Abstract

Hipertensi menempati urutan pertama dengan persentase tertinggi pada setiap klasifikasi umur terkait Lansia, dan penyakit stroke  pada peringkat ke tiga dari sepuluh masalah kesehatan lanjut Usia. Kegiatan bertujuan agar lansia mampu melaksanakan upaya pencegahan stroke dengan pengelolaan hipertensi dengan jumlah responden 33 lansia yang terdiri dari 10 laki-laki dan 23 perempoan. Instrument berupa kuesioner  terdiri dari 20 pernyataan dengan dichotomi Choice untuk pengetahuan dan Multiple Choice untuk Perilaku. hasil diketahu terdapat kestabilan nilai tekanan darah sebanyak 22 responden (64%), dan penurunan nilai tekanan darah sebanyak 11 responden (33%). Peningkatan pengetahuan lansia berada pada kategori baik  meningkat saat postest sebanyak 91% dibanding saat pretes 67%. Demikian juga dengan perilaku Lansia saat pretes berada pada kategori baik sejumlah 55, dan meningka saat postest sebanyak 87%. Saran bagi Pengelola UPTD RSGS Ulee Kareng Banda Aceh untuk dapat mempertahankan kegiatan olah raga berupa senam lansia yang sudah dijalankan pada setiap hari kamis pagi dan dapat memotivasi warga lansia untuk selalu bersedia melakukan chek/pengukuran tekanan darah minimal 1 kali seminggu.

Abstract

The use of rice transplanter technology, which requires less labor in the rice planting process, is increasingly being adopted by farmers. However, despite the implementation of rice transplanter technology, some farmers still prefer to maintain traditional methods due to their perceived effectiveness in ensuring the precision of seed planting. This study aims to analyze the income of farmers who use rice transplanter technology and explore the relationship between the farmers' socio-economic characteristics and their income. The results show that the average income of farmers using Rice Transplanters in Indrapuri, Aceh Besar, reaches Rp 16,551,529 per planting season, with an average income of Rp 49,364,210.5 per hectare. Socio-economic characteristics of farmers, such as age, education level, and land area, have a significant positive relationship with income, while the number of dependents and farming experience show a negative relationship with the income of rice transplanter users. In conclusion, the application of rice transplanter technology can increase farmers' income, especially when supported by favorable socio-economic characteristics, such as education level and the area of land managed.

Abstract

Bebesen District is an area that has been working on potato commodities as the main vegetable farming. Potato plants in the region are known to have the advantage of relative resistance to disease. The determination of the type of agricultural commodity to be planted is influenced by various factors whose process is very complex and dynamic. The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship of characteristics to farmers' perception of the selection of horticultural crops in Bebesen District, Central Aceh Regency. The analysis model used is the Likert scale and Spearman rank by collecting primary and secondary data. The results of the study showed that the level of farmers' perception of horticultural commodity farming in Bebesen District, Central Aceh Regency was 66.3% and was classified as positive. Based on the results of the calculation of non-parametric statistical tests using the spearman rank test, this study shows that there isa relationship between farmer characteristics in the form of age, farming experience, and land area on farmer perception, but the latest education and the number of farmer family members have no influence on farmer perception in the selection of horticultural commodities in the research area.

Abstract

Shallot farming in Laut Tawar District is on the outskirts of Lake Lut Tawar by utilizing land on the edge of the lake. This study aims to determine the perception of farmers who use Gayo and Batu Ijo seeds towards the use of shallot seeds in Lut Tawar District, Central Aceh Regency, as well as to find out the difference in farmers' perception of the use of Gayo and Batu Ijo shallot seeds. The Data Analysis model used was Likert skla analysis and Mann Whitney analysis. The results of the study showed that farmers who used Batu Ijo shallot seeds were in the good category with a score of 3.73 and farmers who used Gayo shallot seeds were in the good category with a score of 3.71 and based on the results of the differential test obtained, there was no significant difference in perception of the use of Batu Ijo shallot seeds and Gayo varieties.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the differences in farmers' income between those using a Rice Transplanter and those employing conventional planting methods in Indrapuri District, Aceh Besar Regency. The sampling technique was conducted using the Simple Random Sampling method, covering 15% of the population. The results showed that the average production of farmers using the Rice Transplanter was 3,016.4 kg/MT with an income of IDR 17,677,451/MT, while farmers using conventional methods achieved an average production of 2,017.9 kg/MT with an income of IDR 12,872,254.4/MT. The t-test analysis on income showed a tvalue of 58.7, which is greater than the ttable value of 2.02 at a 0.05 confidence level, indicating that Ha is accepted, and Ho is rejected, thus confirming a significant income difference. Similarly, the production analysis showed a tvalue of 0.78 compared to a ttable of 2.02, suggesting a significant difference in production as well. In conclusion, the use of the Rice Transplanter significantly increases farmers' income and production compared to conventional methods.

Abstract

In the midst of rapid globalization, preserving local cultural values has become urgent in the world of education. This study aims to describe the principal's innovative strategy in local wisdom-based contextual learning through lipah fruit candy as a learning medium at SD Negeri 12 Samudera, North Aceh. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the principal implemented five main strategies: project-based curriculum application, collaboration with the local community, providing creative space for students, exhibitions and product marketing, and basic entrepreneurial training. This program positively impacts students' creativity, critical thinking skills, learning motivation, and nurtures entrepreneurial spirit. These findings serve as a reference for other schools to develop meaningful local wisdom-based education.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalisasi model pembelajaran Discovery Learning pada materi ekosistem laut guna meningkatkan rasa ingin tahu siswa sekolah dasar. Model ini dipilih karena menekankan pada proses menemukan pengetahuan secara aktif dan mandiri melalui pesngamatan serta eksplorasi langsung terhadap fenomena lingkungan laut. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi lapangan di salah satu SD di Banda Aceh. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari siswa kelas V dan guru kelas sebagai informan utama. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model Discovery Learning mampu meningkatkan partisipasi aktif siswa, mendorong mereka untuk bertanya, dan meningkatkan minat terhadap isu-isu kelestarian ekosistem laut. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan metode pembelajaran berbasis penemuan sangat efektif dalam membangun rasa ingin tahu siswa terhadap materi lingkungan.

