Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of Augmented Reality (AR) as an interactive learning medium for understanding light wave concepts in physics. Using a systematic literature review of national and international studies published between 2019 and 2025, this research synthesizes evidence on AR’s role in improving students’ conceptual understanding and critical thinking. Unlike previous reviews that focused on general AR applications in science education, this study specifically examines its pedagogical impact on the light wave topic, which remains underexplored despite its abstract and complex nature. The review reveals that AR enhances visualization of light phenomena, fosters active and engaging learning environments, and supports 21st-century skills such as creativity, collaboration, and problem-solving. However, its implementation still faces challenges related to infrastructure, teacher readiness, and content development. Overall, this study provides a novel synthesis that highlights AR’s distinctive potential to bridge the gap between abstract theory and concrete experience in learning physics, offering new insights for educators and researchers on topic-specific AR integration.

Abstract

This community service activity aimed to increase students’ awareness and empathy toward bullying behavior through the implementation of the brainstorming method in a school setting. The program was conducted at SMK 10 Rejang Lebong and involved 35 students from grades X, XI, and XII, as well as teachers and educational staff. The implementation method applied a Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach, including interactive health education sessions, case studies, group discussions, and simulation through role-playing. Evaluation was carried out using pre-test and post-test instruments to measure changes in students’ understanding. The results showed a significant improvement in students’ knowledge and awareness of bullying, including its definition, types, impacts, and prevention strategies. The percentage of correct responses increased from 5.71% in the pre-test to 94% in the post-test regarding bullying prevention, and from 8.57% to 91.4% regarding the effectiveness of the brainstorming method. In conclusion, the brainstorming method proved effective as an educational strategy to promote a safe, inclusive, and bullying-free school environment.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh motivasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Griya Larista Balai Lelang Jakarta. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain deskriptif dan verifikatif, sehingga penelitian tidak hanya menggambarkan kondisi setiap variabel, tetapi juga menguji hubungan pengaruh antarvariabel. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada karyawan, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel acak sederhana (simple random sampling) agar peluang terpilihnya responden merata dan representatif. Variabel motivasi dan lingkungan kerja diposisikan sebagai variabel independen, sedangkan kinerja karyawan sebagai variabel dependen. Pengolahan dan analisis data dilakukan menggunakan teknik analisis jalur (path analysis) dengan bantuan aplikasi SPSS versi 25.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa berdasarkan persepsi responden, motivasi dan lingkungan kerja berada pada kategori baik, dan kinerja karyawan juga berada pada kategori baik. Secara parsial, motivasi memberikan pengaruh yang kuat dan signifikan terhadap peningkatan kinerja karyawan. Lingkungan kerja juga terbukti memberikan pengaruh yang besar dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. Secara simultan, motivasi dan lingkungan kerja secara bersama-sama memberikan pengaruh yang besar dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Griya Larista Balai Lelang Jakarta. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa peningkatan kinerja karyawan perlu didukung oleh strategi penguatan motivasi, misalnya melalui kejelasan target kerja, penghargaan, dan dukungan atasan, serta penciptaan lingkungan kerja yang kondusif melalui kenyamanan, keamanan, dan hubungan kerja yang baik. Dengan demikian, perusahaan dapat memaksimalkan produktivitas dan kualitas kerja karyawan secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of support from colleagues from the same profession and incentives on employee productivity at PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Banda Aceh. The sample size for this research was 81 employees. The results of the partial test research showed that the support variable from co-workers in the same profession had an influence on the productivity of PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Banda Aceh employees. Incentive variables influence employee productivity at PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Banda Aceh. Then the Simultaneous Test between the variables of support from co-workers in the same profession and incentives influences the productivity of PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Banda Aceh employees. Partially, the support of colleagues from the same profession influences the productivity of PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Banda Aceh employees with a value of tcount (3,285) which is greater than ttable (1,6449). Partially, incentives have an effect on the productivity of PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Banda Aceh employees with a value of tcount (2,876) which is greater than ttable (1,6449). Simultaneously, the support of colleagues from the same profession and incentives influence the productivity of PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Banda Aceh employees with a value of Fcount (21,192) greater than Ftable (3,00).

