Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi pelaku usaha terhadap budidaya sayuran hidroponik di kecamatan Sangatta Utara, Kabupaten Kutai Timur berdasarkan aspek ketersediaan input, budidaya dan pemasaran serta mengetahui korelasi antara luas lahan dan persepsi pelaku usaha. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada tahun 2022 di Kecamatan Sangatta Utara. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah pelaku usaha yang membudidayakan sayuran dengan teknik hidroponik. Data dianalisis menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif menggunakan skala likert 4 butir yaitu sangat setuju (SS), setuju(S), kurang setuju (KS) dan tidak setuju (TS), kemudian hasil penelitian diinterpretasikan menggunakan interval kelas. Analisis korelasi secara parsial menggunakan rumus Rank Spearman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi pelaku usaha terhadap budidaya sayuran hidroponik pada aspek ketersediaan input, aspek budidaya dan aspek pemasaran berada pada kategori setuju dengan instrumen-instrumen yang diteliti dengan total nilai 328. Terdapat korelasi positif yang kuat dan signifikan antara luas lahan dengan persepsi pelaku usaha dengan nilai koefisien korelasi Rank Spearman sebesar 0,685 dan taraf signifikasi sebesar 0,042 dimana nilai ini < 0,05

Abstract

Sistem Penjaminan Mutu Internal (SPMI) bagi lembaga pendidikan di tingkat dasar dan menengah, merupakan hal yang harus dijalankan secara professional. Sebab SPMI sebagi quality control dan menentukan arah mutu suatu lembaga lendidikan, Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi SPMI pada SMP Muhammadiyah 9 Boarding School Tanggulangin Sidoarjo, yang pada tahun sebelumnya telah diberikan sosilialisasi dan pendampingan oleh penulis dalam penyusunan dokumen SPMI. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus dengan peneliti sebagai instrumen utama. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara serta penelurusan dokumen. Analisis data dilakukan dengan tiga langkah, yakni reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi data. Tahapan dalam penelitian ini adalah: Pertama, pengecekan dokumen SPMI yang mencakup (standar mutu, pemetaan mutu, rencana pemenuhan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi). Kedua, menganalisis dokumen SPMI. Ketiga, pemetaan dokumen SPMI. Keempat, peninjauan siklus penjaminan mutu. Kelima, evaluasi implementasi SPMI. Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa SMP Muhammadiyah 9 Boarding School Tanggulangin Sidoarjo telah terbentuk organisasi SPMI yang anggotanya terdiri dari kepala sekolah,tenaga kependidikan dan dan komite sekolah. Dalam mengimplementasikan SPMI telah ditetapkan siklus dengan lima tahapan yakni (1).pemetaan mutu, (2) penyusunan rencana peningkatan mutu, (3) implementasi rencana peningkatan mutu; (4) Monitoring dan evaluasi proses pelaksanaan pemenuhan mutu),(5) Penetapan standar baru dan penyusunan strategi peningkatan mutu. Namun dalam pelaksanaannya belum sesuai dengan ketentuan, hal ini disebabkan anggota dalam organisasi SPMI, semuanya guru dengan jam mengajar yang banyak, begitu juga dengan tenaga kependidikanya personilnya sedikit namun beban kerjanya banyak, sehingga belum maksimal hasilnya. Sedangkan rencana pengembangan selanjutnya adalah adanya penguatan bagi kepala sekolah agar komitmen dalam mengimplementasikan SPMI

Abstract

Practicing prayer with istikohmah can make the pattern of thinking and heart calm and make human morals better because praying makes a person remember Allah and His beloved Prophet SAW, which makes the human heart calm again. With a calm heart, this will be the cure for various diseases that are felt. This study aims to describe psychic therapy with prayer for peace of mind as a reference for healing psychological problems experienced by humans related to life problems. The result of this study is that respondents studied in this study after being given education related to sholawat have practiced it mystically and can change their personalities for the better and make their souls balanced. In addition, the practice of sholawat will provide nourishment and priority such as being granted and facilitating all his wishes, being the reason for the granting of prayers, being forgiven for his sins by Allah SWT, eliminating the sense of difficulty and hardship in his life. Sholawat is not only a prayer but also a means of psychotherapy against psychic disorders. This research has descriptive qualitative elements and researchively has an interactive descriptive nature that contains data from respondents. That way this research can be used as an educational means of psychotherapy on the problems of life experienced by humans to make the human soul calm and make humans more noble morals.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the learning management of Al-Islam education in the independent curriculum at SMP Muhammadiyah 5 Tulangan. This type of research is qualitative with a descriptive approach, research data in the form of teaching modules, lesson plans and syllabi. The data sources for this research were obtained from informants or observations and interviews involving school principals, curriculum leaders, and Al-Islam education teachers. The independent curriculum is a curriculum initiated by the Minister of Education and Culture (Kemendikbud), Nadiem Makarim, which gives freedom to educational units in designing and implementing learning according to the characteristics and needs of students. The learning management of Al-Islam education at SMP Muhammadiyah 5 Tulangan has been carried out in accordance with predetermined learning procedures and is running well in accordance with the predetermined learning objectives. In carrying out learning, the teacher will deliver teaching materials in 3 stages starting from introductory activities, core activities and closing activities. The learning approach uses differentiation by strengthening the Pancasila student profile.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the optimal revenue and income optimization model for UD Bintang Lima Tahu dan Tempe Kabo Jaya in North Sangatta District. This research was conducted from March to May 2022. The data collected method used was interview and direct observation with the owners of UD Bintang Lima Tahu dan Tempe Kabo Jaya as the population as well as respondents. The analytical tool used LINDO Software with the Linear Programming method. The results showed that the revenue optimization model of UD Bintang Lima Tahu dan Tempe Kabo Jaya was by maximizing raw materials, production machine hours and labor hours. In actual conditions, the total production is 3.423 units of tofu/day and 498 units of tempeh/day. Under optimal conditions, it can produce as much as 3.900 tofu/day and 500 tempeh/day. The total income of UD Bintang Lima Tahu dan Tempe Kabo Jaya is Rp 187.260.000,-/month. Total production is 117.000 units of tofu/month and 15.000 units of tempeh/month with an income of Rp 1.555,- from each sale of 1 tofu and an income of Rp 355.- from every sale of 1 tempeh.