Abstract

This study focused on three aspects: 1) the professionalism of lecturers in the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training (FTK) at the State Islamic Religious College (PTKIN) in Aceh in welcoming the industrial revolution 4.0 era; 2) the skills of FTK lecturers at PTKIN in Aceh in using technology for teaching; and 3) strategies to develop the professional competence of FTK lecturers in welcoming the industrial revolution 4.0 era. This research applied a qualitative method with fifty informants from FTK-PTKIN in Aceh. The informants were determined purposefully: two deans, one head of the Department of Teacher Training and Education, six deputy deans, and forty-nine lecturers. Data collection was done through interviews, observations, and documentation, and the data were analyzed through three steps: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. This study revealed that FTK-PTKIN lecturers in Aceh have high professional competence and good skills in using technology for teaching to welcome the Industrial Revolution 4.0 era. The common media used in teaching are Google Classroom, Google Meet, Zoom, and WhatsApp. Moreover, the professional competence of FTK lecturers is developed through the following strategies: doctoral education, technology training, and scholarship provision.

Abstract

Background: Changes in sleep quality as a consequence of the aging process in the elderly can affect sleep quality. So older adults need to get good and appropriate sleep hygiene practices in order to increase sleep efficiency. Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the association between sleep hygiene behavior with sleep quality in older adults. Methods: This research is quantitative with the design used being a cross sectional study. The sample used in this research was 49 elderly people. Statistical analysis was performed using the Chi-Square test. Results: the results of bivariate analysis showed a p-value of 0.032 (p<0.05), indicating a statistically significant relationship between sleep hygiene behavior and sleep quality in the elderly. nursing interventions based on sleep hygiene education and modification can be an effective non-pharmacological approach to improving the aging population’s health and overall quality of life. Further research is recommended to explore additional factors such as environmental conditions, chronic health status, and social support that may influence sleep quality in the elderly. Conclusion: The importance of nursing services is that they can implement sleep hygiene practices which can be used as independent interventions by nurses in an effort to increase sleep efficiency in the aging population

Abstract

Blockchain technology holds significant potential as a strategic solution to enhance accessibility, transparency, and authenticity of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning materials in the digital era. This study is motivated by the limited number of investigations that specifically develop a blockchain implementation model in PAI integrating content authentication, cross-regional accessibility, and curriculum adaptation. The purpose of this research is to describe the impact of blockchain technology on the development of PAI materials and to identify the challenges and opportunities of its implementation. This study employed a library research approach, drawing on books, peer-reviewed journal articles, and recent research reports relevant to the topic, analyzed qualitatively through content analysis. The findings reveal that blockchain ensures the authenticity of PAI materials through immutable recording, digital verification by official religious authorities, and prevention of counterfeiting and plagiarism. A token-based reward system was found to increase student engagement, while decentralized platforms facilitate transparent cross-regional learning interactions. Key challenges include limited infrastructure, low technological literacy, and resistance to changes in traditional learning systems. Nevertheless, opportunities arise in establishing a global PAI digital library, standardized certification, and modern collaborative learning models. This study concludes that integrating blockchain in PAI material development has the potential to broaden access, strengthen content integrity, and enhance learning engagement. The practical implications highlight the need for policy support, teacher training, and cross-institutional collaboration to optimize blockchain adoption in Islamic education.ABSTRAKBlockchain berpotensi menjadi solusi strategis untuk meningkatkan aksesibilitas, transparansi, dan keaslian materi Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) di era digital. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasari oleh masih terbatasnya kajian yang secara spesifik mengembangkan model penerapan blockchain dalam PAI yang mengintegrasikan autentikasi konten, akses lintas wilayah, dan adaptasi kurikulum. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dampak penggunaan teknologi blockchain dalam pengembangan materi PAI serta mengidentifikasi tantangan dan peluang implementasinya. Metode yang digunakan adalah library research dengan sumber data utama berupa buku, artikel jurnal ilmiah, dan laporan penelitian terkini yang relevan, dianalisis secara kualitatif melalui content analysis. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa blockchain mampu menjamin keaslian materi PAI melalui pencatatan permanen, verifikasi digital oleh otoritas keagamaan resmi, serta mencegah pemalsuan dan plagiarisme. Sistem reward berbasis token terbukti dapat meningkatkan partisipasi siswa, sedangkan platform terdesentralisasi memfasilitasi interaksi pembelajaran lintas wilayah secara transparan. Tantangan utama meliputi keterbatasan infrastruktur, rendahnya literasi teknologi, dan resistensi terhadap perubahan sistem pembelajaran tradisional, namun peluangnya mencakup pembentukan perpustakaan digital PAI global, sertifikasi terstandar, dan model pembelajaran kolaboratif modern. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa integrasi blockchain dalam pengembangan materi PAI berpotensi memperluas akses, memperkuat integritas konten, dan meningkatkan keterlibatan pembelajaran. Implikasi praktisnya adalah perlunya dukungan kebijakan, pelatihan pendidik, dan kolaborasi lintas lembaga untuk mengoptimalkan pemanfaatan blockchain dalam pendidikan Islam.
