Abstract

Peningkatan kinerja irigasi dibutuhkan untuk meningkatkan produktivitas pertanian sebagai implementasi modernisasi irigasi. Namun, peningkatan kinerja irigasi terkendala waktu dan biaya untuk dilakukan dalam satu waktu. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan penentuan prioritas peningkatan kinerja irigasi pada daerah irigasi berdasarkan metode Multiple Attribute Decision Making (MADM). Metode MADM terdapat empat metode, yaitu Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS), Simple Additive Weighting (SAW), Weighted Product (WP), dan Elimination et Choix Traduisant la Realité (ELECTRE). Daerah irigasi yang akan diteliti adalah D. I. Siman, D. I. Waduk Bening, D. I. Menturus, dan D. I. Padi Pomahan. Berdasarkan empat metode pada Metode MADM, D. I. yang diprioritaskan adalah D. I. Menturus dan D. I. Padi Pomahan. Daerah Irigasi Menturus diprioritaskan karena memiliki dua aspek yang tidak memenuhi syarat, yaitu prasarana fisik dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan, Daerah Irigasi Padi Pomahan memiliki tiga aspek yang perlu dikelola, yaitu prasarana fisik, dokumentasi, dan P3A/GP3A/IP3A. Biaya yang diperlukan untuk mengelola dua aspek di Daerah Irigasi Menturus adalah Rp. 2.710.956.966. dan biaya yang diperlukan untuk mengelola dua aspek di Daerah Irigasi Padi Pomahan adalah Rp. 8.324.532.369

Abstract

The grand harvest of shallots is a time when almost all shallot farmers harvest simultaneously, resulting in an abundant supply of shallots and a plentiful supply of fried shallot ingredients at low prices. In contrast, during the lean season, shallot prices become expensive, leading to inflation (price fluctuations of shallots). This has a direct impact on the ‘Emak’ Fried Shallots MSMEs located in Kediri Regency. Another problem faced by partners is that the production process is carried out using small-capacity machines, and premium fried shallots are produced manually, so the production process requires a lot of labour, time and production costs. With the implementation of PKM and the application of Appropriate Technology (red onion/shallot slicing machine), it is hoped that the production process can be accelerated and the output of MSMEs increased. The tangible results have been delivered in the form of two Appropriate Technology machines to MSME partners, for the production of premium and Grade A/B/C fried shallots, with a production increase of 10 minutes per kg and a daily production of 40 kg. Based on data from the Fried Shallots MSMEs, the average profit increase over three months reached 118.04% (equivalent to 14.36 million rupiah). The highest profit increase was achieved in September 2024, reaching 125% (equivalent to 15.9 million rupiah). The lowest value in October 2024 reached 80.51% (equivalent to 12.26 million rupiah). This difference in value was mainly due to the fluctuating price of shallots as a raw material and market demand, which increased when prices fell and decreased when the price of fried shallots rose, thereby affecting the profits of MSMEs.

Abstract

Advances in technology these days can not be denied anymore, almost everyone can access the internet. It is enough to carry out buying and selling transactions online using the internet network. But the ease of internet access is abused by irresponsible parties. One way is to carry out prostitution transactions through the internet network known as online prostitution. Online prostitution or prostitution is the practice of prostitution by using the internet or social media as a means of connecting or a means of communication for pimps, sex workers and their users. The author uses the library research method or literature review. This library research research is to conduct research from library books, magazines, journals and articles and sources from the internet that are relevant to the issues discussed. The amendments to the Laws that are used are RI Law Number 19 of 2016 concerning Amendments to Law Number 11 of 2008 concerning Information and Electronic Transactions Law No. 21 of 2007 concerning the Crime of Trafficking in Persons, Law Number 3 of 2002 concerning Child Protection.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of Educandy application-based learning media in vocabulary learning on students' fantasy story material. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method. Data in the form of students' fantasy story works before and after the research implementation, questionnaires filled out by 25 students of class VIII A, and the results of interviews with Indonesian Language teachers at SMP Muhammadiyah 5 Surakarta. The data sources used in the study were students of class VIII A and teachers in charge of Indonesian Language subjects. Data collection techniques used were observation, questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The collected data were then analyzed using the interactive analysis technique of the Miles and Huberman model, with the stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation/verification and conclusions. This research was conducted in the odd semester of the 2025/2026 academic year at SMP Muhammadiyah 5 Surakarta which was chosen because it has adequate facilities that can integrate application-based learning media. The validity of the research data used technical triangulation. The implementation of Educandy media was carried out through three stages, namely the preparation stage, the learning implementation stage, and the closing or evaluation stage. The novelty in this research lies in the use of Educandy with a gamification approach for learning fantasy story vocabulary in junior high schools, which has implications for the research findings, namely increasing vocabulary variation, student participation, ease of understanding vocabulary through interactive games, and changes in the learning atmosphere to be more fun and collaborative.

