examining current laws and regulations, other relevant literature, and case studies related to the research topic. The results showed that the Code of Ethics is important for notaries in providing services to clients, maintaining integrity and professionalism. However, there are still cases of violations that harm the reputation of the profession. To prevent this, it is necessary to increase supervision, education, and training for notaries. Transparency and accountability in handling violations are also important. Public awareness of the importance of choosing notaries who comply with the code of ethics should also be increased through information campaigns. These steps are expected to ensure that notary services remain of high quality and trust.

Abstract

Adulthood is a phase of life that occurs after entering the adolescent life stage, When someone is in the adult life phase to the elderly, some people can experience a decrease in organ function, with the loss of organ function can result in loss of memory to skills. Skills are very useful for survival, can make a person strong and resilient in living personal and social life. In Indonesia, skills and authority to act are regulated in article 330 and article 1331 BW. Acting is also included in skills and is a general authority to take legal action and skills to act also generally and in principle apply to everyone, in Indonesia skills are included in the category of guardianship.

Abstract

Aktivitas pasar mempengaruhi kondisi lalu lintas di sekitarnya. Karakteristik lalu lintas pada ruas jalan dan lingkungan pada kasus penelitian ini adalah interaksi pengendara dari pelaku aktivitas Pasar Godong. Dengan letak pasar yang berada di pusat kota, Pasar Godong menjadi pusat kegiatan bagi pelaku aktivitas yang memunculkan sirkulasi kendaraan antara pengunjung pasar dengan pengguna jalan.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui volume, LHR, kepadatan arus lalulintas dan kinerja ruas jalan Godong untuk 5 tahun yang akan datang dengan metode pengambilan data cara survei volume lalu lintas, LHR, dan kepadatan arus lalu lintas, metode analisis data menggunakan MKJI 1997. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan dan analisis segmen jalan tersebut jam puncak terjadi pada hari senin 27 Desember 2021 dengan periode jam 16.30 – 16.45 didapatkan volume jam puncak sebesar 318,6 smp/15 menit dan dikonversikan menjadi 1274,4 smp/jam, LHR 1522 smp/jam. Dengan hasil kapasitas (C) sebesar 2755 smp/jam dan derajat kejenuhan (DS) = 0,46 yang masih dibawah nilai yang disyaratkan dalam MKJI 1997 yaitu 0,75 untuk jalan perkotaan, kecepatan tempuh (V) = 35,18 km/jam, waktu tempuh rata – rata (TT) = 13,30 detik, Tingkat pelayanan (Level of Service/LOS) dikategorikan tingkat C bedasarkan hasil analisa prediksi kinerja ruas jalan tersebut untuk 5 tahun yang akan datang didapat hasil (F) = 1540 smp/jam dan derajat kejenuhan (DS) 0,59 dengan laju pertumbuhan kendaraan bermotor yang mencapai 3,86% pertahun. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan yang terjadi pada tahun 2021, maka perlu mempertahankan nilai arus lalu lintas dan selalu memantau volume kendaraan yang melewati ruas jalan tersebut.Kata kunci: volume, lalu lintas harian rata-rata, kepadatan, kinerja lalu lintas