Abstract

This community service study aims to develop an innovative religious literacy–based model to strengthen religious moderation among students at Sekolah Tinggi Agama Islam (STAI) Ibnurusyd Lampung. The program involved 60 undergraduate students and 5 lecturers, who served as facilitators and co-researchers. It was implemented through structured educational activities, including religious literacy training, cross-perspective discussion forums, and reflective writing workshops. These activities were designed to address students’ limited cross-perspective understanding of religion and tendencies toward exclusive interpretations. The program employed a Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach, positioning students and lecturers as active participants in collaborative learning and reflective action. The PAR cycle was conducted over three months and consisted of problem identification, participatory planning, action implementation, observation, and reflective evaluation. Program outcomes were measured using pre-test and post-test questionnaires, interviews, participatory observation, and reflective journals. Quantitative results show an average increase of 32% in students’ understanding of religious moderation, particularly in tolerance, balance (tawazun), justice (i‘tidal), and openness to differences. Qualitative findings indicate positive attitudinal shifts, including increased empathy, greater inclusivity, and enhanced collaboration. The program developed an innovative, religious literacy–based model that integrates cognitive, affective, and practical dimensions, reflecting a collaborative approach and potential replicability in other Islamic higher education institutions.

Abstract

Campak masih menjadi masalah kesehatan masyarakat serius yang mengancam balita, dengan komplikasi berat hingga kematian. Cakupan imunisasi campak di Sumatera Barat, khususnya di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Andalas, masih jauh di bawah target yang direkomendasikan WHO (95%) dengan hanya mencapai 12,3%. Kondisi ini menunjukkan adanya urgensi tinggi untuk meningkatkan kepatuhan imunisasi campak demi mencegah peningkatan kasus dan komplikasi yang lebih luas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan dan motivasi ibu dengan kepatuhan pemberian imunisasi campak pada balita di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Andalas Kota Padang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional. Populasi penelitian adalah ibu yang memiliki balita usia 1–5 tahun, dengan sampel sebanyak 52 responden yang dipilih menggunakan metode accidental sampling. Instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner untuk mengukur tingkat pengetahuan dan motivasi ibu, serta lembar observasi untuk menilai kepatuhan imunisasi. Analisis data dilakukan secara univariat dan bivariat dengan uji Chi-Square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar responden memiliki pengetahuan tinggi (61,5%), motivasi baik (73,1%), dan kepatuhan dalam pemberian imunisasi (74%). Uji Chi-Square menunjukkan adanya hubungan signifikan antara pengetahuan ibu dengan kepatuhan (p=0,045) serta motivasi ibu dengan kepatuhan (p=0,011). Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengetahuan dan motivasi berperan penting dalam meningkatkan kepatuhan imunisasi campak pada balita. Disarankan agar tenaga kesehatan meningkatkan penyuluhan serta dukungan keluarga untuk memperkuat motivasi ibu dalam melaksanakan imunisasi sesuai jadwal.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas penggunaan media digital Canva dalam pembelajaran menulis puisi di SMP Negeri 2 Woja. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasarkan pada rendahnya kemampuan menulis puisi siswa, yang ditandai dengan karya puisi yang cenderung monoton dan kurang kreatif. Kondisi tersebut dipengaruhi oleh proses pembelajaran yang masih berpusat pada guru serta minimnya pemanfaatan media digital sebagai sarana pendukung pembelajaran menulis. Pembelajaran yang kurang variatif menyebabkan siswa kurang termotivasi dan tidak memiliki ruang yang cukup untuk mengembangkan imajinasi serta kreativitas dalam menulis puisi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode quasi experiment. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 2 Woja, dengan dua kelas sebagai sampel penelitian, yaitu kelas VIIIa sebagai kelompok eksperimen yang diberikan pembelajaran menggunakan media digital Canva dan kelas VIIIb sebagai kelompok kontrol yang diberikan pembelajaran secara konvensional. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui tes menulis puisi, sedangkan analisis data menggunakan uji statistik untuk mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar kedua kelompok. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya perbedaan yang signifikan antara kemampuan menulis puisi siswa pada kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol. Nilai rata-rata posttest kelompok eksperimen sebesar 84,58 lebih tinggi dibandingkan kelompok kontrol sebesar 74,65. Temuan ini membuktikan bahwa penggunaan media digital Canva efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan menulis puisi siswa serta mendorong kreativitas dan motivasi belajar yang lebih tinggi.