Abstract

This study analyzes the implementation of legal protection for children in conflict with the law (ABH) as perpetrators of child molestation, particularly in terms of its compliance with the principles of justice in Indonesia. This study uses a normative-empirical method, focusing on an analysis of Law Number 11 of 2012 concerning the Juvenile Criminal Justice System (SPPA) and court ruling practices. The results indicate that the Indonesian legal framework strives to balance restorative justice (protection and rehabilitation of child offenders) with demands for retributive justice (criminal accountability). The SPPA Law prioritizes the best interests of children through diversion and non-imprisonment sanctions. However, in cases of child molestation, this goal is legally hampered by the threat of criminal penalties exceeding the 7-year prison sentence required for diversion (Article 7 of the SPPA Law). This situation creates a justice dilemma. Justice for victims (which demands severe accountability) often conflicts with the protection of the rights of child offenders. Although diversion is formally difficult to implement, law enforcement officials often use discretion and the results of community research (Litmas) to apply restorative justice principles during trials. However, this practice is often not balanced with adequate fulfillment of victims' rights, such as restitution and rehabilitation, resulting in substantive justice not being achieved holistically. The conclusion of this study confirms that legal protection for child molesters does not fully align with the principle of balanced justice due to normative barriers and the weak integration of victim recovery into the restorative process. It is recommended that the limits of the criminal penalty for diversion in the Child Protection and Protection Act (UU SPPA) be revised and the mandatory restitution mechanism strengthened for victims to achieve complete justice.

Abstract

A Fixed-Term Employment Agreement (PKWT) is an employment relationship instrument regulated by Law Number 13 of 2003 concerning Manpower, as amended by Law Number 6 of 2023 concerning Job Creation and Government Regulation Number 35 of 2021. PKWT is intended for temporary or fixed-term work to create flexibility in employment relationships and legal certainty. However, in practice, the implementation of PKWT shows significant differences between Regionally-Owned Enterprises (BUMD) and private companies. BUMDs have dual functional characteristics, namely profit orientation and public service, so that the implementation of PKWT is influenced by internal regulations and regional government supervision. Meanwhile, private companies implement PKWT with a higher degree of flexibility, but it has the potential to lead to abuse of workers' rights. This study uses a normative legal research method with a statutory approach to examine the regulation and implementation of PKWT in both entities. The results show that although PKWT falls under the same labor law regime, differences in business entity characteristics affect implementation, legal certainty, and labor protection

Abstract

Mahasiswa tingkat akhir dihadapkan pada tuntutan kesiapan kerja yang tinggi seiring dengan transisi dari dunia akademik ke dunia kerja. Salah satu faktor psikologis yang diduga berperan penting dalam kesiapan kerja adalah efikasi diri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh efikasi diri terhadap kesiapan kerja pada mahasiswa Psikologi tingkat akhir Universitas Muhammadiyah Gresik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 148 mahasiswa aktif tingkat akhir Fakultas Psikologi, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan nonprobability sampling jenis sampling insidental. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner skala Likert yang mengukur efikasi diri dan kesiapan kerja. Uji reliabilitas instrumen menggunakan Cronbach’s Alpha, sedangkan analisis data dilakukan dengan regresi sederhana menggunakan SPSS for Windows 25.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat efikasi diri mahasiswa berada pada kategori tinggi dengan skor rata-rata 4,05, dan kesiapan kerja mahasiswa juga berada pada kategori tinggi dengan skor rata-rata 4,04. Hasil analisis regresi menunjukkan adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara efikasi diri terhadap kesiapan kerja dengan kontribusi sebesar 82,5%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi efikasi diri mahasiswa, maka semakin tinggi pula kesiapan kerja yang dimiliki. Dengan demikian, efikasi diri merupakan faktor penting yang perlu dikembangkan pada mahasiswa tingkat akhir untuk meningkatkan kesiapan mereka dalam memasuki dunia kerja.

