Abstract

Sistem Plumbing adalah bagian yang tidak dapat dipisahkan dari suatu bangunan. sitem plumbing dipergunakan untuk menyediakan air bersih dan mebuang air kotor serta air buangan ketempat yang telah ditentukan tanpa mencemari bagian-bagian terpenting lainnya. untuk memenuhi kebutuhan air bersih pada perancangan gedung Dewan Perwakilan Daerah Kabupaten Majalengka dengan jumlah penghuni sebanyak 95 orang diperlukan air bersih sebesar 8,55 m3 / hari. untuk bak air atas (roof tank) digunakan bak penampung air sebesar 10.000 liter dan untuk bak penampung air buangan (packkage STP) digunakan bak penampung berkapasitas 21 m3. berdasarkan hasil perhitungan digunakan pompa transfer untuk memompa air dari bak air bawah (ground water tank) menuju bak air atas (roof tank) dengan kapasitas pengaliran 0,07 m3/menit. head pompa transfer sebesar 10 m, pada perencanaan ini distribusi air bersih menggunakan sistem gravitasi bumi.

Abstract

In terms of access to mobilization/demobilization and the location is very steep, the dump load is minimal due to poor access. Very high rainfall has resulted in further delays in the implementation of work. ACBC (Asphalt Concrete Binder Course) asphalt foundation and top layer or asphalt surface wear layer ACWC (Asphalt Wearing Course) for the material used, namely Asphalt Emulsion CSS -1 or SS -1 layer thickness (AC-BC) solid with a thickness of 0.6 cm with a loose thickness of 7.4 cm, the layer thickness (AC-WC) was solid with a thickness of 0.5 cm and a loose thickness of 6.4 cm. AC-WC compaction is divided into 3 parts, namely first compaction (breakdown rolling), second compaction (intermediate rolling), final compaction (final rolling). The first compaction is carried out when the temperature reaches 111 C to 102 C or about 0 – 10 minutes from the time the AC – WC is held. This ride uses a tandem roller with the number of tracks according to the trial compaction. The second compaction is carried out at a temperature of 102 C to 83 C or about 10-20 minutes since the AC-WC was held. This event uses a Pneumatic Roller with the number of passes according to trial compaction. The final compaction was carried out at a temperature of 83 C to 63 C or around 20-45 minutes since the AC-WC was held. This event uses a Pneumatic Tandem Roller with 12 to 15 passes. In the work of the Cikowoan – Kadut Road Improvement Reconstruction Project in Majalengka Regency, the tools used are Mini Excavators, Asphalt Tanks and assistive devices (asphalt sprayer), Dump trucks, Tandem combin rollers, Mini iron wheel compactor machines (baby roller), soil compactor machine.

Abstract

Dalam perencanaan struktur beton bertulang perlu adanya kepastian tentang keamanan struktur terhadap keruntuhan yang mungkin terjadi selama umur bangunan. Berbagai hal perlu ditinjau yang meliputi beberapa kriteria yaitu kekuatan, kekakuan, dan kemampuan menerima beban, sehingga diperoleh kekuatan yang optimum. Penelitian ini mengacu pada aturan Standar Nasional Indonesia (SNI) yang meliputi SNI 1726:2012, SNI 1727:2013, dan SNI 2847:2013. Analisis struktur pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan bantuan program komputer SAP2000 v.14. Analisis dilakukan dengan pemodelan 3 dimensi, kemudian diperoleh momen ultimit dan beban aksial ultimit yang akan membantu dalam perencanaan tulangan balok dan kolom yang aman bagi bangunan. Hasil akhir analisis dari program komputer SAP2000 v.14 menunjukkan bahwa struktur balok dan kolom cukup aman untuk memikul beban mati, hidup, angin dan gempa. Dari hasil perencanaan diperoleh dimensi dan jumlah tulangan yang telah memenuhi syarat, dimana untuk balok ØMn > Mu, dan untuk kolom ØMn > Mu, ØPn > Pu

Abstract

An Irrigated Area is a unit of land that gets water from an irrigation network. Irrigation Networks are channels, buildings, and their complementary buildings that are a single entity necessary for the provision, division, administration, use and disposal of irrigation. The Range Irrigation Area is located in the lowlands of the lower reaches of the Cimanuk river in the northern part of Majalengka Regency from West Java Province. Irrigation Modernization This range is carried out because the irrigation system has not been modernized for decades, causing the performance of water services to be less than optimal. The use of materials for construction that is in the ground or groundwater level, namely by using Corrugated Concrete Sheet Pile (CCSP), Corrugated Concrete Sheet Pile (CCSP) is a concrete used for foundation structures or irrigation canals that function as soil retaining walls. Corrugated Concrete Sheet Pile (CCSP) is one of the products owned by a well-known concrete company, namely WIKA concrete. The type of CCSP used in this project is CCSP W325 B with a length of 9 meters. There are 3 stages of work regarding the Method of Implementing Corrugated Concrete Sheet Pile Pairs, starting from the Preparation, Erection of Corrugated Concrete Sheet Pile, Capping Beam Work.

