Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui implementasi Pajak Bumi Bangunan di Desa Sukabakti yang mana Pelaksanaan Pajak bumi dan bangunan yang belum optional di desa sukabakti. Adapun penelitian ini dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan teori faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi implementasi kebijakan menunjukan bahwa Implementasi Pajak Bumi Bangunan di Desa Sukabakti belum berjalan secara optimal karena masih banyak permasalahan dalam pelaksanaannya seperti. Kurangnya sosialisasi yang dilakukan oleh aparat desa terhadap masyarakat, dukungan dari sumber daya manusia yang memadai baik dari segi kuantitas maupun kualitas. sebagian masyarakat yang enggan membayar pajak dan selalu kabur saat ditagih, sikap pelaksana yang kurang mengajak masyarakat untuk membayar pajak bumi bangunan, kerjasama antara para pihak desa yang kurang. Kesimpulannya adalah implementasi Pajak Bumi Bangunan di Desa Sukabakti belum berjalan dengan baik.

Abstract

Dismenore merupakan nyeri yang dirasakan pada perut bagian bawah saat haid. Indonesia memiliki prevalensi dismenore mencapai 98,8%. Berdasarkan hasil survei pendahuluan pada 13 November 2023 di SMPN 2 Mentaya Hilir Selatan kepada 8 remaja putri didapatkan sebanyak 7 remaja putri mengalami dismenore. Dari 7 remaja putri yang mengalami dismenore, hanya 1 remaja putri yang menangani dismenore dan 6 remaja putri tidak melakukan penanganan ketika mengalami dismenore. Dismenore memberikan dampak bagi fisik, psikologi, sosial dan ekonomi. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan dengan perilaku remaja putri dalam mengatasi dismenore di SMPN 2 Mentaya Hilir Selatan. Desain penelitian korelasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional dan metode kuantitatif. Sampel berjumlah 45 responden menggunakan metode simple random sampling. Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis hubungan antar variabel menggunakan uji chi square. Hasil penelitian didapatkan pengetahuan tentang dismenore dengan kategori cukup sebanyak 26 (57,8%), kurang 11(24,4%), baik 8 (17,8%). Perilaku positif dalam mengatasi dismenore sebanyak 31(68,9 %) dan perilaku negatif 14 (31,1 %). Hasil uji chi square menunjukan adanya hubungan pengetahuan dengan perilaku remaja putri dalam mengatasi dismenore dengan p-value 0,000. Disarankan untuk memberikan edukasi dismenore melalui berbagai metode seperti penyuluhan, pemberian leaflet, poster dan booklet.

Abstract

Berdasarkan putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi Nomor 97/PUU-XIV/2016 tentang yudicial review Undang-Undang Administrasi Kependudukan, para penganut aliran kepercayaan telah dibolehkan untuk mencantumkan keyakinannya pada kolom agama di Kartu Keluarga (KK) dan Kartu Tanda Penduduk Elektronik (KTP elektronik). Penelitian ini bermula dari diskriminasi yang dirasakan penghayat kepercayaan sehingga sulit dalam menunjukkan eksistensinya. Pasca dikeluarkannya Putusan MK yang merupakan titik balik presensi para penghayat kepercayaan, kini pemeluk agama dan penganut kepercayaan dianggap setara, dengan catatan Penghayat Kepercayaan tetap harus dibedakan secara hak bernegara dan administratif. Meski telah dilegalkan secara administratif oleh Negara melalui peraturan perundang-undang, namun masih saja terdapat pembeda dalam pemenuhan hak sipil bagi kaum minoritas ini karena dianggap rentan terhadap stigma negatif masyarakat. Melalui penelitian pustaka (Library Research) penulis hendak menganalisa bagaimana bentuk pemenuhan hak sipil penghayat kerpercayaan pasca Putusan MK No. 97/PUU-XIV/2016 serta meninjau perbeedaan perlakuan yang dirasakan penghayat kepercayaan setelah dan sebelum dikeluarkannya putusan ini.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work discipline and physical work environment on the performance of PT Tjiwulan Putra Mandiri Tasikmalaya tailor employees. The research method used is a causal associative method with a quantitative approach to 144 respondents who are employees of the tailor section. The type of data used is primary data. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this test prove that work discipline and physical work environment simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of employees in the tailor section of PT Tjiwulan Putra Mandiri Tasikmalaya. Work discipline has a significant effect partially on the performance of employees in the tailor section of PT Tjiwulan Putra Mandiri Tasikmalaya. The physical work environment has a significant effect partially on the performance of employees in the tailor section of PT Tjiwulan Putra Mandiri Tasikmalaya.

Abstract

This research took place in Tasikmalaya City and aims to determine the effect of compensation and work discipline on employee performance production department at PT. Daiwani Putra Utama. This research involves use of survey methods with a quantitative approach, employee section production as a population, and random sampling techniques with cluster sampling as a sampling technique with a sample size of 55 people production employees. Data processing is carried out from primary data sources and and secondary. The research data is then processed by testing validity and reliability, classical assumption tests, statistical analysis tests, and hypothesis tests with using the SPSS version 25 application. Based on the F test results, it shows compensation and work discipline influence employee performance significantly. The T test results show that compensation partially influences performance employees significantly, while work discipline partially does not significantly affects employee performance.