Abstract

Program PKM ini bertujuan untuk memberdayakan petani kopi di desa Cikedung dengan meningkatkan daya saing kopi lokal melalui pengembangan keterampilan manajemen, keuangan, peningkatan fasilitas pengolahan kopi dan pemasaran digital guna memperluas peluang usaha. Program ini menggunakan Problem Solving Approach (PSA) dan dievaluasi melalui Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) menggunakan survei quick count dan diskusi kelompok. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi sosialisasi, pelatihan komprehensif, penerapan teknologi tepat guna berupa mesin penglupas kopi, mesin roasting, grinder, pendampingan berkelanjutan, serta pembentukan infrastruktur pemasaran digital. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan nilai jual dari biji kopi mentah menjadi kopi bubuk premium. Program ini juga melibatkan kolaborasi pentahelix yang mencakup akademisi, pemerintah desa, masyarakat, dunia usaha, dan media massa untuk memperkuat pemasaran berbasis komunitas. Simpulan menunjukkan bahwa keberlanjutan program bergantung pada pendampingan berkelanjutan pasca-pelatihan dan pembentukan Kelompok Usaha Bersama yang mengelola operasional mandiri guna memperkuat usaha komunitas secara berkelanjutan

Abstract

Program pengabdian masyarakat melalui KKN Internasional ini dilaksanakan di Sanggar Bimbingan Sungai Buloh, Selangor, Malaysia, dengan tujuan untuk memperkuat literasi, numerasi, dan karakter siswa Warga Negara Indonesia (WNI) yang mengikuti pendidikan nonformal. Program berlangsung selama 28 hari dan melibatkan dosen serta mahasiswa Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta sebagai fasilitator. Pendekatan partisipatif digunakan agar siswa terlibat aktif dalam proses pembelajaran melalui kegiatan terintegrasi yang mengimplementasikan enam dimensi Profil Pelajar Pancasila. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara informal, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif model Miles, Huberman, dan Saldaña. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan seperti Sanggar Sungai Buloh Sehat (S3), Aku Bangga Menjadi Anak Indonesia, dan Pekan Cinta Bahasa berkontribusi signifikan terhadap peningkatan literasi baca–tulis, literasi visual, dan numerasi sederhana siswa. Selain itu, terjadi penguatan karakter religius, gotong royong, mandiri, kreatif, berkebinekaan global, dan bernalar kritis dalam aktivitas pembelajaran. Kegiatan kebangsaan juga meningkatkan rasa nasionalisme dan identitas sebagai pelajar Indonesia di luar negeri. Meskipun terdapat tantangan berupa keterbatasan sarana dan variasi kemampuan akademik, inovasi pembelajaran yang dilakukan mahasiswa berhasil menciptakan atmosfer belajar yang lebih inklusif dan bermakna. Secara keseluruhan, program ini membuktikan bahwa implementasi Profil Pelajar Pancasila dapat efektif di lingkungan pendidikan nonformal melalui pendekatan kolaboratif dan kontekstual.

Abstract

This study examines the factors influencing the participation of couples of reproductive age in the Family Planning Program in East Sumalata District, North Gorontalo Regency. The data used in this study consist of primary data collected through questionnaire surveys. The research population comprised 125 respondents, and a census method was employed. The analytical technique used to address the research problems and test the hypotheses was multiple regression analysis, conducted with the assistance of the Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) software for data processing. The findings of the study indicate that: (1) service delivery plays a positive and significant role in influencing the participation of couples of reproductive age; (2) promotion has a positive and significant effect on the participation of couples of reproductive age; (3) socialization activities have a positive and significant effect on the participation of couples of reproductive age; and (4) cultural factors have a positive and significant effect on the participation of couples of reproductive age.