Abstract

The Range Irrigation Area is a national strategic project located in the lowlands of the lower reaches of the Cimanuk River in the Northeastern part of West Java Province. Modernization of Span Irrigation is carried out because the age of the irrigation system is decades old, causing the performance of water services to decrease. The use of materials for construction that are in the ground or the groundwater table is by using a Steel Sheet Pile (SSP) which is driven to form a cofferdam (kisdam), this aims to provide a dry work area, and so that the river channel continues to flow from upstream to downstream, while the objective of the Irrigation Modernization is the coating/installation of concrete block lining in river channels so as to reduce the water loss factor. Concrete block lining is a precast concrete specially designed for irrigation canals which functions as a retaining wall. There are 9 stages of work regarding the Concrete Block Lining Installation Implementation Method, starting from Preparation, Coffering, Dewatering, Cut And Fill, Subgrade, Concrete Block Lining, Caping Beam, Joint Sealent/Filler and Tool Shifting. Abstract

The implementation of bore pile foundations in the Cirebon Regency – Majalengka Regency – Sumedang Regency Road Preservation Project is one of the avalanche handling work items that aims to strengthen the soil retaining wall structure from the load of the structure on it, the soil retaining wall structure was built because the existing condition had previously collapsed so a new soil retaining wall was planned. The foundation used in the construction of this soil retaining wall is a bore pile foundation. Bore pile foundation is a type of deep foundation whose installation is carried out first by drilling the ground with the diameter of the drilling hole according to the plan using a hydraulic drilling machine until it reaches a predetermined depth, then an assembled steel frame is inserted, and casting is carried out using a concrete mixture. The purpose of this study is to find out the stages of bore pile foundation work in the Avalanche Handling Project from the preparation of tools and materials to the implementation of the work. Knowing how to drill and install bore pile reinforcement. Knowing how bore pile casting works. In the implementation of bore pile work in the Avalanche Handling project of the Sumedang City Boundary Road section of STA 19 + 198, there are several stages, namely preparatory work, drilling work, rebar installation work, and casting work.

Abstract

A concrete plant, also known as a batch plant or batching plant or a concrete batching plant, is equipment that combines various ingredients to form concrete. This implementation aims to determine the manufacturing process and quality control of concrete product production. The method used in this implementation is descriptive quantitative. Steps include operational variables to determine the problem and indicators of the cause of the problem. Data collection through observation and documentation. The results of this implementation show that the implementation of manufacturing at PT WIKA Beton Tbk PPB Majalengka aims to make good concrete products, the factors for making PC Spun Pile products are made based on work instructions or standard operational procedures.

Abstract

Cats are pets that are susceptible to various diseases if not properly cared for, especially if the owner does not recognize the symptoms of disease in cats, potentially leading to incorrect treatment and worsening the cat's health condition. This study uses an expert system website to diagnose diseases in cats, using the Certainty Factor (CF) method. Certainty Factor is a method used to determine whether a fact has certainty or uncertainty, in the form of a metric that is generally applied in expert systems. This method is used to predict the possibility of disease based on symptoms inputted by the user, so that it can provide initial diagnosis results. The results of the study then conducted a questionnaire to see the usefulness of the system and obtained the results that 91.32% of respondents felt this system was appropriate and useful. In the future, it is hoped that this system can be developed with suggestions for initial treatment or appropriate medication for cats.

Abstract

One of the main infrastructures that supports people's mobility and economy is roads. Roads play a role in connecting various regions, facilitating the movement of people, goods, and services, and being the main driver of economic growth, so road safety and security are very important to consider. In the 2024 Cikopo-Palimanan toll road widening project, especially in the Rigid Pavement Reconstruction work, the safety of construction workers and road users is very important. Therefore, in this rigid pavement reconstruction work, the Traffic Management Plan (TMP) system is implemented to anticipate traffic accidents and construction accidents. The method used in the implementation of this practical work is the literature study method and field study on the 3rd Lane Widening project of the Cikopo-Palimanan Toll Road KM 87+350 to KM 98+275. The implementation of this Practical Work was carried out on the 3rd Lane Widening Project at KM 87+350 to KM 98+275 of the Cikopo - Palimanan Toll Road in 2024 Package 1 located in Subang. Traffic management arrangements and completeness of traffic signs in the 3rd Lane Widening project at KM 87+350 to KM 98+275 of the Cikopo - Subang Section, Cikopo - Palimanan Toll Road have been implemented properly in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Transportation in 2014 concerning Traffic Signs, so as to minimize the risk of traffic accidents at the project location.

Abstract

The implementation of bore pile foundations on the Cirebon Palimanan Sumedang KM. BDG. 70 + 100 Sumedang Regency road preservation project is one of the landslide handling work items that aims to strengthen the retaining wall structure, where the retaining wall structure that was built, because the new retaining wall had to be built because the previous existing condition had collapsed. The foundation for building a retaining wall uses a borepile foundation, which is a type of deep foundation. The installation method is to first use a large borepile machine to drill the soil with a certain diameter on the soil until it reaches the specified depth, then install the assembled steel rods. Frame and insert it into the drill hole, then insert it into the drill hole. The purpose of implementing this practical work is to understand the implementation of field construction, especially in road preservation projects, to understand the Bore Pile foundation work process in retaining wall construction, especially in handling landslides. In the method of implementing bore pile foundations in the landslide handling work of the Cirebon - Palimanan Sumedang road preservation project, there are several stages of work including preparation work, reinforcement work, drilling work, bore pile casting work, and Test Pile work.