Abstract

This preliminary study investigates the critical thinking skills of Grade VII students at SMP Negeri 01 Belitang Jaya on the topic of temperature and heat, focusing on Ennis's critical thinking indicators. It aims to identify students' critical thinking levels based on five indicators and highlight areas needing improvement. The study uses a qualitative descriptive method, involving 154 students from five classes. Data were collected through questionnaires covering five indicators: providing simple explanations, building basic skills, drawing conclusions, providing further explanations, and managing strategies and tactics. The findings show that students excel in providing simple explanations (74.66%, high category). However, they perform moderately in building basic skills (46.79%), drawing conclusions (58.54%), and providing further explanations (41.60%). Managing strategies and tactics scored the lowest (31.20%, low category). These results suggest a need for targeted educational interventions, especially in strategy and tactics management. The study provides a reference for developing interactive teaching materials, such as augmented reality-assisted e-modules, to improve students' engagement and critical thinking skills. It lays the groundwork for innovative teaching strategies to make the learning process more effective and engaging

Abstract

In the 21st century, scientific literacy is an essential skill for students, but many challenges remain in learning it. To address these challenges, integrating STEM-based learning media offers an innovative solution by promoting contextual, interactive, and project-based learning that enhances students’ engagement, critical thinking, and understanding of scientific concepts. This study aims to systematically review the role of STEM-based learning media in improving students' science literacy, identify the characteristics of effective media, and the factors that influence their successful implementation. This study used a systematic review method following PRISMA guidelines, analysing 21 selected articles from Google Scholar, Web of Science, DOAJ, and ERIC databases, with a publication range of 2019-2025. The analysis shows that STEM-based media effectively improve students' understanding of science concepts, critical thinking skills, and digital literacy. Interactive, project-based and contextualised media proved most effective. The main supporting factors for successful implementation include teacher competence, valid and practical media design, and support for the learning environment. This study emphasises the importance of integrating STEM-based learning media to improve overall science literacy. Future research is recommended to explore the long-term impact of STEM-based learning media on students' science literacy across diverse educational levels and cultural contexts, and to develop adaptive digital tools that support personalised learning and teacher facilitation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan analisis komparatif terhadap konsep ruang dan waktu dalam perspektif Al-Qur'an dan Teori Relativitas Einstein. Meskipun sering dipandang sebagai dua entitas yang terpisah, integrasi antara teks teologis dan fisika modern penting untuk menjembatani pemahaman realitas yang komprehensif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis konten kualitatif dengan pendekatan komparatif untuk mengidentifikasi pola dalam ayat-ayat kosmologis dan literatur Teori Relativitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun kerangka epistemologisnya berbeda, terdapat paralelisme konseptual yang kuat. Al-Qur'an menawarkan perspektif teosentris di mana ruang dan waktu terkait erat dengan kekuasaan Allah dan dimensi moral, sementara Teori Relativitas menjelaskan keduanya sebagai entitas fisik (spacetime) yang dipengaruhi oleh materi dan energi. Kebaruan penelitian ini terletak pada sintesis interdisipliner yang mendalam, membuktikan bahwa sains modern dapat memperkuat penafsiran teks suci tanpa kehilangan otentisitas masing-masing.
