Abstract

This study aims to analyze the juridical comparison of changes in the minimum and maximum sanctions for corruption crimes in the new Indonesian Criminal Code (Law Number 1 of 2023) compared to the Anti-Corruption Law (Law Number 31 of 1999 juncto Law Number 20 of 2001). The research seeks to examine how these changes affect the principles of justice and legal certainty amid Indonesia’s ongoing struggle with corruption. The research method was used a normative juridical approach with legislative, conceptual, and case approaches. Data were obtained from primary, secondary, and tertiary legal materials through literature study, and analyzed using qualitative, content, and descriptive analysis techniques. The novelty of this research lies in its comprehensive analysis of both the minimum and maximum criminal sanctions, supported by factual data such as corruption case trends, the Anti-Corruption Behavior Index, and the interpretation of Decision Number 1/Pid.Sus-TPK/2024/PN Mam. This study also introduces adaptive solutions through penal and non-penal measures, such as asset forfeiture, revocation of political rights, and restrictions on public office, to strengthen deterrence and restore justice. Based on the research concluded that the reduction of sanctions for corruption crimes in the new Criminal Code is inconsistent with Indonesia’s corruption reality and requires refinement to ensure the balance between justice, legal certainty, and the effectiveness of corruption eradication.

Abstract

Project to build an outpatient and basement building in Majelngka District Hospital consists of 4 floors and one basement floor. The foundation used in this project is a deep foundation with borepie type foundation. Each foundation must be able to withstand the load generated by the interaction of building structures. the foundation with this column can later be used as a comparison with the existing foundation and column design. Soil type in this project is clay type with hard soil depth of more than 10 m. The calculation of foundation and column is assisted with the SAP 2000 software. Based on the calculation results obtained the dimensions of the foundation with a diameter of 0.5 m with a depth of 5 m using the main level 8D19 with stirrup layer D10-200 and pilecap thickness used for 0.6 m while the structural data from implementing contractor obtained the dimensions of the foundation with a diameter of 0.8 m with a pole length of 4 m, the main reinforcement 16D19 with stirrup D10-150 and pilecap thickness obtained 1 m. This difference occurs because of differences in the calculation concepts of each method.

Abstract

The Silk Town Alexandria Tower apartment project is one of the apartment projects in the city to meet the needs of the megapolitan community for residential homes. This apartment is a people's dream to have a modern residence with luxurious facilities. This project has a very strategic location, namely in the Graha Raya area. South Tangerang, precisely on Jalan Bhayangkara, Alam Sutra. Tangerang Selatan is a location that is experiencing rapid development. In addition, South Tangerang, which is close to the capital city, makes this location in great demand and targeted by the community. Shear walls are vertical elements of the horizontal force resisting system. Shear walls are like vertically-oriented wide beams that carry earthquake loads downwards to the foundation. Shear walls are efficient, both in terms of construction cost and effectiveness in minimizing earthquake damage in structural and nonstructural elements. Shear walls in buildings must be symmetrically located in plan to reduce ill-effects of twist in buildings. The presence shear wall building is expected to reduce the earthquake plan so that the safety and comfort of residents under control.

Abstract

The Cikeruh Bridge is a bridge that crosses the Cikeruh river with a river width of 65 meters, on the west it is a steep slope of 900 in the east there are landslides with a depth of 11 meters where there are rocks of varying sizes. So the construction of the pillar as a support for the superstructure must be very carefully calculated so that it is able to transfer the weight of the upper structure to the ground. The type of pillar chosen at the location of the Cikeruh bridge is a portal pillar with a different construction between one pillar and another, adjusted to the contour of the land and the flow of the river. The structure of the bridge itself is planned for a composite bridge type with steel girders (Fy = 355 MPa) and a concrete plate (F'c = 250 MPa), with a structure under a steel pile foundation. and Pier head work 2. The main material used in the construction of cikeruh bridge pillars is f'c = 250 quality concrete, the reinforcement used is screw D-25 iron, threaded D-16 and threaded D-13.

Abstract

An Irrigated Area is a unit of land that gets water from an irrigation network. Irrigation Networks are channels, buildings, and their complementary buildings that are a single entity necessary for the provision, division, administration, use and disposal of irrigation. The Range Irrigation Area is located in the lowlands of the lower reaches of the Cimanuk river in the northern part of Majalengka Regency from West Java Province. Irrigation Modernization This range is carried out because the irrigation system has not been modernized for decades, causing the performance of water services to be less than optimal. The use of materials for construction that is in the ground or groundwater level, namely by using Corrugated Concrete Sheet Pile (CCSP), Corrugated Concrete Sheet Pile (CCSP) is a concrete used for foundation structures or irrigation canals that function as soil retaining walls. Corrugated Concrete Sheet Pile (CCSP) is one of the products owned by a well-known concrete company, namely WIKA concrete. The type of CCSP used in this project is CCSP W325 B with a length of 9 meters. There are 3 stages of work regarding the Method of Implementing Corrugated Concrete Sheet Pile Pairs, starting from the Preparation, Erection of Corrugated Concrete Sheet Pile, Capping Beam Work.