Abstract

Advances in digital technology today have brought significant changes in various aspects, especially in the health care industry business. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of employee competence and the quality of hospital services on patient satisfaction in hospitals in the city of Bandung. This research was conducted in a hospital in the city of Bandung using a sample of 90 patients. The data was then analyzed using a multiple regression analysis approach using SPSS 25 software. The results of this study indicate that partially and simultaneously the variables of employee competence and service quality have a significant influence on patient satisfaction. Based on the results of the coefficient of determination obtained a value of 87.9%. These results indicate that the two variables studied, namely employee competence and service quality have a high enough influence in influencing patient satisfaction at Bandung City Hospital.

Abstract

Faster developments, more open global competition, and increasingly advanced technology require a company to have a competitive advantage. This study aims to determine the effect of employee competence and talent management on employee performance in the context of MSMEs in Bandung City. This study uses a descriptive verification approach. The collected data were then analyzed using multiple regression analysis with the help of SPSS 25 for Windows software. The results of this study contribute to the following findings: First, employee competence was found to have a positive influence on the performance of MSME employees in the city of Bandung. Second, talent management also has a positive influence on the performance of MSME employees in the city of Bandung. And finally, this study also proves simultaneously that the two independent variables, namely employee competency and talent management, can simultaneously influence the performance of MSME employees in the city of Bandung. The coefficient of determination also shows a value of 61.3%, which provides an explanation that the acquisition of this figure is in the very high category in explaining employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the parenting style of parents and its implications for moral education in a case study farming community in Banjareja Village, Nusawungu sub-district, Cilacap district. This research is a type of qualitative research with a positivist approach. Data collection is done by observation, and interviews. Those interviewed included village heads, parents, Koran teachers, local communities and children who were used as research subjects. After the data is collected, it is then analyzed, the rare steps of which include collecting data, sorting data and drawing conclusions. From the data analysis, a conclusion was drawn which stated that most of the people of Banjareja Village chose democratic parenting for their children's moral education. Because this democratic parenting style has the advantage that children and parents have a forum for opinions so that they find a middle way to be able to decide a problem. This parenting style is also due to the background of parents who are busy so if they choose an authoritarian parenting style, what happens is that the child will rebel or be permissive, it will happen that the child becomes difficult for parents to manage. So that this democratic parenting style is a good choice for educating children in farming communities.

Abstract

General Background: Education in Indonesia confronts a myriad of challenges, including regulatory frameworks, funding issues, and diverse implementation systems, which have led to concerns regarding the competitiveness of graduates in the global arena. Specific Background: One critical aspect of education involves character development among students, particularly in the context of the digital era. Knowledge Gap: While various educational interventions exist, the impact of religious practices, specifically the habituation of congregational dhuha prayers, on student character has not been extensively studied. Aims: This study aims to analyze the effect of habituating congregational dhuha prayers at SD Islam Al-Huda in Kediri on the character development of students. Results: Utilizing a qualitative approach through observation, documentation, and interviews, the findings reveal that this religious practice positively influences students' attitudes and discipline. Novelty: The research contributes to the literature by demonstrating that religious-based interventions can effectively enhance moral character in educational settings. Implications: These results suggest that integrating religious practices like dhuha prayers in school routines can be a valuable strategy for character education, offering practical insights for educators and policymakers seeking to foster holistic student development in Indonesia. Abstract

One of the effects of the Covid-19 pandemic is on the education sector with the implementation of the SFH policy which makes all teaching and learning activities carried out online. This study aims to determine the problems of guardians of elementary level Muhammadiyah school students in Sidoarjo Regency in accompanying online learning. This research uses a case study approach, the main research subject is the guardian of Muhammadiyah school students. The data collection method used is the Google Form questionnaire and interviews. The data analysis technique in this study consisted of three activity lines, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that there were 5 problems faced by the guardians of the students, namely: First, difficulties in mentoring. Second, the student's learning load is heavy. Third, internet quota and network problems. Fourth, the limitations of online learning media. Fifth, it is difficult to condition the children at Home.