Abstract

Productivity is the smallest ratio of income and expenditure from the results of the expenditure process that takes place during production activities. This research was conducted with the aim of finding out the influence of education level and work productivity competency in the village partially or simultaneously. Research was conducted on employees at the Karangjaladri village office. This research sample used a survey with a saturated technique. Based on the results of the F test, the level of education and competency significantly influences work productivity. The results of the T test show that the level of education and competency partially influences employee performance significantly.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja Fisik dan Budaya Organisasi Terhadap Prestasi Kerja Pegawai ASN Dinas Komunikasi dan Informasi Kota Tasikmalaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS versi 23. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dengan menyebarkan kuisioner, melakukan observasi dan wawancara ke pihak yang terkait. Untuk populasi penelitian ini sebanyak 35 orang Pegawai yang berstatus ASN. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Lingkungan Kerja Fisik dan Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh simultan Terhadap Prestasi Kerja Pegawai ASN Dinas Komunikasi dan Informasi Kota Tasikmalaya, Lingkungan Kerja Fisik secara parsial berpengaruh Terhadap Prestasi Kerja Pegawai ASN Dinas Komunikasi dan Informasi Kota Tasikmalaya, Budaya Organisasi secara parsial berpengaruh Terhadap Prestasi Kerja Pegawai ASN Dinas Komunikasi dan Informasi Kota Tasikmalaya. ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of physical work environment and organizational culture on the work performance of ASN employees of the Tasikmalaya City Communication and Information Office. This research uses quantitative methods. The sampling technique in this study used multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS version 23 application. Data collection techniques in this study by distributing questionnaires, conducting observations and interviews to related parties. For the population of this study as many as 35 employees who have ASN status. The results of this study are the Physical Work Environment and Organizational Culture simultaneously affect the Work Achievement of ASN Employees of the Tasikmalaya City Communication and Information Office, the Physical Work Environment partially affects the Work Achievement of ASN Employees of the Tasikmalaya City Communication and Information Office, Organizational Culture partially affects the Work Achievement of ASN Employees of the Tasikmalaya City Communication and Information Office.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the understanding of leading MSMEs in Tasikmalaya City regarding Green Human Resource Management (GHRM), analyze and determine the extent of the role of Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) in increasing Sustainable Business Performance or increasing the competitive advantage of Leading MSMEs in Tasikmalaya City. The research sample consisted of 39 leading MSMEs spread across 5 (five) sub-districts in Tasikmalaya City. The data analysis used in this study was descriptive analysis. The results of the study showed that only a few MSMEs already knew about the concept of GHRM but had not been able to apply it optimally to their businesses. The results of this study also produced a GHRM concept/model that can be applied to leading MSMEs in Tasikmalaya City which includesbackground, stimulus, implementation and expected output from the implementation of Green Human Resource Management. The background explains why Green Human Resource Management needs to be implemented, Stimulus is something that encourages subjects both organizationally and individually to implement/do something. Some determinants that are thought to encourage a company or individual employee to behave in an environmentally friendly manner are, environmental ethics awareness, organizational culture and organizational/leadership commitment. The concept is expected to increase the competitiveness of MSMEs and produce a better company work environment

Abstract

Digital technology is now a major factor in supporting HR development in the creative industry sector. Through the concept of Digital Human Resources Supply Chain (DHRSC), companies can utilize digital technology to manage the HR supply chain, from recruitment, skills development, to performance evaluation. This study uses a descriptive quantitative method approach that describes the phenomena that occur related to the implementation of Digital Human Resources Supply Chain (DHRSC) in the standardization of human resource (HR) competencies in the creative industry totaling 39 MSMEs spread across 7 (seven) sub-districts in Tasikmalaya City. Data analysis uses Multiple Linear Regression with the Mix Method method. The results of the study show that the implementation of DHRSC has a significant impact on the standardization of HR competencies in the creative industry in Tasikmalaya City. The main factors that influence this process are the use of digital technology, digital-based training, infrastructure availability, and government support

Abstract

Penelitian ini didasarkan pada pentingnya upaya pemberdayaan perempuan untuk mencapai kesetaraan gender, khususnya di tingkat desa di mana perempuan sering kali menghadapi keterbatasan dalam akses dan peran dibandingkan laki-laki. Penelitian ini berupaya mengkaji bagaimana pengembangan kapasitas dan pemberdayaan perempuan dalam program Desa Ramah Perempuan dan Peduli Anak (DRPPA) di Kalurahan Wedomartani, Kabupaten Sleman, Yogyakarta, dapat berkontribusi secara signifikan dalam meningkatkan kapasitas dan peran perempuan di tingkat desa. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif melalui studi kasus, penelitian ini menggali proses pemberdayaan dan pengembangan kapasitas yang dilakukan dalam program DRPPA. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa Kalurahan Wedomartani telah berhasil memenuhi seluruh target indikator yang ditetapkan oleh program DRPPA, menjadikan program ini sebagai model pemberdayaan yang efektif dan berkelanjutan, yang mampu mendorong partisipasi perempuan secara signifikan dalam pembangunan desa.
